Detailed Description
The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for identifying a terminal to which an IMEI belongs according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
step 11, determining a plurality of first international mobile equipment identities IMEI.
The first IMEI may include a plurality of IMEIs suspected to belong to the same terminal.
The terminal identification device to which the IMEI of the operator belongs may establish and store a correspondence between the IMEI and the user number according to the IMEI and the IMSI uploaded by the user terminal during signaling transmission such as power-on, cell switching, and the like, and a correspondence between the locally stored IMSI and the user number.
In this step, the terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs may obtain address book information of the user terminal, and determine a plurality of first IMEIs according to a correspondence between a user name and a user number in the address book information and a correspondence between the locally stored IMEI and the user number.
Step 12, determining a plurality of second IMEIs from the plurality of first IMEIs.
Wherein the plurality of second IMEIs may comprise a plurality of IMEIs highly suspected to belong to the same terminal.
The terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs may determine the plurality of second IMEIs from the plurality of first IMEIs according to models corresponding to the respective first IMEIs.
And step 13, determining the position information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI.
And step 14, if the position information meets a preset first condition, determining that a plurality of second IMEIs belong to the same terminal.
As can be seen from the foregoing steps 11 to 14, in the method for identifying a terminal to which an IMEI belongs according to an embodiment of the present invention, the terminal identification apparatus to which the IMEI belongs first determines a plurality of first IMEIs suspected to belong to the same terminal, then determines a plurality of second IMEIs highly suspected to belong to the same terminal among the plurality of first IMEIs, then determines the location information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI, and determines whether the plurality of second IMEIs belong to the same terminal according to the location information, thereby determining that there are several mobile phones of the same operator in one dual-card terminal to the end, and accurately evaluating the user quality status.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the determining the first IMEI (i.e., step 11) may include the steps of:
step 111, obtaining address list information of a user terminal.
The IMEI belonging terminal identification device can acquire and store address book information sent by the user terminal by means of functions of a cloud address book, a key switch and the like.
Step 112, if the same user name in the address book information corresponds to multiple user numbers, determining IMEI corresponding to the multiple user numbers according to the correspondence between the locally stored IMEI and the user numbers, respectively, where the determined IMEI is the first IMEI.
If the same user name in the address list information of one user terminal corresponds to a plurality of user numbers, the terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs inquires the corresponding relation between the IMEI and the user numbers stored locally according to the plurality of user numbers, and the IMEI corresponding to the plurality of user numbers is determined as the IMEI suspected to belong to the same terminal.
It should be noted that, if the user number cannot be queried in the correspondence between the locally stored IMEI and the user number, it is indicated that the user number may not belong to the operator, and the terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs only needs to determine IMEIs corresponding to a plurality of user numbers that can be queried in the correspondence between the IMEI and the user number as IMEIs suspected to belong to the same terminal.
Step 112 is described in detail below with reference to a specific embodiment. If the user name "zhang san" corresponds to three user numbers, namely, the number 1, the number 2 and the number 3, in the address book information of the user a, wherein the number 1 and the number 2 exist in the correspondence between the locally stored IMEI and the user number, the terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs determines the IMEI1 and the IMEI2 corresponding to the number 1 and the number 2, respectively, as the first IMEI.
As shown in fig. 3, in other embodiments, the determining the first IMEI (i.e., step 11) may include the steps of:
and step 113, acquiring address list information of at least two user terminals.
Step 114, if the same user name in the address list information of the at least two user terminals corresponds to different user numbers and the number of the same user number in the address list information of the at least two user terminals exceeds a preset first threshold, respectively determining the IMEI corresponding to the different user numbers according to the correspondence between the locally stored IMEI and the user numbers, and determining the IMEI as the first IMEI.
If the same user name in the address list information of the at least two user terminals corresponds to different user numbers and the number of the same user number in the address list information of the at least two user terminals exceeds a preset first threshold, it can be shown that the social contact ranges of the users corresponding to the at least two user terminals have a certain intersection, and the user names corresponding to the different user numbers can be considered as the same person. The terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs inquires the correspondence between the locally stored IMEI and the user number according to the plurality of different user numbers, and determines the IMEI corresponding to the different user numbers as the IMEI suspected to belong to the same terminal.
It should be noted that the preset first threshold may be 5, 7, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this specifically.
Step 114 is described in detail below with reference to a specific embodiment. Assuming that the preset first threshold is 5, if the user name "zhang san" in the address book information of the user a corresponds to the number 1, the user name "zhang san" in the address book information of the user B corresponds to the number 2, and there are 9 identical user numbers (exceeding the preset first threshold 5) in the address book information of the user a and the address book information of the user B, the terminal identification apparatus to which the IMEI belongs may determine, as the first IMEI, the IMEI1 and the IMEI2 corresponding to the number 1 and the number 2, respectively, according to the correspondence between the locally stored IMEI and the user numbers.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the determining a plurality of second IMEIs from the plurality of first IMEIs (i.e., step 12) may include:
and step 121, determining the model corresponding to the first IMEI according to the first IMEI.
The terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs may determine the model corresponding to each first IMEI according to the first 8 digits of each first IMEI.
And step 122, if the model meets the preset second condition, removing the IMEI corresponding to the model meeting the preset second condition from the plurality of first IMEIs to obtain a plurality of second IMEIs.
If some models meet the preset second condition, it can be stated that the IMEI corresponding to the models meeting the preset second condition and the IMEI corresponding to other models not meeting the preset second condition do not belong to the same terminal, and the terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs can remove the IMEI corresponding to the models meeting the preset second condition from the plurality of first IMEIs to obtain the plurality of second IMEIs.
In some embodiments, the model satisfies a preset second condition, including one of:
the machine type is different from other machine types; the model is a non-double-card model.
When the model corresponding to the IMEI in the first IMEI is different from the models corresponding to other IMEIs, or when the model corresponding to the IMEI in the first IMEI is a non-dual-card model, it can be said that the IMEIs not in the same dual-card terminal as the other IMEIs. When the model meets the preset second condition, the terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs may remove the IMEI corresponding to the models meeting the preset second condition from the plurality of first IMEIs, thereby obtaining a plurality of second IMEIs.
In some embodiments, after determining the model corresponding to the first IMEI according to the first IMEI (i.e. step 121), the method may further include:
and if the models corresponding to the first IMEIs comprise a plurality of different models and the first IMEIs corresponding to the same model are all a plurality, respectively determining the first IMEIs corresponding to the same model as the second IMEIs.
When the models corresponding to the first IMEIs include multiple types of models and the IMEIs corresponding to more than one model of each type, the terminal identification device to which the IMEIs associated may further divide the first IMEIs into multiple groups according to the type of the model, the models corresponding to the second IMEIs of the same type in each group, and the second IMEIs of the same height in each group.
In some embodiments, the location information includes global positioning system, GPS, information, access base station cell information.
The position information satisfies a preset first condition, including satisfying one of:
determining that the distance difference between the positions corresponding to the GPS information is smaller than a preset second threshold;
determining that the information of each access base station cell is the same;
and determining the corresponding access base station cell as an adjacent cell according to the determined information of each access base station cell.
The plurality of second IMEIs include a plurality of IMEIs highly suspected to belong to the same terminal, and the terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs may determine the location information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI, and if the location information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI is close, the plurality of second IMEIs considered to belong to the same terminal. The determined location information may include GPS information, information of a cell accessed to the base station, and the like, and when a distance difference between locations corresponding to the GPS information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI is smaller than a preset second threshold, or when the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI accesses the same base station cell or an adjacent base station cell, the location information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI may be considered to be close.
It should be noted that the preset second threshold may be a relatively short distance such as 10 meters or 20 meters, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this.
In some embodiments, the determining the location information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI (i.e. step 13) may include: and determining the position information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI for multiple times within the preset time length.
The position information satisfies a preset first condition, and may include: and the position information of the terminal corresponding to each determined second IMEI meets a preset first condition.
The terminal identification device to which the IMEI belongs may also determine the location information of the terminal corresponding to each second IMEI for multiple times within the preset time duration, and if the location information of the terminal corresponding to each determined second IMEI is close, it may be considered that each second IMEI belongs to the same terminal. The specific situation of the preset first condition (i.e. under which situation the position information can be considered to be close) has been described in detail above, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that the preset time period may be 10 days, 15 days, 30 days, and the like, and the multiple times may be 10 times, 20 times, and the like, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
