Abstract

Technical Field

Background
The corrugated plate has regular shape and high structural strength, and can be used for manufacturing a truck carriage. The end of the corrugated plate needs to be punched aiming at the corrugated plate for the top cover of the truck carriage so as to meet the requirements of the end sealing property and the rigidity of the corrugated plate. In the present embodiment, the forming punch 12 is fixed on the bottom surface of the upper die holder 11, and the die shank 13 is fixed on the top surface of the upper die holder 11, and is fixedly connected with the driving part of the punching device through the die shank 13, so as to realize the installation and fixation of the upper die 1 and the driving part.
Preferably, at least one forming punch 12 is removably fixed to the bottom face of the upper die holder 11. In practical application, one corrugated end or a plurality of corrugated ends can be formed at one time according to the tonnage of the stamping die.
Accordingly, at least one forming die 22 is detachably fixed to the top surface of the lower die base 21. The forming die 22 can be adjusted according to the number of the forming punches 12.
