Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an auxiliary mounting device and a mounting method for a saddle type window air conditioner.
Background
Compared with the common window type air conditioner, the saddle type window air conditioner is difficult to install due to the special shape of the saddle type window air conditioner. Since the sill is not a flat surface and the installation position of the saddle type window machine needs to be a flat surface, a mechanism for converting the non-flat surface into a flat surface and fixing it on the sill is required to facilitate installation of the saddle type window machine.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides an auxiliary mounting device and a mounting method for a saddle type window machine, which can convert a non-plane of a windowsill into a plane convenient for mounting the saddle type window machine, and which has a simple structure and high reliability.
The invention provides an auxiliary mounting device of a saddle type window machine, which is used for auxiliary mounting of the saddle type window machine and comprises two groups of mutually connected L-shaped main brackets and L-shaped auxiliary brackets, wherein each main bracket comprises a main transverse bracket and a main vertical bracket, each auxiliary bracket comprises an auxiliary transverse bracket and an auxiliary vertical bracket, the main transverse bracket is connected with the auxiliary transverse bracket, the upper surface of the main transverse bracket after being connected with the auxiliary transverse bracket is a plane, the distance between the main vertical bracket and the auxiliary vertical bracket is adjustable, the main transverse bracket and the auxiliary transverse bracket are respectively positioned at the upper part of a windowsill, the main vertical bracket is positioned at the outer side of the wall below the windowsill, the auxiliary vertical bracket is positioned at the inner side of the wall below the windowsill, the outer side of the main vertical bracket is provided with a bracket, a chassis at the outdoor part of the saddle type window machine is provided with a clamping groove, the bracket is clamped in the clamping groove, and the connecting part of the saddle type window machine is positioned at the upper parts of the main transverse support and the auxiliary transverse support.

The invention also provides a mounting method of the saddle type window machine, which applies the auxiliary mounting device of the saddle type window machine and comprises the following mounting steps:
(1) stretching the length of the connecting part of the saddle type window machine to adjust the distance between the indoor part and the outdoor part of the saddle type window machine to the maximum size, and placing the outdoor part on the upper parts of the main transverse bracket and the auxiliary transverse bracket;
(2) pushing the saddle type window machine towards the outdoor direction until a clamping groove at the lower part of a chassis of the outdoor part is clamped with the bracket;
(3) the outdoor part slowly descends to a proper position along with the bracket, and the connecting part is abutted with the upper surfaces of the main transverse bracket and the auxiliary transverse bracket at the moment;
(4) and the length of the connecting part of the saddle type window machine is shortened, so that the indoor part of the saddle type window machine is abutted against the auxiliary vertical support.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the invention provides an auxiliary mounting device and a mounting method of a saddle type window machine, which comprises two groups of L-shaped main brackets and L-shaped auxiliary brackets which are mutually connected, wherein a main transverse bracket is connected with an auxiliary transverse bracket, the upper surface of the main transverse bracket after being connected with the auxiliary transverse bracket is a plane, the connecting part of the saddle type window machine is positioned on the plane, and the main transverse bracket and the auxiliary transverse bracket can relatively move, so that the distance between a main vertical bracket and an auxiliary vertical bracket can be adjusted to adapt to windows with different sizes, and the mounting device and the mounting method are high in applicability. During installation, the main transverse support and the auxiliary transverse support are respectively positioned on the upper portion of the windowsill, the main vertical support is positioned on the outer side of the wall below the windowsill, and the auxiliary vertical support is positioned on the inner side of the wall below the windowsill. The bracket is arranged on the outer side of the main vertical support, the clamping groove is formed in the chassis of the outdoor part of the saddle type window machine, and the bracket is clamped in the clamping groove, so that the saddle type window machine is more reliable after being installed and is not prone to shaking and inclining.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention discloses an auxiliary mounting device for a saddle type window machine, which is used for assisting in mounting the saddle type window machine. The saddle type window machine 200 includes an indoor part 210, an outdoor part 220, and a connection part 230, and the connection part 230 is used to connect the indoor part 210 and the outdoor part 220 together. The auxiliary mounting device 100 is mounted to the window sill and the coupling portion 230 is seated on the auxiliary mounting device 100, and this embodiment is modified by the structure of the auxiliary mounting device 100 to facilitate the installation of the saddle type window machine 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary mounting device 100 includes two sets of L-shaped main brackets 110 and L-shaped sub brackets 120 connected to each other, the main brackets 110 including main horizontal brackets 111 and main vertical brackets 112, and the sub brackets 120 including sub horizontal brackets 121 and sub vertical brackets 122. The main lateral bracket 111 is coupled to the sub lateral bracket 121, and the upper surface of the main lateral bracket 111 coupled to the sub lateral bracket 121 is a plane to convert the non-plane on the sill into a plane on which the coupling part 230 is seated. The main transverse support 111 and the auxiliary transverse support 121 can move relatively, so that the distance between the main vertical support 112 and the auxiliary vertical support 122 can be adjusted to adapt to windows of different sizes, and the applicability is high. When the combined type windowsill is installed, the main transverse support 111 and the auxiliary transverse support 121 are respectively positioned at the upper part of the windowsill, the main vertical support 112 is positioned on the outer side of the wall below the windowsill, and the auxiliary vertical support 122 is positioned on the inner side of the wall below the windowsill. Referring to fig. 4, the bracket 131 is disposed outside the main vertical bracket 112, the slot 2211 is disposed on the chassis 221 of the outdoor portion 220 of the saddle-type window machine 200, and the bracket 131 is engaged with the slot 2211, so that the saddle-type window machine 200 is more reliable after being installed and is less prone to shaking and tilting.
Referring to fig. 9, both sides of the main bracket 110 have first burring edges 113 facing the inside of the main bracket 110, that is, the first burring edges 113 on both sides of the main transverse bracket 111 face the main vertical bracket 112, and the first burring edges 113 on both sides of the main vertical bracket 112 face the main transverse bracket 111. In contrast to the main bracket 110, referring to fig. 10, both sides of the sub-bracket 120 have second flanges 123 facing the outside of the sub-bracket 120, that is, the second flanges 123 on both sides of the sub-lateral bracket 121 face away from the sub-vertical bracket 122, and the second flanges 123 on both sides of the sub-vertical bracket 122 face away from the main lateral bracket 121. The first flanging 113 on the main transverse support 111 is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped first through holes 1131 along the length direction thereof, the second flanging 123 on the auxiliary transverse support 121 is provided with a plurality of first screw holes 1231 along the length direction thereof, and screws (not shown) are simultaneously penetrated in the first through holes 1131 and the first screw holes 1231, so that the fixed connection between the main transverse support 111 and the auxiliary transverse support 121 is realized. By adjusting the installation positions of the screws in the first through hole 1131 and the first screw hole 1231, the relative movement between the main transverse bracket 111 and the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 is realized, so that the distance between the main vertical bracket 112 and the auxiliary vertical bracket 122 can be adjusted. When the main transverse bracket 111 and the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 are fixedly connected, the second flange 123 of the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 abuts against the inner side of the first flange 113 of the main transverse bracket 111.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the main support 110 is provided with a descent control assembly 130, and the descent control assembly 130 includes a bracket 131, a pressure plate 132, a wire rope 133, a spring 134, and a bearing 135. The spring 134 is disposed at a lower position of the main vertical support 122 in a vertical direction, and the spring 134 is disposed at an inner side of the main vertical support 122 for an aesthetic appearance. The bearing 135 is provided at a corner of the main support 110, i.e., a junction of the main lateral support 111 and the main vertical support 112. While the wire rope 133 is wound around the bearing 135, one end of the wire rope 133 is fixedly connected with the spring 134, and the other end of the wire rope 133 is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 132 or the bracket 131. The pressing plate 132 is fixedly connected with the bracket 131 through screws, a gap (not shown) is formed between the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131 after the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131 are fixedly connected, the main vertical support 112 is provided with an elongated opening 1121 along the height direction, the gap between the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131 is clamped on the side wall of the opening 1121, and the bracket 131 and the pressing plate 132 can move up and down along the side wall of the opening 1121 simultaneously.
It should be noted that when the spring 134 is in the reset state, the bracket 131 is located at the upper position of the main vertical support 112.
After the auxiliary installation device 100 is fixedly installed on the windowsill, when the saddle type window machine 200 is installed, the main steps are as follows:
(1) referring to fig. 5, the coupling part 230 of the saddle window machine 200 is adjusted such that the distance between the indoor part 210 and the outdoor part 220 of the saddle window machine 200 is adjusted to the maximum size, and the outdoor part 220 is placed on the upper portions of the main cross bracket 111 and the sub cross bracket 121;
(2) referring to fig. 6, the saddle type window machine 200 is pushed to the outdoor direction until the card slot 2211 at the lower part of the bottom plate 221 of the outdoor part 220 is clamped with the bracket 131;
(3) referring to fig. 7, the outdoor portion 220 moves downward under the action of gravity, pushing the bracket 131 to move downward, and the bracket 131 slowly descends through the wire rope 133 under the action of the tension of the spring 134 until the outdoor portion 220 slowly descends to a proper position, at which time the connecting portion 230 abuts against the upper surfaces of the main transverse support 111 and the auxiliary transverse support 121;
(4) the length dimension of the connection part 230 of the saddle window machine 200 is shortened so that the inner part 210 abuts against the sub-vertical bracket 122, and thus, the installation is completed.
The corner of the main bracket 110 is provided with a pin hole 115, a cylindrical pin 136 passes through the pin hole 115, a bearing 135 is sleeved on the cylindrical pin 136, and the bearing 135 rotates around the cylindrical pin 136, so that the sliding motion of the steel wire rope 133 is facilitated.
The main vertical support 112 is provided with a hook 1122, the opening direction of the hook 1122 faces downward, one end of the spring 134 is clamped with the hook 1122, and the main vertical support is simple in structure and convenient to mount.
Referring to fig. 8, a flat connection portion 1131 is disposed at one end of the wire rope 133, a groove 1321 is disposed on the pressing plate 132, and the connection portion 1131 is engaged with the groove 1321. After the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131 are fixedly connected, the connecting portion 1131 is limited between the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131, so as to achieve the fixed connection and is not easy to fall off. Of course, in other embodiments, the recess 1321 can be disposed on the bracket 131 to achieve the same effect.
A windowsill pressing plate 140 is arranged between the two main brackets 110, the windowsill pressing plate 140 is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a horizontal portion 141 and a vertical portion 142 which are connected with each other, the horizontal portion 141 abuts against the windowsill, and two ends of the vertical portion 142 are respectively connected with the main vertical brackets 112. The mounting positions of both ends of the vertical portion 142 on the main vertical bracket 112 are related to the height of the window frame, which needs to be measured before the installation of the sill press 140 to ensure that the main lateral bracket 111 is located at the upper portion of the window frame.
First turn-ups 113 on main vertical support 112 both sides is equipped with a plurality of second screw holes 1132 along its direction of height, and the both ends of vertical portion 142 are equipped with the connecting plate 1421 that two intervals set up respectively, are equipped with rectangular form second through-hole 1422 on the connecting plate 1421, wear to be equipped with the screw between second through-hole 1422 and the second screw hole 1132, realize the fixed connection between windowsill clamp plate 140 and the main vertical support 112. The adjustment of the installation position of the windowsill pressing plate 140 is realized by adjusting the installation positions of the screws in the second through holes 1422 and the second screw holes 1131, so as to adapt to the sizes of window frames with different heights, and the applicability is strong.
A lower guide rail 150 is arranged between the two secondary transverse brackets 121, curtain pulling frames 160 are respectively inserted at two sides of the lower guide rail 150, the curtain pulling frames 160 move along the lower guide rail 150, and the end parts of the curtain pulling frames 160 are fixedly connected with the side walls of the windows through screws. The lower guide rail 150 is fixedly connected with the secondary transverse bracket 121 through screws.
A first adjusting screw 114 penetrates through the free end of the main vertical support 112, and the first adjusting screw 114 abuts against the outer side of the wall below the windowsill; the free end of the auxiliary vertical bracket 122 is provided with a second adjusting screw 124 in a penetrating way, and the second adjusting screw 124 is abutted against the inner side of the wall below the windowsill.
The assembly steps of the auxiliary mounting device 100 of the present embodiment are as follows:
(1) mounting the descent control assembly 130 to the main support 110;
(2) measuring the thickness of the windowsill, and fixedly connecting the main transverse support 111 and the auxiliary transverse support 121 through screws according to the thickness of the windowsill, so that the distance between the main vertical support 112 and the auxiliary vertical support 122 is equal to or slightly greater than the thickness of the windowsill;
(3) measuring the height of the window frame, and fixedly mounting the windowsill pressing plate 140 on the main vertical support 112 through screws according to the height of the window frame to ensure that the main transverse support 111 is positioned at the upper part of the window frame;
(4) the lower rail 150 is fixedly mounted to the lower portion of the sub-lateral bracket 121 by screws;
(5) two curtain pulling frames 160 are respectively inserted at two ends of the lower guide rail 150;
(6) measuring the distance between the outside wall and the window sill, and adjusting the first adjusting screw 114 to a proper position according to the distance, wherein the outside wall is retracted into the window sill, and when the distance between the main vertical support 112 and the auxiliary vertical support 122 is equal to the thickness dimension of the window sill, the outward extension dimension of the first adjusting screw 114 relative to the main vertical support 112 is equal to the retracted dimension of the outside wall relative to the window sill;
(7) the auxiliary mounting device 100 is placed on a windowsill, the main transverse support 111 is located on a window frame, the main vertical support 112 is located on the outdoor side, the second adjusting screw 124 is adjusted to abut against the indoor side wall, and therefore the assembly of the auxiliary mounting device 100 is completed.
