In the reciprocating rotation process of the stirring shaft 2, the stirring shaft 2 is uniformly distributed and fixed on the rope 14 at the end part of each guide rod 11, so that after the stirring shaft 2 rotates, the rope 14 is wound on the stirring shaft 2, the length of the rope 14 is reduced, and the guide rods 11 move downwards; when the guide rod 11 moves downwards, the extrusion plate 8 is driven to move downwards, and the extrusion plate 8 is hinged with a blocking piece 10 positioned below each through hole 9, so that when the extrusion plate 8 moves downwards, the blocking pieces 10 block the through holes 9, and a rubber gasket 15 on the upper end surface of the blocking pieces 10 seals the through holes 9, so that the medicament positioned below the extrusion plate 8 is extruded and enters the bottom of the barrel body 1 through the feed pipe 5; and mixing is performed in the cylinder 1.
