Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solutions claimed in the claims of the present application can be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a thermal printer, as shown in fig. 1, including: the printer comprises a shell 1, a paper clamping mechanism 2, a paper feeding mechanism 3 and a printer core 4.
As shown in fig. 1, the housing 1 sequentially has a paper clamping area 11, a paper feeding area 12 opposite to the paper clamping area 11, and a paper outlet 13 opposite to the paper feeding area 12 along a predetermined linear direction. Further, a sheet clamping mechanism 2 is provided in the sheet clamping area 1, and the sheet clamping mechanism 2 clamps the sheet tray 100.
Next, as shown in fig. 1, the paper feeding mechanism 3 and the printer core 4 are both disposed in the paper feeding area 12, and the paper feeding mechanism 3 is disposed adjacent to the paper output 13, and the printer core 4 includes: the paper feeding mechanism comprises a core body 41 and a guide side plate 42, wherein the core body 41 and the paper feeding mechanism 3 are arranged oppositely along a paper discharging direction perpendicular to the paper discharging port 13, and the guide side plate 42 is arranged on one side of the core body 41 departing from the paper discharging port 13 and is formed by extending towards the direction of the paper clamping mechanism 2.
It can be seen through the above content that because casing 1 forms in proper order along predetermined rectilinear direction and presss from both sides paper district 11, district 12 and exit slot 13 form, press from both sides paper mechanism 2 in the paper district 11 simultaneously, and set up paper feeding mechanism 3 and printer core 4 in the district 12 form, thereby make the thermal printer of this embodiment realize printing by the mode that goes forward afterwards, when making things convenient for the staff to look over the printing content, can also reduce the gravity of paper when the conveying, consequently can furthest avoid the emergence of paper jam phenomenon when the conveying of paper, make the play paper of printer more smooth and easy.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3 in combination, the housing 1 includes: a bottom panel 14, a front panel 15 and a back panel 16. The front panel 15 and the rear panel 16 are disposed in parallel on the bottom plate 14 so as to face each other in the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate 14. In addition, the housing 1 further includes: a first side plate 17 and a second side plate 18, and the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18 are opposed on the bottom plate 14 in the width direction of the bottom plate 14 and are arranged in parallel. In the present embodiment, the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate may be set as the preset linear direction, but it is needless to say that the width direction of the bottom plate 14 may be set as the preset linear direction in actual use.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 4, and 5, the guide side plate 42 is formed to extend obliquely in a direction away from the bottom plate 14 from one end connected to the deck body 41 to the other end, and the end of the guide side plate 42 away from the deck body 41 is higher than the paper tray 100 in the full paper state. Therefore, it is easy to see that, while the support of the printing paper drawn out from the paper tray 100 can be realized by the guide side plate 42, since the end of the guide side plate 42 away from the movement body 41 is higher than the paper tray 100 in the full paper state, the tension of the printing paper during the paper conveying can be improved by the guide side plate 42 during the paper conveying, so that the printing paper is more smoothly discharged.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 5, and 6, the printer core 4 preferably further includes: a support plate 43, and the support plate 43 is further connected to the guide side plate 42 and the bottom plate 14, respectively. Meanwhile, the support plate 43 is formed by extending the end of the guide side plate 42 away from the movement body 41 vertically in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 14. The supporting performance of the guide side plate 42 can be improved by the supporting plate 43, and the guide side plate 42 is prevented from being deformed, so that the guide side plate 42 has better guiding performance for paper.
Note that, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the height of the front panel 15 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 14 is smaller than the height of the rear panel 16 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 14. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the thermal printer according to the present embodiment further includes: the flip 5 is disposed above the front panel 15 and is disposed opposite to the rear panel 16 along the length direction of the bottom plate 14, and at the same time, one side of the flip 5 away from the bottom plate 14 is hinged to the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18, respectively, so that the flip 5 can be turned relative to the rear panel 16 by using the hinged ends of the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18 as pivot points. So that the flip 5 and the front panel 15 can be in the same plane when the flip 5 is flipped to the extreme position in the direction of the rear panel 16, and at the same time, as shown in fig. 1, the sides of the flip 5 and the front panel 15 opposite to each other are spaced apart from each other to form the sheet discharge port 13. Therefore, it is easy to see that, since the paper output 13 is formed by the flip of the flip 5, after the flip 5 is turned to the extreme position in the direction away from the rear panel 16, the paper output 13 is also enlarged along with the flip of the flip 5, so that when a paper jam occurs, the worker can conveniently lead out the jammed part from the inside of the housing 1 to the outside of the housing 1 by turning the flip 5 away from the rear panel 16.
Meanwhile, by virtue of the flip characteristics of the flip 5, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 7, and 8, the paper feed mechanism 3 may also be provided on the side of the flip 5 opposite to the rear panel 16. Therefore, when the flip 5 is turned to the limit position in the direction away from the rear panel 16, the paper feeding mechanism 3 can be moved out of the housing 1 by the flip 5, and when the flip 5 is turned to the limit position in the direction toward the rear panel 16, the paper feeding mechanism 3 can be fed into the housing again and is located above the printer core 4, and can be matched with the printer core 4 to realize printing. Therefore, by controlling the paper feeding mechanism 3 through the flip 5, when a paper jam occurs in the printer, the paper feeding mechanism 3 can be further operated through the flip 5, so that the paper jam portion can be more easily led out of the housing 1 from the housing 1, that is, the paper feeding mechanism 3 can be taken out from the housing 1 by turning the flip 5 in a direction away from the rear panel 16, thereby easily solving the paper jam and avoiding complex operation.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the paper feed mechanism 3 includes: a first bracket 31, a second bracket 32, a thermo-sensitive adhesive roller 33 and a driving element 34. Wherein, the first bracket 31 and the second bracket 32 are oppositely arranged on the flip 5 along the width direction of the bottom plate 14. And the thermo-sensitive adhesive roller 33 includes: the rubber roller body 331, the first protruding shaft 332 formed by one end of the rubber roller body 331 protruding outwards along the axis direction of the rubber roller body 331, and the second protruding shaft 333 formed by the other end of the rubber roller body 331 protruding outwards along the axis direction of the rubber roller body 331 are further provided, the first protruding shaft 332 is rotatably connected with the first support 31, and the second protruding shaft 333 is rotatably connected with the second support 32. Meanwhile, the driving element 34 is disposed on the first bracket 31 and connected to the first protruding shaft 332, so that the driving element 34 can drive the rubber roller body 331 to rotate through the first protruding shaft 332. Of course, in practical applications, the driving element 34 may also be disposed on the second bracket 32 and connected to the second protruding shaft 333, so that the driving element 34 can also drive the rubber roller body 331 through the second protruding shaft 333. In addition, the driving element 34 used in the present embodiment may be a motor, and the output shaft of the motor is directly fixedly connected to the first protruding shaft 332 or the second protruding shaft 333 through a coupling, so that the rotation of the thermo-rubber roller 33 can be realized.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the thermal printer of the present embodiment may further include: and a paper clamping area cover plate 6 and a paper feeding area cover plate 7 which are arranged along the length direction of the bottom plate 14 and are opposite to each other. And, the paper clamping area cover plate 6 and the paper feeding area cover plate 7 are both disposed in parallel with the bottom plate 14, and the sides of the paper clamping area cover plate 6 and the paper feeding area cover plate 7 opposite to each other are hinged with the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18, respectively. The cover 6 of the paper clamping area can be pivoted with the hinged ends of the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18, and can be turned relative to the bottom plate 14, so that the cover 6 of the paper clamping area can be turned over, and the opening or closing of the paper clamping area 11 can be realized. The paper feeding area cover 7 can be pivoted with the hinged ends of the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18, and can be turned relative to the bottom plate 14, so as to open or close the paper feeding area 12.
Therefore, it is easy to see that the paper clamping mechanism 2, the paper feeding mechanism 3 and the paper tray 100 in the housing 1 can be protected by the paper feeding area cover plate 7 and the paper clamping area cover plate 6, and the paper tray 100 can be replaced conveniently. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3, an opening/closing opening 161 is further formed in one side of the rear panel 16 opposite to the paper clamping area cover plate 6, and the opening/closing opening 161 can facilitate the turning of the paper clamping area cover plate 6 by a worker, so that the turning of the paper clamping area cover plate 6 is easier. Meanwhile, as a preferred scheme, as shown in fig. 1, the lower surface of the cover plate 6 of the paper clamping area is further provided with a collision bead 8, the collision bead 8 is arranged on the cover plate 6 of the paper clamping area at a side far away from the cover plate 7 of the paper feeding area, meanwhile, the rear panel 16 is provided with a collision bead seat 9, and the collision bead seat 9 can be magnetically attracted with the collision bead 8 on the cover plate 6 of the paper clamping area when the cover plate 6 of the paper clamping area is turned to a limit position relative to the direction of the bottom plate 14, so that the cover plate 6 of the paper clamping area can be fixed by means of the magnetic attraction of the collision bead 8 and the collision bead seat 9 after the cover plate 6 of the paper clamping area closes the paper clamping area 11, and the whole printer is more reliable in use.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 9, in order to realize the nipping of the paper tray 100 by the paper nipping mechanism 2, the paper nipping mechanism 2 includes: a first fixing plate 21, a second fixing plate 22, a first clamping assembly 23 and a second clamping assembly 24. The first fixing plate 21 is disposed on the first side plate 17, and the second fixing plate 22 is disposed on the second side plate 18, while the first fixing plate 21 and the second fixing plate 22 are disposed in parallel and opposed to each other in the width direction of the bottom plate 14. Further, the first sheet clamping assembly 23 is disposed on the first fixing plate 21, and the second sheet clamping assembly 24 is disposed on the second fixing plate 22, and, as shown in fig. 11, the first sheet clamping assembly 23 and the second sheet clamping assembly 24 are coaxially disposed and are configured to clamp the sheet tray 100 in the width direction of the bottom plate 14.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 9, the first paper nipping assembly 23 includes: a limit protruding shaft 231, a stroke shaft 232, a first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 and an elastic element 234. Wherein, the limit protruding shaft 231 is disposed on the first fixing plate 21, and the limit protruding shaft 231 includes: the limiting plate 2311 is connected with the first fixing plate 21, and the limiting protrusion 2312 is connected with the limiting plate 2311, and the limiting protrusion 2312 is formed by protruding a part of one side of the limiting plate 2311 departing from the first fixing plate 21 towards the direction of the second fixing plate 22.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the stroke shaft 232 is connected to the stopper protrusion 2312, and the stroke shaft 232 extends horizontally in a direction perpendicular to the second fixing plate 22, while, as shown in fig. 10, a flange portion 2321 is formed at an end of the stroke shaft 232 remote from the stopper protrusion 2312, and the stroke shaft 232 is used for insertion into the paper tray 100, achieving positioning of the paper tray 100.

Therefore, when the paper tray 100 is clamped, a worker can push the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 towards the limiting protruding shaft 231 by using the resilience of the elastic element 234, so that the elastic element 234 can be gradually compressed under the action of the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233, the stroke shaft 232 can be gradually exposed from one side of the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 away from the limiting protruding shaft 231, after the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 is matched with the limiting protruding shaft 231 to compress the elastic element 234 to a proper position, the paper tray 100 can be directly sleeved on the stroke shaft 232, so that the paper tray 100 can be positioned between the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 and the second paper clamping protruding shaft 242, and then the acting force acting on the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 is released, so that the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 can be matched with the second paper clamping protruding shaft 242 to clamp and fix the paper tray 100 under the resilience of the elastic element 234. Therefore, it can be seen that the elastic element 234 can make the first paper-clamping protruding shaft 233 and the second paper-clamping protruding shaft 242 satisfy the clamping requirements of thermal paper with various formats.
Specifically, in order to facilitate the assembly between the protruding shaft 231, the stroke shaft 232 and the elastic element 234, as shown in fig. 9, a T-shaped groove 23131 formed by a first groove body 23131 and a second groove body 23132 is further formed on one side of the limiting protrusion 2312 opposite to the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233, wherein the inner diameter of the first groove body 23131 is smaller than that of the second groove body 23132, when assembling, the end of the stroke shaft 232 can be inserted into the first groove body 23131, and the elastic element 234 is placed in the second groove body 23132, and in this embodiment, the elastic element 234 is a spring. It can be seen that the fixing of the elastic element 234 and the stroke shaft 232 can be achieved simultaneously by the T-shaped groove 23131.
In addition, in order to clamp and fix the paper tray 100 by the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 and the second paper clamping protruding shaft 242, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the side of the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 away from the limiting protrusion 2312 is a first clamping side 2331 for clamping the paper tray 100, and correspondingly, the side of the first paper clamping protruding shaft 233 opposite to the limiting protrusion 2312 is a first supporting side 2332 for abutting against the elastic element 234. The first clamping side 2331 is provided with a plurality of first bosses 23311 coaxially arranged along a radial direction of the first paper clamping protruding shaft, and the diameters of the first bosses 23311 are sequentially increased from the first clamping side 2331 to the first supporting side 2332.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 11, the side of the second paper clamping convex shaft 242 away from the paper tray backing plate 241 is a second clamping side 2421 for clamping the paper tray 100, and correspondingly, the side of the second paper clamping convex shaft 242 opposite to the paper tray backing plate 241 is a second supporting side 2422. The second clamping side 2421 forms a plurality of second bosses 24211 coaxially arranged along the radial direction of the second paper clamping protruding shaft 242, and the diameters of the second bosses 24211 become larger from the second clamping side 2421 to the second supporting side 2422.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the number of the first bosses 23311 is the same as the number of the second bosses 24211, and the first bosses 23311 have the same diameter as the second bosses 24211, which are uniquely associated with each other in the axial direction of the stroke shaft 232. It is thus easy to see that the clamping positioning of the paper trays 100 of different diameters can be achieved by the cooperation of the first bosses 23311 and the second bosses 24211 of different diameters. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, each of the first bosses 23311 includes: a first clamping surface 233111 opposite the first support side 2332, a first annulus 233112 extending from the first clamping surface 233111 in a direction toward the first support side 2332. And each of the second bosses 24211 includes: a second clamping surface 242111 opposite the second support side 2422, and a second ring surface 242112 extending from the second clamping surface 242111 in a direction toward the second support side 2422. The first annular surface 233112 of each first boss 23311 is formed to gradually expand and extend from the first clamping surface 233111 of the first boss 23311 toward the first support side 2332. Correspondingly, the second ring surface 242112 of each second protrusion 24211 is formed to gradually expand and extend from the second clamping surface 242111 of the second protrusion 24211 towards the second support side 2422. It can be seen that the first ring surface 233112 of each first boss 23311 and the second ring surface 242112 of each second boss 24211 are both inclined ring surfaces, so that when the paper tray 100 is installed, the first ring surface 233112 and the second ring surface 242112 are inclined to guide the paper tray 100 when the paper tray 100 is clamped, so that the paper tray 100 can be directly guided to the corresponding first boss 23311 and second boss 24211 for fixation.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.
