According to the design of the elliptic piston 3 and the needle cylinder 1, when the push rod 4 rotates, torsion can be generated between the push rod and the needle cylinder 1, so that the piston 3 and the needle cylinder 1 can not rotate in the same direction, and an expansion bolt 6 described later can conveniently exert the expansion function; when the push rod 4 is continuously screwed into the nut 5, the nut 5 expanding the expansion expands the piston 3, the piston 3 expands, so that great resistance is generated between the piston 3 and the inner side wall of the needle cylinder 1, the negative pressure position is stabilized, continuous negative pressure can be generated, and thick liquid can be conveniently and stably pumped.
