Detailed Description
The present application will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
Some terms in the present application are first explained to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art.
(1) And (3) encoding: an electronic control system is generally arranged in the automobile, and is mainly used for controlling functions of various parts in the automobile, and the functions are generally realized by setting or changing control parameters of various parts in the automobile (such as a fuel tank, an air conditioner, a window of a vehicle, a tire pressure detection system, an overspeed warning device, an odometer and the like). The control parameter may specifically include one or more of an operating mode, configuration information, and status information. The control parameters of each component are generally expressed in a coding form, the coding of the automobile can be modified, and after the coding is modified, the control parameters of the related components can be correspondingly changed.
The codes are divided into long codes and short codes according to different lengths, wherein the long codes generally comprise a plurality of bytes (Byte), and each Byte (Byte) corresponds to an 8-bit binary number. Each binary digit corresponds to one Bit (Bit), and one Bit can be used for representing the control parameters of one type of function, or a plurality of bits can be used for representing the control parameters of one type of function. For example: 0xFF is represented in binary as 11111111, and may represent control parameters of up to 8 components, or may represent 8 control parameters of 1 component. The short code is shorter in length than the long code and may also be part of the long code.
(2) OBD interface, OBD is an abbreviation for On-Board Diagnostic in english, translated in chinese as an "On-Board Diagnostic system", the OBD device monitors a number of systems and components including the engine, catalytic converter, particulate trap, oxygen sensor, emission control system, fuel system, EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), etc. Upon discovering a failure of a system or component, the OBD system stores the failure information in memory. The OBD interface can be connected with a fault diagnosis computer, and the fault diagnosis computer can read related information in the form of fault codes. According to the prompt of the fault code, the maintenance personnel can quickly and accurately determine the nature and the position of the fault. The fault diagnosis computer can also check and modify the codes of the automobile through the OBD interface.
The following describes various embodiments of the present application.
(1) Code adjusting method
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a code adjustment method, including the following steps: s101, displaying icons of state values of each coded segment in a first display area, wherein when a selection instruction of a user for the icons of the state values of the coded segments is received, the displayed states of the icons of the state values of the selected coded segments are different from the displayed states of the icons of the state values of the coded segments when the icons are not selected; for example: the code segment is highlighted when selected and not highlighted when not selected. S102, displaying a bit combination corresponding to the state value of the selected code segment in a second display area, wherein one bit in the bit combination represents a control parameter of one type of function, or a plurality of bits together represent the control parameter of one type of function; s103, displaying control parameters of various functions corresponding to the bit in the bit combination corresponding to the state value of the coding segment in a third display area, wherein at least one type of functions has various control parameters for selection, and displaying description information of the control parameters in the third display area; s104, when receiving a modification instruction that a user selects a control parameter different from the previous one for the third display area, or when receiving a modification instruction that a user modifies any one or more bits in a bit combination of the second display area, or when receiving a modification instruction that a user modifies a coded state value displayed in the second display area, synchronously displaying the modified coded state value and the control parameter in the coded display area, the first display area, the second display area, and the third display area; and S105, receiving an instruction of finishing modification by a user, and outputting the modified coded state value.
Since the service man is in the time of inputting the code by the vehicle diagnosis apparatus, it is difficult for the service man to remember the meaning of each numerical value because the code is only a string of characters. By adopting the code modification method in the embodiment of the application, reference is provided for modifying the code by increasing the description information of the control parameter, a convenient and friendly interface is provided, and the convenience of code input is improved. Furthermore, maintenance personnel can modify the whole code, a certain code segment and control parameters corresponding to the code segment. By adopting the code modification method in the above embodiment of the present application, the method is suitable for both a person familiar with the vehicle system and a person unfamiliar with the vehicle system.
In the above embodiment, the execution sequence of steps S101, S102, and S103 is flexible, and may be executed in any order, or even simultaneously.
In the above embodiment, the code may be a 16-ary number, and the bit combination corresponding to the state value of the selected code segment displayed in the second display area may be an 8-bit binary number, where one bit in the 8-bit binary number represents a control parameter of one type of function, or multiple bits collectively represent a control parameter of one type of function.
In the above embodiment, the description information display area, the code display area, the first display area, the second display area, and the third display area may be sequentially arranged, for example: on the display interface, the display screen is arranged in sequence from long to low. Therefore, the layout among the display areas is compact, the progressive relation from macro to micro is achieved, the user can check the display areas conveniently, errors are not prone to occurring when the user selects the display areas, and therefore the coding modifying efficiency can be further improved.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the encoding adjustment method, the method may further include:
and S106, displaying the description of the control parameters represented by the coding segments in the codes in the description information display area, wherein the codes are divided into a plurality of the coding segments.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the encoding adjustment method, the method may further include:
s107, the coded state value is displayed in the coding display area.
In the above embodiment, the execution sequence of steps S101, S102, S103, S106, and S107 is flexible, and may be executed in any order, or even simultaneously.
In the above embodiment, the step S104 further includes, when receiving a modification instruction of the encoded state value displayed in the encoded display area from the user, synchronously displaying the modified encoded state value and the control parameter in the encoded display area, the first display area, the second display area, and the third display area;
in the above embodiment, by displaying the description of the control parameter represented by each code segment in the code in the description information display area, the user can be helped to know the position of the code segment corresponding to the control parameter in the code. If the contents of these descriptions are long, the links may be displayed in the description information display area, and displayed by opening the links.
In the code display area, a non-editable frame in which the state value of the original code is displayed and an editable frame in which the state value of the code for editing modification is displayed may be displayed. And the initial value displayed in the editable frame is the state value of the original code.
In the above embodiment, a completion icon may be provided in the code display area beside the editable frame, and when the completion icon is triggered, the completion icon indicates that the code modification is completed. As shown in fig. 1, the completion icon may be displayed in the form of text, for example: "modify" or "complete" or "determine", and the like.
As shown in FIG. 1, the done icon may be located in the same row as the editable box, for example: the done icon is located to the left or right of the editable frame.
After the coded state value is modified, the coded state value before modification and the coded state value after modification are displayed at the same time, so that a user can conveniently compare the coded state value before modification and the coded state value after modification, and the user can see where the modification is carried out.
In an embodiment of the encoding adjusting method, step S105 may include:
and displaying a completion icon for receiving an instruction of finishing the modification by the user in the code display area, receiving an instruction triggered by the completion icon, and outputting a modified coded state value.
A trigger modification icon can be further arranged in the code display area, and the trigger modification icon is used for indicating that the modification of the state value of the code is started when being triggered. The trigger modification icon may be displayed in the form of text, for example: "modify" or "initiate modification" and the like.
Step S102 of the code adjustment method further includes: after receiving an instruction for triggering the modification icon to be triggered, the coded state value displayed in the code display area enters an editable state.
And a synchronous modification icon can be further arranged in the code display area, and the synchronous modification icon is used for indicating that the state values of the codes and the control parameters displayed in the first display area, the second display area and the third display area are synchronously modified according to the modified state values of the codes displayed in the code display area when being triggered. The trigger modification icon may be displayed in the form of text, for example: "modify" or "modify synchronously", and the like.
And after the coded state value is modified, clicking the synchronous modification icon, and refreshing the content displayed on the interface according to the modified state value.
Step S104 of the code adjustment method further includes:
after receiving an instruction that a synchronous modification icon is triggered, synchronously modifying the state values of the codes and the control parameters displayed in the first display area, the second display area and the third display area according to the modified state values of the codes displayed in the code display areas.
After the coded state value is modified, the synchronous modification icon is clicked, the content displayed on the display interface can be refreshed according to the modified state value, and therefore the user is not easy to confuse the old value and the new value.
The positions of the triggered modified icons and the positions of the synchronously modified icons can be similar to the positions of the icons, and the functions of the three icons can be realized by multiplexing one icon in a time-sharing manner.
In the above embodiment, the icons of the status values of the respective code segments displayed in the first display area may be sequentially displayed in a row of squares, and one code segment occupies one square, so as to facilitate the user to distinguish the respective code segments.
Because the coding section is more, in order to prevent missing, can set up the serial number for each coding section, the serial number also can show in a row of square, and the square that shows the serial number can set up with the square one-to-one that shows the coding section. For example: as shown in fig. 1 and 2, serial numbers are displayed in one row of squares, code segments are displayed in the other row of squares, and the two rows of squares are arranged side by side.
One coding section of the code occupies one byte, and each byte of the code is sequentially displayed by adopting the grids, so that a user can accurately find the byte needing to be modified by matching with the first piece of information. And displaying the serial number of the selected byte and the binary value of the corresponding byte below the grid, and displaying the state value of each bit corresponding to the byte.
When the user modifies the code in the editable frame in the description information display area and converts the code into the square according to the data in the editable frame, when the number of the input used is odd, the next byte is automatically complemented with 0 in the high 4 bits when the square is displayed. One byte adopts 8-bit binary, and one 16-bit digit is 4-bit binary, so that 8 bits need to be complemented, and therefore, in odd numbers, the last byte is complemented with 0 in the high order.
Under the condition that the serial numbers are coded for the coding segments, the coding segments do not need to be displayed in the description information display area, only the serial numbers corresponding to the coding segments need to be displayed, and the control parameters represented by the coding segments are described aiming at the serial numbers. Of course, the sequence number may not be set for the code segment, and when the sequence number is not set for the code segment, the code segment needs to be displayed in the description information display area, and the control parameter represented by the code segment is described for the code segment.
When the second display area displays the 8-bit binary number corresponding to the state value of the selected code segment, as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the state value of the code segment and the corresponding serial number can be displayed at the same time.
In the above embodiment, the instruction information of the control parameter displayed in the third display area is displayed behind or in front of the corresponding control parameter, and may be specifically located in the same row as the control parameter, so that the user can clearly understand the meaning of the control parameter when selecting the control parameter.
In an embodiment of the adjusting method of the code, step S105 may include:
and displaying a determination icon in the third display area, wherein the determination icon is used for indicating that the user finishes modifying when triggered, receiving an instruction that the determination icon is triggered, and outputting the modified coded state value.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the determination icon may be represented in the form of text, for example: "complete modify" or "determine" or "save" and the like.
In the above embodiment, each code segment corresponds to an 8-bit binary number, each bit of the 8-bit binary number is divided into two types, the first type of bit is a control parameter that uses one bit to represent one type of function, and the second type of bit is a control parameter that uses a plurality of bits to represent one type of function, which may also be referred to as multi-bit control. The two bits are different in their properties and can be represented by 0 or 1, respectively. The properties of the bit may be stored in a storage medium of an electronic controller inside the vehicle. In the case of multi-bit control, if N bits are used to represent control parameters of one type of function, the N bits can represent control parameters of 2 to the power of N at most, where N is an integer greater than 0.
In the above embodiment, in the third display region, a bit number may also be displayed, for example: bit numbers of bit0-1, bit5, bit6, etc. in fig. 1 are the positions where the binary system of the corresponding byte is located by the current control unit, and the or value of the corresponding byte is located by the current bit when selected. As shown, check boxes are displayed. As shown in FIG. 1, the bit0-1 number follows the following rule: the upper 4 bits represent the start bits of the multiple bits (m value of bitm-n) and the lower 4 bits represent the end bits of the multiple bits (n value of bitm-n), e.g., 0x06, then bit 0-6. Wherein m is an integer greater than 0, n is an integer greater than or equal to 0, and m > n.
And displaying the control parameters of various functions corresponding to the bits in the binary number corresponding to the coding section in the third display area, wherein at least one type of functions has various control parameters for selection, and a check box or a pull-down box can be adopted for a user to select among the various control parameters. Such as bit0-1 in fig. 1, a checkbox is shown. Like bit5 and bit6 in fig. 1, there are no multiple control parameters to select, so no check boxes are used.
As a specific example, when the user selects one of the squares, the data in the square is highlighted in red, as shown in FIG. 1. Displaying a "serial number" and a non-editable text box in the second display area, wherein the text box comprises the following text boxes: "the corresponding position fills in the corresponding position serial number, and the binary value of the content of the square where the cursor is located is displayed in the non-editable text box. The function contents corresponding to Bit 0-Bit 7 acquired from the diagnosis signal are displayed in the third display area and displayed in the form of a "function text box" or a "function drop-down box". The content of the function corresponding to Bit 0-Bit 7 can be understood as the control parameter of the function corresponding to Bit 0-Bit 7. The check box checks the bit with binary value 1 by default, if the check box is used, the current bit value is 1, the corresponding check box checks, or "the pull-down options with multiple bits equal to the or value are displayed by default". If the drop-down box is selected, the drop-down box option indicating that the corresponding values are consistent is displayed. As shown in fig. 1, bit0-1 indicates that the values 0-3 correspond to character strings of one display caption, respectively, and since the value is 3, the caption "03" of 3 is graphically displayed, illuminating: pointer ON and scale ON.
The content in the square can be modified, and when the content is changed, the 'editable box', 'binary display box', 'check box' or 'pull-down display item' is correspondingly adjusted.
Binary display frame: an input box of 00010011 following "serial number 0" as shown in fig. 1 is indicated. The "box" indicates the position of the 13 line of the red bottom. The "editable box" represents the input box to the left of the red button "modify". For example: showing that the check of the bit of the check box bit5 is operated by us, the binary display box should display the red bottom box of "00110011" and should change from 13 to 33, and the input box should display the three places of "33A 6290203010008010000002", which are consistent.
When the user selects and operates the check box, the binary digit of the position checked by the user is 1, the binary digit of the position is correspondingly set to be 1 in the binary display box, and the binary digit of the byte without data is set to be 0; the data in the box is modified into the data converted according to the binary system, and the editable box is also modified correspondingly. The binary bit of the position not checked by the user is 0, the binary display frame, the data of the frame and the data of the editable frame are correspondingly modified. This is because it is possible that the corresponding bit is meaningless under the car, or else the corresponding description does not appear. As shown in FIG. 1, only 0-1 bits, 5,6 bits, are significant, and if the user checks the check box to modify, the unmarked 2,3,4 bits are set to 0, indicating no support.
To assist in understanding the above-described embodiments of the present application, the following is an example of coding an instrument panel system of an audi vehicle;
after the user saves the information, the user enters the coding function, reads the code 13a 6290203010008010008010002 under the dashboard system, displays the name of the function unit corresponding to the coding control (i.e. the description of the control parameter represented by the code segment in the code displayed in the description information display area as described in the previous embodiment), and can edit and control the position of the code corresponding to the function unit:

the sequence number 0 is used as an example for explanation, and other sequence numbers are similar.
Sequence number 0: illuminating; driving on the right; the speed alert function sets data at 120 kph. Wherein the illumination is controlled by a combination bit (bit0-1), the right-hand driving is controlled by bit5, and the speed warning function setting data at 120kph is controlled by bit 6:
and (3) right-side driving: setting the attribute of the corresponding bit to be 0 to represent single-bit control, setting the bit number of 5 to be the position of the binary system of the corresponding byte where the current control unit is located, and selecting the current bit to be the OR value 32 (5 th power of 2) of the corresponding byte;
speed alert at 120 kph: the corresponding bit attribute is set to 0, bit number 6, or, 64 (6 th power of 2) for the corresponding byte.
Illumination: setting the attribute of the corresponding bit as 1 to represent a plurality of bit controls, wherein the bit number is according to the following rule: the upper 4 bits represent the start bits of the multi-bits (m value of bitm-n) and the lower 4 bits represent the end bits of the multi-bits (n value of bitm-n), e.g. 0x01, then bit0-1, thus the bit number is 1.
The meaning of the corresponding functional unit represented by each combined value:
00, illumination: hand OFF and scale OFF
01, lighting: hand OFF and scale ON
02, illumination: pointer ON and scale OFF
03, lighting: pointer ON and scale ON
The display effect diagram is shown in fig. 1. the user can encode the entire code in an edit box, can edit boxes corresponding to bytes, and can select the value of each bit (or bits) of the byte under the corresponding sequence number in a check box, a drop-down box. Fig. 2 is a grid display interface with a selection number of 6:
