Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of electromagnetic shielding, in particular to a board-level shielding case (BLS, board Level Shield).
Background
In normal operation, electronic/electrical components in the device typically generate undesirable electromagnetic forces that interfere with the operation of adjacent electronic/electrical components. To eliminate or mitigate the negative effects caused by electromagnetic interference (EMI, electromagnetic Interference), board-level shields may be used to provide electromagnetic interference shielding for electronic/electrical components.
Currently, a common board-level shield has a two-part structure that can mount a cover to a frame; another common board level shield has a one-piece construction, i.e. the board level shield is made of one piece. Conventional board-level shields are primarily secured to the printed circuit board (PCB, printed Circuit Board) by surface mount technology (SMT, surface Mount Technology).
For a one-piece construction, after soldering the board-level shield can to the PCB, if repair of the electronic component (e.g., IC part, etc.) enclosed by the board-level shield can is required, the board-level shield can must be soldered down, which is particularly prone to damage to the electronic component enclosed by the board-level shield can, and the repair is also very inconvenient.
For the two-part structure, since the frame is soldered to the PCB and the cover is mounted to the frame, the mounting structure between the cover and the frame needs to be relatively strong to avoid accidental removal of the cover from the frame. In addition, the gap between the cover body and the frame is required to be smaller so as to ensure the electromagnetic interference shielding effect.
It should be noted that the foregoing description of the background art is only for the purpose of providing a clear and complete description of the technical solution of the present application and is presented for the convenience of understanding by those skilled in the art. The above-described solutions are not considered to be known to the person skilled in the art simply because they are set forth in the background of the application section.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventors found that: in the prior board-level shielding case with a two-part structure, the frame has a relatively sharp edge; therefore, the frame and the cover body are not easy to be combined, the rigidity between the frame and the cover body is small, the installation is not easy to be firm, and the gap between the frame and the cover body is large, so that the shielding effect is influenced.

Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the frame of the board-level shield of fig. 1, showing parts of the cover removed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the board-level shield can 100 includes:
a frame 101 including a wall portion 1011 extending in a first direction and continuous in a circumferential direction, a support portion 1012 extending from one end 1011a of the wall portion 1011 in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a connection portion 1013 connecting the wall portion 1011 and the support portion 1012; and
the cover 102 is capable of covering the frame 101 on one side of the support portion 1012, and is capable of electromagnetically shielding one or more elements on the circuit board together with the frame 101.

As shown in fig. 2, the third plate-like portion 403 may include: a first wall portion 501 connected to the first plate-like portion 401 and a second wall portion 502 connected to the second plate-like portion 402; and a zipper introduction structure 1013A having a certain curvature is provided between the first wall part 501 and the supporting part 1012, and a zipper introduction structure 1013B having a certain curvature is provided between the second wall part 502 and the supporting part 1012.
Thus, the slide fastener introducing structure can be easily formed and the board-level shield can be easily mounted to the circuit board.
As shown in fig. 2, a protruding portion 601 protruding from the frame 101 may be provided between the first wall portion 501 and the second wall portion 502, and the protruding portion 601 includes a third wall portion 503, a fourth wall portion 504, and a fifth wall portion 505 respectively connected to the supporting portion 1012.
As shown in fig. 2, the third wall portion 503 may have an angle with the first wall portion 501, the fifth wall portion 505 may have an angle with the second wall portion 502, and the fourth wall portion 504 may be parallel with the first wall portion 501 and the second wall portion 502.
Thereby, the cover can be further easily introduced onto the frame by the convex portion 601, so that the frame and the cover are further easily combined.
As shown in fig. 2, a zipper structure 1011A with a certain radian may be further provided between the third wall portion 503 and the fourth wall portion 504; a zipper structure 1011B having a certain curvature may be provided between the fourth wall portion 504 and the fifth wall portion 505.

In the embodiment of the present application, the first plate-like portion 401, the second plate-like portion 402, the first wall portion 501, the second wall portion 502, the third wall portion 503, the fourth wall portion 504, and the fifth wall portion 505 can be in the same plane as the support portion 1012 by bending.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the board-level shield case of fig. 1 being unfolded to a single plane, as shown in fig. 6, in which the first plate-like portion 401, the second plate-like portion 402, the first wall portion 501, the second wall portion 502, the third wall portion 503, the fourth wall portion 504, and the fifth wall portion 505 can be unfolded by bending and are in a single plane (i.e., XZ plane shown in fig. 1) with the supporting portion 1012.
Thus, the board-level shield can be easily processed, stored, and transported, and can be easily mounted on a circuit board.
As shown in fig. 1, the cover 102 may include a body portion 1021 extending in the second direction, and a fixing portion 1022 connecting the body portion 1021 and extending in the first direction; the fastener insertion structures 1013A and/or 1013B of the connection unit 1013 can guide the fixing unit 1022.
Thereby, the cover body can be further easily introduced onto the frame, so that the frame and the cover body are further easily combined.
