The invention discloses a cleaning device for a chamfering machine, which belongs to the technical field of cleaning devices and comprises a machine tool workbench, a left side supporting plate, a right side supporting plate, a high-pressure water pipe, a lower air cylinder, a U-shaped high-pressure spray head, a three-way spray head, an upper air cylinder and a sensor limiting device; the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate are fixed on a machine tool workbench, the lower air cylinder is fixed between the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate, and the upper air cylinder is fixed above the space between the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate; the upper part of the lower cylinder is provided with a sensor limiting device, the front end of the lower cylinder is fixedly connected with a U-shaped high-pressure nozzle, and the high-pressure nozzle is connected with a high-pressure water pump through a high-pressure water pipe; the front end of the upper air cylinder is fixedly connected with a three-way nozzle, and the three-way nozzle is connected with a compressed air pump through a compressed air pipe. Background

(3) The parts are put into the ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning, and the cleaning machine is blocked because burrs falling off due to the fact that the ultrasonic cleaning machine does not have a chip removal system can be accumulated at the bottom of the cleaning machine, and the cleaning agent is deteriorated.

Preferably, the bottom ends of the left support plate 2 and the right support plate 3 are provided with elongated slots, and the locking bolts penetrate through the elongated slots and are locked on the machine tool workbench 1.
Preferably, the lower cylinder 6 is connected to the left and right support plates 2 and 3 by four bolts.
Preferably, a through hole is arranged at the front end position of the lower cylinder 6, and a lower sensor 12 is fixedly arranged in the through hole.

When the automatic cleaning machine works, the machine tool drives the gear to rotate, the U-shaped high-pressure sprayer extends forwards at the moment, when the lower sensor position reaches the front end of the sensor limiting device, the U-shaped high-pressure sprayer stops spraying a cleaning agent to the surface of a part, the U-shaped high-pressure sprayer stops spraying and retreats after 10 seconds, when the lower sensor position reaches the rear end of the sensor limiting device, the three-way sprayer extends out, when the upper sensor position reaches the front end of the sensor limiting device, the three-way sprayer stops spraying air to the surface of the part, after 20 seconds, the three-way sprayer stops spraying air and retreats, and when the upper sensor position reaches the rear end of the sensor limiting device.

2. The cleaning device for the chamfering machine according to claim 1, wherein the bottom ends of the left side support plate (2) and the right side support plate (3) are provided with elongated slots through which locking bolts are locked to the machine tool table (1).
3. The cleaning device for the chamfering machine according to claim 1, wherein the lower cylinder (6) is connected to the left support plate (2) and the right support plate (3) by four bolts.
4. The cleaning device for the chamfering machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower cylinder (6) is provided with a through hole at a front end position, and a lower sensor (12) is fixedly installed in the through hole.
5. The cleaning device for the chamfering machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the U-shaped high pressure nozzle (7) is fixed at the front end of the lower cylinder (6) by a high pressure nozzle pressing plate (5).
6. The cleaning device for the chamfering machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a through hole is provided at a front end position of the upper cylinder (10), and an upper sensor (14) is fixedly installed in the through hole.
7. The cleaning device for the chamfering machine according to claim 1, wherein the three-way nozzle (8) is fixed to a front end of the upper cylinder (10) by a three-way nozzle pressing plate (9).
