Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent detection system for concrete slump, which comprises: the concrete barrel is provided with an opening above, and the opening is provided with a feed hopper; the bottom of the concrete cylinder is provided with a base for placing the concrete cylinder; the display screen is arranged on the outer surface of the concrete cylinder and used for displaying current data and concrete collapse degree data; a slump detection device is arranged in the concrete cylinder and comprises a current sensor and a controller which are electrically connected in sequence, wherein the current sensor is used for collecting current data of a stirring host machine in concrete within a preset time, and the controller is used for calculating the average value of the sum of all the current data to obtain the current average value within the preset time; and the system is also used for acquiring the corresponding relation between the current of the stirring host and the concrete slump, and calculating the concrete slump according to the corresponding relation and the current average value. The embodiment of the invention can effectively improve the convenience and accuracy of the concrete slump detection.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detection, in particular to an intelligent detection system for concrete slump.
Background
Slump of concrete refers to the workability of concrete, including water retention, fluidity and cohesiveness of concrete. Workability refers to the property of whether the concrete is easy to construct and operate and is uniform and compact, and is a very comprehensive property including fluidity, cohesiveness and water retention. The influence on the workability mainly comprises the water consumption, the water-cement ratio, the sand rate, the cement variety, the aggregate condition, the time, the temperature, the additive and the like. However, the existing concrete slump detection system needs manual operation, and detection errors are large easily caused by human factors in the detection process.

Further, the average value of the sum of all the current data is calculated to obtain the current average value in a preset time, specifically:
comparing all current data in the preset time with the preset current threshold range, removing the current data within the current threshold range, and calculating the current average value in the preset time.
Further, the obtaining of the corresponding relationship between the current of the stirring host and the concrete slump is performed, and the concrete slump is obtained by calculating according to the corresponding relationship and the current average value, specifically:
