Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for managing the release of a three-dimensional design general model of a transformer substation, which comprises the following steps: the basic support layer is used for setting a deployment architecture and a standard system of a database framework of the whole management system; the data storage layer is used for storing the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model which is checked by the operation and maintenance management layer into a database according to a standard system; the operation and maintenance management layer is used for conducting model transfer, auditing, warehousing, updating and sharing process management on the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model input by the release display layer by taking a data management flow as a guide; the service application layer is used for developing statistical analysis and sharing application according to the existing data information stored in the database; and the publishing and displaying layer is used for providing functional entries and displaying related information for each user in a web page or client form. The invention can be widely applied to the field of three-dimensional digital design management application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a system and a method for managing release of a three-dimensional design general model of a transformer substation, and belongs to the field of three-dimensional digital design management application.
Background
Reviewing the history of the development of the power transmission and transformation engineering design technology in China, the method goes through three stages of plate drawing, computer drawing and computer aided design. With the development of information technology, the depth and breadth of computer aided design are continuously expanding. On one hand, from the perspective of engineering models, two-dimensional models are in transition to three-dimensional solid models, on the other hand, from the perspective of information, design information transmission is increasingly convenient, and the integration trend of multiple specialties, cross-regions and multiple platforms is gradually shown. In particular, in recent decades, new design technologies represented by three-dimensional digital design technologies are continuously applied to power transmission and transformation projects, and as a developing technology, systematic research needs to be performed according to the current application situation, so that the development of the technology is orderly promoted and guided.
The power grid engineering needs to establish a brand-new three-dimensional information model used in each stage of design, construction, operation and the like, collect and integrate data information of each stage, and include the data information into the information model, so that workers in each stage in the whole life cycle of the engineering can obtain accurate and complete data when using the model.
Taking the current transformer substation engineering as an example, the three-dimensional digital model which is gradually explored and applied preliminarily realizes information sharing in a design unit, but the integrity, the normalization and the accuracy of the model cannot be effectively guaranteed, and the cross-platform through application with other systems is not realized. When other systems use the three-dimensional digital model of the transformer substation, equipment information needs to be manually input, and meanwhile, due to the fact that the basic data volume of equipment of the transformer substation engineering is large, problems exist in different degrees of data integrity rate and parameter integrity rate.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a system and a method for managing release of a three-dimensional design general model of a transformer substation, which are used for realizing centralized storage, unified management, application expansion, cross-professional communication and cross-software platform sharing of a three-dimensional design digital model of a transformer substation engineering.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect of the present invention, a system for managing distribution of a three-dimensional design common model of a substation is provided, which includes: the system comprises a basic supporting layer, a data storage layer, an operation and maintenance management layer, a service application layer and a release display layer; the basic supporting layer is used for setting a deployment architecture and a standard system of a database framework of the whole management system; the operation and maintenance management layer is used for conducting model transfer, audit, warehousing, updating and sharing process management on the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model input by the release display layer by taking a data management process as a guide; the data storage layer is used for storing the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model which is checked by the operation and maintenance management layer into a database according to a standard system arranged in the basic supporting layer; the service application layer is used for developing statistical analysis and sharing application according to the existing data information stored in the database and sending the statistical analysis result and the sharing information to the release display layer; the release display layer is used for providing functional entries and related information display for each user in a web page or client form.
Further, when the data storage layer stores the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model, structured data storage, semi-structured data storage and unstructured data storage are respectively adopted for storage according to the structural form of the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model data.
Furthermore, the operation and maintenance management layer comprises a model handover module, a model auditing module, a model warehousing module, a model updating module and a model sharing module; the model transfer module is used for uploading model transfer application submitted by a model management returning unit through the release display layer to the system; the model auditing module is used for auditing the uploaded model handover application and sending the uploaded model handover application to the model warehousing module after the uploaded model handover application passes the auditing; the model storage module is used for automatically processing and converting different handover contents according to preset storage and classification rules and then storing the handover contents into a database by the data storage layer; the model updating module is used for sending a request of a newly added device to the model transfer module to carry out transfer warehousing process again when a model management returning unit provides the request; the model sharing module is used for providing cross-unit and cross-region achievement sharing service for data demand units or departments on the basis of the database.
Further, a model handover application template is arranged in the model handover module, the model handover application template comprises three parts, namely handover content, a handover initiating main body and a receiving main body, and the handover content part is used for setting or uploading a handover application, a result model, a list catalog and other instruction files; the transfer initiating main body is used for setting relevant information of a model returning management unit; the receiving main body part is used for setting relevant information of a model database platform.
Furthermore, the model auditing module comprises a platform self-checking module and an expert auditing module, wherein the platform self-checking module is used for carrying out model self-checking work according to a modeling standard set by a basic supporting layer, carrying out check on basic naming and interactive contents of a universal model in handover contents, and sending all data to the expert auditing module after the self-checking is passed; and the expert examination module is used for reexamining the model appearance of the general model according to a standard system set by the basic supporting layer, and sending all data to the model storage module after the examination is passed.
Further, the data requirement unit or department received in the model sharing module needs data, including: the method comprises the following steps of sharing a common model, updating a data packet list, retrieving a data packet, applying and auditing sharing, and sharing a service function by remote file transmission results.
Further, the business application layer comprises an analysis application module and a sharing application module, wherein the analysis application module is used for developing specific customization based on database data according to data requests of data demand units or departments, and displaying analysis results through the release display layer; and the shared application model is used for auditing the data request input by the data request unit or department through the issuing display layer according to a preset user-authority mapping relation table, and opening the corresponding data in the database to the data request unit or department for sharing after the auditing is passed.
Further, the user-right mapping relation table refers to setting different access rights to different general models in the database according to the levels of different users.
Furthermore, the release presentation layer comprises an information release module, a quick retrieval module, a comprehensive presentation module and a service application and model management inlet; the information release module is used for displaying news bulletin and model release dynamic information; the quick retrieval module is used for retrieving the request data by a data demand unit or department; the comprehensive display module is used for performing diagrammatized display on the comprehensive information of the database; the business application and model management inlet is used for providing an interface for a data demand unit or a model data management unit.
In a second aspect of the present invention, a method for managing issuing of a three-dimensional design universal model of a substation is provided, which includes the following steps: 1) the model management returning unit uploads the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model to be published to a pre-constructed system for managing the publication of the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model, wherein the system comprises a basic supporting layer, a data storage layer, an operation and maintenance management layer, a service application layer and a publication display layer; 2) the operation and maintenance management layer carries out model transfer, audit, warehousing, updating and sharing on the uploaded three-dimensional design general model of the transformer substation; 3) the service application layer carries out statistical analysis and sharing application on the existing stored data in the database according to the request information sent by the data demand unit, and sends the statistical analysis result and the sharing information to the release display layer for display.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages: 1. a series of management processes for handing over the three-dimensional design general model of the transformer substation into a warehouse are formulated in the operation and maintenance management layer, and centralized storage and unified management of the three-dimensional design digital model of the transformer engineering are realized. 2. The business application layer is provided with an analysis application module and a sharing application module, and statistical analysis and sharing use are carried out on the basis of general model data in a database, so that the expanding application and cross-software platform sharing of the three-dimensional design digital model of the power transformation engineering are realized. 3. In the service application layer, the shared application module maintains a user-authority mapping relation table with the grades of different users, thereby realizing the hierarchical management of the general model in the database. 4. The invention provides functional entrance and related information display for each user in the publishing display layer by means of web pages or clients and the like, and the information display forms are various. The invention realizes the centralized storage, unified management, application expansion, cross-professional communication and cross-software platform sharing of the three-dimensional design digital model of the power transformation project, effectively improves the three-dimensional digital design efficiency and quality of the power transformation project, and promotes the intelligent construction and high-quality construction process of the power grid project. The method can be widely applied to the field of three-dimensional digital design management application.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1, the system for managing release of a three-dimensional design general model of a transformer substation (hereinafter referred to as a management system) provided by the invention includes a basic support layer, a data storage layer, an operation and maintenance management layer, a service application layer, and a release display layer. The basic supporting layer is used for setting a deployment architecture and a standard system of a database framework of the whole management system; the data storage layer is used for storing the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model which is checked by the operation and maintenance management layer into a database according to a standard system arranged in the basic supporting layer; the operation and maintenance management layer is used for conducting model transfer, auditing, warehousing, updating and sharing process management on the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model input by the release display layer by taking a data management flow as a guide; the service application layer is used for developing statistical analysis and sharing application according to the existing data information stored in the database, and displaying the statistical analysis result and the sharing information through the release display layer; the publishing and displaying layer is used for providing functional entries and displaying related information for each user in the form of a web page or a client and the like.
Furthermore, in the basic support layer, the deployment architecture of the whole management system database framework comprises hardware deployment and software deployment, wherein the hardware deployment refers to the realization of basic data storage and information security physical isolation functions by setting a database server and a firewall; the software deployment refers to the realization of management application of a database, a front-end client access function and the like through database software, client software (webpage type) and the like.
The standard system of the whole management system is a relevant standard rule for guiding the content and depth of each layer of the management system, is a software and hardware requirement for supporting the realization of the management system, is a supportability rule for establishing, operating, maintaining and using the whole database, and guides how each layer of the management system is deployed and realized. Further, the data storage layer standardizes the structural form of data storage of the three-dimensional design general model of the substation in the management system. Specifically, according to the characteristics of data stored in the general model database, the data can be divided into three types: structured data storage, semi-structured data storage, and unstructured data storage. The specific requirements of the data demand units (departments) on the data comprise: and the functions of sharing a common model, updating a data packet list, retrieving a data packet, sharing application and audit, transmitting files in different places and the like are achieved to share business functions.
Further, a model handover application template is arranged in the model handover module, and the model handover application template comprises three parts, namely handover content, a handover initiating main body and a receiving main body, wherein the handover content part is used for setting or uploading a handover application, a result model, a list catalog and other instruction files; the transfer initiating main body is used for setting the relevant information of the model returning management unit; the receiving body section is used for setting model data management unit-related information.
Furthermore, the model auditing module comprises a platform self-checking module and an expert auditing module, wherein the platform self-checking module is used for carrying out model self-checking work according to standards such as modeling standards and the like arranged on a basic supporting layer, carrying out inspection on basic naming, interaction and other contents of the universal model in the handover contents, and sending all data to the expert auditing module after the self-checking is passed; and the expert examination module is used for reexamining the model appearance and the like of the general model according to a standard system arranged on the basic supporting layer, and sending all data to the model storage module after the examination is passed.
Further, the business application layer specifies methods for statistical analysis, assisted management, and application sharing of data stored by the system. Specifically, the business application layer includes an analysis application module and a sharing application module, the analysis application module is used for developing specific customization based on database storage data according to data requests of data demand units (departments), and model demand information can be analyzed for submitted model warehousing applications; aiming at the model updating content of the database, the recent updating situation of the general equipment library can be obtained through analysis; and the shared application module is used for auditing the data request input by the data request unit (department) through the release display layer according to a preset user-authority mapping relation table, and opening the corresponding data in the database to the data request unit (department) for sharing after the auditing is passed. In the user-authority mapping relation table, different access authorities for different three-dimensional design general models in the database are set according to the levels of different users, so that hierarchical management is realized.
Further, the publishing and displaying layer specifies a publishing and displaying mode of the universal model result library. The system comprises an information publishing module, a quick retrieval module, a comprehensive display module and a business application and model management inlet. The information release module is used for displaying news bulletin and model release dynamic information and the like; the quick retrieval module is used for quickly retrieving data stored in the database by a data demand unit (department); the comprehensive display module is used for performing diagrammatized display on the comprehensive information of the database; business application and model management portals are used to provide interfaces for data demand units (departments) or model data management units.
Based on the system for managing the release of the three-dimensional design general model of the transformer substation, the invention also provides a method for managing the release of the three-dimensional design general model of the transformer substation, which comprises the following steps:

A system for managing the release of a three-dimensional design universal model of a transformer substation is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a basic supporting layer, a data storage layer, an operation and maintenance management layer, a service application layer and a release display layer;
the basic supporting layer is used for setting a deployment architecture and a standard system of a database framework of the whole management system;
the operation and maintenance management layer is used for conducting model transfer, audit, warehousing, updating and sharing process management on the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model input by the release display layer by taking a data management process as a guide;
the data storage layer is used for storing the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model which is checked by the operation and maintenance management layer into a database according to a standard system arranged in the basic supporting layer;
the service application layer is used for developing statistical analysis and sharing application according to the existing data information stored in the database and sending the statistical analysis result and the sharing information to the release display layer;
the release display layer is used for providing functional entries and related information display for each user in a web page or client form.

The system for managing the release of a substation three-dimensional design generic model according to claim 1, characterized in that: when the data storage layer stores the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model, structured data storage, semi-structured data storage and unstructured data storage are respectively adopted for storage according to the structural form of the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model data.

The system for managing the release of a substation three-dimensional design generic model according to claim 1, characterized in that: the operation and maintenance management layer comprises a model handover module, a model auditing module, a model warehousing module, a model updating module and a model sharing module;
the model transfer module is used for uploading model transfer application submitted by a model management returning unit through the release display layer to the system;
the model auditing module is used for auditing the uploaded model handover application and sending the uploaded model handover application to the model warehousing module after the uploaded model handover application passes the auditing;
the model storage module is used for automatically processing and converting different handover contents according to preset storage and classification rules and then storing the handover contents into a database by the data storage layer;
the model updating module is used for sending a request of a newly added device to the model transfer module to carry out transfer warehousing process again when a model management returning unit provides the request;
the model sharing module is used for providing cross-unit and cross-region achievement sharing service for data demand units or departments on the basis of the database.

A system for managing the release of a substation three-dimensional design generic model according to claim 3, characterized in that: the model transfer module is internally provided with a model transfer application template, the model transfer application template comprises three parts, namely transfer content, a transfer initiating main body and a receiving main body, and the transfer content part is used for setting or uploading a transfer application, a result model, a list directory and other instruction files; the transfer initiating main body is used for setting relevant information of a model returning management unit; the receiving main body part is used for setting relevant information of a model database platform.

A system for managing the release of a substation three-dimensional design generic model according to claim 3, characterized in that: the model auditing module comprises a platform self-checking module and an expert auditing module, wherein the platform self-checking module is used for carrying out model self-checking work according to a modeling standard set by a basic supporting layer, carrying out check on basic naming and interactive contents of a universal model in handover contents, and sending all data to the expert auditing module after the self-checking is passed; and the expert examination module is used for reexamining the model appearance of the general model according to a standard system set by the basic supporting layer, and sending all data to the model storage module after the examination is passed.

A system for managing the release of a substation three-dimensional design generic model according to claim 3, characterized in that: the data requirement unit or department received in the model sharing module needs data, and the data requirement unit or department needs data, including: the method comprises the following steps of sharing a common model, updating a data packet list, retrieving a data packet, applying and auditing sharing, and sharing a service function by remote file transmission results.

The system for managing the release of a substation three-dimensional design generic model according to claim 1, characterized in that: the business application layer comprises an analysis application module and a sharing application module, wherein the analysis application module is used for developing specific customization based on database data according to data requests of data demand units or departments and displaying analysis results through the release display layer; and the shared application model is used for auditing the data request input by the data request unit or department through the issuing display layer according to a preset user-authority mapping relation table, and opening the corresponding data in the database to the data request unit or department for sharing after the auditing is passed.

The system for managing the release of a substation three-dimensional design generic model according to claim 7, characterized in that: the user-authority mapping relation table refers to different access authorities set for different general models in the database according to the levels of different users.

The system for managing the release of a substation three-dimensional design generic model according to claim 1, characterized in that: the release display layer comprises an information release module, a quick retrieval module, a comprehensive display module and a service application and model management inlet; the information release module is used for displaying news bulletin and model release dynamic information; the quick retrieval module is used for retrieving the request data by a data demand unit or department; the comprehensive display module is used for performing diagrammatized display on the comprehensive information of the database; the business application and model management inlet is used for providing an interface for a data demand unit or a model data management unit.
10. A method for managing the release of a three-dimensional design generic model of a substation using the system according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) the model management returning unit uploads the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model to be published to a pre-constructed system for managing the publication of the transformer substation three-dimensional design general model, wherein the system comprises a basic supporting layer, a data storage layer, an operation and maintenance management layer, a service application layer and a publication display layer;
2) the operation and maintenance management layer carries out model transfer, audit, warehousing, updating and sharing on the uploaded three-dimensional design general model of the transformer substation;
3) the service application layer carries out statistical analysis and sharing application on the existing stored data in the database according to the request information sent by the data demand unit, and sends the statistical analysis result and the sharing information to the release display layer for display.
