Abstract

please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, and fig. 7 and fig. 8, which are a schematic diagram of a system block, a schematic diagram of a system architecture, and a schematic diagram of a use state according to an embodiment of the present invention; in the using state, the sensing control center module 10, the central operation processing module 20 and the server 30 in the camper-caravan control system 100 are cooperated to operate, meanwhile, with the on-line operation of the electronic control device 40 or the smart screen 50, and by using the above operation method, so that the sensing control center module 10 senses the operation conditions of the plurality of body units 1001, the cpu 20 is configured to control operations of the plurality of body units 1001, and further, the server 30 is connected to the wireless communication unit 22 and the central sensing processing device 11 through wireless signals, thereby enabling the electronic control device 40 to control the plurality of body units 1001 and retrieve the operating conditions of the plurality of body units 1001 via the vehicle information integration platform 31 signal of the server 30; in addition, the present invention can also utilize the smart screen 50 to connect to the lan bus 1002 through the vehicle monitoring application 60, so as to control the plurality of body units 1001 and retrieve the operating status of the plurality of body units 1001.
Specifically, the present invention passes through the body unit 1001 (herein, referred to as a body computer) of the camper 1000 to transmit an operation method of an instruction and a control unit of a plurality of operation modes, or a part of the body unit 1001 or a plurality of body units 1001 corresponding to a certain function, so that the transmitted instruction can select a specific body unit 1001 to make it act alone, thereby having diversified selections in application of the operation modes, further improving the utility of accuracy of control, diagnosis and warning, and having the advantages of unified control platform, high automation degree, and realization of remote control and automatic alarm.
Referring to fig. 17 in conjunction with fig. 9, a flowchart of a control method 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention and a schematic diagram of a human-machine interface displayed on the electronic control apparatus 40 are shown; as shown in fig. 9, the electronic control device 40 is connected to the vehicle information integration platform 31 of the server 30 by wireless communication transmission, so as to obtain the main control human-machine interface 300 generated by the human-machine interface module 34, and from the knowledge in the interface 300, the electronic control device 40 (i.e., a smart phone) can directly transmit a control command to the vehicle information integration platform 31, or receive the operation information of the plurality of vehicle body units 1001 and the sensing information of the plurality of sensors 12; particularly, the application of the user operation mode has diversified selections, so that the accuracy of control, diagnosis and warning and the convenience in use are improved.
Referring to fig. 17 in combination with fig. 10 to 16, there are shown a flowchart of a control method 200 and a schematic diagram of a human-machine interface displayed on the smart screen 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which:
FIG. 10 shows the main control interface 300 displayed on the smart screen 50 after the human interface module 34 and the graphic interface processing module 52 cooperate; the smart screen 50 can be directly connected to the multiple control lan buses 1002, and is matched with the main control man-machine interface 300 generated by the graphic interface processing module 52, and a user can touch the touch display screen 51 to directly transmit a control instruction to the central processing module 20 or the sensing control center module 10, or receive operation information of the multiple car body units 1001 and sensing information of the multiple sensors 12, according to the knowledge in the interface 300; specifically, the invention has diversified selections in the application of the user operation mode, thereby improving the accuracy of control, diagnosis and warning and the convenience in use.
FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating the contextual model control interface 300 displayed on the smart screen 50 after the human interface module 34 and the graphical interface processing module 52 are operating cooperatively; the user can control the situation mode of the body units 1001 (i.e., the lamps, fans, water pumps, etc. inside and outside the camping caravan 1000) by touching the touch display screen 51.
Fig. 12 shows the lighting system control interface 300 displayed on the smart screen 50 after the human interface module 34 and the graphic interface processing module 52 cooperate, and a user can control the lighting brightness, color or on-off mode of the body units 1001 (i.e. the lamps in the car lighting system) in the camping car 1000 by touching the touch display screen 51.
Fig. 13 shows the energy system control interface 300 displayed on the smart screen 50 after the human interface module 34 and the graphic interface processing module 52 cooperate, and a user can touch the touch display screen 51 to know the operation states of the body units 1001 (i.e., the vehicle energy system) in the camping caravan 1000 and control the opening and closing of the body units 1001.
Fig. 14 shows an electrical system control interface 300 displayed on the smart screen 50 after the human-machine interface module 34 and the graphic interface processing module 52 cooperatively operate, and a user can touch the touch display screen 51 to know the operation states of the body units 1001 (i.e., electrical systems) in the camping caravan 1000, and can control the opening and closing of the body units 1001 and various operation types, such as temperature control, humidity control, music opening and closing control, and fan operation speed control.
FIG. 15 is a diagram showing the water tank status interface 300 displayed on the smart screen 50 after the human interface module 34 and the graphic interface processing module 52 work cooperatively, wherein the clear water tank stores clear water since there are 3 water tanks in the camper-house 1000; the ash water tank is used for storing water flowing out of the hand sink and the vegetable basin; the black water tank is the excrement of the closestool; therefore, a user can know the current storage capacity of the clear water tank, the grey water tank and the black water tank by touching the touch display screen 51; in addition, the user can control the water discharging, heating and the like of the clear water tank and the grey water tank, and can control the water supplying and discharging of the black water tank.
Fig. 16 shows a warning interface 300 displayed on the smart screen 50 after the human-machine interface module 34 and the graphic interface processing module 52 cooperate with each other, when one or more of the plurality of body units 1001 has a fault or abnormal state, the central processing module 20 and the sensing control center module 10 cooperate with each other, transmit at least one warning message to the smart screen 50, and graphically present a warning interface 300 through the graphic interface processing module 52, so that a user can quickly know the fault or abnormal body unit 1001 of the current camper car 1000 and perform real-time processing on the fault or abnormal body unit 1001.
It should be noted that, when the present invention is in a state of no reception in a deep mountain, the electronic control device 40 is selected from one or a combination of wireless communication protocols of a wireless local area network (Wi-Fi), a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), a wireless communication (ZigBee), a wireless communication (Z-wave) and a Near Field Communication (NFC) to be connected to the wireless communication unit 22 of the central processing unit 20 or the sensing control center module 10, and specifically, the electronic control device 40 can directly and quickly intercept the operation information of the plurality of vehicle body units 1001 without the server 30.
It should be noted that the electronic control device 40 is an important human-computer interaction means in the whole intelligent system of the camping caravan 1000, and the vehicle monitoring application 60 plays an important role, so that the electronic control device 40 of the user can check the vehicle state, perform one-touch arming, disarming, parking, switching contextual models and the like on the vehicle, and can also control different devices in the vehicle individually to receive notifications sent by the intelligent system and the like.
Furthermore, the features of the present invention and the expected effects achieved thereby are set forth below:
in the control system 100 and the control method 200 of the camping caravan of the present invention, the sensing control center module 10 senses the operation status of the plurality of body units 1001, and the central processing unit 20 is used for controlling the operation of the plurality of body units 1001, and in addition, the server 30 is connected to the wireless communication unit 22 and the central processing unit 11 by wireless signals, so that the electronic control device 40 can control the plurality of body units and retrieve the operation status of the plurality of body units 1001 through the vehicle information integration platform 31 of the server 30 by signals, and the smart screen 50 is connected to the lan bus 1002 by the vehicle monitoring application 60, so as to control the plurality of body units 1001 and retrieve the operation status of the plurality of body units 1001.
The invention has the following implementation efficacy and technical efficacy:
first, the system controls a single body unit 1001 or a plurality of body units 1001 corresponding to a certain function through a body unit 1001 (herein, a body computer) of the camping caravan 1000 by an operation method of sending a command and a plurality of operation modes, so that the sent command can select a specific body unit 1001 to operate independently, thereby having diversified selections in application of the operation modes, and further improving the accuracy of control, diagnosis and warning.
Secondly, the invention has the advantages of unified control platform, high automation degree and the effects of remote control and automatic alarm.
Thirdly, the invention adopts communication and data exchange technology, does not need excessive human participation, can automatically adjust and control each lighting system, electrical system, energy system, water tank and vehicle operation system in the camping caravan 1000 to work, enables the camping caravan 1000 to live more comfortably, can monitor the internal condition of the camping caravan 1000 at any time, and timely troubleshoots potential safety hazards when local facilities have potential safety hazards.
Fourthly, the invention can solve the problems that the control system of the traditional camping caravan 1000 in the prior art needs to be correspondingly provided with an arithmetic processor or an arithmetic circuit corresponding to each device to be controlled, the inquiry and the real-time processing are not easy to be carried out when the device in the caravan is in trouble, the internal circuit of the caravan is complex, and the repairing difficulty of a maintainer is increased; specifically, the present invention only needs one central processing module 20 and one sensing control center module 10 to perform integrated control on a plurality of body units 1001 in the vehicle, and can achieve the effects of simple layout and avoiding complexity, and the user can control all electronic devices in the vehicle, thereby reducing the problem of complex familiarity in the process.

Claims (10)

a sensing control center module having a central sensing processing device and a plurality of sensors, wherein the central sensing processing device is electrically connected to the plurality of sensors, the plurality of sensors are respectively in signal connection with the plurality of vehicle body units, are used for sensing the operation states of the plurality of vehicle body units and correspondingly generate at least one sensing feedback signal, and the plurality of sensors transmit the sensing feedback signal back to the central sensing processing device;
the central operation processing module is provided with a central operation processing unit, at least one wireless communication unit, at least one vehicle communication unit, at least one switch control unit and at least one light control unit, the central operation processing unit is electrically connected with the wireless communication unit, the vehicle communication unit, the switch control unit and the light control unit, and the central operation processing module is in signal connection with the control local area network bus and is connected to the plurality of vehicle body units and the sensing control center module;
the server is in wireless signal connection with the wireless communication unit and the central sensing processing device and is provided with a vehicle information integration platform, a vehicle data collection module, an information processing module and a human-computer interface module, and the vehicle information integration platform is in signal connection with the vehicle data collection module, the information processing module and the human-computer interface module;
at least one electronic control device, which is one or the combination of the server, the central operation processing module and the sensing control center module connected by wireless signals; and
the intelligent screen is connected with the central operation processing module and the sensing control center module through the control local area network bus signal, and is provided with a touch display screen and a graphic interface processing module;
the sensing control center module senses the operation conditions of the plurality of vehicle body units, the central operation processing module is used for controlling the operation of the plurality of vehicle body units, and the server is connected with the wireless communication unit and the central sensing processing device through wireless signals, so that the electronic control device can control the plurality of vehicle body units and capture the operation conditions of the plurality of vehicle body units through vehicle information integration platform signals of the server.

The camping caravan control system of claim 1, wherein the cpu module has a housing assembly, the housing assembly has a plurality of through holes, and at least one circuit board is disposed in the housing assembly, the circuit board has the cpu, the wireless communication unit, the car communication unit, the switch control unit and the light control unit, and the circuit board has a plurality of signal connectors, the signal connectors are correspondingly disposed through the through holes, and the signal connectors have at least one terminal hole.

The camping caravan control system according to claim 2, wherein the housing assembly comprises a housing and a bottom case, the housing is connected to the bottom case and forms an accommodation space, the accommodation space is provided with the circuit board, the housing has an accommodation groove, at least two fixing pieces are extended outwards from a periphery of a notch of the accommodation groove, the fixing pieces are parallel to an outer side surface of the housing, a plurality of connecting holes are spaced from the fixing pieces, the plurality of connecting holes are used for fixing the plurality of fixing pieces in the camping caravan, and the plurality of through holes are respectively opened at a bottom of the accommodation groove and an inner peripheral wall thereof.

The camping caravan control system of claim 1, wherein the body unit is one selected from the group consisting of an electric sunshade, a heater, a heat exchanger solenoid valve, a control switch, a water pump, a water tank, a generator, a battery, an electric motor, a refrigerator, a satellite antenna, an exhaust fan, a window opening and closing device, a door opening and closing device, a light controller, a lamp, a pull bin device, a wireless communication device, a buzzer, an infrared emitter, a current detection device, an ethernet connection device, a body computer, and an air conditioning device, and the sensor is one selected from the group consisting of a fuel sensor, a power sensor, a button sensor, a switch sensor, a light sensor, an ethernet connection device, a GPS positioning device, a suspended particle sensor, a 6-axis attitude sensor, a tank level sensor, a human body sensing sensor, a temperature sensor, One of a rain sensor, an air quality sensor and a smoke sensor.

The camping vehicle control system of claim 1, wherein the electronic control device is connected to the server via a signal selected from one of Bluetooth (Bluetooth), Infrared (IR), third generation mobile communication (3G), fourth generation mobile communication (4G), wireless local area network (Wi-Fi), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), and fifth generation mobile communication (5G).

The camping vehicle control system of claim 1, wherein the electronic control device is selected from the group consisting of a wireless communication unit connected to the central processing unit or the sensor control center module via one or a combination of wireless communication protocols of wireless local area network (Wi-Fi), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), wireless communication (ZigBee), wireless communication (Z-wave), and Near Field Communication (NFC), and the wireless communication unit is connected to the server via a wireless signal connection selected from the group consisting of a wireless signal connection to the server, and a wireless signal transmission between the electronic control device and the server in the morning.

The camping car as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one car monitoring application is stored in the electronic control device and the smart screen, the electronic control device is connected to the car information integration platform through the car monitoring application, and the smart screen is connected to the lan bus through the car monitoring application.

The camping caravan control system according to claim 1, wherein the sensing feedback signal received by the central sensing processing device is transmitted back to the central processing unit and the server, and the sensing control center module stores at least one piece of detection value information corresponding to the plurality of body units, the sensor senses the operating states of the plurality of body units and generates at least one sensing feedback signal correspondingly, and when the sensing feedback signal generated by the sensing control center module correspondingly cannot match the detection value information of the sensed body units, the sensing control center module transmits at least one warning signal to the server and the smart screen, and the server transmits the warning signal to the electronic control device; in addition, the central processing unit further comprises an emergency call processing unit, and the emergency call processing unit is in signal connection with the central processing unit.
9. A control method applied to the camper-caravan control system according to claim 1, comprising:
the intelligent screen is connected with the central operation processing module and the sensing control center module through the control local area network bus signal;
an operation selection step, wherein a user generates at least one operation control message by using the electronic control device or the intelligent screen;
a transmission step in which the server or the wireless communication unit transmits the operation control information to the central arithmetic processing unit;
the central arithmetic processing module carries out arithmetic processing on the operation control information and generates execution instruction information; and
and a control step, wherein the central processing unit transmits the execution instruction information to at least one vehicle body unit so as to control the operation of the vehicle body unit.
10. The control method of the camper-caravan control system according to claim 9, further comprising:
a detecting step, wherein the sensors are respectively in signal connection with the plurality of vehicle body units and are used for sensing the operating states of the plurality of vehicle body units;
a feedback step, wherein the plurality of sensors correspondingly sense the operating states of the plurality of vehicle body units and generate at least one sensing feedback signal, and the plurality of sensors transmit the sensing feedback signal back to the central sensing processing device; and
and a warning step, wherein at least one piece of detection value information corresponding to the plurality of vehicle body units is stored in the sensing control center module, the sensor senses the operating states of the plurality of vehicle body units and correspondingly generates at least one sensing feedback signal, when the sensing feedback signal correspondingly generated by the sensing control center module cannot be matched with the detection value information of the sensed vehicle body units, the sensing control center module sends at least one warning signal to the server and the intelligent screen, the server forwards the warning signal to the electronic control device, and the warning signal is selected from one or the combination of text information and voice information.
