Abstract
本发明公开了一种饮料机的消毒杀菌装置,其包括饮料机,饮料机上设有操作面板及饮料出口,饮料出口的下端设有接水槽,饮料机上还设有供电电源线和进水管路,其特征在于,进水管路的另一端连接有臭氧水制造装置,臭氧水制造装置通过供水管路与供水设备相连,本发明结构极为简单,成本低。电解臭氧水发生器直接接在饮料机供水管路上,当电解臭氧水发生器工作时,产生臭氧气微气泡,在产生臭氧气微气泡瞬间,臭氧气微气泡快速溶解混合于水中,直接生成臭氧水。臭氧水可以对臭氧水流经的饮料机内部管路及饮料出口进行全面无死角的杀菌消毒。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料机的消毒杀菌装置,属于臭氧杀菌技术及应用领域。
背景技术
目前,由于饮料机用水是经过过滤器处理后进入饮料机,容易污染与滋生细菌及霉菌,且由于饮料添加了糖、奶等富含营养物质,尤其是在高温季节,经过一晚上的停用,饮料机内部管路及出口部位会大量滋生细菌,一些著名快餐店提供的饮料细菌超标经常被媒体曝光,这既严重影响人们的健康,也对餐饮业的经营活动带来严重的困扰。臭氧作为高效、广谱、无残留杀菌技术可应用于该领域。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足而提供一种饮料机的消毒杀菌装置。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种饮料机的消毒杀菌装置,其包括饮料机,饮料机上设有操作面板及饮料出口,饮料出口的下端设有接水槽,饮料机上还设有供电电源线和进水管路,其特征在于,进水管路的另一端连接有臭氧水制造装置,臭氧水制造装置通过供水管路与供水设备相连。
进一步地,所述的臭氧水制造装置包括臭氧水发生器外壳、臭氧水发生器盖、底壳;臭氧水发生器外壳内设有臭氧水发生器盖,臭氧水发生器外壳与臭氧水发生器盖紧密连接,臭氧水发生器盖与底壳紧密相连;底壳上设有电源端口、控制端口,底壳内设有控制板,控制板通过导线与控制端口相连,控制板通过导线与电源端口相连;臭氧水发生器外壳上设有进水口和出水口,进水口通过供水管路与供水设备相连,出水口通过进水与饮料机相连;臭氧水发生器盖上设有臭氧水发生器阳极板和臭氧水发生器阴极板;臭氧水发生器阳极板和臭氧水发生器阴极板通过导线与控制板相连,电源端口通过导线与饮料机相连,控制端口通过导线与饮料机相连。
本发明产生的积极效果是:本发明采用电解臭氧水发生器,电解臭氧水发生器结构极为简单,成本低。电解臭氧水发生器放置在饮料机壳体外部,直接接在饮料机供水管路上,便于更换和维护。当电解臭氧水发生器工作时,产生臭氧气微气泡,在产生臭氧气微气泡瞬间,臭氧气微气泡快速溶解混合于水中,直接生成臭氧水。臭氧水可以对臭氧水流经的饮料机内部管路及饮料出口进行全面无死角的杀菌消毒。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细说明:
如图1、图2所示,一种饮料机的消毒杀菌装置,其包括饮料机1,饮料机1上设有操作面板2及饮料出口3,饮料出口3的下端设有接水槽4,饮料机1上设有供电电源线5和进水管路10,进水管路10的另一端连接有臭氧水制造装置9,臭氧水制造装置9通过供水管路8与供水设备相连。
所述的臭氧水制造装置9包括臭氧水发生器外壳9-3、臭氧水发生器盖9-4、底壳9-8;臭氧水发生器外壳9-3内设有臭氧水发生器盖9-4,臭氧水发生器外壳9-3与臭氧水发生器盖9-4紧密结合形成密闭空间,臭氧水发生器盖9-4插入底壳9-8与底壳9-8紧密相连。底壳9-8上设有电源端口9-12、控制端口9-11,底壳9-8内设有控制板9-9,控制板9-9通过第四导线9-10与控制端口9-11相连,控制板9-9通过第五导线9-13与电源端口9-12相连。臭氧水发生器外壳9-3上设有进水口9-1和出水口9-2,进水口9-1通过供水管路8与供水设备相连,出水口9-2通过进水10与饮料机1相连;臭氧水发生器盖9-4上设有臭氧水发生器阳极板9-5和臭氧水发生器阴极板9-6;臭氧水发生器阳极板9-5和臭氧水发生器阴极板9-6通过第三导线9-7与控制板9-9相连,电源端口9-12通过第一导线6与饮料机1相连,控制端口9-11通过第二导线7与饮料机1相连。饮料机1通过第一导线6和电源端口9-12为臭氧水制造装置9供电。
当饮料机需要杀菌消毒时,按下饮料机1的操作面板2上的消毒键,饮料机1通过第二导线7和控制端口9-11为控制板9-9提供信号,控制板9-9为臭氧水发生器阳极板9-5和臭氧水发生器阴极板9-6供电,臭氧水制造装置9工作,产生臭氧气微气泡,在产生臭氧气微气泡瞬间,臭氧气微气泡快速溶解混合于水中,直接生成臭氧水。工作一段时间以后优选3分钟,饮料机出水阀门打开,饮料用水通过供水管路8、进水口9-1进入臭氧水发生器内部,并推动生成的臭氧水通过出水口9-2、进水管路10进入饮料机1,臭氧水经过饮料机内部管路及饮料出口3流出,落入接水槽4中,臭氧水流经的饮料机内部管路及饮料出口进行全面无死角的杀菌消毒。
应当理解的是,本说明书未详细阐述的部分都属于现有技术。以上的实施例仅仅是对本发明的一种优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,应用于饮水机、纯水机、实验室纯水系统、制冰机系统的杀菌消毒装置也在本发明的范围之内,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

1.一种饮料机的消毒杀菌装置,其包括饮料机(1),饮料机(1)上设有操作面板(2)及饮料出口(3),饮料出口(3)的下端设有接水槽(4),饮料机(1)上还设有供电电源线(5)和进水管路(10),其特征在于,进水管路(10)的另一端连接有臭氧水制造装置(9),臭氧水制造装置(9)通过供水管路(8)与供水设备相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种饮料机的消毒杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述的臭氧水制造装置(9)包括臭氧水发生器外壳(9-3)、臭氧水发生器盖(9-4)、底壳(9-8);臭氧水发生器外壳(9-3)内设有臭氧水发生器盖(9-4),臭氧水发生器外壳(9-3)与臭氧水发生器盖(9-4)紧密连接,臭氧水发生器盖(9-4)与底壳(9-8)紧密相连;底壳(9-8)上设有电源端口(9-12)、控制端口(9-11),底壳(9-8)内设有控制板(9-9),控制板(9-9)通过导线与控制端口(9-11)相连,控制板(9-9)通过导线与电源端口(9-12)相连;臭氧水发生器外壳(9-3)上设有进水口(9-1)和出水口(9-2),进水口(9-1)通过供水管路(8)与供水设备相连,出水口(9-2)通过进水(10)与饮料机(1)相连;臭氧水发生器盖(9-4)上设有臭氧水发生器阳极板(9-5)和臭氧水发生器阴极板(9-6);臭氧水发生器阳极板(9-5)和臭氧水发生器阴极板(9-6)通过导线与控制板(9-9)相连,电源端口(9-12)通过导线与饮料机(1)相连,控制端口(9-11)通过导线与饮料机(1)相连。
