Abstract
The invention relates to an emergency unlocking device for a locking mechanism of a sliding plug door of an urban rail vehicle, which is characterized in that an unlocking device is positioned at the end part of a screw rod, the device drives the screw rod through the rotation of a kinematic pair connected with the screw rod, so that the unlocking process of the mechanism is converted into the rotation process of the screw rod, and when the screw rod rotates for a certain angle, the mechanism can be changed from a locking state to an unlocking state so as to realize the unlocking action of a passive locking door mechanism; the kinematic pair is a sector gear and a screw rod gear, and the locking mechanism is unlocked through the rotation after meshing so as to realize the unlocking purpose of the passive locking door mechanism; the invention has the advantages that: the structure can meet the door opening requirement of emergency unlocking of an urban rail vehicle door system, and can be used for a sliding plug door driven by a motor-screw rod to realize unlocking operation under an emergency state to open a vehicle door.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an emergency unlocking device suitable for a screw-driven passive locking urban rail vehicle door, which is characterized in that a passive locking door mechanism has a function of automatically locking the door mechanism when the door mechanism is closed in place, so that the emergency unlocking device needs to be properly operated to release mechanical locking of the door mechanism in an emergency, and belongs to the technical field of mechanical design.
Background
Due to the rapid development of the railway passenger car industry, the requirements of a demand party on purchased products are stricter and stricter, and the emergency unlocking device belongs to a very important part in a door mechanism, so that the requirements on the reliability and the safety of the emergency unlocking device in the operation process are higher; meanwhile, with the development of the rail train door mechanism, the built-in door, the outward swinging door, the outward hanging door and the like are gradually replaced by a novel sliding plug door, and a locking system of the sliding plug door adopts a passive locking mode, so that the vehicle door has an automatic locking function when being closed in place; therefore, if a situation in which emergency opening of the door is required after completion of the door closing occurs, the manual unlocking device needs to be operated to release the mechanical locking of the door mechanism; in addition, the existing unlocking device mostly has the problems of low reliability, large occupied space, no universality, relatively complex structure, inconvenience for later maintenance and the like, and a new unlocking principle needs to be adopted for improvement in urgent need.

The invention relates to an emergency unlocking device which is applied to a part combination with higher transmission efficiency and realizes unlocking of a passive door locking mechanism by rotating a screw rod, aiming at solving the defects of low reliability, large occupied space, no universality, relatively complex structure, inconvenience for later maintenance and the like of the conventional emergency unlocking device; the technical solution of the invention is as follows: the device is characterized in that an emergency unlocking device is arranged at the end part of a screw rod, the device directly rotates the screw rod through a kinematic pair connected with the screw rod, original complex unlocking action is converted into rotation of the screw rod, and when the screw rod rotates for a certain angle, the aim of unlocking a passive door locking mechanism is fulfilled; the kinematic pair is structurally an emergency unlocking device with a sector gear meshed with a gear; the invention has the advantages that: the structure has the advantages of high reliability, high transmission efficiency, simple structure and strong universality, and in addition, the structure can meet the requirement of emergency unlocking and door opening of door mechanisms of urban rail trains and high-speed railway trains, and can be used for any passive spiral door mechanism locking mechanism to realize unlocking operation in an emergency state.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings;
in the figure, (1) is a screw, (2) is a screw gear, (3) is a locknut, (4) is a shaft retainer, (5) is a rotating shaft, (6) is a sliding bearing, (7) is a sector gear, (8) is a thrust sliding bearing, (9) is a fixed head, (10) is a plug connecting rod, (11) is a connecting frame, (12) is a short transverse column, (13) is a steel wire, (14) is an internal operation unlocking lock cylinder, (15) is a fixed frame, (16) is a spring, (17) is a steel wire fixed block, and (18) is a reset component;
as shown in fig. 1, the structure is that a sector gear (7) is linked with a rotating shaft (5) through a sliding bearing (6) and a thrust sliding bearing (8), a screw rod gear (2) is connected with a screw rod (1) to rotate synchronously, and the assembly position and the main structure of the unlocking device are shown in fig. 3;
in the non-unlocked state, the locking mechanism is as shown in fig. 5, at this time, the sector gear (7) and the screw rod gear (2) are in the non-meshed state as shown in fig. 7.1, and under the action of the sliding bearing (6) and the thrust sliding bearing (8), the sector gear (7) cannot be meshed with the screw rod gear (2) under the condition that the rotating shaft (5) is rotated without external force;
a steel wire rope (14) connected with a reset component (18) is wound on an internal operation lock cylinder (14) for unlocking, wherein the steel wire rope is fixed on the lock cylinder through a steel wire rope fixing block (17) so as to ensure that the reset component (18) can be driven to rotate through the steel wire rope (14) when the internal operation unlocking lock cylinder (14) rotates, and meanwhile, the steel wire rope on the internal operation lock cylinder is fixed through a steel wire rope lock catch or a rigging, so the examples are not given because the specifications of the steel wire ropes required in different occasions are different;
a reset assembly (18) (shown in figure 2) for resetting the sector gear (7) after unlocking is connected with the rotating shaft (5) in a threaded connection mode, two grooves for placing and connecting a steel wire rope (14) of the internal and external operation unlocking lock cylinder are formed in the positions without threads on the assembly, the steel wire rope of the reset assembly is fixed by a steel wire rope lock catch or a rigging, and the examples are omitted because the specifications of the steel wire ropes required in different occasions are different;
during unlocking, the internal operation unlocking lock cylinder (14) is rotated through key operation specified in appendix A in TB/T3262-plus 2011, the lock cylinder drives the steel wire rope (13) to drive the rotating shaft (5) to rotate (at the moment, a deflector rod on the rotating shaft 5 extrudes the spring 16 to generate certain elastic potential energy), and then the sector gear (7) is driven through the sliding bearing (6) and the thrust sliding bearing (8), so that the sector gear (7) is meshed with the screw rod gear (2) (at the moment, the positions of the sector gear and the screw rod gear are shown in figure 7.2), the screw rod (1) is rotated to drive the plug connecting rod (10), and the plug connecting rod (10) is separated from a dead point self-locking position, so that an unlocking effect is achieved, and when unlocking is completed, the state of the locking mechanism is shown in figure 6;
meanwhile, the sector gear (7) and the screw rod gear (2) cannot be meshed in the whole circumference, namely, the sector gear and the screw rod gear (2) are in a non-meshed state when the locking mechanism is unlocked in place due to the special meshing relationship between the sector gear and the screw rod gear;
due to the existence of the spring (16) on the fixed frame (15), after the unlocking process is finished, the contact part of the deflector rod on the rotating shaft (5) and the spring can automatically recover to the initial position under the action of elastic force, and the spring positioned on the upper side of the fixed end plays the roles of buffering and limiting the reset assembly, so that the automatic reset is realized;
note: the external operation process is the same as the internal operation process, and the specific steps can refer to the process of internal operation unlocking;

An emergency unlocking device for a passive locking door mechanism is characterized in that the emergency unlocking device is arranged at the end part of a screw rod (1) on a fixed frame, the device directly rotates the screw rod (1) through a kinematic pair connected with the screw rod (1), and the unlocking action is converted into the rotation of the screw rod, so that the screw rod rotates for a certain angle, and the emergency unlocking purpose of the passive locking door mechanism is realized.
2. The emergency release device for a passive door locking mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the kinematic pair is constructed as an emergency release device in which a sector gear (7) is engaged with a lead screw gear (1) to directly rotate the lead screw (1).
3. The emergency release device for a passively locked door mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the sector gear (7) for unlocking is connected to the rotary shaft (5) via a slide bearing (6) and a thrust slide bearing (8), and the spindle gear (2) is connected to the spindle (1).
