According to the background technology, the thick and heavy fabric of all-cotton knitted cotton clothes on the market at present is loose, the deformation problem caused by shrinkage or pulling is always the pain point of all-cotton knitted cotton clothes, and the inventor creatively discovers that the existing all-cotton knitted fabrics are woven by using the same yarn count, so that the knitted fabrics obtained by weaving are loose in structure and easy to pull and deform, and the manufactured cotton clothes are also thick and heavy.
In the embodiment of the invention, a knitting jacquard machine is adopted for weaving, a needle cylinder adopts the first yarn for threading, the dial adopts the second yarn for threading, the first yarn, the second yarn and the third yarn are woven into the knitted fabric with a multilayer structure in a triangular and knitting needle arrangement mode, because the first yarn is thicker than the second yarn, the first yarn is woven into the fabric surface layer with the aesthetic and warm-keeping characteristics of the common knitted fabric, the second yarn forms the fabric inner layer which is soft, compact, difficult to shrink and deform and friendly to the skin of a human body, and meanwhile, the third yarn with elasticity is inserted between the first yarn and the second yarn, so that the fabric surface layer of the first yarn and the fabric inner layer woven by the second yarn are tightly connected into a whole, the whole knitted fabric has the advantages of the fabric surface layer and the fabric inner layer, the structure is compact, Is not easy to deform.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional structure view of an all-cotton knitted fabric provided in this embodiment, where the all-cotton knitted fabric includes a fabric surface layer 100, a connecting layer 300, and a fabric lining layer 200, which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; the surface layer 100 of the fabric is woven by first yarns and has three-dimensional stripes, the inner layer 200 of the fabric is woven by second yarns and has three-dimensional stripes on the surface; the connecting layer 300 is woven by the third yarns between the first yarns and the second yarns, wherein the diameter of the first yarns is 2 times or more than that of the second yarns, so that the three-dimensional stripes on the surface layer of the fabric are thicker and more wild than those in the inner layer of the fabric, and the stripes in the inner layer of the fabric are fine and smooth, and are softer and more comfortable when contacting the skin of a human body. The third yarn is cotton yarn or elastic silk yarn, and is woven between the first yarn and the second yarn.
In the weaving process, the first yarn, the second yarn and the third yarn are simultaneously woven, so that the formed all-cotton knitted fabric comprises the fabric lining layer 200, the fabric surface layer 100 and the connecting layer 300 and is of an integral structure. The integrated structure is compact, light and thin, and is not easy to deform.
In this embodiment, the surface layer 100 and the inner layer 200 of the fabric are cotton woven layers, that is, the first yarn and the second yarn are cotton, wherein the type of the first yarn includes 32S/1JC-40S/1JC or a ply yarn with the same thickness as the first yarn; the type of the second yarn comprises 5S/1JC-8S/1JC or a plied yarn with the thickness equal to that of the second yarn; the third yarn is 32S/1-40S/1 cotton yarn or 20D-30D terylene elastic yarn or chinlon elastic yarn.
It should be noted that S is yarn count, which is the thickness of the yarn, and under a public moisture regain, the yarn count is multiple of 840 yards of the length of 1 pound weight yarn, that is, the length of 840 yards of 1 pound weight yarn is exactly the same as 1 yarn, that is, 1S, and the larger the count is, the thinner the yarn is; JC refers to all cotton combed yarn; for example, a 32S/1JC means that the yarn is a 32 count all cotton combed single yarn, which is the same as the yarn thickness of a 64S/2 JC.
In this example, D represents the thickness of the chemical fiber and the silk fiber. The third yarns have certain elasticity, can be polyester elastic yarns or polyamide elastic yarns as the elastic yarn connecting layers and are used as the using yarns of the connecting layers, so that the fabric woven by the first yarns and the second yarns is compact in structure.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the first yarn is 4 times the diameter of the second yarn. For example, the first yarn type is 32S/1JC and the second yarn type is 8S/1 JC.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for weaving a knitted fabric provided in this embodiment, and referring to fig. 2, the present invention provides a method for weaving an all-cotton knitted fabric, including:
step S1, providing a first yarn 101, a second yarn 102 and a third yarn 103, wherein the first yarn 101 and the second yarn 102 are cotton yarns, and the diameter of the first yarn 101 is 2 times or more than that of the second yarn 102; the third yarn is cotton yarn or elastic silk yarn.
Step S2, weaving with a jacquard knitting machine, where a needle cylinder of the jacquard knitting machine is 24G, a dial is 6G, needle cylinder yarns are threaded with the first yarns 101, dial yarns are threaded with the second yarns 102, and the first yarns 101, the second yarns 102, and the third yarns 103 are woven into a knitted fabric with a multilayer structure in a triangular and knitting needle arrangement manner.
In other embodiments, the weaving can be performed using a jacquard knitting machine with 18G-24G needle cylinder and 6G-10G dial. It should be noted that, for example, 24G means 24 knits within 2.54 cm; 6G means 6 knits inside 2.54 cm.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a specific weaving process provided in this embodiment, fig. 4 is a coil diagram corresponding to the triangle diagram in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a weaving diagram corresponding to the triangle diagram in fig. 3. Wherein 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 represent different paths during knitting, 6 paths are a minimum unit of the weaving process, a plurality of units can be simultaneously woven to finish weaving, and the units respectively correspond to the weaving conditions of a needle cylinder and a dial, wherein the symbols of the circles in the circle A represent the participation in knitting; since the yarn threaded on the needle cylinder is the first yarn (thicker), the knitting needles on the needle cylinder take part in knitting, i.e. knitting the first yarn; the yarn threaded on the dial is the second yarn (thinner), so the needles on the dial engage in knitting, i.e. knit said second yarn. The symbols in the loops B represent the absence of knitting and the symbols in the loops C represent the presence of knitting of the third yarn, i.e. the loops C on the needle cylinder are the presence of knitting of the third yarn on the needle cylinder and the loops C on the dial are the presence of knitting of the third yarn on the dial.
For example, the process of fig. 3 is to be read that, on the paths 1, 2 and 3, the needles on the dial are all involved in knitting and the needles on the cylinder are not;
on the 4 paths, the third yarns participate in knitting, wherein the No. 2 needles of the dial (the No. 1 needles, the No. 2 needles, the No. 3 needles and the No. 4 needles are arranged from bottom to top on the dial) participate in knitting, and all the needles on the needle cylinder participate in knitting;
on the 5 th and 6 th paths, the cylinder needles are all involved in knitting, and the dial needles are not involved in knitting.
The third yarns are respectively knitted on the needle cylinder and the dial of the 4 th way, so that the surface layer of the fabric knitted on the needle cylinder and the bottom layer of the fabric knitted on the dial can be uniformly connected.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 in combination, 3 second yarns 102 are threaded on the needles of the dial, corresponding to the above-mentioned paths 1, 2 and 3; two first yarns 101 penetrate through the needle cylinder and correspond to the paths 5 and 6; one third yarn 103 is used, corresponding to the 4 passes described above.
In the embodiment, the type of the first yarn comprises a 32S/1-40S/1JC or a strand with the thickness equal to that of the JC; the type of the second yarn comprises strands with the thickness of 5S/1-8S/1 or the same as that of the second yarn.
In this embodiment, the third yarn is 32S/1-40S/1 cotton yarn or 20D-30D polyester elastic yarn or nylon elastic yarn.
In this embodiment, in the process of knitting the first yarn 101, the second yarn and the third yarn into a knitted fabric with a multilayer structure in a triangular and knitting needle arrangement manner, the loop lengths of the first yarn 101 and the second yarn 103 need to be controlled, wherein the loop length of each 20 second yarns 102 is controlled to be 13-15 cm; the loop length of each 100 first yarns 101 is controlled to be 27-28 cm.
The loop length is a length of a yarn constituting one loop, and is generally expressed in millimeters (mm). The coil length can be approximately calculated according to the projection of the coil on the plane; or measuring the actual yarn length of one coil by a disassembling method; it is also possible to use the instrument to measure directly the length of the yarn fed to each needle during knitting. The loop length not only determines the density of the knitted fabric, but also has a significant influence on the raveling, extensibility, abrasion resistance, elasticity, tenacity, pilling resistance, shrinkage, snagging property, and the like of the knitted fabric. In the prior art, if conditions permit, an active yarn feeding device is adopted on a knitting machine to feed yarns at a fixed speed so as to control the stitch length of the knitted fabric to be constant and stabilize the quality of the knitted fabric. In the embodiment, when the loop length of the knitted fabric is controlled, the loop length of each 20 second yarns 102 is controlled to be 13-15 cm; the loop length of each 100 first yarns 101 is controlled to be 27-28 cm.
In this embodiment, the knitted fabric of the multilayer structure includes: the surface fabric layer 100 woven by the first yarns 101 and the inner fabric layer 200 woven by the second yarns 102 are connected into an integral fabric by the third yarns 103 through threading, and the inner fabric layer 200 is woven by the second fine yarns and has a plain structure, so that the inner fabric layer 200 is finer than the surface fabric layer 100.
After the first yarns 101, the second yarns 102, and the third yarns 103 are woven into a multi-layer knitted fabric, the method further includes: carrying out a rear end processing technology on the knitted fabric to obtain a finished product; the rear end processing technology comprises the following steps: at least one of embryo inspection, cloth turning (reverse side machine), dyeing, softening, wet-cutting and pressing water, drying, sizing, inspection, physical and chemical testing and rolling.
The surface of the knitted fabric obtained by the weaving method of the all-cotton knitted fabric in the embodiment has the fabric surface layer with attractive appearance and warm keeping characteristics of common knitted fabric, and also has the fabric lining with the second yarns, which is soft and compact, is not easy to shrink and deform and is friendly to human skin, and the third yarns with elasticity are inserted between the first yarns and the second yarns, so that the fabric surface layer woven by the first yarns and the fabric lining woven by the second yarns are tightly connected into a whole, the whole knitted fabric has the advantages of the fabric surface layer and the fabric lining, and the structure is compact and is not easy to deform.
The present invention has been described in terms of specific examples, which are provided to aid understanding of the invention and are not intended to be limiting. For a person skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions, modifications or substitutions may be made according to the idea of the invention.
