Abstract
The invention provides an automatic sample classification device of a cigarette comprehensive test platform, which comprises a first recovery box, a second recovery box, a rotating shaft and a driving device, wherein the first recovery box and the second recovery box are arranged in a collection box of a recovery unit; the upper end of the first recovery box is provided with a first inclined opening, and the upper end of the second recovery box is provided with a second inclined opening; the first inclined opening and the second inclined opening are oppositely arranged and jointly form a V-shaped opening; the rotating shaft is arranged at the tip part of the V-shaped opening, two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively and rotatably connected with two side walls of the collecting box, and the driving device drives the rotating shaft to rotate; a classification baffle is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the classification baffle is provided with a first position for closing the first inclined opening and a second position for closing the second inclined opening; the tip part is positioned right below the blanking port of the top plate of the collecting box; and the driving device is electrically connected with a controller of the comprehensive test bench. The invention can avoid waste of qualified products and reduce production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette testing equipment, in particular to an automatic sample classification device for a cigarette comprehensive test bench.
Background
The comprehensive test bench is mainstream equipment for measuring cigarette physical indexes in the tobacco industry at present, and can synchronously measure comprehensive indexes such as weight, circumference, roundness, length, suction resistance and the like of a sample. The sample can be a cigarette or a filter stick, as shown in fig. 1, the sample enters a comprehensive test bench from a sampling hopper 12, passes through a weight detection unit 13, a circumference roundness detection unit 14 and a length detection unit 15, and finally falls into a recovery unit 17 after being measured by a suction resistance detection unit 16.
The currently used comprehensive test bench uniformly recovers the measured cigarettes or filter sticks, namely, whether the cigarettes or the filter sticks are qualified products or unqualified products after detection, the cigarettes or the filter sticks are recovered into a waste collection box of a recovery unit, and the qualified products and the unqualified products are destroyed together, so that a large amount of qualified products are wasted, and the production cost is increased.

Preferably, the recycling device further comprises an alarm electrically connected with the controller, a first level detector is arranged on the left side of the top plate, and a first detection opening opposite to the first level detector is arranged at the upper end of the first recycling box; the first level detector is electrically connected to the controller.
