Abstract
The invention provides temperature-controlled goods selling equipment, which comprises a frame body and an air conditioning device, wherein the frame body forms a storage space; the air outlet of the air conditioning device is communicated with at least one air duct opening of the storage space, and the air conditioning device further comprises at least one air duct opening adjusting plate movably matched with the frame body, so that the air duct opening adjusting plate at least partially covers the air duct opening when the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate relative to the frame body is adjusted. The temperature control goods selling equipment can be used for better controlling the temperature of the storage space, can also change the temperature of the storage space according to the stored goods and the ambient environment, and has stronger adaptability.

Background
Currently, a temperature-controlled goods selling apparatus such as an ice chest, a vending machine, and a goods display cabinet generally sets an air conditioner to control or maintain the temperature of a storage space, even if an air outlet of the air conditioner communicates with the storage space to adjust the temperature of the storage space through output air, thereby increasing the goods storage time and maintaining the goods in a suitable selling state for a long time.
In order to control the temperature of the storage space, an air duct opening is usually provided at a corresponding position of the storage space, and cold air (or air with a predetermined temperature) output from the air outlet of the air conditioning device enters the cargo storage space through the air duct opening to control the ambient temperature of the storage space.
Currently, in order to ensure the controllable temperature of the storage space, the distribution design of the air duct opening, the temperature of the air conditioner outputting cold air and other modes are generally adopted. The existing method can not adjust the cooling effect according to different types of stored goods and different environments around the goods storage equipment, or can not ensure the control of the temperature of the storage space, so that the temperature is too high or too low; or the air conditioning device needs to be frequently adjusted, so that the power consumption is overlarge; or the control process is complicated and the temperature control reliability is low.
How to further control the temperature of the goods storage space more conveniently and reliably under the condition of ensuring the temperature control of the storage space, and improving the adaptability is a technical problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide temperature-controlled goods selling equipment which can be used for better controlling the temperature of a storage space and changing the temperature of the storage space according to stored goods and the ambient environment and has stronger adaptability.
The temperature-controlled goods selling equipment provided by the invention comprises a frame body forming a storage space and an air conditioning device; the air conditioner comprises a storage space, an air outlet of the air conditioner is communicated with at least one air duct opening of the storage space so as to output air at a preset temperature, and the air conditioner further comprises at least one air duct opening adjusting plate movably matched with the frame body so as to enable the air duct opening adjusting plate to at least partially shield the air duct opening when the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate relative to the frame body is adjusted.

Therefore, the temperature of the storage area with higher or lower temperature can be controlled by the controller, so that the whole storage space is kept in a preset temperature range, the premise is provided for accurately controlling the temperature of different positions of the storage space, and meanwhile, conditions are provided for energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Detailed Description
In this section, a specific embodiment provided by the present invention is described by taking a vending machine as an example, but the technical solution provided by the present invention is not limited to be used for a vending machine, and may also be used for other temperature-controlled goods sales devices such as a freezer, a goods display cabinet, and the like.
The embodiments provided in the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. In this document, the terms "upper", "rear", "front" and the like are used in a sense of mainly referring to the use state of the vending machine.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a temperature control principle of a vending machine; fig. 2 is a rear view of the air duct panel 101 of the vending machine shown in fig. 1, which illustrates only one air duct opening adjusting panel 120. The vending machine frame body 100 forms a storage space provided with 5 goods storage shelves arranged up and down. The rear wall of the storage space formed by the frame body 100 is an air duct plate 101, and a plurality of air duct openings 110 are arranged on the air duct plate 101. In this embodiment, the air duct plates 101 have four air duct openings 110 arranged up and down, and each air duct opening 110 is located substantially at the middle position of two goods storage racks, and there are 7 air duct openings in each row.
The vending machine is also provided with an air conditioning device; the air conditioning unit may be an existing air conditioning system, may include a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator (only evaporator 210 is shown) and is connected in an existing manner. In this embodiment, the evaporator 210 is located in the bottom region of the storage space, and the fan of the evaporator 210 moves the cooled wind upward near the rear of the air duct plate 101, and enters the air duct opening 110 and the storage space through a suitable flow guide mechanism, and then sinks down to the front side of the storage space, and returns to the evaporator 210 to be cooled, thereby forming an air circulation path.
Referring to fig. 2, the vending machine further includes an air duct opening adjusting plate 120, and the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 is located behind the air duct plate 101 of the frame body 100 and is slidably engaged with the air duct plate 101 in the up-down direction. As shown, the airway plate 101 forms a plurality of ledges that define the airway opening modulating plate 120, forming a chute that defines the airway opening modulating plate 120. The air duct opening regulating plate 120 is provided with a plurality of corresponding through holes, and when the air duct opening regulating plate 120 slides relative to the air duct plate 101 of the frame body 100, the relative positions of the corresponding through holes and the air duct opening 110 are also changed; when the two are opposite (the air duct opening 110 is not shielded), the corresponding air duct opening 110 has the largest opening, so that the largest amount of cold air can be sent to the storage space at the front part of the air duct plate 101 through the air duct opening 110; when the two parts are opposite (partially shielding the air duct opening 110), the corresponding air duct opening 110 is in a half-open state, and then a proper amount of cold air can be sent to the storage space in the front of the air duct plate 101 through the air duct opening 110; when the two are staggered (completely shielding the air duct opening 110), the corresponding air duct opening 110 is in a closed state, and cold air cannot reach the storage space in the front of the air duct plate 101 through the air duct opening 110.
It is understood that the air duct opening regulating plate 120 and the air duct opening 110 may be arranged in other corresponding forms, so that the air duct opening regulating plate 120 at least partially covers the air duct opening 110 when the position of the air duct opening regulating plate 120 relative to the frame body 100 is regulated. If the temperature controlled merchandising equipment includes multiple air duct openings 110, the air duct opening damper 120 may be positioned to block different numbers of air duct openings 110. Or, when the temperature-controlled goods selling equipment comprises a plurality of air duct openings 110 with different sizes, the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 is arranged at different positions to shield the air duct openings 110 with different sizes. By shielding the air duct openings 110 with different numbers or sizes, the air volume can be controlled more accurately, and the temperature of the storage space can be controlled more accurately.
It can be understood that the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 and the frame body 100 are not limited to sliding fit, but may also be rotating fit or other movable fit, so as to be movable relative to the frame body 100, and further change the relative position of the two, so as to change the number or the size of the flow area covering the air duct opening 110, and control the amount of air entering the storage space.
According to the goods storage, the surrounding environment or other requirements, the air quantity entering the storage space can be changed by changing the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 relative to the frame body 100, so that the storage space keeps corresponding temperature, the temperature control goods selling equipment can be suitable for storing different goods, the environments with different temperatures are suitable, and the adaptability of the temperature control goods selling equipment is improved. For example, when the stored goods are ice cream or other goods which need to keep the temperature low, the climate temperature at the position is high, the heat dissipation is fast, and the environment temperature is high (or in the daytime or summer), the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 relative to the frame body 100 can be changed, so that the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 shields a smaller part of the air duct opening 110, and a larger amount of cold air enters the storage space. It can be understood that the cooling effect is changed by changing the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 relative to the frame body 100, and the automatic vending machine also has the characteristics of simple structure and high reliability; meanwhile, the air quantity entering the storage space is changed, the running state of the air conditioner is not required to be changed, the operation process can be simplified, and the adjusting energy consumption of temperature control is reduced.
In order to control the temperature of the storage space more accurately, on one hand, the quality of stored goods can be ensured, and simultaneously, the energy consumption can be better reduced. The vending machine may further include a driving mechanism 130 mounted on the frame body 100, and a driving end of the driving mechanism 130 is connected to the air duct opening regulating plate 120 to drive the air duct opening regulating plate 120 to move relative to the frame body 100. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the driving mechanism 130 includes a gear 131a mounted on the frame body 100 and a rack 131b engaged with the gear 131a, and one end of the rack 131b is connected to the air duct opening regulating plate 120, that is, the driving mechanism 130 includes a rack and pinion mechanism. Of course, the driving mechanism 130 may also be of other existing structures, such as the embodiment of the driving mechanism including the screw transmission mechanism shown in fig. 3, the driving mechanism 130 may be a threaded rod 132a mounted on the frame body 100 and a threaded sleeve 132b engaged with the threaded rod 132a, and the threaded sleeve 132b is mounted on the air duct opening adjusting plate 120, i.e., the screw transmission mechanism. By rotating the threaded rod 132a, the threaded sleeve 132b can be driven to move up and down, and then the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 is driven to move relative to the air duct plate 101 of the frame body 100, so as to change the through-flow state of the corresponding air duct opening 110. The drive mechanism 130 as shown in fig. 4 includes an embodiment of a cylinder 133. The cylinder body of the air cylinder 133 of the driving mechanism 130 is mounted on the frame body 100, and the extending end of the rod body of the air cylinder 133 is connected with the air duct opening regulating plate 120; through pneumatic power, the rod body of the cylinder 133 can be extended or retracted, and then the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 is driven to move relative to the air duct plate 101 of the frame body 100, so as to change the through-flow state of the corresponding air duct opening 110. It can be understood that the control of the pneumatic power can be realized by an air pump or an electric control valve with an electric control end to accurately control the extension, retraction and telescopic length of the air cylinder 133.
The drive mechanism 130 may also be implemented by a suitable linkage mechanism. The drive mechanism 130 shown in fig. 5 includes a schematic view of an embodiment of a linkage mechanism. The drive mechanism 130 comprises a crank 134a and a connecting rod 134b, i.e. both form a crank and rocker mechanism; the crank 134a is rotatably mounted on the frame 100 to form a first rotation center a (a center line is shown in the figure, which represents a rotation center line, the same applies below), and is rotatably connected to the connecting rod 134B to form a second rotation center B; the link 134b is rotatably connected to one of the damper plates 120a to form a third center of rotation C. The crank 134a is rotated around the first rotation center a to drive the connecting rod 134b to move, so that the air duct opening adjusting plate 120a moves in the left-right direction, thereby achieving the purpose of changing the through-flow state of the corresponding air duct opening 110.
Of course, the driving mechanism 130 may also include a motor, and an output shaft of the motor is coaxial with the first rotation center a to drive the crank 134a to rotate around the first rotation center a to drive the connecting rod 134b, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the through-flow state of the corresponding air duct opening 110. As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 130 further includes an intermediate rod 134C, and the intermediate rod 134C is rotatably connected to the connecting rod 134B to form a fourth rotation center D, and the fourth rotation center D is located between the second rotation center B and the third rotation center C; the intermediate bar 134c is also rotatably connected to the other duct opening regulating plate 120b to form a fifth center of rotation E. Thus, when the motor drives the crank 134a to rotate, the air duct opening adjusting plates 120a and 120b can be driven to move simultaneously, and the purpose of changing the through-flow state of the corresponding air duct opening 110 is achieved.
By using the above-mentioned link mechanism and properly setting the position of the rotation center, the air duct opening adjusting plates 120a and 120b can be located at different positions when the crank 134a rotates to different angles, so as to more accurately adjust the through-flow state of the corresponding air duct opening 110 and improve the accuracy of controlling the temperature of the corresponding storage space.
The drive mechanism shown in fig. 6 includes an embodiment of a cam mechanism. The cam mechanism 135 is formed of a cam and a matching follower lever, the cam being mounted on the frame body 100; the outer end of the driven rod is rotatably connected with the air duct opening adjusting plate 120. In this embodiment, the inner end of the follower lever is held in contact with the outer periphery of the cam by the spring action. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the cam may also be provided with a pre-shaped and closed slide slot, with the slide slot being used to extend or retract the follower lever. It is understood that the specific structure of the cam mechanism 135 is not limited to the illustrated structure, and may be other cam disk structures, or a moving cam structure or a cylindrical cam structure, etc.
The driving mechanism 130 may be provided with a corresponding electric control device, and the electric control device is provided with a control signal access end, namely an electric control end, so as to control a motor outputting rotary power or an air cylinder outputting linear power by inputting an electric control signal, thereby providing convenience for automatic control.
In a further technical scheme, the vending machine also comprises a controller and at least one temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of a preset position of the storage space; the temperature sensor is connected with the signal input end of the controller; the output end of the controller is connected with the electric control end of the driving mechanism 130. Therefore, the controller can determine the temperature of the preset position of the storage space according to the temperature signal acquired by the temperature sensor, and then automatically control the action of the driving mechanism 130 according to the preset strategy to adjust the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate 120, thereby achieving the purpose of automatically adjusting the air volume of the corresponding air duct opening 110. Therefore, the temperature of the storage space can be controlled, the premise is provided for reducing energy consumption, and the timeliness of temperature control is improved.
The specific control strategy of the controller can be selected according to actual needs, for example, the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 can be adjusted after the detected temperature exceeds the preset range, and the air quantity entering through the air duct opening 110 is reduced or increased; if the temperature is higher than 7.2 ℃, the air inlet amount is increased; when the temperature is lower than 2.2 ℃, the air intake is reduced. When the detected temperature is within a predetermined range (lower than 3.8 degrees), the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 can be adjusted to increase the air quantity entering through the air duct opening 110. Automatic adjustments may also be made based on time periods, such as, for example, between 10: 00-16: 00 maintaining a large throughflow, at 23: 00-06: 00 maintain a small flow rate.
And the adjustment can be carried out according to the temperature difference of different positions. Referring to fig. 1 again, the storage space of the vending machine includes three storage areas S1, S2, S3, a temperature sensor and a regulating system are disposed corresponding to the storage areas S1, S2, the regulating system includes the above-mentioned driving mechanism 130 and the air duct opening regulating plate 120 driven by the driving mechanism 130; the temperature sensor is also provided corresponding to the storage area S3. The temperature sensors are all connected with the signal input end of the controller, and the output end of the controller is connected with the electric control ends of the driving mechanisms 130 corresponding to the storage areas S1 and S2. Therefore, the controller can respectively control the storage areas S1 and S2, so that different storage areas can keep corresponding temperature ranges, the premise is provided for accurately controlling the temperatures of different positions of the storage space, and conditions are provided for energy conservation and consumption reduction. Whether the temperature difference in different storage areas is larger than a preset value or not can be judged according to the detection signal of the temperature sensor; when the temperature difference is greater than a predetermined value (for example, 4 degrees), an adjusting signal is sent to the electric control end of the storage areas S1 and S2 corresponding to the driving mechanism 130, and the driving mechanism 130 is controlled to change the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 relative to the frame body 100, so that the air duct opening adjusting plate 120 shields the through opening of the air duct opening 110 to increase or decrease. The temperature of the whole storage space is kept in a preset range by controlling the temperature of the controller according to different storage areas with higher or lower temperatures, thereby providing a premise for accurately controlling the temperatures of different positions of the storage space and providing conditions for energy conservation and consumption reduction. In this embodiment, the storage area S3 is not provided with a regulating system, and the intake air amount entering the storage area S1 can be regulated when the temperature difference between the storage area S1 and the storage area S3 is greater than 4 degrees based on the temperature of the storage area; similarly, when the temperature difference between the storage region S2 and the storage region S3 is greater than 4 degrees, the amount of intake air into the storage region S2 is adjusted; this allows the overall storage space temperature difference to be kept within a small range, such as within 4 degrees.

Claims (10)
1. A temperature controlled goods selling equipment includes a shelf body (100) forming a storage space and an air conditioning device; the air conditioner is characterized by further comprising at least one air duct opening adjusting plate (120) movably matched with the frame body (100), so that when the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate (120) relative to the frame body (100) is adjusted, the air duct opening adjusting plate (120) at least partially covers the air duct opening (110).
2. The temperature controlled merchandise sales device of claim 1, further comprising a drive mechanism (130) mounted on the rack (100), the drive end of the drive mechanism being coupled to the damper plate (120) to drive the damper plate (120) to move relative to the rack (100).

The temperature controlled goods merchandising apparatus of claim 2, wherein said drive mechanism (130) comprises a gear (131a) mounted on the frame (100) and a rack (131b) cooperating with said gear (131a), one end of said rack (131b) being connected to said air duct opening adjusting plate (120);
or, the air duct comprises a threaded rod (132a) installed on a frame body (100) and a threaded sleeve (132b) matched with the threaded rod (132a), wherein the threaded sleeve (132b) is installed on the air duct opening adjusting plate (120);
or, the air duct comprises an air cylinder (133), wherein a cylinder body of the air cylinder (133) is arranged on the frame body (100), and the extending end of a rod body of the air cylinder (133) is connected with the air duct opening adjusting plate (120).

A temperature controlled goods merchandising apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said drive mechanism (130) comprises a crank (134a) and a connecting rod (134 b); the crank (134a) is rotatably arranged on the frame body (100) to form a first rotation center (A), and is rotatably connected with the connecting rod (134B) to form a second rotation center (B); the connecting rod (134b) is rotatably connected with the air duct opening adjusting plate (120) to form a third rotation center (C).
5. The temperature controlled goods merchandising apparatus of claim 4, wherein said drive mechanism (130) further comprises an intermediate lever (134C), said intermediate lever (134C) being rotatably connected to said link (134B) to form a fourth center of gyration (D), said fourth center of gyration (D) being located between said second center of gyration (B) and said third center of gyration (C); the middle rod (134c) is rotatably connected with the other air duct opening adjusting plate (120) to form a fifth rotation center (E).

A temperature controlled goods merchandising apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said drive mechanism (130) comprises a cam mechanism (135) formed by a cam and a matching follower bar, said cam being mounted on said shelf (100); the outer end of the driven rod is rotatably connected with the air duct opening adjusting plate (120).
7. A temperature controlled goods merchandising apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, including a plurality of air vents (110); the air duct opening adjusting plate (120) is arranged at different positions to shield different numbers of air duct openings (110);
or, include a plurality of air duct mouths (110) of different size; the air duct opening adjusting plate (120) is arranged at different positions to shield air supply holes (111) with different sizes.
8. A temperature controlled goods merchandising apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 7, further including a controller and at least one temperature sensor for sensing a predetermined location temperature of said storage space; the temperature sensor is connected with the signal input end of the controller; the output end of the controller is connected with the electric control end of the driving mechanism (130) to control the driving mechanism (130).
9. The temperature controlled merchandising apparatus of claim 8, wherein said storage space includes at least two storage areas (S1, S2) and at least one said temperature sensor and at least one conditioning system are provided corresponding to said storage areas, said conditioning system including at least one said drive mechanism (130) and said damper plate (120) driven by said drive mechanism (130).
10. The temperature controlled goods merchandising apparatus of claim 9, wherein the control strategy of the controller comprises: according to the detection signal of the temperature sensor, when the temperature difference of different storage areas is larger than a preset value, an adjusting signal is sent to an electric control end of the driving mechanism (130) corresponding to the preset storage areas (S1, S2), the driving mechanism (130) is controlled to change the position of the air duct opening adjusting plate (120) relative to the frame body (100), and the through-flow opening of the air duct opening (110) shielded by the air duct opening adjusting plate (120) is increased or decreased.
