The chain separation unit 5 comprises a rack VII 51, a motor IV 52, a working panel IV 53, a guide strip II 54, a pusher dog 55, a belt IV 56, a chain I57, a guide strip III 58, a material detection sensor II 59, a material detection sensor III 510, a chain sprocket group I511 and a chain sprocket group II 512; the working panels IV 53 are arranged on two sides of the upper surface of the frame VII 51; the motor IV 52 is arranged on one side of the frame VII 51; the chain I57 is arranged in the middle of the rack VII 51 and is driven by a motor IV 52 through transmission of a chain sprocket group I511; 6 pusher dogs 55 are uniformly distributed on the chain I57 and used for pushing and conveying materials; the number of the belts IV 56 is 2, the belts IV are arranged on two sides of a front-section chain I57 of the chain separation unit 5 and matched with the pusher dogs 55 to convey materials; the belt IV 56 is driven by the motor IV 52 through transmission of the chain sprocket group II 512; the guide strip II 54 and the guide strip III 58 are arranged on two sides of a chain I57 on the rack VII 51 at the rear section of the chain separation unit 5; the guide strips II 52 and the guide strips III 58 are bordered by the belt IV 56; the guide strip II 54 is in an upward inclined shape, so that the material in a flat lying shape is well inclined and erected, and a foundation is provided for the material to vertically enter the next unit; a material detection sensor II 59 and a material detection sensor III 510 are also arranged on the rack VII 51 in the middle of the chain separation unit 5; the mounting distance between the object detection sensor II 59 and the object detection sensor III 510 is longer than the length of one material and shorter than the length of two materials.
The integrated poking-out device 7 comprises a rack VIII 71, an overturning feeding mechanism 72, a poking mechanism 73 and a feeding mechanism 74, wherein the overturning feeding mechanism 72 is arranged at the lower part of the rack VIII 71; the material shifting mechanism 73 is arranged at the upper part of the rack VIII 71 and is arranged above the overturning feeding mechanism 72; the feeding mechanism 74 is arranged on the rack VIII 71 and is positioned on one side of the turnover feeding mechanism 72; the material shifting mechanism 73 comprises a main transmission shaft I730, a servo motor I731, a support IV 732, a driving double-chain wheel I733, a driven double-chain wheel I734, a chain II 735, a chain supporting strip I736, a shifting plate fixing block I737, a shifting plate I738, a connecting rod I739, a supporting rod I7310, a gear I7311, a proximity switch I7312, a detection wheel I7313 and a gear II 7314; The working process of the invention is as follows: after the flour cakes come off from the flour making line, the flour cakes are received by a receiving section of the system and divided into two strands to enter a separating device, then the flour cakes are divided into two sides by the separating device to be conveyed into corresponding material arranging devices, the material arranging devices regularly disturb the flour cakes and arrange the flour cakes again by the centrifugal principle to realize steering and regular arrangement, so that the flour cakes enter corresponding material collecting devices to be stacked, separated and turned over, then the flour cakes enter a set pulling-out device of a flour collecting machine to be quantitatively collected and pulled out, the quantitatively pulled-out flour cakes enter an arrangement manipulator device to be posture-adjusted again and quantitatively collected again, after the quantitatively collecting of the flour cakes is completed, a feeding manipulator automatically grabs and transfers the quantitatively flour cakes onto a material receiving platform II of a merging manipulator device, and each time of the feeding manipulator transfers the flour cakes to the material receiving platform II of the merging manipulator device, and a conveying belt on a material receiving platform II of the combining manipulator automatically moves for one station until a trigger signal, a three-axis manipulator of the combining manipulator device grabs and transfers the quantitative flour cakes conveyed in place to a corresponding position of a conveying section of a packaging machine, and the conveying section continues to convey forward for packaging to finish a cycle of action.
