Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first guide groove 30 is disposed on the top wall 202 of the drawer, the support member 40 is disposed on the top wall of the cabinet 10, when the drawer 20 is drawn, the drawer 20 moves outward relative to the cabinet 10 so that the drawer 20 is drawn out of the receiving cavity 102, the first guide groove 30 disposed on the top wall 202 of the drawer moves along with the drawer 20, and at least a portion of the support member 40 fixed on the top wall of the cabinet 10 is disposed in the first guide groove 30, and at least a portion of the support member 40 contacts with a groove wall and/or a groove bottom of the first guide groove 30 along with the drawing movement of the drawer 20, so that a portion of the support member 40 contacting with the groove bottom can function as a support for the drawer 20, preventing the drawer 20 from tilting downward, and a portion of the support member 40 contacting with the groove wall can function as a left-right tilt prevention for the drawer 20, so that the drawer 20 is not shaken from side to side during drawing and the drawer 20 is prevented from being inclined downward due to the storage of excessive objects in the opened state of the drawer 20.
Of course, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and it can be understood that, a person skilled in the art can adjust the relative positions of the supporting component 40 and the first guiding groove 30 accordingly, for example, the first guiding groove 30 is disposed on the top wall of the box 10, and the supporting component 40 is disposed on the top wall 202 of the drawer, so that the drawer 20 can not sway left and right during the drawing process, and the drawer 20 can be prevented from being inclined due to storing too many articles in the opened state of the drawer 20, which all belongs to the protection scope of the present disclosure without departing from the design concept.
Preferably, the drawer 20 is a drawer having top and bottom walls and a plurality of support plates disposed between the top and bottom walls, the top, bottom and plurality of support plates dividing the space of the drawer 20 into a plurality of layers for placing articles.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the first guide groove 30 is disposed in the middle of the receiving chamber 102; and/or support assembly 40 is disposed in receiving cavity 102 at an end proximate to the opening of receiving cavity 102.
In this embodiment, the first guide groove 30 is disposed in the middle of the accommodating chamber 102, and specifically, the first guide groove 30 is disposed at a middle position on the top wall 202 of the drawer, and the first guide groove 30 extends along the front-rear direction of the accommodating chamber 102, so that when the drawer 20 moves relative to the box body 10, the supporting force of the supporting member 40 in the left-right direction with respect to the first guide groove 30 is at the middle position of the drawer 20, so that the cooperation of the supporting member 40 and the first guide groove 30 can further prevent the drawer 20 from shaking left and right during the movement. In this embodiment, the first guide groove 30 includes a first groove side wall, a second groove side wall and a groove bottom wall, wherein the first groove side wall and the second groove side wall are arranged in parallel, the groove bottom wall connects the first groove side wall and the second groove side wall, at least a part of the side wall of the support component 40 contacts with the first groove side wall and the second groove side wall, so that the first guide groove 30 is prevented from tilting left and right relative to the support component 40 by the supporting force of the contact of the at least a part of the side wall of the support component 40 with the first groove side wall and the second groove side wall, and the cooperation of the support component 40 and the first guide groove 30 can prevent the drawer 20 from shaking left and right during the movement; further, at least a portion of the support member 40 is in contact with the bottom wall of the tub during the movement, so that the first guide groove 30 is prevented from being inclined downward with respect to the support member 40 by a supporting force of at least a portion of the support member 40 in contact with the bottom wall of the tub during the movement, and thus the engagement of the support member 40 with the first guide groove 30 can prevent the drawer 20 from being inclined downward due to the storage of an excessive amount of articles in the open state of the drawer 20.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the support assembly 40 includes: a bracket 402 provided on the other of the top wall of the cabinet 10 and the top wall 202 of the drawer; at least one first rolling member 404 disposed on the bracket 402, the at least one first rolling member 404 being capable of rotating relative to the bracket 402, at least a portion of the at least one first rolling member 404 being disposed in the first guide slot 30, the at least one first rolling member 404 being tangential to the slot bottom wall during rotation of the at least one first rolling member 404 relative to the bracket 402.
In this embodiment, the supporting assembly 40 includes a bracket 402 and at least one first rolling member 404, the first guiding groove 30 is disposed on one of the top wall of the box body 10 and the top wall 202 of the drawer, the bracket 402 is disposed on the other of the top wall of the box body 10 and the top wall 202 of the drawer, the at least one first rolling member 404 is disposed on the bracket 402 and the at least one first rolling member 404 is capable of rotating relative to the bracket 402, at least a portion of the at least one first rolling member 404 is disposed in the first guiding groove 30, during the rotation of the at least one first rolling member 404 relative to the bracket 402, the at least one first rolling member 404 is tangent to the bottom wall of the groove, i.e., the at least one first rolling member 404 can roll in the first guiding groove 30, so that the drawer 20 slides along the first guiding groove 30, thereby preventing the supporting assembly 40 and the first guiding groove 30 from being damaged due to friction when the drawer 20 moves, the service life of the limiting assembly is prolonged, and as the supporting assembly 40 comprises at least one first rolling element 404 and sliding friction exists between the at least one first rolling element 404 and the first guide groove 30, the friction and wear between the supporting assembly 40 and the first guide groove 30 are reduced, and the drawer 20 is easy to draw, thereby improving the reliability of the product. Preferably, the bracket 402 is fixed on the top wall of the box body 10 by screws, and the screws are adopted for fixing, so that the installation is convenient, the cost is saved, the production process is simplified, the production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the subsequent disassembly and maintenance are convenient.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the number of the at least one first rolling member 404 is three, the rolling surface of one of the at least one first rolling member 404 abuts against the bottom wall of the groove, and the rolling surfaces of the other two of the at least one first rolling member 404 abut against the first groove side wall and the second groove side wall, respectively.
In this embodiment, it is specifically described that the at least one first rolling member 404 includes three first rolling members 404, and the rolling surface of one first rolling member 404 abuts against the bottom wall of the slot, that is, one first rolling member 404 rolls on the bottom wall of the slot, on one hand, friction between the first rolling member 404 and the bottom wall of the slot when the drawer slides along the first guide slot 30 can be reduced, damage to the support member 40 and the first guide slot 30 due to friction when the drawer moves can be avoided, and the service life of the support member 40 can be prolonged, and on the other hand, the first guide slot 30 is prevented from inclining downward relative to the support member 40 by the support force of the rolling surface of one first rolling member 404 contacting with the bottom wall of the slot, so that the support member 40 and the first guide slot 30 can be engaged to prevent the drawer from inclining downward due to too many articles stored in the drawer open state. Wherein the rolling surfaces of the other two first rolling members 404 respectively abut against the first groove side wall and the second groove side wall, i.e. one of the other two first rolling members 404 is in rolling contact with the first groove side wall and the other one of the other two first rolling members 404 is in rolling contact with the second groove side wall, on the one hand, the friction force between the first rolling member 404 and the side walls of the first groove and the second groove when the drawer slides along the first guide groove 30 can be reduced, the damage to the supporting component 40 and the first guide groove 30 caused by friction when the drawer moves is avoided, the service life of the limiting component is prolonged, on the other hand, the first guide groove 30 is prevented from being inclined left and right with respect to the support assembly 40 by the supporting force in which the rolling surfaces of the other two first rolling members 404 are in contact with the first groove side wall and the second groove side wall respectively, so that the cooperation of the supporting member 40 and the first guide groove 30 can prevent the drawer from shaking left and right during the movement. Moreover, by arranging the three first rolling members 404 to respectively abut against the bottom wall of the groove, the side wall of the first groove and the side wall of the second groove, it can be ensured that the three first rolling members 404 respectively abut against the bottom wall of the groove, the side wall of the first groove and the side wall of the second groove by adjusting the installation positions of the three first rolling members 404 on the bracket, so that the preparation precision requirements of the first guide groove 30 and the supporting component 40 can be reduced, the production difficulty is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the bracket 402 is provided with a fixing opening, and the at least one first rolling member 404 is provided with a rolling shaft, which is inserted into the fixing opening and rotates therein.
In this embodiment, it is specifically described that a fixing opening is formed in the bracket 402, a roller is arranged on the at least one first rolling element 404, and the roller is inserted into the fixing opening and can rotate in the fixing opening, so that the at least one first rolling element 404 can rotate. Specifically, two brackets 402 may be provided, each of the two brackets 402 has a fixing opening, and two rollers are symmetrically provided on the at least one first rolling member 404, and the two rollers are respectively inserted into the fixing openings of the two brackets 402 and rotate in the two fixing openings, so as to realize the rotation of the at least one first rolling member 404. Or a bracket 402 is provided, the brackets 402 are provided with fixing openings, one side of the at least one first rolling member 404 is provided with a rolling shaft, the rolling shaft is inserted into the fixing opening of the bracket 402 and can rotate in the fixing opening, preferably, an anti-falling structure can be provided at one end of the rolling shaft far away from the at least one first rolling member 404, so as to prevent the rolling shaft from falling out of the fixing opening during the rotation of the at least one first rolling member 404.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the fixing port is a circular hole; or the fixing port is a strip-shaped hole, the bottom end of the strip-shaped hole is arc-shaped, and the strip-shaped hole is vertically arranged on the bracket 402 along the length direction of the strip-shaped hole.
In this embodiment, the fixing openings are preferably circular holes, which are more favorable for the rotation of the roller; or the fixing opening is preferably a strip-shaped hole, the bottom end of the strip-shaped hole is in the shape of an arc, the arc is beneficial to the rotation of the rolling shaft, the strip-shaped hole is vertically arranged on the support 402 along the length direction of the strip-shaped hole, so that the rolling shaft can slide up and down in the strip-shaped hole, and the phenomenon that the at least one first rolling member 404 and the first guide groove 30 are assembled and clamped too tightly due to the manufacturing error or the installation error of the support 402 and the at least one first rolling member 404 is avoided, or the effect of preventing the drawer 20 from inclining downwards is weakened due to the fact that the upper and lower gap between the at least one first rolling member 404 and the first guide groove 30 is too large.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the box assembly 1 further includes: the number of the second guide grooves is two, the two second guide grooves are arranged on the bottom wall of the box body 10, and a space is reserved between the two second guide grooves; and two second rolling members arranged on the bottom wall 204 of the drawer, wherein the second rolling members can roll in the second guide groove to enable the drawer 20 to slide along the second guide groove.
In this embodiment, the case assembly 1 further includes two second guide grooves and two second rolling members, the second guide grooves are disposed in the accommodating cavity 102, the two second guide grooves are disposed on the bottom wall of the case 10 with a space therebetween, two second rolling members are disposed on the bottom wall 204 of the drawer, the second rolling members can roll in the second guide grooves, so that the drawer 20 slides along the second guide grooves, friction between the drawer 20 and the case 10 when the drawer 20 moves due to direct contact of the bottom wall 204 of the drawer and the bottom wall of the case 10 is avoided, further damage to the drawer 20 and the case 10 due to friction when the drawer 20 moves is avoided, the service lives of the drawer 20 and the case 10 are prolonged, and due to the second rolling members disposed on the drawer 20, the drawer 20 can slide relative to the case 10, friction and wear between the drawer 20 and the case 10 is reduced, and makes the drawer 20 easily withdrawn, thereby improving the reliability of the product.
Certainly, the present invention is not limited to this, and those skilled in the art may set a scheme in which three second guide grooves and three second rolling elements are matched according to actual design requirements, or may adopt a combined guide rail (for example, three pulley guide rails are combined together, three ball guide rails are combined together, or a pulley guide rail and a ball guide rail are used in combination), and specific situations in this respect are not listed here, but the present invention belongs to the protection scope of the present invention without departing from the design concept.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the drawer 20 has an open front end adjacent to the receiving cavity 102 and a rear end disposed opposite to the front end, and the second rolling member is disposed at the rear end of the drawer 20.
In this embodiment, it is specifically described that the drawer 20 has a front end adjacent to the opening of the accommodating cavity 102 and a rear end opposite to the front end, the second rolling member is disposed at the rear end of the drawer 20, and by disposing the second rolling member at the rear end of the drawer 20, the second rolling member can move from the rear end of the second guide groove to the front end of the second guide groove during the process of pulling out the drawer 20, so that the second rolling member can support the drawer 20 until the drawer 20 is completely pulled out of the accommodating cavity 102, and further, the bottom wall 204 of the drawer is directly contacted with the bottom wall of the box 10, which causes friction between the drawer 20 and the box 10 when moving.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first guide groove 30 and/or the second guide groove is a guide rail.
In this embodiment, the first guide slot 30 and/or the second guide slot are/is a guide rail, and the machining precision of the guide rail is high, so that the drawer 20 can be further ensured not to shake left and right in the drawing process, and the drawer 20 is further prevented from inclining downwards due to the storage of too many articles in the open state of the drawer 20; in addition, the installation mode of the guide rail is simple, the guide rail can be directly fixed on the top wall of the box body 10 or the top wall 202 of the drawer to form the first guide groove 30, and the guide rail can also be directly fixed on the bottom wall of the box body 10 to form the second guide groove, so that the processing procedure of the product can be simplified, and the production cost of the product can be reduced. Preferably, the cross section of the guide rail is in a shape of Chinese character 'ao'.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, at least one of the first rolling member 404 and/or the second rolling member is a pulley; or at least one first rolling member 404 and/or second rolling member is in the form of a sphere.
In this embodiment, the at least one first rolling member 404 and/or the second rolling member is a pulley, and when the at least one first rolling member is a pulley, two side walls of the pulley are vertical, so that during the movement of the pulley relative to the first guide groove 30, the side walls of the pulley can support the groove side walls of the first guide groove 30, further preventing the first guide groove 30 from tilting left and right relative to the supporting assembly 40, and further, the cooperation between the supporting assembly 40 and the first guide groove 30 can prevent the drawer 20 from shaking left and right during the movement; or at least one first rolling member 404 and/or second rolling member is a ball, and the at least one first rolling member 404 and/or second rolling member of the ball can also prevent the first guide groove 30 from tilting left and right relative to the support member 40, so that the support member 40 and the first guide groove 30 can cooperate to prevent the drawer 20 from shaking left and right during the movement process.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the box body assembly 1 provided by the present invention is provided with a limiting assembly between the drawer 20 and the box body 10, the limiting assembly comprises a guide rail arranged on the top wall 202 of the drawer and a supporting assembly 40 installed on the top wall of the box body, when the drawer 20 is pulled out and pushed back, a pulley of the supporting assembly 40 can slide in the guide rail, two vertical inner side surfaces of the guide rail limit the shaking of the drawer 20 in the left-right direction through the side surfaces of the pulley, and the cylindrical surface of the pulley presses the bottom surface of the guide rail in the sliding process, so that the drawer 20 can be prevented from being inclined downwards due to the storage of too many articles when the drawer 20 is in the open state.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a refrigeration apparatus having the box assembly provided in any of the embodiments of the first aspect, and therefore, the refrigeration apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention has all the advantages of the box assembly provided in any of the embodiments of the first aspect, which are not enumerated herein.
Preferably, the refrigeration device is a refrigerator or freezer, and may be other devices having drawers, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above three devices.
In the description of the present invention, the terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are used in a broad sense, and for example, "connected" may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. Claims (10)

1. A case assembly, comprising:
the box body is provided with an accommodating cavity;
a drawer movably disposed in the receiving cavity, the drawer being movable in the receiving cavity;
the limiting assembly is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is positioned between the top wall of the box body and the top wall of the drawer; the spacing subassembly includes:
a first guide groove provided on one of a top wall of the case and a top wall of the drawer, the first guide groove extending in a front-rear direction of the accommodation chamber;
a support assembly disposed on the other of the top wall of the cabinet and the top wall of the drawer, at least a portion of the support assembly being located within the first guide slot and being movable relative to the first guide slot;
the first guide groove includes: a second groove side wall and a groove bottom wall, wherein the first groove side wall and the first groove side wall are arranged in parallel;
at least a portion of the support assembly is in contact with the first and second trough side walls, and at least a portion of the support assembly is in contact with the trough bottom wall during movement;
the support assembly includes:
a bracket provided on the other of the top wall of the case and the top wall of the drawer;
the at least one first rolling piece is arranged on the bracket and can rotate relative to the bracket, at least one part of the at least one first rolling piece is positioned in the first guide groove, and the at least one first rolling piece is tangent to the bottom wall of the groove during the rotation of the at least one first rolling piece relative to the bracket.
2. The cabinet assembly as claimed in claim 1,
the first guide groove is arranged in the middle of the accommodating cavity; and/or
The supporting component is arranged at one end of the accommodating cavity close to the opening of the accommodating cavity.
3. The cabinet assembly as claimed in claim 1,
the number of the at least one first rolling piece is three, the rolling surface of one of the at least one first rolling piece is abutted against the bottom wall of the groove, and the rolling surfaces of the other two of the at least one first rolling piece are respectively abutted against the side wall of the first groove and the side wall of the second groove.
4. The cabinet assembly as claimed in claim 1,
