Abstract
A method and system for rapidly inputting electronic certificate classification information comprises a first step S1 of generating an identification code from user information at a user terminal, wherein the user information at least comprises a user ID and a consumption label; a second step S2, at the development end, reading the identification code, acquiring the user information, associating the user information with the corresponding consumption information, and sending the user information and the corresponding consumption information as first information to the server; a third step S3, issuing, at the server, an electronic certificate according to the first information, and associating the electronic certificate with the consumption tag, and sending the electronic certificate as second information to the user; and the user ID is associated with at least one piece of opening information and is stored in the server. In the invention, the equipment of the user side and the opening side can be simplified; the processing speed and the transmission speed can be increased; the consumption label is associated with the electronic certificate, so that the user can conveniently and quickly count the consumption items of the user.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to the field of electronic certificates, and more particularly, to a method and system for quickly entering electronic certificate classification information.
Background
At present, electronic certificates are more and more commonly used, but the conventional electronic certificate providing system needs a user to provide more information, and a consumption terminal adds consumption information on the basis of the information provided by the user and then transmits the consumption information to the electronic certificate providing system. In the information transmission process, because the information types are more, for example: the unit name, tax number, etc. therefore, more data need to be transmitted, and more resources of the consuming terminal, the user terminal and the transmission network are occupied, even under extreme conditions, communication congestion occurs.
In addition, the user has the demand of making statistics on own consumption behaviors, in order to count own consumption items and know own financial conditions, the destination of each expense needs to be carefully recorded, and the expense is forgotten due to long time, so that the operation is complicated and inaccurate.
In view of this, it is an urgent problem to solve the problem of large information transmission amount and how to satisfy the user's demand for consumption statistics.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for quickly entering electronic certificate classification information, which includes a first step S1 of generating an identification code from user information at a user end, where the user information at least includes a user ID and a consumption label; a second step S2, at the development end, reading the identification code, acquiring the user information, associating the user information with the corresponding consumption information, and sending the user information and the corresponding consumption information as first information to the server; a third step S3, issuing, at the server, an electronic certificate according to the first information, and associating the electronic certificate with the consumption tag, and sending the electronic certificate as second information to the user; and the user ID is associated with at least one piece of opening information and is stored in the server.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the third step S3 includes, at the server, determining opening information based on the user ID in the first information; issuing an electronic certificate according to the consumption information and the issuing information in the first information; and associating the electronic certificate with the consumption label to be sent to the user as second information.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the user ID associates two or more pieces of opening information, the user information further includes an opening information number, and the server determines the opening information according to the opening information number.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second step S2 further includes the opening end reading the identification code and presenting the user information for confirmation by the user.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the consumption label comprises at least one of a diet expenditure, a laundry expenditure, an expenditure on daily routine.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the user side stores a plurality of pieces of user information for user selection.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the identification code is a two-dimensional code.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a system for quickly entering electronic credential classification information is provided, which includes a user information management module 11, an identification code generation module 12, an identification code reading module 21, a consumption information management module 23, an operation module 22, a user ID management module 31, an electronic credential development module 32, and a consumption tag association module 33, where the user information management module 11 is configured to manage and store user information, where the user information at least includes a user ID and a consumption tag; the identification code generation module 12 is connected to the user information management module 11, and is configured to generate an identification code from the user information; the identification code reading module 21 is configured to read the identification code and obtain the user information; the consumption information management module 23 is used for managing and storing the consumption information of the user; the operation module 22 is connected to the identification code reading module 21 and the consumption information management module 23, and is configured to associate user information with corresponding consumption information, and send the user information and the corresponding consumption information as first information to a server; the user ID management module 31 is configured to manage and store a user ID and its associated information; the electronic credential issuing module 32 is connected to the user ID management module 31, and is configured to determine issuing information according to the user ID in the first information, and issue an electronic credential according to consumption information and issuing information in the first information; the consumption tag association module 33 is configured to obtain a consumption tag in the first information, obtain an electronic credential, associate the electronic credential with the consumption tag, and send the electronic credential to the user as the second information.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the user information management module 11 and the identification code generation module 12 are located at a user side; the identification code reading module 21, the consumption information management module 23 and the operation module 22 are positioned at the development end; the user ID management module 31, the electronic credential issuing module 32 and the consumption tag association module 33 are located at the server.
In the invention, the equipment of the user side and the opening end can be simplified, so that the user side and the opening end can be set into more convenient equipment; the processing speed and the transmission speed can be increased; the consumption label is associated with the electronic certificate, so that the user can conveniently and quickly count the consumption items of the user.

In the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration, specific features of the invention, such that the advantages and features of the invention may be more readily understood and appreciated. The following description is an embodiment of the claimed invention, and other embodiments related to the claims not specifically described also fall within the scope of the claims.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for fast entry of electronic credential classification information.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for quickly entering electronic credential classification information includes, in a first step S1, generating an identification code from user information at a user end, where the user information at least includes a user ID and a consumption label; a second step S2, at the development end, reading the identification code, acquiring the user information, associating the user information with the corresponding consumption information, and sending the user information and the corresponding consumption information as first information to the server; a third step S3, issuing, at the server, an electronic certificate according to the first information, and associating the electronic certificate with the consumption tag, and sending the electronic certificate as second information to the user; and the user ID is associated with at least one piece of opening information and is stored in the server.
In the present invention, the user side refers to a terminal device used by a user, and may be a mobile terminal or a fixed terminal, and a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, is preferred in the present invention.
The user information refers to information which is provided by a user and used for issuing electronic certificates, and a consumption label which is set by the user and used for marking corresponding consumption.
In the invention, the information for issuing the electronic certificate, which is required to be provided by the user, is replaced by the user ID, the user ID can be formed by numbers, letters and the like, and the character segment of the user ID is small and has no practical significance.
The symbols set by the consumption label user and used for directionally marking corresponding consumption can be composed of numbers, characters, letters and the like, and the character segments of the symbols are small.
The user ID is associated with at least one piece of opening information and is stored in the server. For example, a correspondence table is set in the server, including the user ID and three pieces of opening information associated therewith.
When the user provides the user information to the opening end, the user ID and a certain consumption label set by the user form an identification code. And reading the identification code by an identification code reading module 21 positioned at the opening end to acquire user information. At this time, the user information obtained by the opening end is the user ID and the consumption information, and does not relate to the real opening information of the user, such as a unit name, a tax number, an address, a telephone, and the like, so that the personal information of the user is kept secret at the opening end, and the effect of protecting the privacy of the user is achieved.
The user side is provided with a module capable of converting the identification code of data (user ID and consumption tag).
Because the user ID is only a character numeric string corresponding to the opening information, the field of the user ID is less, the consumption label also belongs to an indicative character, and the field of the consumption label is smaller, the user ID and the consumption label are isolated from each other in the process of forming the identification code, so that the reading equipment can read quickly, the operation of functional modules of error correction, distinguishing and the like of the reading equipment can be reduced, and even the modules can be omitted, so that the equipment of a user end and the opening end can be simplified; in addition, the module for generating the identification code at the client has small calculation amount, and the generated identification code has less data, so that the processing speed can be increased.
And at the issuing end, associating the user information with the corresponding consumption information to obtain first information, wherein the association refers to setting a corresponding relation between the user information and the consumption information of the electronic certificate which the user intends to issue to obtain the first information, and sending the first information to the server. Therefore, the first information is smaller, and the storage resource and the network resource required for storing and transmitting the first information are fewer, so that the transmission speed is higher.
In the server, first information, namely a user ID, consumption information and a consumption label are acquired. Because the opening information associated with the user ID is stored in the server, the opening information can be obtained according to the user ID, the electronic certificate is opened according to the opening information and the consumption information, and further, the consumption label is associated with the electronic certificate, so that second information is obtained. The second information is the electronic document with the consumption label, the consumption label is arranged, the user can call, classify and calculate the electronic document according to the consumption label, the user can conveniently and quickly count own consumption items, and the financial condition of the user can be known.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the third step S3 includes, at the server, determining opening information based on the user ID in the first information; issuing an electronic certificate according to the consumption information and the issuing information in the first information; and associating the electronic certificate with the consumption label to be sent to the user as second information.
In the server, the user ID is pre-stored in the user ID management module 31 in correspondence with the opening information.
The electronic credential issuing module 32 first obtains the first information, then calls the associated issuing information from the user ID management module 31 according to the user ID in the first information, and then the electronic credential issuing module 32 issues the electronic credential according to the consumption information in the first information and the issuing information obtained from the user ID management module 31.
In the invention, because the server belongs to the background service equipment, the requirement on portability is lower than that of the user side and the development end in use, the data calculation amount and the transmission amount borne by the user side and the development end are reduced, and the corresponding calculation is completed by the server with strong functions, so that the user side and the development end can be set into more convenient equipment.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the user ID associates two or more pieces of opening information, the user information further includes an opening information number, and the server determines the opening information according to the opening information number.
In the invention, in the server, the user ID can reserve and associate a plurality of opening information, and number each user opening information, when the user provides the user information at the user end, the opening information number and the user ID are used as the user information together to generate the identification code, thereby realizing the selection of the opening information.
That is, a plurality of the opening information are stored in the server, and the user side only needs to store and provide the corresponding user ID and the opening information number, so that the data load of the user side is reduced, and the user side can be further simplified.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second step S2 further includes the opening end reading the identification code and presenting the user information for confirmation by the user.
In the invention, the opening end also comprises a display screen, sound equipment and the like, so that the opening end can present the user information provided by the user and provide the user with confirmation, correction and the like, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the information provided by the user.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the consumption label comprises at least one of a diet expenditure, a laundry expenditure, an expenditure on daily routine. When a user sets a consumption label, the consumption is classified in a detailed mode and identified, so that the user can count the consumption more conveniently.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the user side stores a plurality of pieces of user information for user selection.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the identification code is a two-dimensional code. When the two-dimensional code is adopted, the two-dimensional code can sufficiently bear the user information, can be realized depending on the existing equipment, and has low requirement on hardware equipment.

As shown in fig. 2, a system for quickly entering electronic credential classification information is provided, which includes a user information management module 11, an identification code generation module 12, an identification code reading module 21, a consumption information management module 23, an operation module 22, a user ID management module 31, an electronic credential development module 32, and a consumption tag association module 33, where the user information management module 11 is configured to manage and store user information, and the user information at least includes a user ID and a consumption tag; the identification code generation module 12 is connected to the user information management module 11, and is configured to generate an identification code from the user information; the identification code reading module 21 is configured to read the identification code and obtain the user information; the consumption information management module 23 is used for managing and storing the consumption information of the user; the operation module 22 is connected to the identification code reading module 21 and the consumption information management module 23, and is configured to associate user information with corresponding consumption information, and send the user information and the corresponding consumption information as first information to a server; the user ID management module 31 is configured to manage and store a user ID and its associated information; the electronic credential issuing module 32 is connected to the user ID management module 31, and is configured to determine issuing information according to the user ID in the first information, and issue an electronic credential according to consumption information and issuing information in the first information; the consumption tag association module 33 is configured to obtain a consumption tag in the first information, obtain an electronic credential, associate the electronic credential with the consumption tag, and send the electronic credential to the user as the second information.
The user selects the user information from the user information management module 11, and the identification code is processed into the identification code by the identification code generation module 12 and displayed.
The identification code reading module 21 reads the identification code, obtains the user information, and transmits the user information to the operation module 22, and the operation module 22 also obtains the consumption information provided by the consumption information module. The operation module 22 associates the user information with the consumption information and sends the user information and the consumption information as first information to the electronic credential issuing module 32.
The electronic credential issuing module 32 acquires the first information, acquires issuing information from the user ID management module 31 according to the first information, sends the electronic credential to the consumption tag association module 33 after issuing the electronic credential, and the consumption tag association module 33 associates the consumption tag with the electronic credential and provides the electronic credential as the second information to the user.

Claims (9)
1. A method for quickly inputting classified information of electronic certificates comprises,
a first step (S1) of generating, at a user side, an identification code from user information, the user information including at least a user ID and a consumption tag;
a second step (S2) of reading the identification code at the development end, acquiring the user information, associating the user information with corresponding consumption information, and sending the user information and the corresponding consumption information as first information to a server;
a third step (S3) of issuing, at the server, an electronic certificate based on the first information, and associating the electronic certificate with the consumption tag as second information to be sent to the user;
and the user ID is associated with at least one piece of opening information and is stored in the server.
2. The method according to claim 1, the third step (S3) comprising,
at the server, the server is provided with a plurality of servers,
determining opening information according to the user ID in the first information;
issuing an electronic certificate according to the consumption information and the issuing information in the first information;
and associating the electronic certificate with the consumption label to be sent to the user as second information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the user ID associates more than two pieces of opening information, the user information further includes an opening information number, and the server determines the opening information according to the opening information number.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the second step (S2) further comprises the opener reading the identification code and presenting the user information for confirmation by a user.
5. The method of claim 1, the consumption label comprising at least one of a dietary expenditure, a laundry expenditure, a daily expenditure.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the user terminal stores a plurality of user information for user selection.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the identification code is a two-dimensional code.

A system for quickly inputting electronic certificate classification information comprises a user information management module (11), an identification code generation module (12), an identification code reading module (21), an operation module (22), a consumption information management module (23), a user ID management module (31), an electronic certificate development module (32) and a consumption label correlation module (33),
the user information management module (11) is used for managing and storing user information, and the user information at least comprises a user ID and a consumption label;
the identification code generation module (12) is connected with the user information management module (11) and is used for generating an identification code from user information;
the identification code reading module (21) is used for reading the identification code and acquiring the user information;
the consumption information management module (23) is used for managing and storing the consumption information of the user;
the operation module (22) is respectively connected with the identification code reading module (21) and the consumption information management module (23), and is used for associating user information with corresponding consumption information and sending the user information and the consumption information as first information to a server;

9. The system of claim 8, wherein the user information management module (11) and the identification code generation module (12) are located at a user terminal;
the identification code reading module (21), the consumption information management module (23) and the operation module (22) are positioned at the development end;
the user ID management module (31), the electronic credential issuing module (32) and the consumption label correlation module (33) are located on a server.
