The invention relates to a continuous cutting device for reinforcing steel bars capable of recycling scraps, which comprises two bases which are parallel to each other, a cross beam, a fixed frame and movable frames, wherein the cross beam, the fixed frame and the movable frames are arranged between the two bases, the two movable frames are arranged between the two fixed frames, a cover plate is connected above the fixed frames and the movable frames through bolts, a movable slide block is sleeved above the cross beam, an air cylinder is further arranged on the cross beam, the air cylinder is connected with a telescopic rod, the telescopic rod is connected with the slide block, a first motor is arranged on the slide block, a cutting tool is connected to the lower end of the slide block, a belt is connected between the first motor and the cutting tool, a scrap box is arranged between the bases. The cutting device provided by the invention can accurately measure the distance, determine the cutting position of the steel bar, fix the steel bar during cutting, avoid displacement, avoid flying of scraps by the baffle, concentrate the scraps in the scrap box, avoid environmental pollution and recycle resources.

A steel bar continuous cutting device capable of recycling scraps is characterized by comprising two bases which are parallel to each other, a cross beam arranged between the two bases, a fixed frame and a movable frame, wherein two fixed frames are arranged at two ends of the two bases respectively and are vertically arranged at the two ends of the two bases, two movable frames are movably arranged between the two bases, the two movable frames are arranged between the two fixed frames, a cover plate is further connected between the fixed frames and the movable frames through bolts, a movable sliding block is sleeved above the cross beam, an air cylinder is further arranged at one end of the cross beam and is connected with a telescopic rod, the telescopic rod is connected with the sliding block, a first motor is further arranged on the sliding block, a cutting tool is connected at the lower end of the sliding block, a belt is connected between the first motor and the cutting tool, and a scrap box is further arranged between the bases, an indicator is arranged at one end of the base, and a distance meter which is arranged on the same horizontal line with the indicator is arranged on the cross beam.
2. The apparatus for continuously cutting reinforcing bar with scrap recycling according to claim 1, wherein the base is formed with a U-shaped groove with an inward opening, and the cross member is formed with a T-shaped protrusion at both ends thereof to move along the U-shaped groove.

The apparatus for continuously cutting reinforcing bar with the recycling of scraps as set forth in claim 5, wherein a plurality of springs and a movable pressing plate are provided on the cover plate, and both ends of the springs are connected to the movable frame and the movable pressing plate, respectively.
7. The apparatus for continuously cutting reinforcing bar with scrap recycling according to claim 6, wherein the movable pressing plate is in one-to-one correspondence with the semicircular groove.
8. The apparatus for continuously cutting reinforcing bar with the recycling of scraps as set forth in claim 7, wherein a protective case is provided at an outer side of the cutter.
9. The apparatus for continuously cutting reinforcing bar with scrap recycling according to claim 8, wherein the scrap box is disposed under the fixing frame, inclined flow guide plates are disposed at both sides of the scrap box, and a slag outlet is disposed at a lower end of the scrap box.
10. The apparatus for continuously cutting reinforcing bar with scrap recycling according to claim 9, wherein the traverse is provided at both sides thereof with a baffle plate, respectively, the baffle plate being disposed above the cover plate.
