Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile communication data detection, and provides a method for detecting the consistency of vehicle information in a wireless communication module and an MES (manufacturing execution system), which comprises the following steps: s1, scanning the VIN code of the vehicle; s2, respectively reading the currently uploaded vehicle information from the wireless communication module TBOX and the MES system based on the vehicle VIN code, wherein the vehicle information comprises: the ICCID, the battery code and the T-BOX number of the physical connection card; and S3, sequentially carrying out data missing verification and data identical verification on the vehicle information, wherein if the vehicle information passes the verification, the wireless communication module TBX is consistent with the vehicle information uploaded by the MES system. The condition that the registration information of the offline vehicle and the MES system is inconsistent is avoided, the data quality conformity of the offline vehicle is greatly improved, and the consistency of each wireless communication module product and the function during loading is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile communication data detection, and provides a method and a device for detecting the consistency of vehicle information in a wireless communication module and an MES system.
Background
With the popularization of car networking technology, the wireless communication module is being used by more and more major host factories as a unique medium for communication between the car intranet and the external network. Meanwhile, as the wireless communication module relates to relevant laws and regulations, when the wireless communication module is designed, a large amount of self-defined data in a communication protocol format needs to be fully considered when different functions are realized, so that the use rules of the wireless communication module are different.
Part 3 of the technical specification of the GB T32960.3-2016 electric vehicle remote service and management system: the communication protocol and data format stipulate that 'a complete data packet should be composed of an initial symbol, a command unit, an identification code, a data encryption mode, a data unit length, a data unit and a check code', wherein the 'command unit' defines a self-defined command identifier which can be used for data exchange between a terminal and a platform. In the actual production process, the following occurs: 1. the wireless communication module wrongly loads the vehicle after the VIN code is written in, so that the corresponding relation between the vehicle information uploaded by the MES and the vehicle information uploaded by the wireless communication module is wrong; 2. there is a change of parts and no update MES data problem for the vehicle before going offline.

The data missing detection unit includes: the vehicle information data processing device comprises a missing detection subunit and a missing judgment subunit, wherein the missing judgment subunit is connected with the display unit, the missing detection subunit detects whether the vehicle information is missing or not based on the byte number defined by the message header in the vehicle information data packet, if the byte length of the message is smaller than the message length defined by the message header, the missing judgment subunit judges that the vehicle information is missing, the display unit outputs the missing content, and if the byte length of the message is equal to the message length defined by the message header, the missing judgment subunit judges that the vehicle information is not missing.
The data identity detection unit includes: compare subunit and same affirmation subunit, same affirmation subunit is connected with the display element, compare subunit, compare the data that wireless communication module TBOX uploaded and the vehicle information that MES system uploaded, detect whether the vehicle information that both uploaded is the same, if the same, then same affirmation subunit affirms that vehicle information is the same, if not the same, then same affirmation subunit affirms that vehicle information is inequality, the display element outputs in the wireless communication module TBOX and the vehicle information that MES system is different.
