The invention discloses a multipurpose profile steel static pile extractor which comprises a pile extracting clamp, a pile extracting oil cylinder and an extraction aid, wherein the pile extracting oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the pile extracting clamp; the pile pulling fixture comprises a shell and a chuck component arranged in the shell, the chuck component comprises a telescopic chuck and a fixed chuck fixedly connected with the shell, and a clamping oil cylinder is connected between the telescopic chuck and the inner wall of the shell; the pulling aid is detachably connected with the section steel to be pulled, and the pulling aid and the section steel to be pulled are arranged between the telescopic chuck and the fixed chuck. Background
With the rapid development of national economy, the quantity of municipal infrastructure rises year by year. Starting the clamping oil cylinder 6 to enable the telescopic chuck 9 and the fixed chuck 12 to clamp the pile pulling aid 3, starting the pile pulling oil cylinder 1, and lifting the connecting body of the pile pulling aid 3 and the steel 5 to be pulled up to the maximum stroke of the pile pulling oil cylinder 1; the clamping oil cylinder 6 and the pile pulling oil cylinder 1 sequentially release pressure, after the top rod of the pile pulling oil cylinder 1 descends, the clamping oil cylinder 6 and the pile pulling oil cylinder 1 are sequentially started, the operation is repeated until the top of the profile steel 5 to be pulled is pulled out to the height of the chuck assembly, then the connecting plate 4 and the pulling aid 3 are dismounted, and the telescopic chuck 9 and the fixed chuck 12 clamp the web plate of the profile steel 3 to continue to operate the process until the profile steel 5 to be pulled is completely pulled out.
