The opening and closing mode is simple, and the operation can be completed by one hand without using an external instrument for auxiliary operation.
The above-mentioned closing part 3 includes: as shown in fig. 5, the rail connector 31, the handle rail 32, the pressing plate 33, the handle rail lever 34, the locking pin 35, the second spring 361, and the second screw 38.
The function of the above-mentioned closing part 3: the anvil portion 1 is closed and locked, and the firing portion 4 is connected.
The movement steps of the closing part 3 are as follows: after the intestinal tubes at the two ends are fixed on the anvil portion 1 and the nail magazine portion 2, the pull handle guide rail pull rod 34 moves backwards, the handle guide rail pull rod 34 drives the handle guide rail 32 to move in the groove formed by the handle guide rail connecting piece 31 and the pressing plate 33, the handle guide rail 32 drives the anvil portion 1 to be close to the nail magazine portion 2, and when the third positioning hole 321 of the handle guide rail 32 reaches the position of the locking pin 35, the locking pin 35 enters the positioning hole 321 of the handle guide rail 32 under the action of the second spring 361, so that the anvil portion 1 is positioned. When the opening limit is needed, the second screw 38 located at the lower part of the locking block 362 is pulled to drive the locking pin 35 to move downwards, so that the guide rail 32 moves forwards, and the anvil portion 1 can be disengaged, as shown in fig. 5.
The function of the firing part 4 is shown in figure 1: providing the firing force required to fire the staples.
The above-mentioned fixing portion 5 includes a fixing clip 51, a fixing clip piercing needle 52 and a locking screw 53 as shown in fig. 5. The locking screw 53 can lock the fixing clip 51 to the outer wall of the anvil 1. When in use, the fixing clip 51 and the fixing puncture needle 52 compress the everted tissue to achieve the function of fixing the tissue without a purse. The cut-off effect of the tissue after the eversion cannot be influenced by the forced contraction during the cut-off.
The above-mentioned fixed part 5 functions: the everted intestinal canal is respectively fixed on the outer surfaces of the nail anvil and the nail bin, and the support is provided for the semi-ring cutter to cut off the intestinal canal.
The fixing portion 5 can be simplified as an integral part as shown in fig. 7, and the fixing can be completed by inserting the integral fixing clip puncture needle 61 on the integral fixing clip 6 into the sixth holes 111 of the left anvil 11 and the right anvil 12 of the anvil portion 1 by utilizing the ductility of the plastic material.
The above-described realisation of the anchoring device of the anchoring portion 5 on other eversion staplers, as illustrated in figures 14-1, 14-2 and 14-3, is directly applicable in the corresponding position.

1. The outwardly-turned annular stapler according to claim 1, wherein the left anvil (11), the right anvil (12), the left staple cartridge (21) and the right staple cartridge (22) are all semi-ring structures, the left anvil (11) and the right anvil (12) form an annular staple cartridge, and the left staple cartridge (21) and the right staple cartridge (22) form an annular staple cartridge.

The external-turn annular stapler according to claim 2, characterized in that said left cartridge (21) and said right cartridge (22) comprise a left half-ring groove (213) and a right half-ring groove (223), respectively, said left half-ring groove (213) and said right half-ring groove (223) housing therein, respectively, a half-ring cutter (211).

The out-turned annular stapler according to claim 3, wherein the cartridge portion (2) further comprises a staple-fixing plate (26), a staple-bottom plate (27) and a staple-sheet (210), the staple-fixing plate (26) and the staple-bottom plate (27) fixing the half-ring cutter (211) and the staple-sheet (210) in the left half-ring groove (213) and the right half-ring groove (223), respectively.
5. The out-turned annular stapler according to claim 4, wherein the staple fastening plate (26) and the staple base plate (27) are connected by a guide post (24), the staple fastening plate (26) and the staple base plate (27) being reciprocally movable along the guide post (24).

The outward-turning annular anastomat according to claim 1, characterized in that, the nail anvil part (1) further comprises a nail anvil fixing block (13), the left nail anvil (11) and the right nail anvil (12) are respectively fixed in a groove of the nail anvil fixing block (13), and the left nail anvil (11) and the right nail anvil (12) can rotate in the groove of the nail anvil fixing block (13).

The outward-turning annular anastomat according to claim 6, characterized in that, the left nail anvil (11) and the right nail anvil (12) are respectively fixed in the groove of the nail anvil fixing block (13) by a pin (131), and the left nail anvil (11) and the right nail anvil (12) can rotate around the pin (131) and are far away from each other.
8. The outwardly-turned annular stapler according to claim 7, characterized in that said left anvil (11) and said right anvil (12) can rotate away from each other to an angle of 90 degrees around said pin (131).

The outwardly-turned annular stapler according to claim 2, wherein the anvil portion (1) further comprises an anvil positioning plate (15), the left anvil (11) and the right anvil (12) are combined by the anvil positioning plate (15) to form an annular anvil, the cartridge portion (2) further comprises a cartridge positioning plate (25), and the left cartridge (21) and the right cartridge (22) are combined by the cartridge positioning plate (25) to form an annular cartridge.
10. The flip-up circular stapler according to claims 1 to 9, characterized in that said left anvil (11) and said right anvil (12) are of semi-circular symmetrical structure, said left cartridge (21) and said right cartridge (22) being of semi-circular symmetrical structure.
