本发明涉及新能源充电桩相关领域,公开了一种针对雨天电源线的收紧和清洁装置,包括主体箱,主体箱内设有清洁夹具腔,清洁夹具腔右侧设有齿条移动腔,清洁夹具腔右侧连通设有关于齿条移动腔前后对称且与齿条移动腔连通的小齿轮转动腔,本装置能够通过重力感应装置对外界多余拉出的充电线进行自动收紧,从而避免了充电线的磨损弯折情况,对充电线起到保护作用;同时在充电线自动收紧过程中还能对充电箱进行一个降温工作,减小充电线过热缠绕收紧发生安全隐患的几率;装置还能对外界天气进行判断,在有雨水或空气潮湿的情况下,当收紧充电线时进行自动清洁工作,保证了充电箱的干净整洁。

背景技术
目前新能源充电桩充电线大部分暴露在室外,且当使用充电线时经常会出现拉出充电线过长的现象,这种现象会加剧充电线的磨损情况,不利于充电线的使用,在部分不好的天气拉出过长充电线会使充电箱上沾上实地泥土或杂物,十分不美观同时还不利与充电线的维护,同时还可能会出现安全隐患。

本发明的目的在于提供一种针对电源线的收紧和清洁装置,能够克服现有技术的上述缺陷,从而提高设备的实用性。

本发明的有益效果 :本装置能够通过重力感应装置对外界多余拉出的充电线进行自动收紧,从而避免了充电线的磨损弯折情况,对充电线起到保护作用;同时在充电线自动收紧过程中还能对充电箱进行一个降温工作,减小充电线过热缠绕收紧发生安全隐患的几率;装置还能对外界天气进行判断,在有雨水或空气潮湿的情况下,当收紧充电线时进行自动清洁工作,保证了充电箱的干净整洁。

本实施例所述固定连接方法包括但不限于螺栓固定、焊接等方法。
如图1-5所示,本发明的设备处于初始状态时,固定块弹簧22处于拉绳状态,齿条40位于齿条移动腔38右侧,右侧弹簧39的拉力大于左侧弹簧41的拉力,移动块弹簧60处于拉伸状态,盛水腔11内没有雨水,浮块12处于盛水腔11的底部,浮块拉绳13对移动块61有向下的力,移动齿轮65与固定齿轮66不啮合;整个装置的机械动作的顺序 :开始工作时,当有新能源汽车需要开始充电时,车主拿出充电插头26对车辆进行充电,此时电源线46也被拽出;当电源线46被拉出过长时,电源线46松弛落到到滑动桶24上,此时电源线46压住滑动桶24,同时可移动轴31和固定块30克服固定块弹簧22的推力作用向下移动,当滑动桶24触碰到电机触发块29时,触发电机47,同时启动电机47,此时电机47通过主动轴49带动主动带轮51转动,主动带轮51转动通过大皮带59带动上侧从动带轮63和下侧从动带轮58转动;当下侧从动带轮58转动通过滚筒传输轴57带动滚筒动力带轮56转动,滚筒动力带轮56转动通过滚筒动力皮带16带动滚筒传输带轮15转动从而通过滚筒转动轴19带动滚筒18转动,从而进行对电源线46的收紧工作;此时外界松弛的绳子被收进装置,同时电源线46不再落到滑动桶24上,滑动桶24开始在固定块弹簧22的推力作用下向上移动且不再触碰电机触发块29,此时电机关闭,主动带轮51和上侧从动带轮63以及下侧从动带轮58停止转动,从而滚筒动力带轮56停止转动,此时滚筒18停止转动,向内收紧电源线46的动作停止,电源线绷紧且正常对车辆充电;当车辆充电完毕后,车主将充电插头26放置原位,此时被拉出去的多余的电源线46落在滑动桶24上,此时滑动桶24重新对电机进行启动,进而进行收紧电源线46的工作;如果此时外界有雨时,盛水腔11内有雨水储存,此时浮块12在雨水的浮力下向上移动,同时通过浮块拉绳13带动移动块61克服移动块弹簧60的拉力作用向上移动,移动块61带动线轮传输轴64和移动齿轮65向下移动至移动齿轮65与固定齿轮66啮合位置;当车主在雨天拉出电源线进行充电时,外界电源线过长此时向干燥天气时情况一样触发大皮带59从而电机47启动,电机47通过主动轴49带动主动带轮51转动,主动带轮51转动通过大皮带59带动上侧从动带轮63和下侧从动带轮58转动,下侧从动带轮58转动时通过滚筒传输轴57带动滚筒动力带轮56转动,滚筒动力带轮56转动通过滚筒动力皮带16带动滚筒传输带轮15转欧凡从而通过滚筒转动轴19带动滚筒18转动对电源线46进行收紧作用;
同时上侧从动带轮63转动通过线轮传输轴64带动移动齿轮65转动,移动齿轮65转动带动固定齿轮66转动,固定齿轮66转动通过风扇传输轴54带动线轮53和风扇动力带轮55转动,风扇动力带轮55转动通过风扇动力皮带37带动风扇传输带轮36转动,风扇传输带轮36转动通过风扇动力轴34带动风扇33转动,从而对清洁夹具腔21内的电源线46进行降温作用;当固定齿轮66转动通过风扇传输轴54带动风扇动力带轮55转动时,,线轮53转动通过齿条拉绳45拉动齿条40克服左侧弹簧41的推力作用和右侧弹簧39的拉力作用向左移动从而带动小齿轮42转动,小齿轮42通过固定销27和横轴44带动清洁夹具20向内移动,从而对电源线46进行加紧,从而对电源线46上的水滴或脏物质进行擦拭清洁;当电源线收紧至不再接触滑动桶24时,电机触发块29不被触发此时电机47关闭,主动带轮51、上侧从动带轮63和下侧从动带轮58停止转动,因此滚筒动力带轮56和滚筒动力皮带16停止转动,滚筒18停止转动从而对电源线收紧工作停止;当上侧从动带轮63停止转动,同时移动齿轮65和固定齿轮66停止转动,因此线轮53停止转动,由于右侧弹簧39的拉力大于左侧弹簧41的拉力,此时在右侧弹簧39的拉力作用下,齿条40克服左侧弹簧41的拉力作用和齿条拉绳45的拉力作用向右移动至原位,同时在齿条40向右移动的过程中,小齿轮42反转通过固定销27和横轴44带动清洁夹具20向外移动,此时清洁夹具20对电源线46不再夹紧,清洁工作也停止,同时风扇动力带轮55停止转动,此时风扇33停止转动,对电源线降温工作也停止;当车辆充电完毕后,车主将充电插头26放置原位,此时被拉出去的多余的电源线46落在滑动桶24上,此时滑动桶24重新对电机进行启动,进而进行雨天情况下收紧电源线46以及擦拭和降温的工作;本发明的有益效果是:本装置能够通过重力感应装置对外界多余拉出的充电线进行自动收紧,从而避免了充电线的磨损弯折情况,对充电线起到保护作用;同时在充电线自动收紧过程中还能对充电箱进行一个降温工作,减小充电线过热缠绕收紧发生安全隐患的几率;装置还能对外界天气进行判断,在有雨水或空气潮湿的情况下,当收紧充电线时进行自动清洁工作,保证了充电箱的干净整洁。

1.一种针对电源线的收紧和清洁装置,包括主体箱,其特征在于:所述主体箱内设有清洁夹具腔,所述清洁夹具腔右侧设有齿条移动腔,所述清洁夹具腔右侧连通设有关于齿条移动腔前后对称且与所述齿条移动腔连通的小齿轮转动腔,所述小齿轮转动腔下端壁内转动配合连接有向上延伸至所述小齿轮转动腔内的小齿轮固定轴,所述小齿轮固定轴上固定连接有位于所述小齿轮转动腔内且部分位于所述齿条移动腔内的小齿轮,所述小齿轮上端面固定连接有固定销,所述固定销左端面固定连接有贯穿所述小齿轮转动腔至所述清洁夹具腔内的横轴,所述横轴左端面固定连接有清洁夹具,所述齿条移动腔内滑动配合连接有齿条,所述齿条右端面与所述齿条移动腔右端壁之间固定连接有右侧弹簧,所述齿条左端面与所述齿条移动腔左端壁之间固定连有左侧弹簧,所述小齿轮转动腔后侧设有与所述清洁夹具腔连通的风扇转动腔,所述风扇转动腔后侧设有开口向后的空气通腔,所述风扇转动腔右侧设有向下延伸的风扇动力腔,所述风扇动力腔左端壁内转动配合连接有向右延伸至所述风扇动力腔内且向左延伸至所述风扇转动腔内的风扇动力轴,所述风扇动力轴左侧末端固定连接有风扇,所述风扇动力轴右侧末端固定连接有风扇传输带轮,所述风扇动力腔下侧的左侧设有线轮腔,所述线轮腔左侧设有齿轮啮合腔,所述齿轮啮合腔右端壁内转动配合连接有向左延伸至所述齿轮啮合腔内且向右延伸贯穿所述线轮腔至所述风扇动力腔内的风扇传输轴,所述风扇传输轴右侧末端固定连接有风扇动力带轮,所述风扇动力带轮与所述风扇传输带轮之间动力配合连接有风扇动力皮带,所述风扇传输轴上固定连接有线轮,所述风扇传输轴左侧末端固定连接有固定齿轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种针对电源线的收紧和清洁装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮啮合腔左侧连通设有带轮动力腔,所述带轮动力腔左侧且位于所述主体箱内固定连接有电机,所述电机右端面固定连接有向右延伸至所述带轮动力腔内的主动轴,所述带轮动力腔左侧连通设有位于所述主动轴下侧的移动块移动腔,所述主动轴右侧末端固定连接有主动带轮,所述带轮动力腔右侧且位于所述齿轮啮合腔下侧设有向前延伸的滚筒动力腔,所述带轮动力腔右端壁内转动配合连接有向左延伸至所述带轮动力腔内且向右延伸至所述滚筒动力腔内的滚筒传输轴,所述滚筒传输轴左侧末端固定连接有下侧从动带轮,所述滚筒传输轴右侧末端固定连接有滚筒动力带轮,所述齿轮啮合腔左端壁内转动配合连接有向右延伸至所述齿轮啮合腔内且向左延伸贯穿所述带轮动力腔至所述移动块移动腔内的线轮传输轴,所述线轮传输轴右侧末端固定连接有位于所述固定齿轮下侧的移动齿轮,所述线轮传输轴上固定连接有位于所述带轮动力腔内的上侧从动带轮,所述线轮传输轴左侧末端转动配合连接有移动块,所述主动带轮、所述下侧从动带轮以及所述上侧从动带轮之间动力配合连接有大皮带,所述移动块上端面与所述移动块移动腔上端壁之间固定连接有移动块弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种针对电源线的收紧和清洁装置,其特征在于:所述小齿轮转动腔上侧设有开口向上的盛水腔,所述盛水腔内滑动配合连接有浮块,所述浮块下端面与所述移动块上端面之间固定连接有浮块拉绳,所述小齿轮转动腔下侧设有位于所述滚筒动力腔左侧的滚筒转动腔,所述滚筒动力腔左端壁内转动配合连接有向右延伸至所述滚筒动力腔内且向左延伸至所述滚筒转动腔内的滚筒转动轴,所述滚筒转动轴左侧末端固定连接有滚筒,所述滚筒转动轴右侧末端固定连接有滚筒传输带轮,所述滚筒传输带轮与所述滚筒动力带轮之间动力配合连接有滚筒动力皮带,所述电源线贯穿所述清洁夹具腔至所述放置插头腔内。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种针对电源线的收紧和清洁装置,其特征在于:所述盛水腔左侧设有开口向左的放置插头腔,所述放置插头腔右侧连通设有充电头固定腔,所述电源线上侧末端固定连接有充电插头,所述充电插头能够所述充电头固定腔滑动配合连接,所述放置插头腔下侧连通设有开口向左的滑动桶移动腔,所述滑动桶移动腔后端壁内转动配合连接有向前延伸至所述滑动桶移动腔内的可移动轴,所述可移动轴上固定连接有位于所述滑动桶移动腔内的滑动桶,所述可移动轴前侧转动配合连接有固定块,所述固定块下端面与所述滑动桶移动腔下端壁之间固定连接有固定块弹簧,所述滑动桶移动腔右端壁内固定连接有电机触发块,所述充电插头下端面与所述滚筒之间固定连接有电源线。
