本发明公开了一种保健黄芪茶，属于保健食品技术领域。所述保健黄芪茶是将黄芪饮经当归煎煮液浸泡后得到，具体是先将当归加水煎煮，过滤，取药液浸泡黄芪使吸干药液为度，烘干黄芪饮片，即得。本发明的保健黄芪茶具有促进造血、调节免疫功能、保护心脑血管等作用。湿盛中满，大便泄泻，阴虚火旺的体质，血热型体质其实都不适合用。

本发明属于保健食品技术领域，具体涉及一种保健黄芪茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国为饮茶大国，茶文化源远流长，市场上的保健饮品种类繁多，效果亦是良莠不齐。随着我国经济的发展、国家的富强及人们生活水平的提高，饮食结构发生重大变化，“三高”人群呈逐年上升的态势，身心亚健康已对生活质量造成重大威胁，引起国家及社会的广泛关注，WHO公布的一项调查结果表明，全世界真正健康的人口只占5％，亚健康人口占75％，其余为疾病状态。
随着现代社会的进步，当代人的生活越来越忙碌、工作越来越繁琐，使得许多人身体素质越来越差，天天面对电脑，不仅易疲劳，而且易出现肥胖病、“三高”或一些呼吸道、体虚等职业病，严重的危害着人们的身体健康。
现有的保健茶种类繁多，但大多存在不足，如：效果单一，无法长期饮用，在长期预防疾病过程中收效甚微，保健效果不理想；而且由于所选取的原料和制备方法的原因导致其口感不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保健黄芪茶，该保健茶选用药食同源的黄芪、当归作为原料，具有促进造血、调节免疫功能、保护心脑血管等作用。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种保健黄芪茶，是将黄芪置于当归煎煮液中浸泡，烘干后得到。
上述保健黄芪茶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1，取黄芪和当归备用，黄芪和当归的用量比为5：1；
步骤2，将当归加水煎煮，煎煮液过滤，得到当归药液；
步骤3，将黄芪置于当归药液中浸泡，使黄芪吸收药液；
步骤4，将吸收当归药液的黄芪烘干，即得保健黄芪茶；。
在本发明的一个实施例中，为方便携带，将黄芪经特殊加工，制成丝状，长2-3cm、宽0.1-0.2cm的丝状，然后置于当归药液中浸泡。
本发明的保健黄芪茶配方中用到的黄芪，当归属药食同源，可用于保健茶的生产。李东垣是中国医学史上的“金元四大家”之一，是脾胃学说的创始人。李东垣在其著作中有一个著名的补气血的良方：黄芪当归汤。
本发明将黄芪当归汤经特殊工艺改成泡茶服，制得的保健黄芪茶具有促进造血、调节免疫功能、保护心脑血管等作用。湿盛中满，大便泄泻，阴虚火旺的体质，血热型体质其实都不适合用。

实施例1
将黄芪当归汤经特殊工艺改成泡茶服。黄芪经特殊加工，制成丝状，长2-3cm、宽0.1-0.2cm的丝状，当归加水煎煮，过滤，取药液浸泡黄芪丝使吸干药液为度，烘干黄芪丝，即得。其中，黄芪和当归的用量比为5：1。
本发明的保健黄芪茶配方中用到的黄芪，当归属药食同源，可用于保健茶的生产。

1.一种保健黄芪茶，其特征在于：所述保健黄芪茶是将黄芪置于当归煎煮液中浸泡，烘干后得到。
2.权利要求1所述的保健黄芪茶的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤1，取黄芪和当归备用，黄芪和当归的用量比为5：1；
步骤2，将当归加水煎煮，煎煮液过滤，得到当归药液；
步骤3，将黄芪置于当归药液中浸泡，使黄芪吸收药液；
步骤4，将吸收当归药液的黄芪烘干，即得保健黄芪茶。
3.权利要求1所述的保健黄芪茶在制备促进造血的产品中的应用。
4.权利要求1所述的保健黄芪茶在制备调节免疫功能的产品中的应用。
5.权利要求1所述的保健黄芪茶在制备保护心脑血管的产品中的应用。
