Thirdly, in the using process, no gluing device, no gluing roller, no extruding roller, no pressing roller 1, no pressing roller 2 and no gluing box are arranged on the surface of the blank substrate, and no gluing mechanism capable of being matched with the models of different molecular sieve rotating wheel honeycomb blank substrates is arranged, so that the difficulty of finished product forming is increased, the defective quantity is large, and the economic efficiency is influenced.
Fourthly, the rewinding device is not provided with a drying mechanism, and the problem of drying of glue remained in the diameter of the roll after the honeycomb blank of the molecular sieve rotating wheel is rolled in the process of material collection of the material collecting roll is solved, so that the material collecting roll cannot meet the molding requirement for a long time, the work efficiency of a product is seriously influenced, and the production cost is increased; in the using process, the honeycomb blank of the molecular sieve runner deforms, and the surface fiber is pulled to crack and the like.

2. After the honeycomb blank substrate of the molecular sieve rotating wheel is subjected to width limiting adjustment, deviation correction by a deviation correction mechanism, gluing, tension roller adjustment and aligning carrier roller adjustment, the forming efficiency of the blank material is enhanced, and the difficulty of manual rolling is further reduced; and (4) rapidly drying the rolled blank base material through a drying mechanism with an adjustable position.
3. The invention provides a novel rewinding device for honeycomb blanks of molecular sieve rotating wheels, which can realize rewinding devices for honeycomb blanks of molecular sieve rotating wheels of different models in batches, reduce the problem of difficulty in product forming caused by glue residue, improve the rewinding working efficiency of the honeycomb blanks of the molecular sieve rotating wheels, and enlarge the application range.

The drying mechanism 5 is a heating cavity structure formed by splicing a fan-shaped frame 5-5 and a fan-shaped drying box 5-8, namely the 'separable cover body structure' mentioned above, and the cover body structure has a wider adjustable range and has the functions of final limiting and correcting the rolling of the base material.
The working process of the invention is as follows: the honeycomb blank base material of the molecular sieve rotating wheel is clamped and attached to a blank base material wheel 2-4 through a material discharging clamping plate 2-3 and is conveyed to a position between two width limiting shafts 2-9 through a material discharging shaft 2-2; after being adjusted by the width limitation, the blank is conveyed to a deviation rectifying mechanism 3-2 and is transferred between a pneumatic cutter 3-5 and a cutter seat 3-6 through a first transition roller 3-3, and the processing length of the blank substrate can be controlled; after adjustment and deviation correction, the rubber is conveyed to a position between the rubber box 4-2 and the rubber extrusion roller 4-3C, and then conveyed to a position between the upper rubber roller 4-3A and the auxiliary pressing roller 4-3B; after the glue is uniformly coated, the glue is heated and dried by a heating plate 4-4 and then is conveyed to a position between a tension tray 4-7 and a tension roller 4-8 by a third transition roller 4-5; after tension adjustment, the second transition roller 3-7 winds and conveys the steel wire to a winding wheel 3-9, and a chain wheel motor is started to drive a driving gear 3-14 and an eccentric wheel 3-12 to rotate, so that a rocker arm 3-11 and an aligning carrier roller 3-10 swing up and down; after the surface adhesive force of the molecular sieve rotating wheel honeycomb blank base material is adjusted, the molecular sieve rotating wheel honeycomb blank base material is subjected to air drying by a first air heater 5-7 and a second air heater 5-9, and finally the forming process of the molecular sieve rotating wheel honeycomb blank is completed.
