Detailed Description
To facilitate the explanation of the present invention, the central idea shown in the above summary is expressed in terms of specific embodiments. The various objects of the embodiments are depicted in terms of scale, dimensions, amounts of deformation or displacement suitable for illustration, rather than in terms of actual component proportions, as previously described. In the following description, the same and symmetrically arranged components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the container cover of the present invention is integrally molded by injection or compression of a suitable synthetic resin material. The container cover includes a body 10 and a tamper ring 20. The main body 10 includes a circular top surface wall 11 and a skirt wall 12 extending downward from the circumference of the top surface wall 11 in a cylindrical shape. Irregularities 13 for preventing a finger from slipping are repeatedly formed on the outer circumferential surface of the skirt wall 12. An internal thread 14 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the skirt wall 12. The anti-theft ring 20 is joined to the skirt wall 12 of the body 10 via a plurality of breakable bridge portions 21 arranged at circumferential intervals. A plurality of the stopping blades 22 are arranged at intervals on the inner circumferential surface of the antitheft ring 20, and each stopping blade 22 extends upward in the radial direction from the inner circumferential surface of the antitheft ring 20. The above-described configurations do not constitute a novel feature of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the skirt wall 12 and the antitheft ring 20 have laterally long rectangular openings 15 and 23 in a single facing region 30. A positioning blade 40 extending downward from the skirt wall 12 is formed at the center of the opening 15, and the lower edge of the positioning blade 40 is connected to the center of the opening 23 of the security ring 20 by a breakable bridge 41.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, two unbroken connecting pieces 50 having the same shape and direction are also arranged in the openings 15 and 23. The two unbroken connecting pieces 50 are located at the left and right portions of the positioning blade 40, respectively. The unbroken connecting piece 50 includes an upper end 51 and a lower end 52, the upper end 51 being connected to the skirt wall 12, and the lower end 52 being connected to the antitheft ring 20. The width W1 of the upper end 51 connected to the skirt wall 12 is greater than the width W3 of the unbroken connecting piece 50 itself, and the width W2 of the lower end 52 connected to the security ring 20 is greater than the width W3 of the unbroken connecting piece 50 itself, to ensure that the upper end 51 and the lower end 52 do not break at any time.
The unbroken web 50 also includes a first angled section 56, a second angled section 57. The first inclined section 56 extends obliquely downward toward one side in the circumferential direction following the upper end portion 51, and the second inclined section 57 extends obliquely downward toward the other side in the circumferential direction following the first inclined section 56. The upper end portion 51 further includes a first oblique edge 53, and the first oblique edge 53 forms a first included angle a1 with the first oblique segment 56. The first inclined section 56 and the second inclined section 57 form a second included angle a2 therebetween. Lower end portion 52 further includes a second angled edge 54, and second angled edge 54 forms a third angle a3 with second angled segment 57. The lower end 52 further includes a third inclined edge 55, and the third inclined edge 55 forms a fourth included angle a4 with the bottom edge of the opening 23 of the antitheft ring 20. The first included angle a1, the second included angle a2 and the third included angle a3 are substantially equal, and the fourth included angle a4 is smaller than the third included angle a 3. The original angles of the included angles are all smaller than 30 degrees.
Each unbroken web 50 is also provided with a first breakable bridge 58 and a second breakable bridge 59. A first bridge 58 joins the first angled edge 53 and the first angled section 56 and a second bridge 59 joins the second angled edge 54 and the second angled section 57.
Referring to fig. 8, a general container mouth 60 has an external thread 61 formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a coupling portion 62 is formed below the external thread 61. The container lid of the present invention is mounted to the container mouth 60 in a complete state as shown in fig. 1 to 3 by a known technique, the container lid is coupled to the external thread 61 of the container mouth 60 with the internal thread 14, and the anti-theft ring 20 of the container lid and the stopping blades 22 thereof are located under the coupling portion 62. The structural features described above with respect to the non-break webs 50 all contribute to the non-break webs 50 not breaking or deforming when the container lid is assembled to the container finish 60.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the container lid is opened for the first time in a known manner, the body 10 and the anti-theft ring 20 are moved upward along with the guiding of the internal threads 14 and the external threads 61, the stopping blades 22 of the anti-theft ring 20 are stopped immediately below the joint portion 62, the anti-theft ring 20 generates a rotational resistance, and the rotational torque of the body 10 in the opening direction instantaneously breaks the breakable bridging portions 21 between the body 10 and the anti-theft ring 20, which is a known technique. The present invention is characterized in that the rotation resistance of the security ring 20 occurs, and the rotation torque of the body 10 in the opening direction is also transmitted to the bridging portion 41 of the positioning blade 40 and the first and second bridges 58 and 59, causing all of them to be broken. Then, the main body 10 is continuously rotated in the opening direction, and as the threaded engagement is gradually released, the main body 10 rotates in the opening direction and rises upwards, the distance between the main body 10 and the anti-theft ring 20 increases, at this time, the inclination angles of the first inclined section 56, the second inclined section 57, the first inclined edge 53, the second inclined edge 54 and the third inclined edge 55 of the two unbreakable connecting pieces 50 increase, the angles of the first included angle a1, the second included angle a2, the third included angle a3 and the fourth included angle a4 increase, and the larger the angle is until the threaded engagement between the internal thread 14 of the main body 10 and the external thread 61 of the container opening 60 is completely released, and the main body 10 is separated from the container opening 60. When the bridge 41, the first bridge 58 and the second bridge 59 of the positioning blade 40 are completely broken and the body 10 continues to rotate, the stopping blade 22 of the security ring 20 no longer presses against the lower portion of the joint portion 62, the security ring 20 has no rotational resistance, and the security ring 20 rotates along with the body 10 below the joint portion 62 without breaking the connecting piece 50, so that the connecting piece 50 is not broken but is only stretched but not twisted.
As shown in the eighth view, after the main body 10 is detached from the container mouth 60, the main body 10 may be turned over such that the main body 10 is pivotally detached from the container mouth 60 with the break-free connecting piece 50 as a hinge so as to take the beverage in the container from the container mouth 60. The body 10 is turned over away from the container mouth 60 to position the outer circumferential surface of the vane 40 against the upper surface of the coupling portion 62 of the container mouth 60, and the body 10 is held at the position shown in the eighth drawing so that the container mouth 60 is not hindered by the body 10 at all. The body 10 shown in the eighth figure is turned in the direction of the container mouth 60, and the positioning blade 40 is elastically deformed to pass over the joint 62, so that the body 10 is returned to the container mouth 60 again. The body 10 is then rotated in a closing direction such that the internal threads 14 of the body 10 are coupled to the external threads 61 of the container mouth 60, and the body 10 temporarily closes the container mouth 60.
In the above embodiment, the inclination directions of the two unbroken connecting pieces 50 are the same. However, without changing the above structural features, it is also feasible that the two unbroken connecting pieces 50 are inclined in opposite directions.
