Abstract

the manipulator 4 sequentially grabs and places the upper cover and the lower cover on the casing carrier plate in the assembly groove 21 of the assembly carrier plate on the assembly line 3 through the casing sucker 18 of the end effector 17, and in the placement process, the switching parts of the upper cover and the lower cover are spliced into a hinged channel in the assembly groove 21, then the manipulator 4 sequentially clamps and takes two middle rotating shafts in the tray 34 of the middle rotating jig 32 through the middle rotating shaft clamping jaws 19 of the end effector 17, the two middle rotating shafts are respectively inserted at two ends of the hinged channel, the assembly carrier plate continuously moves to the assembly mechanism 11 along the assembly line 3, the casing gland device 37 presses and holds the upper cover and the lower cover through a pressing block, the middle rotating shaft press devices 36 at two sides completely insert the two middle rotating shafts into the hinged channel through the press-fitting convex plate 40, so that the upper cover and the lower cover of the business card holder are mutually hinged through the middle rotating shafts, then the assembly carrier plate sequentially passes through the flip cover mechanism 12 on the assembly line, After the flip cover, laser etching and quality inspection of the business card holder are completed, the business card holder finished product on the assembly carrier plate is grabbed through the warehouse-out mechanism 30 and placed in the warehouse-out channel 31, and the vacant assembly carrier plate returns to the initial position for recycling through the assembly carrier plate return line 9 and the assembly carrier plate lifting table 10 on the lower layer of the bottom plate.
