DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood by those skilled in the art, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present application belong to the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a neck massager according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic circuit diagram of the neck massager according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the neck massager 1 of the present embodiment includes a massager body, an electric pulse generating device 150, an electric pulse output element 130, and a control circuit 140.
The massager body is sleeved on the neck of the wearer. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the massage apparatus body may include a main body 100, a first handle 110, and a second handle 120. The first and second handles 110 and 120 are provided at both ends of the main body 100. The first handle 110, the main body 100 and the second handle 120 are sequentially surrounded to be in a shape capable of being sleeved on the neck of a human body, so that the neck massager 1 can be sleeved on the neck of the human body. In another embodiment, the massage apparatus body may not include the first handle 110 and the second handle 120, and the main body 100 may be directly formed in a shape that can be fitted on the neck of the human body.
The electric pulse generating device 150 is disposed on the massage apparatus body for generating a pulse current.
The electric pulse output element 130 is disposed on the massager body, and electrically coupled to the electric pulse generating device 150 for outputting a pulse current to the neck of the wearer. The electric pulse output element can be an electrode plate or a conductive silica gel part.
The control circuit 140 is disposed on the massage apparatus body, electrically coupled to the electric pulse generating device 150, and configured to control the electric pulse generating device 150, so as to implement the method for reminding time of the neck massage apparatus.
In some embodiments, the neck massager 1 may further include a communication circuit 180 disposed on the massager body and electrically coupled to the control circuit 140 for receiving a control command transmitted by the mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for reminding time by using a neck massager according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for reminding time by using the neck massager of the present embodiment may include the following steps:
step S110: the neck massager monitors whether the reminding time is up or not.
In the present embodiment, a reminder time is set. The control circuit in the neck massager can monitor whether the reminding time is reached or not in real time.
Step S120: when the reminding time is up, the neck massager provides pulse current for the electric pulse output element on the neck massager according to the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the preset massage action so as to massage the wearer.
The massage action comprises a plurality of massage steps which are sequentially executed in time, each massage step corresponds to the frequency of pulse current, and the absolute value of the difference value between the frequencies of the pulse current corresponding to two adjacent massage steps in time is larger than a preset threshold value.
The inventor of the application finds that stable pulse current stimulation is easily adapted by the human body, thereby causing the stimulation to the muscles of the neck of the human body to be weakened.
In this embodiment, by setting the absolute value of the difference between the frequencies of the pulse currents corresponding to two temporally adjacent massage steps to be greater than the preset threshold, the frequency of the pulse current output from the electric pulse output element is abruptly changed to stimulate the muscles of the neck of the human body. Thereby achieving the effect of time reminding and not influencing the rest of other people. And the stimulation to the muscle of the neck of the human body is stronger, and the human body is not easy to adapt.
As for the setting of the preset threshold value, it is only necessary that the human body can clearly sense the difference of the massage effects of the two adjacent massage steps. The preset threshold value may have different values according to different persons since different persons have different sensitivities to the stimulus of the pulse current.
In the following, for the purpose of specific explanation, several cases are exemplarily shown in which the absolute value of the difference between the frequencies of the pulse currents corresponding to two adjacent massage steps is larger than a preset threshold.
In one case, the two adjacent massage steps may be different massage steps of the neck massager. For example, one of the two adjacent massage steps may be one massage gear of the neck massager, and the other massage gear of the neck massager. In another case, the two adjacent massage steps may be different massage modes of the neck massager. For example, one of the two massage steps may be one massage mode of the neck massager, and the other massage mode may be the other massage mode of the neck massager.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a timing chart of the massage steps of the method for reminding time by the neck massager according to the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the massage action includes a plurality of massage steps 211 sequentially performed in time, only 9 massage steps 211 are exemplarily shown in fig. 4, and the massage steps 211 provided in the actual implementation are not limited to 9, and may be 18, 100, 200 or more massage steps 211. As shown in fig. 4, the plurality of massage steps 211 have different positions on a time axis (not shown) according to the execution time. As shown in fig. 4, the increasing direction of the time axis is from left to right. The control circuit performs the massage steps 211 in order in increasing directions of the time axis, i.e. the massage steps 211 relatively closer to the left are performed at an earlier time than the massage steps 211 relatively closer to the right. When the control circuit executes a massage step 211, the control circuit controls the electric pulse generator to provide the pulse current to the electric pulse output element according to the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the massage step 211.
In one embodiment, in order to simplify the massage actions and facilitate the design of the massage actions, as shown in fig. 4, each set of the massage steps 211 with the preset first number is formed as a group, a plurality of massage step groups 210 are formed, which are sequentially executed in time, the massage steps 211 included in each two massage step groups 210 are the same, and the massage step 211 included in each massage step group 210 is a basic massage step. Fig. 4 exemplarily shows three basic massage steps, a first basic massage step a1, a second basic massage step a2 and a third basic massage step A3. As shown in fig. 4, the basic massage steps included in each of the two massage step groups are the same, and are the first basic massage step a1, the second basic massage step a2, and the third basic massage step A3.
The number of the basic massage steps is not limited in this embodiment, and the basic massage steps may be set by themselves as needed, for example, the number of the basic massage steps and the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the basic massage steps may be set by themselves.
In the present embodiment, by setting the massage steps 211 included in every two massage step groups 210 to be the same, the composition of the massage operation is simplified, and when the massage operation is set, the basic massage step may be set.
In one embodiment, in order to further improve the stimulation of the massage action to the muscles of the neck of the human body and prevent the human body from being adapted to the massage action, the disorder of the execution sequence of the massage action can be improved. For example, the basic massage steps in the two massage step groups 210 performed sequentially in time are performed in different orders. As shown in fig. 4, of the 3 massage step groups sequentially arranged on the time axis, the first massage step group 210, the second massage step group 210, and the third massage step group 210 are sequentially arranged from left to right. The basic massage steps in the first massage step group 210 are arranged in the order of the first basic massage step a1, the second basic massage step a2, and the third basic massage step A3 on the time axis. The basic massage steps in the second massage step group 210 are arranged in order on the time axis as a second basic massage step a2, a first basic massage step a1, and a third basic massage step A3. The basic massage steps in the third massage step group 210 are arranged in the order of the first basic massage step a1, the third basic massage step A3, and the second basic massage step a2 on the time axis. It can be seen that the basic massage steps in each two massage step groups 210 sequentially performed in the first massage step group 210, the second massage step group 210, and the third massage step group 210 are arranged in a different order.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a timing chart of the massage steps of the method for reminding time by using the neck massager in another embodiment of the present application. In order to further simplify the composition of the massage action, the massage steps 211 may be regularly arranged on the time axis. For example, the basic massage steps in each two massage step groups 210 may be performed in the same order. That is, the basic massage steps in the two massage step groups 210 have the same arrangement order on the time axis. As shown in fig. 5, the basic massage steps in each of the two massage step groups 210 are arranged in the order of the first basic massage step a1, the second basic massage step a2, and the third basic massage step A3 on the time axis.
In some embodiments, to further enhance the stimulation of the massage action on the muscles of the neck of the human body, the adaptation of the human body to the massage action is prevented. As shown in fig. 4, further, each of the preset second number of massage step groups 210 is a group, a plurality of massage arrangement groups 200 are formed to be sequentially performed in time, the basic massage steps in each two massage step groups 210 in each massage arrangement group 200 are performed in a different order, and the massage step groups included in each two massage arrangement groups 200 are the same. This second number may be specifically designed according to actual conditions, and in the present embodiment, for the purpose of explaining the present application, a case where the second number is 3 is exemplarily shown. As shown in fig. 4, the massage arrangement group includes a first massage step group 210, a second massage step group 210, and a third massage step group, which are sequentially performed. In the present embodiment, two massage step groups 210 having the same basic massage step and corresponding basic massage steps performed in the same order are referred to as the same two massage step groups 210; two massage arrangement groups 200 having the same massage step group 210 and corresponding massage step groups 210 performing in the same order are referred to as the same two massage arrangement groups 200. For convenience of illustration, only one massage array set 200 is shown in fig. 4.
Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view of an implementation manner of step S120 in the method for reminding time of the neck massager according to the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, step S120 may include the following steps:
step S121: and when the reminding time is up, randomly selecting a massage step to be selected from the preset massage steps to be selected, and outputting pulse current with the frequency corresponding to the selected massage step to be selected through an electric pulse output element.
In this embodiment, a plurality of massage steps to be selected may be preset for the control circuit to select. Each massage step to be selected can correspond to the frequency of a pulse current. And for a massage step to be selected, another massage step to be selected exists in all the massage steps to be selected, so that the absolute value of the difference value between the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the massage step to be selected and the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the massage step to be selected is larger than a preset threshold value. The control circuit can randomly select a step of massage to be selected from the preset steps of massage to be selected, and controls the electric pulse output element to output the pulse current with the frequency corresponding to the selected step of massage to be selected.
Step S122: and randomly selecting a massage step to be selected from preset massage steps to be selected when the interval time is up.
In this embodiment, the selected massage step to be selected requires a certain time to be performed. And only after the previous selected massage step to be selected is executed, the massage steps to be selected, which are selected after the previous selected massage step to be selected, are executed continuously. Therefore, it is necessary to set an interval time to continue to execute the selected massage step after the previous selected massage step is completed.
Step S123: and judging whether the absolute value of the difference value between the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the selected massage step to be selected and the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the massage step to be selected in the previous time is larger than a preset threshold value or not.
Step S124: and outputting the pulse current with the frequency corresponding to the selected massage step to be selected through an electric pulse output element.
In the present embodiment, the frequency of the pulse current output by the electric pulse output element is selected at random, thereby increasing the disorder of the execution sequence of the massage steps and preventing the wearer from being adaptive to the massage operation.
Further, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the neck massager further includes a displacement sensor 170 disposed on the massager body and electrically coupled to the control circuit 140 for monitoring the moving distance of the wearer; the control circuit 140 is used for controlling the electric pulse generating device 150 and the displacement sensor 170 to implement the method for reminding time of the neck massager described below.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a method for reminding time by using a neck massager according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the method for reminding time by using the neck massager of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step S210: the neck massager monitors whether the reminding time is up or not. This step is the same as step S110 shown in fig. 3, and is not described herein again.
Step S220: when the reminding time is up, the neck massager provides pulse current for the electric pulse output element on the neck massager according to the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the preset massage action so as to massage the wearer. This step is similar to the step S120 shown in fig. 3, and will not be described herein again.
Step S230: the neck massager monitors the moving distance of the wearer by using the displacement sensor thereon.
In this embodiment, the displacement sensor is provided on the massage device body of the neck massage device. The neck massager is worn on the neck of a human body and moves along with the wearer. The displacement sensor may monitor the distance traveled by the wearer to obtain the distance traveled by the wearer.
Step S240: and judging whether the moving distance exceeds a preset distance threshold value.
The inventor researches and discovers that when people massage the neck by using the neck massager, the people are in the rest time period, and at the time, the people are generally in the rest place or the rest position. People set the reminder time at this rest period, typically after the reminder time, and need to leave the rest place or rest position. Therefore, in order to achieve the purpose of setting the reminding time for people, in the embodiment, whether people leave the rest place or the rest position is judged by judging whether the moving distance exceeds the preset distance threshold value. The preset distance threshold value can be specifically set to be 1 meter, 2 meters or 3 meters according to actual conditions. Of course, the predetermined distance threshold may be other values in other embodiments.
In this embodiment, if the moving distance of the person exceeds the preset distance threshold, the purpose of setting the reminding time by the person is achieved, and the following step S250 may be continuously executed, otherwise, the step S230 is skipped. It should be clear that the execution of step S220 is not stopped, i.e. the massaging action is still continued, while step S230 and step S240 are executed.
In order to save electric energy, the control circuit can start the displacement sensor to monitor the moving distance of the wearer when judging that the reminding time is up.
Step S250: the massage action is stopped.
The controller can control the electric pulse generating device to stop working, thereby stopping the electric pulse output element from outputting the pulse current to the neck of the wearer.
To further conserve power, the control circuit may turn off the displacement sensor thereon after stopping the massaging action, stopping monitoring the distance traveled by the wearer.
In this embodiment, in order to set the reminder time or the basic massage step, the neck massager may receive a control command to set the reminder time or the basic massage step. The control instruction can be sent by the mobile terminal, for example, the neck massage instrument can establish a communication connection with the mobile terminal through the communication circuit, so as to receive the control instruction sent by the mobile terminal. The control instructions may include a reminder time setting instruction for setting reminder time, such that when the neck massager receives the reminder time setting instruction, the control circuit can set the reminder time. The control instructions may also include a basic massage step setting instruction for setting the basic massage step, so that the control circuit can set the basic massage step when the basic massage step setting instruction is received by the neck massager. For example, the control circuit can set the frequency of the pulse current corresponding to the basic massage step and the number of the basic massage steps.
The above embodiments are merely examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure, and all modifications, equivalents, and flow charts using the contents of the specification and drawings are included in the scope of the present disclosure.
