Abstract
The invention discloses a cleaning solution for sterilizing and disinfecting hotel bed sheets and quilt covers and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cleaning solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-4 parts of coconut oil, 6-10 parts of bamboo leaf extract, 0.8-1.5 parts of paeonol, 15-25 parts of subacid oxidation potential water, 2-4 parts of trans-cinnamaldehyde, 2-3 parts of soapberry peel extract, 5-8 parts of wormwood extract, 1-2 parts of chenopodium ambrosioides extract, 30-40 parts of anionic surfactant composition, 15-20 parts of nonionic surfactant, 5-8 parts of amphoteric surfactant, 0.5-1 part of cationic surfactant and 80-90 parts of water; the cleaning solution has a strong disinfection and sterilization effect, can effectively avoid cross bacterial infection as a disinfection and sterilization product for hotel bed sheets and quilt covers, has a good skin-friendly effect, contains basically natural components as sterilization components, has little chemical residue, is suitable for being used by people with various skin types, and has very high safety.

step two: preparing plant ash supernatant, and mixing the plant ash and clear water according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: 100, stirring and mixing, standing and taking supernatant to obtain plant ash supernatant;

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention uses coconut oil, bamboo leaf extract, olive leaf extract, plant ash supernatant, neem extract, paeonol, nano zinc, 15-25 parts of subacid electrolyzed oxidizing water, trans-cinnamaldehyde, soapberry peel extract, wormwood extract and chenopodium ambrosioides extract as main components, wherein the bamboo leaf extract has good inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis, more than 50% of the components in the coconut oil are lauric acid which is medium-chain fatty acid and has natural antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, the paeonol also has antibacterial multi-effect, can resist bacteria, fungi and viruses, the nano zinc also has antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, the subacid electrolyzed oxidizing water has strong sterilizing capability, stable properties, no harmful substances are generated, the preparation is easy, the cost is low, the stability of hypochlorous acid is controlled by using a static complete electrolysis method, the cleaning solution has strong disinfection and sterilization effects, can effectively avoid cross bacterial infection as a disinfection and sterilization product for hotel bed sheets and quilt covers, can effectively ensure that the washed hotel bed sheets have good skin-friendly effect by comprehensively taking an anionic surfactant composition, a nonionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant and a cationic surfactant as the surfactants, is basically a natural component, has little chemical residue, is suitable for being used by people with various skin types, and has high safety.

The anionic surfactant composition is prepared by mixing fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate with carbon number of 13, deionized water, chitin and chitosan according to the ratio of 20: 200: 1 are mixed to obtain the product.

The anionic surfactant composition is prepared by mixing fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate with carbon number of 13, deionized water, chitin and chitosan according to the ratio of 20: 200: 1 are mixed to obtain the product.

step four: firstly, adding coconut oil and nano zinc into a stirring container, stirring at a low speed for 3 minutes, then adding plant ash supernatant, paeonol and trans-cinnamaldehyde, continuing stirring at the low speed for 10 minutes, wherein the low-speed stirring speed is 60-80 r/min, then adding bamboo leaf extract, olive leaf extract, neem extract, soapberry peel extract, wormwood extract and chenopodium ambrosioides extract into the stirring container, and mixing and stirring for 20 minutes;
step five: cooling the temperature in the stirring container to 36 ℃, and then adding a pH buffering agent into the stirring container to adjust the pH value;
