Abstract

本发明公开了一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,包括固定在机架上的滑动板位置调节装置,滑动板位置调节装置与正面涂布辊对应设置,正面涂布辊的另一侧设置有封闭涂布液供给装置,沿着隔膜基材的运行方向还设置有驱动辊和涂布液定量供给装置,涂布液定量供给装置的上部设置有反面涂布辊,隔膜基材从反面涂布辊上进行反面涂布。本发明解决了现有技术中存在的单面涂覆生产效率低,废品率高的问题。

一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置
技术领域
本发明属于高端机械装备制造技术领域,具体涉及一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置。
背景技术
随着高端机械装备制造业的发展,新能源、新材料领域的高端机械装备工业也得到了迅速的发展,尤其是在新能源锂电池相关机械装备领域。近年来,随着国家对新能源汽车的大力推进,与之相关的动力锂电池的需求量也不断增加。随着动力锂电池需求量的增加,其中关键组件——隔膜需求量也处于不断增长的态势。而目前隔膜的涂覆设备基本都是单面涂覆,生产效率低,无法满足日益增长的需求。为应对目前现状,我司经过技术攻关开发出锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,一次涂覆即可实现锂电池隔膜正反面涂覆,在保证涂覆质量的前提下,大大提高生产效率并降低废品率,以满足日益增长的市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,解决了现有技术中存在的单面涂覆生产效率低,废品率高的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,包括固定在机架上的滑动板位置调节装置,滑动板位置调节装置与正面涂布辊对应设置,正面涂布辊的另一侧设置有封闭涂布液供给装置,沿着隔膜基材的运行方向还设置有驱动辊和涂布液定量供给装置,涂布液定量供给装置的上部设置有反面涂布辊,隔膜基材从反面涂布辊上进行反面涂布。
本发明的特点还在于,
驱动辊和反面涂布辊之间沿隔膜基材运行方向还设置有导向辊B。
滑动板位置调节装置具体结构为:包括固定在所述机架两侧上的滑轨,机架每侧对应一对滑轨,每对滑轨之间的机架上还设置有气缸,气缸的一端与滑动板连接,滑动板两侧与一对滑轨实现匹配嵌套,滑动板通过气缸能够在滑轨上移动,滑动板上还固定有滚柱滑台和支板,滚柱滑台一面与滑动板固定,滚柱滑台另一面与导辊安装板滑动连接,导辊安装板上平行设置有一对导向辊A,一对导向辊A呈上下竖直方向排布,正面涂布辊位于一对导向辊A的连线的垂直平分线上,一对导向辊A与正面涂布辊形成三角分布,螺杆一端与导辊安装板连接,螺杆另一端与手柄连接,螺杆与支板组成螺旋副,通过手柄调节螺杆实现导辊A与正面涂布辊之间的三角分布,锁紧螺钉用以锁紧螺杆,隔膜基材从一对导向辊A与正面涂布辊形成的空隙中穿过进行正面涂布。
封闭涂布液供给装置具体结构为:包括设置于机架上的胶腔,胶腔两端分别设置有供胶管道,胶腔两侧挡板和陶瓷刮刀片固定在胶腔上,正面涂布辊位于胶腔垂直平分线上。
涂布液定量供给装置具体结构为:包括位于左供胶腔与右供胶腔中间的芯板,左供胶腔、右供胶腔、芯板共同构成供胶腔,左供胶腔、右供胶腔、芯板位于机架上,左供胶腔侧边设置有供胶腔左端挡板,右供胶腔侧边设置有供胶腔右端挡板,供胶腔左端挡板、供胶腔右端挡板与供胶腔形成半敞开腔,左端接排槽挡板固定在左端接排槽左端,左端接排槽的右端固定在供胶腔左端,右端接排槽挡板固定在右端接排槽右端,右端接排槽的左端固定在供胶腔右端,放飞溅板固定在供胶腔两侧,反面涂布辊位于芯板正上方。
本发明的有益效果是,一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,兼具涂覆效率高、生产速度快、产品废品率低等优点,推进锂电池隔膜产品生产装备高效高速发展。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,结构如图1所示,包括固定在机架33上的滑动板位置调节装置11,滑动板位置调节装置11与正面涂布辊3对应设置,正面涂布辊3的另一侧设置有封闭涂布液供给装置4,沿着隔膜基材1的运行方向还设置有驱动辊5和涂布液定量供给装置6,涂布液定量供给装置6的上部设置有反面涂布辊7,隔膜基材1从反面涂布辊7上进行反面涂布。
驱动辊5和反面涂布辊7之间沿隔膜基材1运行方向还设置有导向辊B8。
如图4所示,滑动板位置调节装置11具体结构为:包括固定在所述机架33两侧上的滑轨10,机架33每侧对应一对滑轨10,每对滑轨10之间的机架33上还设置有气缸35,气缸35的一端与滑动板9连接,滑动板9两侧与一对滑轨10实现匹配嵌套,滑动板9通过气缸35能够在滑轨10上移动,滑动板9上还固定有滚柱滑台28和支板30,滚柱滑台28一面与滑动板9固定,滚柱滑台28另一面与导辊安装板27滑动连接,导辊安装板27上平行设置有一对导向辊A2,一对导向辊A2呈上下竖直方向排布,所述正面涂布辊3位于一对导向辊A2的连线的垂直平分线上,一对导向辊A2与正面涂布辊3形成三角分布,螺杆29一端与导辊安装板27连接,螺杆29另一端与手柄32连接,螺杆29与支板30组成螺旋副,通过手柄32调节螺杆29实现导辊A2与正面涂布辊3之间的三角分布,锁紧螺钉31用以锁紧螺杆29,隔膜基材1从一对导向辊A2与正面涂布辊3形成的空隙中穿过进行正面涂布。
如图2所示,封闭涂布液供给装置4具体结构为:包括设置于机架33上的胶腔12,胶腔12两端分别设置有供胶管道13,胶腔两侧挡板14和陶瓷刮刀片15固定在胶腔12上,正面涂布辊3位于胶腔12垂直平分线上。
如图3所示,涂布液定量供给装置6具体结构为:包括位于左供胶腔16与右供胶腔17中间的芯板18,左供胶腔16、右供胶腔17、芯板18共同构成供胶腔,左供胶腔16、右供胶腔17、芯板18位于机架33上,左供胶腔16侧边设置有供胶腔左端挡板23,右供胶腔17侧边设置有供胶腔右端挡板24,供胶腔左端挡板23、供胶腔右端挡板24与供胶腔形成半敞开腔,左端接排槽挡板22固定在左端接排槽19左端,左端接排槽19的右端固定在供胶腔左端,右端接排槽挡板21固定在右端接排槽20右端,右端接排槽20的左端固定在供胶腔右端,放飞溅板25固定在供胶腔两侧,反面涂布辊7位于芯板18正上方。
本发明一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,工作原理如下:
系统工作时隔膜基材1沿隔膜基材运行方向运行经过安装于滑动板9上的2组导向辊A2,在2组导向辊A2间由顺时针转动的正面涂布辊3将封闭涂布液供给装置4中的涂布液转移涂覆至隔膜基材1正面完成正面涂覆后经过导向辊A2并沿隔膜基材运行方向运行至驱动辊5,顺时针转动的驱动辊5输送隔膜基材1经过导向辊B8后由顺时针转动的反面涂布辊7将涂布液定量供给装置6供给的涂布液转移涂覆至隔膜基材1反面,至此完成隔膜基材1正反面双面涂覆;涂布液供给系统供给的涂布液通过供给管道从胶腔两侧进入胶腔,通过胶腔特有的结构在胶腔中分散开供给给正面涂布辊3,多余部分的胶液从胶腔中间回胶口返回供胶系统。涂布液通过图2的A-A截面处管道进入反面涂布辊7,多余的涂布液流入涂布定量供给装置两侧,通过B-B截面处排出口留回供胶系统中。通过气缸35粗调滑板9上两导向辊与正面涂布辊之间的相对距离,再通过滑动板9上小螺距的螺杆29精密调整其之间距离,这样实现了正面涂覆过程中隔膜基材与正面涂布辊包角的调节。隔膜基材运行速度一般为2~40m/min,正面涂布辊与反面涂布辊的切线速度一般为隔膜基材运行速度的1.5倍左右,以上实际速度受具体工艺影响。
系统工作时可根据实际工艺通过调节正面涂布辊3转速及封闭涂布液供给装置4涂布液供给量来调整隔膜基材1正面涂覆量;通过调节反面涂布辊7转速及涂布液定量供给装置6涂布液供给量来调整隔膜基材1反面涂覆量;通过调节驱动辊5转速实现设备速度的调整;同时可以通过滑动板位置调节装置11的调节使滑动板9沿滑轨10前后移动调节隔膜基材1与正面涂布辊3的相对距离,实现正面涂覆过程中隔膜基材1与正面涂布辊3包角的调节。

Claims (5)

1.一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,其特征在于,包括固定在机架(33)上的滑动板位置调节装置(11),滑动板位置调节装置(11)与正面涂布辊(3)对应设置,正面涂布辊(3)的另一侧设置有封闭涂布液供给装置(4),沿着隔膜基材(1)的运行方向还设置有驱动辊(5)和涂布液定量供给装置(6),涂布液定量供给装置(6)的上部设置有反面涂布辊(7),隔膜基材(1)从反面涂布辊(7)上进行反面涂布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述驱动辊(5)和反面涂布辊(7)之间沿隔膜基材(1)运行方向还设置有导向辊B(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述滑动板位置调节装置(11)具体结构为:包括固定在所述机架(33)两侧上的滑轨(10),机架(33)每侧对应一对滑轨(10),每对滑轨(10)之间的机架(33)上还设置有气缸(35),气缸(35)的一端与滑动板(9)连接,滑动板(9)两侧与一对滑轨(10)实现匹配嵌套,滑动板(9)通过气缸(35)能够在滑轨(10)上移动,滑动板(9)上还固定有滚柱滑台(28)和支板(30),滚柱滑台(28)一面与滑动板(9)固定,滚柱滑台(28)另一面与导辊安装板(27)滑动连接,导辊安装板(27)上平行设置有一对导向辊A(2),一对导向辊A(2)呈上下竖直方向排布,所述正面涂布辊(3)位于一对导向辊A(2)的连线的垂直平分线上,一对导向辊A(2)与正面涂布辊(3)形成三角分布,螺杆(29)一端与导辊安装板(27)连接,螺杆(29)另一端与手柄(32)连接,螺杆(29)与支板(30)组成螺旋副,通过手柄(32)调节螺杆(29)实现导辊A(2)与正面涂布辊(3)之间的三角分布,锁紧螺钉(31)用以锁紧螺杆(29),所述隔膜基材(1)从一对导向辊A(2)与正面涂布辊(3)形成的空隙中穿过进行正面涂布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种锂电池隔膜高效双面涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述封闭涂布液供给装置(4)具体结构为:包括设置于机架(33)上的胶腔(12),胶腔(12)两端分别设置有供胶管道(13),胶腔两侧挡板(14)和陶瓷刮刀片(15)固定在胶腔(12)上,所述正面涂布辊(3)位于胶腔(12)垂直平分线上。
