Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a camellia hydrolat mask for deep repair and a preparation method thereof.
Background
A mask is a cosmetic that has been used since long ago. It is known to treat skin diseases by applying natural raw materials such as soil, volcanic ash, sea mud, etc. on the surface or body of a person far from the ancient Egypt pyramid age. Later, lanolin was used to mix various substances such as honey, flowers of plants, eggs, coarse flour, coarse beans, etc., to prepare a paste, and then applied to the face to conduct conventional beauty treatment or treatment of some skin diseases.
Most of the existing facial masks contain chemical components, and have certain harm to human bodies and the environment after long-term use, and most of the facial masks in the market only can play simple moisturizing and whitening effects to a certain degree, but cannot actually improve the texture of skin from the deep layer and repair the skin to brighten the skin color.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a camellia hydrosol mask capable of improving skin texture and brightening skin color and deeply repairing skin color and a preparation method thereof, and the camellia hydrosol mask is harmless to human bodies and the environment.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the camellia hydrolat mask for deep repair comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of camellia japonica water, 15-20 parts of birch juice, 5-10 parts of Zemea, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-2 parts of honey, 2-5 parts of aloe extract, 2-5 parts of Japanese evening primrose extract, 2-5 parts of composite extract, 2-5 parts of chamomile extract, 1-2 parts of witch hazel extract, 1-3 parts of green tea extract, 1-2 parts of licorice extract, 1-2 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.2-1 part of purslane extract, 0.5-2 parts of moutan bark extract and the balance of water which is supplemented to 100 parts, wherein the composite extract is an extract of cordyceps militaris, potato pulp, asiatic pennywort leaf, magnolia flower and coastal angelica leaf/stem.
In the above components, Zemea is 1, 3-propanediol, an extract of japanese evening primrose is an AGE formation inhibitor disclosed in patent No. 201180007852.8, and the moutan bark extract is a natural preservative in the present formulation, and the angelica maritima leaves/stems, i.e., angelica maritima leaves and/or stems.
In addition, the invention also provides a method for preparing the camellia hydrolat mask for deep repair, which is carried out according to the weight part ratio and comprises the following steps:
(1) pumping water into an emulsifying pot, adding sodium hyaluronate, homogenizing and soaking in advance until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and then sequentially adding camellia water, tea withered water, Zemea and honey into the emulsifying pot and stirring until the camellia water, the tea withered water, the Zemea and the honey are completely dissolved.
(2) And heating the emulsifying pot to 80-85 ℃, and then preserving the heat for half an hour.
(3) Cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding Aloe extract, Japanese late cherry flower extractive solution, compound extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, radix Hamamelis mollis extract, green tea extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, herba Portulacae extract, and cortex moutan extract, and stirring to dissolve completely.

Performance testing
The camellia hydrolat mask of examples 1-4 and the camellia hydrolat mask and the skin beautifying mask of comparative examples 1-3 were subjected to usability tests.
1. And (3) testing the pH value:
the PH value of the camellia hydrolat mask prepared in examples 1 to 4 and the camellia hydrolat mask and the skin beautifying mask prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3 were measured using a PH tester, and the test data are shown in table 1.
2. Skin irritation test:
skin response scores were made for examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3 according to the skin irritation/corrosivity test, cosmetic hygiene code (2007 edition), where 0-0.5 is no irritation, 0.5-2.0 is light irritation, 2.0-6.0 is medium irritation, and 6.0-8.0 is strong irritation. The test data are shown in table 1.
3. Skin improvement and skin color improvement effect test:
selecting 20 people 18-40 years old, 10 men and 10 women, and having good health, regular life and no skin diseases. The face-beautifying facial mask is divided into 4 groups at random, each group contains 5 people, each group is respectively marked after face washing for one month by using the camellia hydrolat facial mask of the embodiment 1-4 and the camellia hydrolat facial mask and the skin-beautifying facial mask of the comparative example 1-3, wherein 0 represents no skin improvement effect, 1 represents that a certain skin improvement effect is achieved, but the skin color can not be basically improved, 2 represents that the skin improvement effect is moderate, and a certain skin color improvement effect is achieved, 3 represents that the skin improvement effect is good, the skin color improvement effect is strong, and 4 represents that the skin improvement effect is too strong, so that the skin color is not uniformly improved. The average value of each group is taken, and the result is recorded. The test data are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
It can be seen by combining the test data in the table above that the skin irritation of the camellia sinensis dew facial mask in the examples 1-4 is lower than that of the comparative examples 1-3, and the skin improvement and skin color improvement effects are generally higher than those of the comparative examples 1-3, which shows that the camellia sinensis dew facial mask in the examples 1-4 has the effects of lower skin irritation, higher safety to human bodies, and better skin improvement and skin color improvement degrees.
The camellia hydrolat mask in examples 1-4 theoretically has the following advantages compared with the existing skin beautifying mask: 1. health: various traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary active ingredients mainly comprising camellia japonica water and birch juice are selected and extracted from natural plants in a physical mode, so that the formula is green, and the use is safe and healthy. 2. And (3) environmental protection: the plant extract is prepared from pure plant, and has no harmful substances, nature and no pollution. 3. Safety: the selected preservative is an imported natural plant preservative, is safer to human bodies, has no uncomfortable reaction to the inner edge and the outer edge of the canthus during use, and is a lacrimation-free system formula. 4. The use experience is good: after the skin care product is used, the skin is fresh, smooth and not tight, and a light camellia breath is attached. 5. The adaptive effect is wide: the camellia japonica water, the birch juice, the Japanese late cherry blossom, the aloe and the like are matched with a plurality of traditional Chinese medicines and plant components, so that the skin care lotion is nonirritating and can be suitable for different sensitive skin crowds and pregnant women and children (except pathological skin crowds).
