At present, the flexible organic light emitting diode as the front-edge technology gradually shows the advantages of the flexible organic light emitting diode in the display industry, along with the market demand, the organic light emitting diode technology is more and more accepted, meanwhile, the requirements of customers on products are also more and more high, and the reliability condition is more and more harsh, but the display effect of the organic light emitting diode display product is seriously affected by the fact that black spots, namely GDSX phenomena, are easy to appear in the display area due to the packaging problem, so that research on how to solve the GDSX problem of the organic light emitting diode display product is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a flexible display panel, a preparation method thereof and a display device, wherein a protective layer is arranged on a connecting section of a conductive wiring in a peripheral wiring area for protection, so that damage during subsequent film preparation is avoided, organic film residue can be effectively avoided, organic matters are prevented from penetrating into an effective display area, the packaging effect of a packaging layer can be improved, and failure is avoided, thereby effectively improving the problem that black spots appear in the effective display area of a display product.

a substrate divided into an effective display area and a peripheral wiring area around the effective display area;
a plurality of conductive traces located in the peripheral routing region, the conductive traces including a connection section located in the peripheral routing region for connecting one side of a driver chip;
a protective layer located on the connection section and covering the connection section;
and the packaging layer covers the effective display area and the peripheral wiring area of the substrate.

a substrate divided into an effective display area and a peripheral wiring area around the effective display area;
a plurality of conductive traces located in the peripheral wiring region, each of the conductive traces including a connection section located in the peripheral wiring region for connecting one side of a driving chip; the conductive wirings include a first power line VDD and a second power line VSS;
a protective layer which is positioned on the connecting section and covers the side edge of the connecting section, wherein the protective layer comprises an ITO/Ag/ITO laminated structure film layer;
a package layer covering the effective display area and the peripheral wiring area of the substrate base plate;
and the protective layer and the anode in the organic electroluminescent device layer are formed in the same layer.
2. The flexible display panel of claim 1, wherein the plurality of conductive traces comprises a plurality of signal lines.
3. The flexible display panel of claim 1, further comprising a driver chip disposed on a side of the active display area and electrically connected to the connection section of the conductive trace.
4. A display device comprising the flexible display panel according to any one of claims 1-3.
5. A method of manufacturing a flexible display panel according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
forming a conductive layer on a substrate, and performing patterning treatment on the conductive layer, wherein the pattern in the patterned conductive layer comprises a plurality of conductive wires positioned in a peripheral wiring area of the substrate, and each conductive wire comprises a connecting section positioned in the peripheral wiring area and used for connecting one side of a driving chip; the conductive wirings include a first power line VDD and a second power line VSS;
forming an organic electroluminescent device layer in an effective display area of the substrate, wherein the anode formation in the organic electroluminescent device layer specifically comprises: forming a transparent conductive layer on the conductive layer and patterning the transparent conductive layer, wherein the pattern in the patterned transparent conductive layer comprises the anode positioned in the effective display area and the protective layer covering the side edges of the connecting section; the protective layer comprises an ITO/Ag/ITO laminated structure film layer;
