For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the directions or positional relationships indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, for example; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment of the invention introduces a drum washing machine, which comprises an outer drum 2 and an inner drum 3 sleeved in the outer drum 2, wherein a throwing opening is arranged on the inner drum 3, an opening is arranged on the outer drum 2, and the throwing opening and the opening are overlapped in the axial direction of the inner drum 3; the inner cylinder 3 is provided with a first door body 30 which corresponds to the closed delivery opening, and the outer cylinder 2 is provided with a second door body 20 which is opened and closed.
By arranging the first door body 30, clothes always roll in the inner cylinder 3 when the washing program is executed by the washing machine and the inner cylinder 3 rotates, so that the clothes are prevented from being blocked in a gap between a putting opening of the inner cylinder 3 and the washing machine door 10; meanwhile, the second door body 20 is arranged at the opening of the outer barrel 2, so that the opening of the outer barrel 2 is automatically closed, a sealing window gasket can not be arranged between the outer shell 1 of the washing machine and the opening of the outer barrel 2, and water flow is prevented from flowing out from the opening of the outer barrel 2. In addition, the first door body 30 is arranged, so that the inner part of the inner cylinder 3 is in a closed state when the washing program of the washing machine is executed, washing water in the inner cylinder 3 is prevented from being sputtered to the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2 through the throwing opening, and the aim of avoiding washing of the washing machine is fulfilled.
The feeding opening and the opening are overlapped in the axial direction of the inner cylinder 3, namely the feeding opening is arranged at the first side of the axial direction of the inner cylinder 3, the axes of the outer cylinder 2 and the inner cylinder 3 extend in the same direction, and the opening is arranged at one side of the axial direction of the outer cylinder 2, which is close to the first side of the inner cylinder 3; specifically, urceolus 2 and inner tube 3 all include that the axis is the cylindric lateral wall that extends around and the diapire of closed lateral wall rear end, and the urceolus 2 front side is located to the uncovered, and the inner tube 3 front side is located to the opening of puting in, and inner tube 3 can rotate around self axis, and urceolus 2 section of thick bamboo wall bottom is equipped with the outlet, and second door body 20 is installed on inner tube 3, and first door body 30 is installed on urceolus 2, and second door body 20 and first door body 30 are outwards upset and open, correspond the upset and close.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in this embodiment, the first door 30 covers at least the whole of the dispensing opening, and the first door 30 is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the dispensing opening and/or the inner cylinder 3 at the periphery of the dispensing opening. I.e. the first door 30 is closed to completely seal the dispensing opening.
According to the invention, through the arrangement, the gas and the liquid in the inner cylinder 3 are prevented from flowing out of the inner cylinder 3 from the delivery opening, and the washing water in the inner cylinder 3 is further prevented from being sputtered onto the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2 from the delivery opening.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in this embodiment, the second door 20 covers at least the whole of the opening, and the second door 20 is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the opening and/or the outer cylinder 2 of the periphery of the opening. I.e., the second door 20 is closed to completely seal the opening.
The invention prevents the gas and liquid in the outer cylinder 2 from flowing to the outside of the outer cylinder 2 from the opening through the arrangement, and further prevents the washing water in the outer cylinder 2 from flowing to the outside of the outer cylinder 2 to influence the use of the washing machine or the use of external equipment of the washing machine.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in this embodiment, the second door 20 and the first door 30 are set independently, that is, when a user takes and puts in clothes, the user opens the second door 20 first and then opens the first door 30, and when washing clothes, the user closes the first door 30 first and then closes the second door 20.
According to the invention, the first door body 30 and the second door body 20 are mutually independent, so that the first door body 30 and the second door body 20 are not mutually influenced, and different requirements of users are met.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, a drum washing machine includes a housing 1, an outer tub 2 and an inner tub 3 are installed inside the housing 1, and an opening for relatively opening and closing a second door 20 is provided on the housing 1; preferably, the opening and the delivery opening are coaxially arranged.
The invention optimizes the appearance of the washing machine through the arrangement.
Specifically, the casing 1 includes a front panel, a top panel, a rear back panel, a bottom plate and side panels to define a receiving chamber, and feet are mounted on the bottom plate to support the washing machine, which is not described in detail, and an opening is provided on the front side of the casing 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the space between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2 is communicated with the space between the outer tub 2 and the outer casing 1 through the opening when the second door 20 is opened, i.e., a sealing structure for sealing the gap between the opening and the opening in a general drum washing machine is not provided between the opening and the opening.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in this embodiment, a door 10 for closing the opening is correspondingly installed at the opening of the housing 1.
The invention further optimizes the appearance of the washing machine through the arrangement.
Specifically, the door 10 is mounted on the housing 1, and the door 10 is turned outwards to be opened and turned correspondingly to be closed.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in the present embodiment, the machine door 10 and the second door 20 are independent from each other, i.e. when a user takes and puts in clothes, the machine door 10 is opened first, then the second door 20 is opened, and when clothes are washed, the second door 20 is closed first, then the machine door 10 is closed.
The invention ensures that the machine door 10 and the second door body 20 are not mutually influenced by the arrangement, so as to adapt to different requirements of users.
In this embodiment, a linkage mechanism is disposed between the machine door 10 and the second door 20, when the machine door 10 is closed or the opening of the housing 1 is opened, the second door 20 is turned over along with the machine door 10 to correspondingly close or open the opening of the outer cylinder 2, that is, when a user takes and puts in clothes, the machine door 10 is opened while the second door 20 is also opened, and when clothes are washed, the machine door 10 is closed while the second door 20 is also closed.
According to the invention, the linkage mechanism is arranged between the machine door 10 and the second door body 20, so that the machine door 10 and the second door body 20 are simultaneously opened and closed, and the operations of putting in and taking out clothes by a user are simplified.
Specifically, after the door 10 is closed, the door 10 is fixed to the housing 1, and the door 10 has a decorative effect.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the inner tub 3 forms a sealed container containing washing water when the washing machine performs a washing process. In some embodiments, the drum 3 is an inner drum of a conventional drum washing machine.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in this embodiment, a ring of shock absorbing members is provided between the periphery of the door 10 and the opening of the housing 1. Wherein, the shock attenuation piece is rubber material.
The invention reduces the noise when the machine door 10 is closed by the arrangement, and improves the sealing effect of the machine door 10 for closing the opening.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, a lifting rib 9 is disposed on a side wall of the inner cylinder 3, a receiving cavity is disposed inside the lifting rib 9, a first through hole communicated with an inner space of the inner cylinder 3 and a second through hole 93 communicated with a gap between the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 2 are disposed on a wall surface of the receiving cavity, and a control structure for controlling the first through hole and/or the second through hole 93 to be opened and closed is disposed inside the receiving cavity.
According to the invention, through the arrangement, the liquid in the inner cylinder 3 is discharged when the inner cylinder 3 is the non-porous inner cylinder 3 and the first door body 30 is closed, wherein the first through hole and/or the second through hole 93 is/are closed, the inner part of the inner cylinder 3 is in a completely closed state when the first door body 30 is closed, washing water in the inner cylinder 3 is prevented from being sputtered to the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2 when the first through hole and the second through hole 93 are opened, the inner part of the inner cylinder 3 is in a semi-closed state when the first door body 30 is closed, washing water in the inner cylinder 3 is discharged to a gap between the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 2, meanwhile, washing water in the inner cylinder 3 is prevented from being sputtered to the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2 through a throwing port, the first through hole and the second through hole 93 are opened, the inner part of the inner cylinder 3 is in an open state when the first door body 30 is opened, a user can clean the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 2 at this time, the first through hole and/or the second through hole 93 is/are closed, and the inner part of the inner cylinder 3 is in a semi-open state when the user can take and throw clothes at this time.
Specifically, the first through holes are densely distributed on one side of the accommodating cavity, which is close to the inner cylinder 3, and the second through holes 93 are formed on one side of the accommodating cavity, which is close to the gap between the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 2, the number of the second through holes 93 is small, the control structure controls the second through holes 93 to be opened and closed, and the lifting rib 9 comprises a plurality of evenly distributed lifting ribs which encircle the axis of the inner cylinder 3 and also comprises a plurality of evenly distributed lifting ribs which are axially and evenly distributed along the inner cylinder 3.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, the lifting rib 9 includes a housing 90, first through holes are formed on two opposite sides of the housing 90 along the direction of water flow, a housing cavity is formed in the housing 90, a second through hole 93 is formed on the bottom wall of the housing cavity, the second through hole 93 is connected with a drainage device, a control structure capable of controlling opening and closing is installed in the housing cavity, and the control structure opens the second through hole 93 during the dehydration process and when the inner cylinder 3 rotates at a high speed, so as to drain the washing water in the inner cylinder 3.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in this embodiment, the lifting ribs 9 protrude from the inner side surface of the sidewall of the inner cylinder 3. In some embodiments, the lifting ribs 9 are arranged protruding from the outer side surface of the side wall of the inner cylinder 3.
According to the invention, in the working process of the drum washing machine, the inner drum 3 drives the lifting ribs 9 to rotate, and the lifting ribs 9 rotate along with the inner wall of the inner drum 3, so that clothes in the inner drum 3 are lifted upwards, and the clothes are turned over and washed.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in the present embodiment, the control structure includes a valve plug 91, an elastic member 95 and a lever, the valve plug 91 is correspondingly installed at the second through hole 93 to close the second through hole 93, the elastic member 95 supports the valve plug 91 to close the second through hole 93 and can elastically deform in the axial direction of the second through hole 93, one end of the lever is hinged to the valve plug 91, and the other end of the lever is connected to a weight 92.
The invention realizes the control of opening and closing the second through hole 93 through the arrangement, wherein when the inner cylinder 3 is stationary or rotates at a low speed, the force applied by the heavy hammer 92 cannot elastically deform the elastic member 95, when the valve plug 91 closes the second through hole 93 and the inner cylinder 3 rotates, the force applied by the heavy hammer 92 elastically deforms the elastic member 95 and drives the valve plug 91, thereby opening the second through hole 93, and when the inner cylinder 3 is stationary or rotates at a low speed again, the elastic member 95 is restored to an initial state, and the valve plug 91 closes the second through hole 93.
The first through hole is in a normally open state, and the distance between the weight 92 and the fulcrum is larger, so as to drive the valve plug 91.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, the control structure includes a valve plug 91 and a weight 92 for closing the second through hole 93, the valve plug 91 can move up and down relative to the second through hole 93, one end of the weight 92 extends outwards to form a lever, the lever is hinged to the valve plug 91, the up and down movement of the weight 92 enables the lever to drive the valve plug 91 to move up and down around a fulcrum, so as to automatically control the opening and closing of the second through hole 93, an elastic piece 95 is arranged on the valve plug 91, when the inner cylinder does not work or rotates at a low speed, the valve plug 91 closes the second through hole 93 under the action of the elastic piece 95, when the inner cylinder 3 rotates at a high speed during dehydration, the weight 92 moves radially outwards along the inner cylinder 3 under the action of centrifugal force, one end of the lever connected with the weight 92 moves downwards along with the weight 92, the other end of the lever moves upwards to drive the weight 91 upwards to open the second through hole 93, washing water in the inner cylinder 3 passes through the first through hole and the second through hole 93, the outer cylinder 2 is fixed, a water collecting device 94 is arranged at a position relative to the second through hole 93, the water collecting device 94 is communicated with the inner cylinder, when the inner cylinder is provided with a drain pipe, and the drain pipe 8 is arranged on the drain pump, the drain water collecting device 94 collects water in the drain pump 3 under the action of the drain 8.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, the valve plug 91 has a cylindrical structure with an axis coaxial with the second through hole 93, the valve plug 91 includes a closed section for closing the second through hole 93 and a connecting section with an outer diameter smaller than that of the closed section, the elastic member 95 supports a step surface between the connecting section and the closed section, and the lever is hinged to one end of the connecting section away from the closed section.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in the present embodiment, the elastic member 95 is of a cylindrical structure coaxial with the valve plug 91, the elastic member 95 is sleeved outside the closed section, the first end portion thereof is supported on the step surface between the connecting section and the closed section, and the opposite end surface is supported and fixed inside the accommodating cavity.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in the present embodiment, the drum washing machine includes a driving device 4, the bottom of the inner drum 3 is in transmission connection with the driving device 4 through a motor shaft 41, and a water inlet channel 40 is formed in the interior of the motor shaft 41.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, the water inlet channel 40 is connected to a water inlet device, in which water is supplied from the inner cylinder 3, and the water inlet device includes a water inlet valve 5 for automatically controlling water inlet from the inner cylinder 3, a detergent dispensing device 6, and a heating device 7.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, one end of a motor shaft 41 extends out of the driving device 4, the motor shaft 41 and the extending end are rotatably mounted on a communicating member 42 through bearings, a communicating channel is provided in the communicating member 42, the communicating channel communicates with a water inlet channel 40 and a water inlet device, and a detergent dispensing device 6 and a heating device 7 are sequentially connected between the communicating channel and the water inlet valve 5.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, an outer cylinder 2 is installed in a housing 1 through a damping device, one end of the outer cylinder 2 is open, one end is closed, an inner cylinder 3 is sleeved inside the outer cylinder 2, a delivery opening of the inner cylinder 3 is consistent with the opening direction of the outer cylinder 2, one end of a motor shaft 41 penetrates through the inner cylinder 3, the other end of the motor shaft is rotatably supported on the bottom wall of the outer cylinder 2, the outer cylinder 2 plays a role in supporting and damping the inner cylinder 3, working stability of the washing machine is ensured, a second door body 20 is installed at the opening of the outer cylinder 2, a first door body 30 is installed at the delivery opening of the inner cylinder 3, the second door body 20 is in sealing connection with the opening of the outer cylinder 2, and the first door body 30 is in sealing connection with the delivery opening of the inner cylinder 3.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in this embodiment, the damping device includes a damping spring and a damper, the damping spring is mounted on a side wall of the top of the outer cylinder 2, one end of the damping spring is fixed on the housing 1, the other end is hooked on a side wall of the outer top, and the damper is mounted in the middle of a bottom side wall of the supporting seat.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, a linkage mechanism is disposed between the second door 20 and the first door 30, when the second door 20 is pulled to turn over outwards to open the opening of the outer cylinder 2, the first door 30 follows the second door 20 to turn over outwards to open, and when the second door 20 is pushed to close the opening of the outer cylinder 2, the first door 30 follows the second door 20 to turn over to close the dispensing opening of the inner cylinder 3. When the second door body 20 and the first door body 30 are closed, the first door body 30 is sealed with the inner cylinder 3 and fixedly connected in a sealing manner, the first door body 30 rotates along with the inner cylinder 3, the second door body 20 is fixed on the outer cylinder 2, and the first door body 30 can rotate relative to the second door body 20. When the second door body 20 and the first door body 30 are closed, the second door body 20 and the first door body 30 are fixedly connected, and the first door body 30 is in sealing connection with the outer periphery of the feeding port of the inner cylinder 3 in a relatively rotatable manner. Wherein the second door 20 and the first door 30 are coaxially and fixedly connected. The periphery of the first door body 30 extends to the inclined flaring of the second door body 20, and the periphery of the first door body 30 is abutted against the throwing opening of the inner cylinder 3, so that at least a part of the first door body 30 is positioned in the throwing opening, and the periphery of the first door body 30 is in sealing connection with the throwing opening of the inner cylinder 3, so that water in the inner cylinder 3 is prevented from flowing out. The periphery of the first door body 30 extends outwards along the radial direction of the first door body, one side of the first door body 30 is attached to the opening of the outer cylinder 2, and a buffer piece is arranged between the first door body 30 and the outer cylinder 2, so that larger impact on the inner cylinder 3 during closing is prevented. The linkage mechanism comprises a first connecting end 22 and a second connecting end 31 which are mutually matched and spliced, the first connecting end 22 protrudes and extends from the center of the second door body 20 to one side of the first door body 30, the second connecting end 31 protrudes and extends from the center of the first door body 30 to one side of the second door body 20, and the first connecting end 22 and the second connecting end 31 can be connected in a relative rotation mode. A rolling device 23 is arranged between the first connecting end 22 and the second connecting end 31, the rolling device 23 and the throwing port are coaxially arranged, preferably, the rolling device 23 is a bearing, the inner ring of the bearing is sleeved on the first connecting end 22, and the second connecting end 31 is sleeved on the outer ring of the bearing; or the bearing inner ring is sleeved on the second connecting end 31, and the first connecting end 22 is sleeved on the outer ring of the bearing. The first connecting end 22 is a cylinder, the second connecting end 31 is an open groove, the opening faces the second door body 20, the cylinder is correspondingly inserted into the groove from the opening, one end of the cylinder, which is close to the door body, is provided with a shaft shoulder, the cylinder is sleeved with a rolling device 23, the shaft shoulder limits the rolling device 23, and the extending length of the groove is smaller than that of the cylinder; alternatively, the first connecting end 22 is an open groove, the opening faces the first door 30, the second connecting end 31 is a cylinder, and the cylinder is correspondingly inserted into the groove from the opening. The first door body 30 includes front bezel and back plate that parallel connection, and the back plate can produce the back-and-forth displacement relative to the front bezel, and the diameter of front bezel is greater than the diameter of back plate, and the front bezel corresponds the open of sealed urceolus 2, and the back plate sets up between front bezel and second door body 20, sets up first link 22 towards one side of second door body 20 on the front bezel, is equipped with the second link 31 that is connected with first link 22 cooperation on the first door body 30, installs rolling device 23 between first link 22 and the second link 31 to make the rotation of second door body 20 drive first door body 30. A certain gap is reserved between the front plate and the rear plate, a spring 21 extending along the axial direction of the feeding opening is arranged between the front plate and the rear plate, and two ends of the spring 21 are respectively connected with the front plate and the rear plate. The outer circumferences of the front plate and the rear plate are respectively connected with the outer circumferences of the front plate and the rear plate in a sealing way through a telescopic pipe 24 capable of generating telescopic deformation.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in this embodiment, a circle of buffer member is disposed between the periphery of the second door 20 and the opening of the outer cylinder 2, and a circle of sealing member is disposed between the periphery of the first door 30 and the opening of the inner cylinder 3.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but is capable of being modified or varied in many ways, and still fall within the scope of the present invention.
