During operation, the oil cylinder 54 drives the pressing plate to press down, the plate material inside the pressing plate frame 42 is pressed, the pressing plate material is heated in the process, the pressed semi-finished product insulation board is lifted by the jacking blocks 57 on the supporting plate 56 after one pressing plate operation is completed, the feeding frame 43 carries out feeding operation, and the material pushing rods 431 on the material frame 43 push the processed semi-finished product insulation board into the material receiving device 6 to complete material receiving operation. And the feeding and the pushing of the semi-finished product insulation board are synchronously completed, so that the efficiency is high.
The rail conveying mechanism 7 comprises a ferry vehicle 71, a transverse rail 72, a hydraulic car pusher 73 and a chain car pusher 74, at least one chain car pusher 74 is arranged, corresponding hydraulic car pusher 73, chain car pusher 74 and ferry vehicle 71 can be distributed according to the number of the plate pressing mechanisms 3, and the chain car pushers 74 are respectively installed in parallel and led to the inside of the curing chamber 8.

Steam maintenance mechanism includes curing chamber 8 and a plurality of steam conveying pipe way, and steam conveying pipe way passes through gas boiler supply saturated steam, and vertical track wears to locate in curing chamber 8, and steam conveying pipe way is connected with curing chamber 8 respectively.

Material collecting device 6 is used for accurate butt joint to receive the material, and full automation is piled up layer upon layer heated board, avoids placing semi-manufactured goods heated board on the bracket through the manual work, has reduced the percentage of damage, accomplishes automatic transport to curing chamber 8 through track conveying mechanism 7 and carries out the maintenance, saves manual operation, promotes production efficiency.
