A bearing seat is arranged at the lower part of an end panel of the feeding adjusting device to fix a lower rotating shaft, the lower rotating shaft passes through a lower sliding rail groove of the adjusting inserting plate, a lower pulley is arranged at the end part of the lower rotating shaft, and the lower sliding rail groove of the adjusting inserting plate is matched with a lower pulley at the end part of the fixed lower rotating shaft to move up and down; an upper rotating shaft is fixed on the upper portion of the adjusting insertion plate, the middle portion of the upper rotating shaft is connected with a worm gear screw lifter, an upper pulley is arranged at the end portion of the upper rotating shaft, and the adjusting insertion plate, the upper rotating shaft and the upper pulley move in a curve mode along an upper sliding rail groove in a fixed sliding rail frame. The invention can effectively improve the working condition and improve the efficiency of the roller press system.

In order to overcome the defect that the gap between the lower end of the adjusting insertion plate and the arc roller surface is changed greatly, and material leakage and pressure release are large, the invention provides the feeding adjusting device for the roller press.

Detailed Description
The feeding regulator for roller press consists of three parts, including fixed casing part, movable plate inserting part and semi-fixed driving part. The end face plate 1, the access door 2, the slide rail frame 3, the front face plate 11, the side baffle 18, the lower face frame 15, the sealing casting 16, the lower rotating shaft 9, the lower pulley 14 and the like are connected and assembled through bolts 19 to form a fixed shell component; the adjusting flashboard 12, the upper rotating shaft 5 and the upper pulley 6 form a movable flashboard part; the worm gear screw lifter 7 and the twisting support 8 form a semi-fixed transmission part. Two ends of a lower rotating shaft 9 are fixed on bearing seats 10 of the end panel 1, lower pulleys 14 are sleeved at two ends of the lower rotating shaft 9 by abutting against the bearing seats 10, the lower rotating shaft 9 penetrates through lower sliding rail grooves 13 of an adjusting insertion plate 12, and the adjusting insertion plate 12 performs upper and lower limiting movement through the tangential matching of the lower pulleys 14 and the lower sliding rail grooves 13; an upper rotating shaft 5 is fixed on the upper part of an adjusting insertion plate 12, the middle part of the upper rotating shaft 5 is connected with a worm gear screw lifter 7, an upper pulley 6 is arranged at the end part of the upper rotating shaft 5, the upper pulley 6 is in tangent fit with an upper sliding rail groove 4 in a fixed sliding rail frame 3, and the adjusting insertion plate 12 performs curve limiting movement; the worm gear screw lifter 7 pushes and pulls the upper rotating shaft 5 to move in a curve; the upper pulleys 6 at two ends of an upper rotating shaft 5 fixed on the adjusting plugboard 12 are limited in the upper sliding rail grooves 4 of the sliding rail frame 3 with a set curve, the lower sliding rail grooves 13 of the adjusting plugboard 12 are limited by a lower rotating shaft 9 fixed by a bearing seat 10 of the end panel 1 and lower pulleys 14 at two ends, and the two limits enable the adjusting plugboard 12 to move according to the set curve.
The end panel 1 and the side baffle 18 of the feeding adjusting device of the roller press are provided with reinforcing ribs 20, an upper sliding rail groove 4 in a sliding rail frame 3 is formed by processing a design curve, a sealing casting 16 on the inner side of the lower part is provided with a curve boss 17, and a small gap between the lower end and an arc roller surface 21 is constant when an adjusting inserting plate 12 moves under the pushing and pulling of a worm gear screw lifter 7.
And for the parts which are easy to wear, wear-resistant materials which are convenient to replace are arranged, and the sealing casting 16 close to the arc roll surface 21 of the roll squeezer is provided with a curve boss 17 which is embedded into a working area to form labyrinth seal.
