Abstract
The invention discloses a fabric tensioning mechanism of textile machinery, which comprises a base, wherein a central shaft is hinged on the base, the central shaft is fixedly connected with one end of a straight arm, and the other end of the straight arm is connected with a tensioning roller; a screw rod is fixed at one end of the straight arm close to the central shaft, a balance block is sleeved on the screw rod, and a nut is screwed at the outer end of the screw rod; and the middle part of the straight arm is provided with an elastic tension mechanism. The tension roller can automatically tension the fabric under the self-weight condition of the elastic tension mechanism, the straight arm and the tension roller, and the tension force can be adjusted through the balance block, so that the requirements of various working conditions are met.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery, in particular to a fabric tensioning mechanism of the textile machinery.
Background
The fabric in the cloth pushing trolley in the workshop is usually in a tension-free folded state, and if the fabric directly enters a machine for processing, abnormal conditions such as folds, deflection and the like are easily generated, so that the smooth proceeding of cloth printing and dyeing processing and the product quality are influenced. To overcome this, the fabric is typically first passed through rollers and a tensioning mechanism. The fabric is tensioned by the tensioning mechanism and then enters a machine for processing, but the tensioning force of the tensioning roller of the existing tensioning mechanism to the fabric is generally in a certain range, and cannot be adjusted, so that the requirements of various working conditions cannot be met.

A round hole and an open slot penetrating through the round hole are formed at one end of the straight arm positioned at the central shaft, and a threaded hole and a through hole are respectively formed on two side walls of the outer end of the open slot;
the end part of the central shaft is inserted and sleeved in the round hole, a screw is sleeved in the through hole, and the other end of the screw is screwed in the threaded hole.
The tensioning roller is articulated through a plurality of bearings on the bracing piece including fixing the bracing piece on straight arm, the sleeve pipe.
The nut has two, and two nuts are close to each other together.
The elastic tension mechanism comprises a base shaft arranged below the straight arm, the base shaft is rotatably connected with one end of a first pull rod, a guide column is fixed at the end part of the first pull rod extending into the step sleeve, and a pressure spring is clamped between the guide column and the step surface of the step sleeve; the upper end of the step sleeve is fixed with the lower end of the second pull rod, the upper end of the second pull rod is inserted and sleeved on the rotating portion, and the rotating portion is rotatably connected to the middle of the straight arm.

The limiting mechanism comprises a pair of connecting arms fixed on the base, a limiting shaft is fixed at one end, far away from the base, of each connecting arm, and the two limiting shafts are located on the upper side and the lower side of the straight arm respectively.
The straight arm is obliquely arranged, and one end of the straight arm connected with the tensioning roller is higher than one end of the straight arm connected with the central shaft.
The invention has the following outstanding effects: compared with the prior art, the tension roller can automatically tension the fabric under the self-weight condition of the elastic tension mechanism, the straight arm and the tension roller, and the tension force can be adjusted through the balance block, so that the requirements of various working conditions are met.

In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a fabric tensioning mechanism of a textile machine comprises a base 1, wherein a central shaft 2 is hinged on the base 1, the central shaft 2 is fixedly connected with one end of a straight arm 3, and the other end of the straight arm 3 is connected with a tensioning roller 4; a screw rod 5 is fixed at one end of the straight arm 3 close to the central shaft 2, a balance block 6 is sleeved on the screw rod 5, and a nut 7 is screwed at the outer end of the screw rod 5; and the middle part of the straight arm 3 is provided with an elastic tension mechanism 8.
Furthermore, a round hole 31 and an open slot 32 penetrating through the round hole 31 are formed at one end of the straight arm 3 positioned on the central shaft 2, and a threaded hole 33 and a through hole 34 are respectively formed on two side walls of the outer end of the open slot 32;

the tension force of the tension roller 4 to the fabric can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the balance block 6, and the closer the balance block 6 is to the central shaft 2, the greater the tension force of the tension roller 4 to the fabric is;
the two limit shafts 92 can limit the overturning amplitude of the support arm 3.
