purging: the packaging box 100 is conveyed to the closable cleaning chamber 2 through the conveyor belt 41, the control valve 211 of the purging mechanism 21 is opened, and the outside of the packaging box 100 is purged and cleaned through the upper and lower sets of nozzle assemblies 212;
and (3) disinfection: the packaging box 100 is conveyed to the sealable sterilizing chamber 3 through the conveyor belt 41, the control valve 211 of the sterilizing mechanism 31 is opened, atomized sterilizing liquid is sprayed out through the upper and lower groups of nozzle assemblies 212, and all the outer surfaces of the packaging box 100 are uniformly covered with the sterilizing liquid;
positioning: the package 100 moves along with the conveyor 41 and slides into the second package positioning element 12 to position the package 100 to the left and right, ensuring that the package 100 is positioned accurately for docking with the rails of the unpacking machine.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic cleaning and sterilizing apparatus for pre-filled and sealed syringe packaging boxes, comprising:
a closable cleaning chamber (2) in which a purging mechanism (21) is arranged, the purging mechanism (21) being configured to purge a packaging box (100) entering the closable cleaning chamber (2);
a closable sterilization chamber (3) connected to the rear end of the closable cleaning chamber (2), a sterilization mechanism (31) being provided in the closable sterilization chamber (3), the sterilization mechanism (31) comprising an atomizing nozzle assembly (312), the atomizing nozzle assembly (312) being configured to atomize and spray a sterilization agent to sterilize all outer surfaces of the packaging box (100) entering the closable sterilization chamber (3);
-a transfer mechanism (4) configured to convey the packages (100) to be cleaned and sterilized through the closable cleaning chamber (2) and the closable sterilization chamber (3) in sequence; the conveying mechanism (4) comprises a conveying belt (41) used for bearing the packaging box (100), and the conveying belt (41) is of a hollow structure.

The automated cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 2 wherein said purge mechanism (21) comprises a purge control valve (211) and a purge nozzle assembly (212), said purge nozzle assembly (212) being configured to blow off the adhering substance on said packaging box (100), said purge control valve (211) being configured to control the flow and pressure of the gas emitted by said purge nozzle assembly (212).
3. The automated cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 1 wherein said disinfecting mechanism (31) comprises a disinfecting control valve (311), said disinfecting control valve (311) being configured to control the flow and pressure of liquid ejected from said atomizing nozzle assembly (312).
4. The automatic cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 1,
the closable cleaning chamber (2) is provided with an access door (22), the access door (22) being configured to open when the package (100) enters the closable cleaning chamber (2) and to close after the package (100) enters the closable cleaning chamber (2);
a partition door (32) is arranged between the closable cleaning chamber (2) and the closable sterilization chamber (3), wherein the partition door (32) is configured to be opened when the packaging box (100) exits the closable cleaning chamber (2) and enters the closable sterilization chamber (3) and to be closed after the packaging box (100) enters the closable sterilization chamber (3);
the closable sterilization chamber (3) is provided with an exit door (33), the exit door (33) being configured to open when the packaging box (100) exits the closable sterilization chamber (3) and to close after the packaging box (100) exits the closable sterilization chamber (3).
5. The automated cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 4 further provided with a lifting drive assembly (5), said lifting drive assembly (5) being configured to drive said entrance door (22), said partition door (32) and said exit door (33) to open or close in sequence.
6. The automatic cleaning and sterilizing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor (41) is provided with a plurality of equally spaced package positioning blocks (411).

The automatic cleaning and sterilizing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the automatic cleaning and sterilizing apparatus is further provided with a frame (1), the frame (1) is provided with a first package positioning member (11) fixedly connected with the frame, and the first package positioning member (11) is located at the head end of the conveyor belt (41) and used for positioning the left and right positions of the package (100) placed on the conveyor belt (41).

The automatic cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 7 characterized in that said rack (1) is provided with a second box positioning member (12) fixedly connected with said rack, said second box positioning member (12) is located at the rear end of said conveyor belt (41) for positioning the left and right positions of said packaging box (100) located on said conveyor belt (41).
