Detailed Description
For the purposes of clarity, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure, the following further details the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of a communication system provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, which may include: core network 11, access network 12, and terminal 13.
The core network 11 includes a plurality of core network devices 110. The core network device 110 includes access and mobility management functions (Access and Mobility Management Function, AMF), session management functions (Session Management Function, SMF), and user plane management functions (User Plane Function, UPF), where the AMF is used to control access rights and handover functions of a terminal, and the SMF is used to provide server continuity, uninterrupted user experience of a server, such as: IP address and anchor point changes, etc.
Access network 12 includes a number of access network devices 120 therein. Access network device 120 may be a base station, which is a device deployed in an access network to provide wireless communication functionality for terminals. The base stations may include various forms of macro base stations, micro base stations, relay stations, access points, and the like. The names of base station enabled devices may vary in systems employing different radio access technologies, for example in long term evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE) systems, called enodebs or enbs; in a 5G New air interface (NR) system, it is called a gNode B or a gNB. As communication technology evolves, the name "base station" may describe and vary. For convenience in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the above devices for providing wireless communication functions for terminals are collectively referred to as access network devices.
The terminal 13 may include various handheld devices, in-vehicle devices, wearable devices, computing devices, or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem, as well as various forms of terminals (UE), mobile Stations (MS), terminals (terminal devices), etc. having a wireless communication function. For convenience of description, the above-mentioned devices are collectively referred to as a terminal. Access network device 120 and terminal 13 communicate with each other via some air interface technology, such as the Uu interface.
Optionally, when the terminal 13 accesses the access network device 120, the access bandwidth requirement of the access network device 120 needs to be met.
The current 3GPP is developing project research on reduced capability terminals (Reduced Capability NR Devices, REDCAP) of R17, and the project aims at reducing the complexity of the terminal and saving the cost of the terminal on the basis of coexistence with R15/16 terminals.
Illustratively, in some application scenarios with sensors, since the data types that the sensors need to communicate are usually simple values, the peak rate reference values agreed by the industry are usually less than 5Mbps, so the minimum bandwidth capability is less than 20M when defining the bandwidth capability of the reduced capability terminal. And under the current 5G New air interface (NR) R15/16, the base station generally configures 20M bandwidth, and the supported access bandwidth of the terminal needs to reach 20M.
That is, in the related art, a terminal having an initial access bandwidth of less than 20M does not support access to the access network device.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a system information configuration method for a UE with low bandwidth reduction capability is provided, fig. 2 is a flowchart of the information configuration method provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and the method is illustrated by being applied to an access network device, as shown in fig. 2, and includes:
Step 201, a first configuration instruction is obtained, where the first configuration instruction includes a first information field, where the first information field is used to instruct an access network device to allow a terminal with an access bandwidth being a target bandwidth to access.
Optionally, the first configuration instruction is acquired in response to the access network device allowing the terminal with the access bandwidth being the target bandwidth to access.
Optionally, the access network device determines, through a master information block (Master Information Block, MIB), whether to allow access of the terminal with the access bandwidth being the target bandwidth; or the access network equipment determines whether to allow the terminal with the access bandwidth as the target bandwidth to access according to the allocation condition of the current bandwidth resource.
Illustratively, taking an access network device determining whether to allow the terminal with the target bandwidth to access through the MIB as an example, the access network device acquires the MIB, and responds to the MIB to include a second information field, so as to acquire a first configuration instruction, where the second information field is used to instruct the access network device to allow the terminal with the access bandwidth being the target bandwidth to access. Optionally, in order to enable normal access to the cell, after the terminal completes the synchronization between the sweep and the cell, it needs to continue to read the system information of the cell, where the system information is continuously and repeatedly broadcasted by the access network device, where the system information is divided into MIB and system message block (System Information Block, SIB), and when the access network device is turned on, it will first send MIB and then send a series of SIBs. Optionally, when the MIB includes the second information field and indicates that the access network device allows the access bandwidth to be the terminal with the target bandwidth, the access network device sends a first configuration instruction to the terminal, where the first configuration instruction includes the first information field, and the first information field is used to indicate an allowed bandwidth range of the access network device, and the target bandwidth is in the allowed bandwidth range. That is, the second information field is used to indicate whether the terminal access of the target bandwidth is allowed, and the first information field is used to indicate the allowed bandwidth range of the access network device, so that the terminal access of the target bandwidth within the allowed bandwidth range is allowed.
Optionally, when the MIB indicates that the access network device does not allow the access to the terminal with the access bandwidth as the target bandwidth, or the access network device determines that the access bandwidth is not allowed to the terminal with the access bandwidth as the target bandwidth according to the bandwidth resource, that is, in response to the access network device not allowing the access to the terminal with the access bandwidth as the target bandwidth, the second configuration instruction is acquired, where the second configuration instruction includes a fifth information field, where the fifth information field is used to indicate that the access network device not allows the access to the terminal with the access bandwidth as the target bandwidth.
Alternatively, when the access network device allows the access of the terminal with the target bandwidth, an appropriate allowable bandwidth is configured for the access bandwidth of the terminal with the target bandwidth so as to be compatible with the terminal with the target bandwidth.
Optionally, in the configuration process of the allowable bandwidth, the access network device includes at least one of the following configuration modes:
first, the configuration of the allowed bandwidth is performed in the control resource set (Control Resource Set, CORESET), that is, the access network device configures coreset#0 bandwidth to allow the terminal of the target bandwidth to access;
second, it is indicated in downlink control information (Downlink Control Information, DCI) of a physical downlink shared channel (Physical Downlink Shared Channel, PDSCH) of the scheduling system information block (System Information Blocks, SIB) whether or not terminal access of the target bandwidth is allowed.
Alternatively, the above two configurations are described separately, and first, the configuration CORESET #0 bandwidth is described:
optionally, when configuring the coreset#0 bandwidth to allow access to the terminal of the target bandwidth, at least two cases are included: 1. the first information field comprises a first bandwidth assignment, wherein the first bandwidth assignment is used for indicating the bandwidth range of the access network equipment, and the target bandwidth is in the bandwidth range; 2. the first information field comprises an indication identifier, and the indication identifier is used for indicating that the access permission of the terminal corresponding to the target bandwidth of the access network equipment is allowed access.
Illustratively, taking the terminal with the target bandwidth as the terminal with the 10M bandwidth reduction capability as an example for explanation, when the access network device allows the terminal with the 10M bandwidth reduction capability to access, the configuration of the bandwidth range may be performed when the CORESET #0 bandwidth is configured, and the target bandwidth, that is, the 10M bandwidth is within the bandwidth range, for example: the bandwidth range is configured to be less than 20M.
Illustratively, when the first information field includes an indication identifier, the indication access control information displayed by the indication identifier is optionally used to indicate that the access permission of the terminal within the specified bandwidth range is allowed to access, for example: when the indication identifier is 1, the access network device allows the terminal with the target bandwidth, and when the indication identifier is 0, the access network device does not allow the terminal with the target bandwidth, in this embodiment, when the access network device allows the terminal with the capability of reducing the 10M bandwidth to access, the indication identifier is given a value of 1 in the first information field, which indicates that the access network device allows the terminal with the capability of reducing the 10M bandwidth to access.
Optionally, when the access network device only allows access bandwidth to be the target bandwidth and the terminal type is the terminal access of the specified type, then further access control and indication needs to be given in the configuration of coreset#0 or SIB 1. Optionally, a third information field is configured in the control resource set CORESET, where the third information field is used to indicate a terminal type, and the access bandwidth of the terminal type is a target bandwidth, that is, coreset#0 also indicates a terminal type; or, the access network device configures a fourth information field in the system information block SIB1, where the fourth information field is used to indicate a terminal type, and an access bandwidth of the terminal type is a target bandwidth. The third information field and the fourth information field are used for indicating the type of the terminal when the terminal allowing the target bandwidth in the access network equipment is accessed.
Illustratively, when the access network device only allows reduced capability terminals of 10M bandwidth to access, then the terminal type is indicated as reduced capability terminal in coreset#0 or SIB 1.
Optionally, when the access network device needs to configure smaller remaining critical system information (Remaining Minimum System Information, RMSI) bandwidth for the eMBB terminal, then a distinction is further made in SIB1, i.e. the access configuration information of the reduced capability terminal is configured in SIB 1.
Optionally, when configuring the access configuration information in SIB1, the following two cases are included: 1. configuring a first access parameter in a system information block SIB, wherein the first access parameter is an access parameter applied when a terminal with a target bandwidth accesses access network equipment; 2. and configuring a second access parameter in the system information block SIB, wherein the second access parameter is an access parameter applied when the target type terminal accesses the access network equipment, and the access bandwidth of the target type terminal is a target bandwidth.
Illustratively, taking the target type terminal as a 10M bandwidth reduction capability terminal as an example, when the configuration of the access parameters is performed in SIB1, the configuration of the first access parameters can be performed for the 10M bandwidth UE; the configuration of the second access parameters may also be performed for a reduced capability terminal of 10M bandwidth. The first access parameter is configured for the access parameter applied by the 10M bandwidth UE (including the 10M bandwidth reduction terminal) when accessing, and the second access parameter is configured for the access parameter applied by the 10M bandwidth reduction terminal when accessing.
Next, a description will be given of whether terminal access of a target bandwidth is allowed or not indicated in DCI:
alternatively, the control information bit mapping of DCI 1_0 information at the time of PDSCH of SIB1 is as follows:
-is the size of CORESET 0
-Time domain resource assignment–4bits
-VRB-to-PRB mapping–1bit
-Modulation and coding scheme–5bits
-Redundancy version–2bits
-System information indicator–1bit
-Reserved bits–[15]bits
Wherein the frequency domain resource allocation indication field occupiesFor the size of CORESET 0, the time domain resource allocation indication field occupies 4bits, the VRB-to-PRB mapping information occupies 1bit, the coding modulation scheme occupies 5bits, the redundancy version field occupies 2bits, the system information indication field occupies 1bit, and the system information allocation method further comprises a reserved field of 15 bits. Therefore, when indicating whether to allow the terminal with the target bandwidth to access in the DCI, the 1bit reserved field can be used for indicating whether to support the terminal with the target bandwidth to access; the indication can also be performed by using a 2bits reserved field, such as: the first bit indicates the access network device to indicate the terminal access of the target bandwidth, and the second bit indicates the bandwidth range of the target bandwidth.
Optionally, in response to the first configuration instruction, the downlink control information DCI includes a first bit and a second bit, where the first bit is used to instruct the access network device to instruct the terminal of the target bandwidth to access, and the second bit is used to instruct the bandwidth range of the target bandwidth.
Illustratively, taking a 10M bandwidth reduction capability terminal as an example, the first bit in the DCI indicates that access of the reduction capability terminal is supported, and the second bit indicates an indicated bandwidth range, such as: the second bit of 0 indicates a bandwidth range of 20M or more, and the second bit of 1 indicates a bandwidth range of 20M or less.
Optionally, the indication is made by DCI when the bandwidth configured by coreset#0 is greater than the access bandwidth of the reduced capability terminal.
Optionally, in response to the access network device not allowing the access to the terminal with the access bandwidth being the target bandwidth, a second configuration instruction is acquired, where the second configuration instruction includes a fifth information field, and the fifth information field is used to indicate that the access network device does not allow the access to the terminal with the access bandwidth being the target bandwidth.
Wherein the fifth information field includes a second bandwidth assignment, and the second bandwidth assignment is used to indicate a bandwidth range of the access network device, where the target bandwidth is not within the bandwidth range.
Optionally, the terminal with the target bandwidth corresponds to a 10M bandwidth reduction capability terminal on the 5G frequency band range FR1, and corresponds to a 50M eMBB UE on the 5G frequency band range FR 2.
In summary, according to the information configuration method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, by generating the first configuration information, the terminal supporting the target bandwidth accesses the base station to perform communication, so that the problem that some terminals with reduced capability cannot access the base station to perform communication due to smaller access bandwidth configuration is avoided, and the base station is convenient to support terminals with reduced capability with bandwidth less than 20M.
In an alternative embodiment, after the access network device obtains the first configuration instruction, the access network device sends the first configuration instruction to the terminal, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of an information configuration method provided in another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 301, obtaining a first configuration instruction, where the first configuration instruction includes a first information field, where the first information field is used to instruct an access network device to allow a terminal with an access bandwidth being a target bandwidth to access.
Alternatively, when the access network device allows the access of the terminal with the target bandwidth, an appropriate allowable bandwidth is configured for the access bandwidth of the terminal with the target bandwidth so as to be compatible with the terminal with the target bandwidth.
Optionally, in the configuration process of the allowable bandwidth, the access network device includes at least one of the following configuration modes:
firstly, configuring an allowable bandwidth in CORESET, namely, configuring CORESET #0 bandwidth by access network equipment to allow a terminal with a target bandwidth to access;
second, whether terminal access of the target bandwidth is allowed is indicated in DCI of PDSCH of the scheduling SIB.
Step 302, a first configuration instruction is sent to a terminal with a target bandwidth.
Optionally, the access network device sends a first configuration instruction to a terminal in the cell signal range, where the first configuration instruction includes a terminal with a target bandwidth.
Optionally, the access network device sends the first configuration instruction to the terminal via a synchronization signal block (Synchronization Signal Block, SSB). Wherein SSB is a signal block broadcasted by a cell for a terminal to find the cell, such as: when the terminal is started, a corresponding cell is found through receiving the SSB; or, the terminal finds a new cell by receiving SSB while moving within the NR system.
Each cell will send SSBs periodically in the downlink, such as: SSBs are transmitted every 20ms or 50ms, and typically, the transmission period of SSBs is in the range of 5ms to 160ms, and terminals in the cell signal range can receive SSBs transmitted by the cell.
And 303, responding to the access network equipment of the terminal with the target bandwidth, and receiving bandwidth capability information or terminal classification information reported by the terminal with the target bandwidth.
Optionally, when the terminal accords with the bandwidth range indicated by the first configuration instruction, the terminal accesses to the access network device through a random access mode, and reports the bandwidth capability information and/or the terminal classification information of the terminal to the access network device, for example: the terminal reports bandwidth capability information to the access network device, indicates that the lowest bandwidth capability of the terminal is less than 20M, and/or the terminal reports terminal classification information to the access network device, indicates that the terminal type is a reduced capability terminal with 10M bandwidth, and implicitly indicates that the access bandwidth of the terminal is 10M.
Optionally, after receiving the bandwidth capability information and/or the terminal classification information reported by the terminal, the access network device performs targeted allocation of bandwidth resources according to the bandwidth capability of the terminal.
In summary, by generating the first configuration information, the method provided in the embodiment supports the terminal with the target bandwidth to access the base station for communication, so that the problem that some terminals with reduced capacity cannot access the base station for communication due to smaller access bandwidth configuration is avoided, and the base station is convenient to support terminals with reduced capacity with the bandwidth less than 20M.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, after the terminal is randomly accessed, bandwidth capacity and/or classification information is reported to the access network equipment, so that the access network equipment can conduct bandwidth resource allocation in a targeted manner.
In an alternative embodiment, the above information configuration method is applied to an information interaction process between a base station and a terminal, and fig. 4 is a flowchart of an information configuration method provided in another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, where the method includes:
step 401, the access network device acquires a first configuration instruction, where the first configuration instruction includes a first information field, where the first information field is used to instruct the access network device to allow the access bandwidth to be accessed by the terminal with the target bandwidth.
Alternatively, when the access network device allows the access of the terminal with the target bandwidth, an appropriate allowable bandwidth is configured for the access bandwidth of the terminal with the target bandwidth so as to be compatible with the terminal with the target bandwidth.
Optionally, the first configuration instruction includes at least one of CORESET and DCI, that is, in a configuration process of the allowed bandwidth, the access network device includes at least one of the following configuration modes:
firstly, configuring an allowable bandwidth in CORESET, namely, configuring CORESET #0 bandwidth by access network equipment to allow a terminal with a target bandwidth to access;
second, whether terminal access of the target bandwidth is allowed is indicated in DCI of PDSCH of the scheduling SIB.
Step 402, the access network device sends a first configuration instruction to the terminal with the target bandwidth.
Optionally, the access network device sends a first configuration instruction to a terminal within a cell signal receiving range, wherein the terminal with the target bandwidth is within the cell signal receiving range and receives the first configuration instruction.
In step 403, the terminal receives a first configuration instruction.
Optionally, the first configuration instruction includes a first information field, where the first information field is used to instruct the access network device to allow the access of the terminal with the access bandwidth being the target bandwidth.
In step 404, the terminal accesses to the access network device in response to the bandwidth requirement conforming to the first information field.
Alternatively, when configuring the bandwidth, the first information field may be any one of the following manners: 1. the first information field comprises a first bandwidth assignment, wherein the first bandwidth assignment is used for indicating the bandwidth range of the access network equipment, and the target bandwidth is in the bandwidth range; 2. the first information field comprises an indication identifier, and the indication identifier is used for indicating that the access permission of the terminal corresponding to the target bandwidth of the access network equipment is allowed access. Wherein the first configuration instruction is implemented as CORESET.
Illustratively, when the first information field includes an indication identifier, the indication displayed by the indication identifier is indicative of access control information, such as: when the indication identifier is 1, the access network device allows the terminal with the target bandwidth, and when the indication identifier is 0, the access network device does not allow the terminal with the target bandwidth, in this embodiment, when the access network device allows the terminal with the capability of reducing the 10M bandwidth to access, the indication identifier is given a value of 1 in the first information field, which indicates that the access network device allows the terminal with the capability of reducing the 10M bandwidth to access.
Optionally, when the first configuration instruction includes DCI, a 1-bit reserved field may be used to indicate whether terminal access of the target bandwidth is supported; the indication can also be performed by using a 2bits reserved field, such as: the first bit indicates the access network device to indicate the terminal access of the target bandwidth, and the second bit indicates the bandwidth range of the target bandwidth.
Optionally, when the access network device only allows access bandwidth to be the target bandwidth and the terminal type is the terminal access of the specified type, then further access control and indication needs to be given in the configuration of coreset#0 or SIB 1. Optionally, the terminal further reads a third information field from the received CORESET, where the third information field is used to indicate a terminal type, and the access bandwidth of the terminal type is a target bandwidth, that is, coreset#0 further indicates a terminal type; or the terminal reads a fourth information field from the received SIB1, wherein the fourth information field is used for indicating the type of the terminal, and the access bandwidth of the type of the terminal is the target bandwidth.
Optionally, in response to the terminal meeting the terminal type and meeting the bandwidth requirement of the first information field, accessing to the access network equipment.
Optionally, the SIB further includes an access parameter, where the access parameter includes any one of the following two cases: firstly, a terminal receives a system information block, wherein a SIB comprises a first access parameter, the first access parameter is an access parameter applied when the terminal with a target bandwidth is accessed to access network equipment, namely, the terminal with the target bandwidth in the current terminal is responded, and the terminal is accessed to the access network equipment by the first access parameter; and secondly, the terminal receives the SIB, wherein the SIB comprises a second access parameter, the second access parameter is an access parameter applied when the target type terminal is accessed to the access network equipment, the access bandwidth of the target type terminal is the target bandwidth, and the second access parameter is accessed to the access network equipment when the current terminal is the target type terminal.
Optionally, when the access network device does not allow the terminal with the target bandwidth to access, the terminal receives a second configuration instruction, where the second configuration instruction includes a fifth information field, where the fifth information field is used to indicate that the access network device does not allow the terminal with the access bandwidth being the target bandwidth to access.
The fifth information field includes a second bandwidth assignment, where the second bandwidth assignment is used to indicate a bandwidth range of the access network device, and the target bandwidth is not in the bandwidth range.
