a second box 204 integrated in the first box 203, wherein the second box 204 is hollow, and the hollow space of the second box 204 is configured as a storage space for animal carcasses;
the second refrigeration unit 402 is mounted within the first cabinet 203;
the second casing 204 has an open-top structure.
Wherein, the upper part of the first box 203 is provided with two openings, which are respectively an animal carcass feeding port and an animal carcass hanging outlet 207;
the animal carcass throwing port of the first box 203 is provided with a first plate 205 and a second plate 206 which can be turned over, the first plate 205 and the second plate 206 are both hinged with the first box 203 through a rotating shaft, the first plate 205 can be turned over towards the inside of the first box 203 and the upper part of the first box 203, and the second plate 206 can be turned over towards the upper part of the first box 203;
when the carcass inlet is closed, the first plate 205 is lapped on the second plate 206 to seal the carcass inlet;
when the animal carcass throwing-in opening is opened, the second plate 206 is turned upwards, the first plate 205 is turned towards the inside of the first box body 203 and is lapped on the inclined plate 208 of the second box body 204, and the first plate 205 and the inclined plate 208 form a throwing-in channel of the animal carcass;
when the carcass hanger outlet 207 is opened, the carcass in the second box 204 is taken out by an external tool.
The present embodiment describes the structure of the refrigerating box 2 in detail, which includes a first box 203 and a second box 204, wherein the first box 203 is a carrier for forming a refrigerating environment, and the second box 204 is a carrier for storing animal carcasses, and separates the two, so as to improve the refrigerating effect, and prevent the animal carcasses from damaging the refrigerating unit and affecting the refrigerating effect. In addition, the feeding animal carcass and the taking-out animal carcass are separated into two openings, so that the two operations can be separated according to different feeding and taking-out operation requirements without mutual influence, and the simultaneous operation can be realized.
In order to facilitate the large animal carcass to be transported into the refrigerating box 2 by using a trolley or artificially, the bottom of the refrigerating box 2 of the embodiment is provided with an embedded groove, and a pedal 5 is arranged in the embedded groove;
the pedal 5 is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a first pedal body 501 and a second pedal body 502;
the second pedal body 502 can be attached to the upper end surface of the refrigerator 2, and the first pedal body 501 extends obliquely downward;
the surface of the first pedal body 501 is laid with a rubber anti-slip layer 503, and anti-slip protrusions 504 are formed on the surface of the rubber anti-slip layer 503 at intervals.
The function and principle of the control part of the refrigeration device is described in detail, wherein a controller 601 is integrated in the transport carriage 7;
a first temperature sensor is arranged in the first refrigerating space and is communicated with the controller 601 to transmit a temperature signal of the first refrigerating space to the controller 601;
a second temperature sensor is installed in the refrigeration container 2 and communicates with the controller 602 to transmit a temperature signal inside the refrigeration container 2 to the controller 602;
the operating conditions of both the first refrigeration unit 401 and the second refrigeration unit 402 are controlled by the controller 601.
In addition, in order to more intuitively limit the internal refrigeration temperature to ensure normal refrigeration, the controller 601 is connected with a display set in the embodiment;
the display group comprises three displays, namely two first displays 603 and one second display 604;
the first displays 603 are symmetrically embedded on two sides of the carriage body 1;
the second display 604 is integrated in the cab of the vehicle 7.
In the technical scheme, the integrated refrigeration equipment provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the refrigeration equipment is integrated on the transport vehicle 7, the internal animal carcasses are subjected to double refrigeration storage through the two spaces of the carriage body 1 and the refrigerating box 2, the refrigeration effect is improved, meanwhile, the animal carcasses are separated and classified and stored through the different refrigerating boxes 2, the problems of poor refrigeration effect and bacterial breeding caused by the concentrated animal carcasses are solved, and the normal process treatment of the transported animal carcasses is ensured.
In the refrigeration equipment, two doors are designed on the carriage body 1, namely the upper sealing door 102 and the side sealing door 101, so that the refrigeration boxes 2 at different positions can be taken and placed through the corresponding sealing doors, and operation of operators is facilitated.
The refrigeration equipment integrates the monitoring component, the temperature sensor 602 is used for monitoring the internal refrigeration temperature in real time and transmitting the internal refrigeration temperature to the controller 601, and the controller 601 controls the working state of the refrigeration unit according to the internal temperature condition so that the internal temperature is constant within a specified process temperature range.
While certain exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been described above by way of illustration only, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are illustrative in nature and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
Claims (6)
1. Integrated refrigeration apparatus integrated in a transport vehicle (7), characterized in that it comprises:
a carriage body (1) mounted on the transport vehicle (7); and
a refrigerating box (2) arranged in the carriage body (1);
the interior of the carriage body (1) is formed into a first refrigerating space in a hollow mode, a first refrigerating unit (401) is integrated in the first refrigerating space, and the temperature of the first refrigerating space is controlled to be in the range of 0-5 ℃ through the first refrigerating unit (401);
the inside of the refrigerating box (2) is used for storing animal carcasses;
a second refrigerating unit (402) is integrated in the refrigerating box (2), and the temperature of the inner space of the refrigerating box (2) is controlled within the range of 0-8 ℃ through the second refrigerating unit (402);
the carriage body (1) is provided with two groups of doors, namely an upper sealing door (102) close to the head position of the transport vehicle (7) and a side sealing door (101) far away from the head position of the transport vehicle (7);
the refrigerating box (2) is divided into a first refrigerating box (201) and a second refrigerating box (202);
the volume of the first refrigerating box (201) is smaller than that of the second refrigerating box (202), and the first refrigerating box (201) is placed at a position, close to the vehicle head, of the vehicle compartment body (1);
the second refrigerating box (202) is placed at a position, far away from the vehicle head, of the vehicle carriage body (1);
the number of the first refrigerating boxes (201) is multiple, the number of the second refrigerating boxes (202) is multiple, and certain gaps are reserved between the adjacent first refrigerating boxes (201), between the adjacent second refrigerating boxes (202) and between the first refrigerating boxes (201) and the second refrigerating boxes (202);
the refrigerator (2) comprises:
the first box body (203), the first box body (203) is of a quadrilateral structure, and the first box body (203) is hollow; and
a second box body (204) integrated in the first box body (203), wherein the second box body (204) is hollow, and the hollow space of the second box body (204) is configured as a storage space of the animal carcass;
the second refrigeration unit (402) is mounted within the first cabinet (203);
the second box body (204) is of an open-top structure;
the upper part of the first box body (203) is provided with two openings which are respectively an animal carcass feeding opening and an animal carcass hanging outlet (207);
the animal carcass throwing port of the first box body (203) is provided with a first plate (205) and a second plate (206) which can be overturned, the first plate (205) and the second plate (206) are hinged with the first box body (203) through rotating shafts, the first plate (205) can be overturned towards the inside of the first box body (203) and the upper part of the first box body (203), and the second plate (206) can be overturned towards the upper part of the first box body (203);
when the animal carcass input opening is closed, the first plate (205) is lapped on the second plate (206) to close the animal carcass input opening;
when the animal carcass throwing-in opening is opened, the second plate (206) is turned upwards, the first plate (205) is turned towards the inside of the first box body (203) and is lapped on an inclined plate (208) of the second box body (204), and the first plate (205) and the inclined plate (208) form a throwing-in channel of the animal carcass;
when the animal carcass hanging outlet (207) is opened, the animal carcass in the second box body (204) is taken out through an external tool;
the bottom of the refrigerating box (2) is provided with an embedded groove, and a pedal (5) is arranged in the embedded groove;
the pedal (5) is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a first pedal body (501) and a second pedal body (502);
the second pedal body (502) can be lapped on the upper end surface of the refrigerating box (2), and the first pedal body (501) extends downwards in an inclined mode;
the surface of the first pedal body (501) is paved with a rubber anti-slip layer (503), and anti-slip bulges (504) are formed on the surface of the rubber anti-slip layer (503) at intervals.
2. An integrated cold storage device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the car body (1) is formed with a cushioning assembly;
the buffer assembly comprises a bottom plate positioned at the bottom of the carriage body (1); and
a carrier plate (302) connected to the upper side of the base plate by a damping member;
the bottom plate and the bearing plate (302) are separated through the damping piece, and a shock absorption space (303) is formed between the bottom plate and the bearing plate (302);
the damping member is a spring (304);
the bearing plate (302) is divided into two areas, namely a first refrigerating box storage area close to the vehicle head position and a second refrigerating box storage area far away from the vehicle head position;
the surface of the bearing plate (302) is provided with a plurality of slots, and the slots are provided with inserting plates;
when the refrigerating box (2) is placed in the carriage body (1), the horizontal displacement is limited through the corresponding inserting plate.
3. The integrated refrigeration equipment as recited in claim 2, wherein the upper sealing door (102) is opened at the top of the compartment body (1), and the first refrigeration container (201) is hoisted by the upper sealing door (102) to enter and exit the compartment body (1);
the side sealing door (101) is arranged at the rear side of the carriage body (1), and the second refrigerating box (202) enters and exits the carriage body (1) through the side sealing door (101);
when the first refrigerating box (201) and the second refrigerating box (202) are arranged, an operation channel is reserved at the axial line of the length direction of the carriage body (1).
4. The integrated refrigeration unit of claim 3 wherein the cushioning assembly has a stop structure;
the bottom plate is configured into an L-shaped structure and comprises a first bottom plate body (301) extending horizontally and a second bottom plate body (306) extending vertically, and the second bottom plate body (306) is positioned on one side of the side sealing door (101);
one side of the bearing plate (302) is abutted against the inner wall of the carriage body (1), and the other side of the bearing plate extends to the side sealing door (101) and is abutted against the inner wall of the second bottom plate body (306);
the bearing plate (302) limits horizontal displacement through the inner wall of the carriage body (1) and the inner wall of the second bottom plate body (306);
a limit cushion block (305) is integrated in the damping space (303);
the thickness of the limiting cushion block (305) is smaller than the height of the shock absorption space (303), and when the bearing plate (302) bears downward pressure and moves downwards, the limiting cushion block (305) limits the downward movement stroke of the bearing plate (302).
5. The integrated refrigeration unit of claim 1, wherein a controller (601) is integrated in the transport vehicle (7);
a first temperature sensor is arranged in the first refrigerating space and is communicated with the controller (601) to transmit a temperature signal of the first refrigerating space to the controller (601);
a second temperature sensor is arranged in the refrigerating box (2) and is communicated with the controller (601) to transmit a temperature signal in the refrigerating box (2) to the controller (601);
the operating states of the first refrigerator group (401) and the second refrigerator group (402) are controlled by the controller (601).
6. The integrated refrigeration unit of claim 5, wherein a display set is connected to the controller (601);
the display group comprises three displays, namely two first displays (603) and one second display (604);
the first displays (603) are symmetrically embedded at two sides of the carriage body (1);
the second display (604) is integrated in the cab of the transport vehicle (7).
