Abstract

Specifically, after completing the resource transfer operation of the target resource transfer document, the server acquires the rewriting rule corresponding to the business document. The rewriting rule is mainly used for processing the incidence relation between the bills, after the target bill is generated, some attributes of the source bill will change, and the incidence relation is usually expressed as state updating, increase and decrease of some numerical value attributes and the like. The write-back rule can prevent documents from being repeatedly generated into a voucher, thereby causing data confusion. And the server carries out rewriting processing on the target resource transfer document through the rewriting rule to obtain resource rewriting information about the resource transfer result. And then, the server acquires a first bill conversion relation, wherein the first bill conversion relation comprises an incidence relation between the business bill and the target resource transfer bill, and acquires the business bill related to the target resource transfer bill based on the incidence relation. And then, the server updates the information in the business document according to the resource rewriting information.
The traditional scheme needs to rewrite layer by layer, and the target resource transfer document rewrites the schedule list, and then rewrites the business document to achieve the interaction of the business document and the target resource transfer document. In the embodiment, the business document related to the target resource transfer document can be directly found through the incidence relation between the target resource transfer document and the business document, the resource rewriting information can be directly written into the related business document without rewriting layer by layer, the operation is simple, the problem of error of the resource rewriting information caused by multi-layer rewriting can be avoided, and therefore the business processing efficiency is improved. In the embodiment, the subsequent business after executing the resource transfer operation can directly interact with the business document without the participation of the scheduling list, and the hierarchical decoupling of the scheduling processing and the resource transfer can be realized, so that the workload of the later maintenance of the system is reduced, and the workload of the later expansion of new business functions can be reduced.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a document processing method in one embodiment. The server obtains each business document, for example, business document 1 and business document 2. The server obtains a first document conversion relationship corresponding to each business document, for example, a first document conversion relationship corresponding to the business document 1 and a first document conversion relationship corresponding to the business document 2. And the server converts each business document into a corresponding to-be-scheduled payment document according to the first document conversion relation. The server accesses the scheduling calculation model according to a second conversion relation between the payment bill to be scheduled and the scheduling bill. And then, the server calls a first document conversion relation corresponding to the business document based on the scheduling document, and the business document pushes down to generate each to-be-processed payment document. And then, the server acquires each to-be-processed payment document, and fills resource transfer information such as payment time, payment amount, accounts of both parties, payment channel and the like into the corresponding to-be-processed payment documents respectively to obtain the target payment document.
And the server transfers the payment amount corresponding to each target payment receipt from the payment initiator resource account to the corresponding target resource account according to the payment time corresponding to each target payment receipt. After the payment is completed, the server calls the rewriting rule, obtains the resource rewriting information, and rewrites the payment information of the target payment bill into the related business bill based on the first bill conversion relation.

Then, the server converts the business document into a resource transfer document to be scheduled according to the first document conversion relation; the first bill conversion relation comprises a conversion relation between a business bill and a resource transfer bill to be scheduled.

The second document conversion relationship is a conversion relationship between the resource transfer document to be scheduled and the scheduling document.
Further, the server obtains preset resource information, performs scheduling processing on the scheduling list according to the preset resource information, and obtains resource transfer information corresponding to the scheduling list.
Then, the server generates a resource transfer document to be processed according to the conversion relation between the business document and the first document; the first document conversion relationship comprises a conversion relationship between a business document and a resource transfer document to be processed.
And then, the server fills the resource transfer information into the to-be-processed resource transfer document to generate a target resource transfer document corresponding to the to-be-processed resource transfer document.

Then, after the server executes the resource transfer operation, the resource rewriting information about the resource transfer result is acquired.
And then, the server searches the business document related to the target resource transfer document according to the first document conversion relation.

In the document processing method, the business document is converted into the document for transferring the resources to be scheduled according to the conversion relation between the business document and the document for transferring the resources to be scheduled, and the document for transferring the resources to be scheduled is converted into the scheduling document by using the conversion relation between the document for transferring the resources to be scheduled and the scheduling document, so that the business document does not need to interact with the scheduling service, and the decoupling of the application of the business document and the payment scheduling service is realized. And generating a target resource transfer bill corresponding to the business bill by combining the first bill conversion relation according to the business bill and the scheduling bill so as to execute resource transfer operation. In the whole process, the upstream business document does not need to be operated and modified, the payment scheduling function is directly used, the difference of upstream complex business is isolated, the effect of no business perception can be achieved, and the error probability is greatly reduced. In addition, the payment scheduling is directly accessed through the scheme, so that the time for butting the payment scheduling is greatly saved, and the service processing efficiency is improved.
By presetting the resource numerical value, the initiator resource account and the target resource account in the target resource transfer document and transferring the resource numerical value from the initiator resource account to the target resource account when the current time reaches the resource transfer time, the resource transfer can be quickly and accurately executed in the preset time, the workload is reduced, and the reasonable distribution of system resources is realized.
Through the incidence relation between the target resource transfer document and the business document, the business document related to the target resource transfer document can be directly found, the resource rewriting information can be directly written into the related business document without rewriting layer by layer, the operation is simple, and the problem of resource rewriting information error caused by multilayer rewriting can be avoided. In the embodiment, the subsequent business after executing the resource transfer operation can directly interact with the business document without the participation of the scheduling list, and the hierarchical decoupling of the scheduling processing and the resource transfer can be realized, so that the workload of the later maintenance of the system is reduced, and the workload of the later expansion of new business functions can be reduced.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, there is provided a document processing apparatus comprising: an obtaining module 502, a first converting module 504, a second converting module 506, and a generating module 508, wherein:
the obtaining module 502 is configured to obtain a business document.
A first conversion module 504, configured to convert the business document into a to-be-scheduled resource transfer document according to the first document conversion relationship; the first bill conversion relation comprises a conversion relation between a business bill and a resource transfer bill to be scheduled.
The second conversion module 506 is configured to convert the resource transfer document to be scheduled into the schedule document according to the second document conversion relationship; the second document conversion relationship is a conversion relationship between the resource transfer document to be scheduled and the scheduling document.
And the generating module 508 is configured to generate the target resource transfer document according to the business document and the schedule document and through the first document conversion relationship.
According to the bill processing device, the business bill is converted into the resource transfer bill to be scheduled according to the conversion relation between the business bill and the resource transfer bill to be scheduled, and the resource transfer bill to be scheduled is converted into the schedule bill by using the conversion relation between the resource transfer bill to be scheduled and the schedule bill, so that the business bill does not need to interact with the scheduling business, and the decoupling of the application of the business bill and the payment scheduling business is realized. And generating a target resource transfer bill corresponding to the business bill by combining the first bill conversion relation according to the business bill and the scheduling bill so as to execute resource transfer operation. In this embodiment, the scheduling list is scheduled according to the preset resource information, and the resource transfer information corresponding to the scheduling list is obtained, so that the resource transfer information can be reasonably determined according to the resource budget and the resource plan of the system. And filling the resource transfer information into the to-be-processed resource transfer document, and accurately generating a target resource transfer document corresponding to the to-be-processed resource transfer document, wherein the generated target resource transfer document conforms to the resource budget and the resource plan of the enterprise, so that the enterprise resources can be reasonably distributed.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and a resource transfer module. The resource transfer module is configured to: and executing resource transfer operation according to the target resource transfer document.
In the embodiment, the resource transfer operation is executed according to the target resource transfer document, so that the resource transfer can be executed according to the resource plan and the resource budget of the enterprise, and the reasonable allocation of the enterprise resources is realized under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the system service.
In one embodiment, the resource transfer module is further configured to: acquiring resource transfer time corresponding to the target resource transfer document; and when the current time reaches the resource transfer time, executing resource transfer operation based on the target resource transfer document.
In the embodiment, the resource transfer time corresponding to the target resource transfer document is acquired, and when the current time reaches the resource transfer time, the resource transfer operation is executed based on the target resource transfer document, so that the resource transfer can be quickly and accurately executed in the preset time, the workload is reduced, and the reasonable allocation of enterprise resources is realized.

In the embodiment, the resource transfer channel of the target resource transfer document is preset, so that when the current time reaches the resource transfer time, the resource transfer operation of the target resource transfer document can be automatically executed through the resource transfer channel, the workload is reduced, and the reasonable allocation of enterprise resources is realized.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and a write-back module. The write-back module is to: after executing the resource transfer operation, acquiring resource rewriting information about a resource transfer result; searching a business document related to the target resource transfer document according to the first document conversion relation; and writing the resource rewriting information into the business document.
In the embodiment, the business document related to the target resource transfer document can be directly found through the incidence relation between the target resource transfer document and the business document, the resource rewriting information can be directly written into the related business document without rewriting layer by layer, the operation is simple, the problem of error of the resource rewriting information caused by multi-layer rewriting can be avoided, and the efficiency of business processing is improved.
For specific limitations of the document processing apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the document processing method, which are not described herein again. The modules in the document processing device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used to store document processing data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by a processor implements a document processing method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring a business document;
converting the business document into a resource transfer document to be scheduled according to the first document conversion relation; the first bill conversion relation comprises a conversion relation between a business bill and a resource transfer bill to be scheduled;
converting the resource transfer document to be scheduled into a scheduling document according to the second document conversion relation; the second bill conversion relation is the conversion relation between the resource transfer bill to be scheduled and the scheduling bill;
and generating a target resource transfer bill through the first bill conversion relation according to the business bill and the scheduling bill.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring preset resource information, and scheduling the scheduling list according to the preset resource information to acquire resource transfer information corresponding to the scheduling list;
generating a resource transfer document to be processed according to the conversion relation between the business document and the first document;
and filling the resource transfer information into the to-be-processed resource transfer document to generate a target resource transfer document corresponding to the to-be-processed resource transfer document.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and executing the resource transfer operation according to the target resource transfer document.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:

converting the business document into a resource transfer document to be scheduled according to the first document conversion relation; the first bill conversion relation comprises a conversion relation between a business bill and a resource transfer bill to be scheduled;
converting the resource transfer document to be scheduled into a scheduling document according to the second document conversion relation; the second document conversion relation is the conversion relation between the resource transfer document to be scheduled and the scheduling document;
and generating a target resource transfer bill through the first bill conversion relation according to the business bill and the scheduling bill.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
acquiring preset resource information, and scheduling the scheduling list according to the preset resource information to acquire resource transfer information corresponding to the scheduling list;
generating a resource transfer document to be processed according to the conversion relation between the business document and the first document;
and filling the resource transfer information into the to-be-processed resource transfer document to generate a target resource transfer document corresponding to the to-be-processed resource transfer document.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Claims (10)
1. A method of document processing, the method comprising:
acquiring a business document;
converting the business document into a resource transfer document to be scheduled according to the first document conversion relation; the first bill conversion relation comprises a conversion relation between the business bill and the resource transfer bill to be scheduled;
converting the resource transfer document to be scheduled into a scheduling document according to the second document conversion relation; the second bill conversion relation is a conversion relation between the resource transfer bill to be scheduled and the scheduling bill;
and generating a target resource transfer bill according to the business bill and the scheduling bill and through the first bill conversion relation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a target resource transfer document from the first document conversion relationship based on the business document and the schedule document comprises:
acquiring preset resource information, and scheduling the scheduling list according to the preset resource information to acquire resource transfer information corresponding to the scheduling list;
generating a resource transfer document to be processed according to the conversion relation between the business document and the first document;
and filling the resource transfer information into the to-be-processed resource transfer document to generate a target resource transfer document corresponding to the to-be-processed resource transfer document.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and executing resource transfer operation according to the target resource transfer document.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein performing the resource transfer operation according to the target resource transfer document comprises:
acquiring resource transfer time corresponding to the target resource transfer document;
and when the current time reaches the resource transfer time, executing resource transfer operation based on the target resource transfer bill.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein performing a resource transfer operation based on the target resource transfer document when the current time reaches the resource transfer time comprises:
acquiring a resource value, an initiator resource account and a target resource account in the target resource transfer document;
and when the current time reaches the resource transfer time, transferring the resource value from the initiator resource account to the target resource account.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein performing a resource transfer operation based on the target resource transfer document when the current time reaches the resource transfer time comprises:
acquiring a resource transfer channel corresponding to the target resource transfer document;
and when the current time reaches the resource transfer time, executing resource transfer operation based on the target resource transfer bill through the resource transfer channel.
7. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
after executing the resource transfer operation, acquiring resource rewriting information about a resource transfer result;
searching the business bill related to the target resource transfer bill according to the first bill conversion relation;
and writing the resource rewriting information into the business document.
8. A document processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a business document;
the first conversion module is used for converting the business document into a resource transfer document to be scheduled according to a first document conversion relation; the first bill conversion relation comprises a conversion relation between the business bill and the resource transfer bill to be scheduled;
the second conversion module is used for converting the resource transfer bill to be scheduled into a scheduling bill according to a second bill conversion relation; the second bill conversion relation is a conversion relation between the resource transfer bill to be scheduled and the scheduling bill;
and the generating module is used for generating a target resource transfer bill according to the business bill and the scheduling bill through the first bill conversion relation.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
