Abstract

The cable head is simple and convenient to operate, cost is saved, the cable head can be used repeatedly, and the cable head is not easy to fall off when penetrating into the cable penetrating sleeve and can well penetrate out.

starting the crown block, transferring the cable penetrating sleeve to the mounting position on the assembling frame, pulling the rope upwards by an operator on the crown block, penetrating the cable penetrating sleeve along with the rope to complete the installation of the cable penetrating sleeve, and taking down the hanging device after the installation.
The rope is a white cloth belt or a nylon rope.
And fourthly, when the cable penetrating sleeve is placed to the installation position on the assembly frame in the fourth step, an operator needs to confirm whether the cable penetrating sleeve is in a vertical state or not, and if the cable penetrating sleeve is not in the vertical state, the angle of the hanging strip is adjusted by both hands to ensure that the cable penetrating sleeve is in the vertical state.

starting the crown block, placing the cable penetrating sleeve 5 to the installation position on the assembling frame, pulling the rope upwards by an operator on the crown block 8, penetrating the cable 7 into the cable penetrating sleeve 5 along with the rope 10 to complete the installation of the cable penetrating sleeve, and taking down the hanging device after the installation.
The rope 10 is a white cloth belt or a nylon rope.
When the cable penetrating sleeve 5 is placed to the installation position on the assembly frame in the step (iv), an operator should confirm whether the cable penetrating sleeve 5 is in a vertical state, and if the cable penetrating sleeve 5 is not in the vertical state, the angle of the hanging strip 2 is adjusted by using two hands to ensure that the cable penetrating sleeve is in the vertical state.

When the cable bushing is installed, the hanging device is firstly hung on a crane hook.
Commanding the crown block, hoisting the cable penetrating casing to the assembling frame for assembling the product, confirming that the casing is in a vertical state by an installer, and adjusting the head hanging strip of the cable penetrating casing by using both hands to enable the cable penetrating casing to be vertical.
A piece of bolt M8 (or M12) is tied at one end of a nylon rope or a white cloth belt, the tied bolt penetrates through a slideway of a driven pulley, then the bolt is placed at the head of a cable penetrating sleeve and penetrates through the cable penetrating sleeve to be connected with a cable joint. The operator then engages the crown block to thread the cable splice into the cable bushing. And after the sleeve is installed, the hanging device is taken down.

thirdly, when the cable penetrating sleeve (5) is hung above the assembly frame, an operator on the crown block (8) selects a bolt (9) matched with the cable joint (6), ties up the bolt by a rope (10), bypasses the tied bolt (9) around a slide way of the movable pulley (4), then penetrates into the cable penetrating sleeve (5), continues to put down the bolt (9) until the bolt (9) penetrates out of the cable penetrating sleeve (5), and then screws the bolt (9) at a bolt hole of the cable joint (6) connected with the end part of the cable (7);
starting the crown block, putting the cable penetrating sleeve (5) to the mounting position on the assembling frame, pulling the rope upwards by an operator on the crown block (8), penetrating the cable penetrating sleeve (5) along with the rope (10) by the cable (7), completing the installation of the cable penetrating sleeve, and taking down the hanging device after the installation.
