Technical Field

Background
The box for containing articles, namely collecting and centralizing the articles, is called a storage box, and compared with scattered articles, the storage box can limit and collect the positions of the articles, so that the storage box is convenient to place and carry.
But the receiver wants to accomodate more things, just needs bigger volume, leads to the placing of receiver to occupy a large amount of spaces from this, if the receiver uses soft material or beta structure to realize the flexible placing, the problem is placed to the solution receiver of certain degree, but the structural strength of this kind of receiver is lower, and stability is relatively poor, can't bear great inside weight and protect inside article.
Therefore, how to upgrade the existing storage box to overcome the above problems is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a telescopic storage box which can freely perform telescopic deformation in three directions, change the size capable of being stored and can be shaped through a locking mechanism after telescopic.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a sliding locking structure of a retractable storage box, which can realize retraction of the box in three directions while ensuring structural strength of the box, and provide a locking function.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a detachable top cover of a retractable storage case that can be deformed following the retractable deformation of the case body and can be detached and separated.
In order to achieve the purpose, the telescopic storage box adopts the technical scheme that the storage box body is rectangular and comprises side plates, a bottom plate and a top cover, the top cover is detachably and rotatably connected to the top of one side plate, the side plates, the bottom plate and the top cover all comprise two groups of telescopic plate assemblies which are symmetrically arranged inside and outside, clamping grooves are formed in two ends of the telescopic plate assemblies which are located inside, outer sliding cavities matched with the clamping grooves are formed in two ends of the telescopic plate assemblies which are located outside, the telescopic plate assemblies comprise a telescopic main plate and a telescopic auxiliary plate, guide grooves and positioning grooves are formed in the telescopic auxiliary plate, inner sliding cavities matched with the guide grooves and the positioning grooves are formed in the telescopic main plate, a longitudinal locking mechanism is arranged between two adjacent side plates, and a transverse locking mechanism is arranged on the side plate.
Specifically, the longitudinal locking mechanism comprises positioning blocks and longitudinal locks, the positioning blocks of the longitudinal locking mechanism are arranged in clamping grooves of the side plates at equal intervals, the longitudinal locks are transversely arranged in an outer sliding cavity of the side plates in a sliding mode, and the longitudinal locks are provided with longitudinal locks and can be clamped between two adjacent positioning blocks of the longitudinal locking mechanism.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: with traditional stereoplasm receiver design as multilayer sliding structure, this multilayer sliding structure can let the receiver slide the flexible deformation in three direction, expand into different shapes according to the demand, save space, realize the promotion of receiver holding capacity, wherein the curb plate is compared in bottom plate and top cap, still need have the sliding deformation of vertical direction, in order to reduce the space that sliding structure occupies, also in order to prevent the sliding deformation of vertical direction slip non-interference curb plate itself, increase receiver structural strength, combine the sliding deformation structure of vertical direction to set up in the junction of curb plate and curb plate, the receiver can reduce structural strength and stability after expanding multilayer sliding structure, consequently, increase locking mechanism consolidates and restrict the preventing the receiver and warp at will, the top cap can be dismantled with the curb plate and be connected, and top cap and curb plate are mutually cooperated and are connected, make the top cap can follow the curb plate and warp.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, fig. 1 is a form of a fully unfolded storage box, one preferred embodiment of the invention comprises side plates 1, a bottom plate 2 and a top cover 3, a storage box main body is rectangular, the structure is stable and convenient to stretch, one side of the top cover 3 is detachably connected to the top of one side plate 1 in a rotating manner, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected with the side plates 1 in an injection molding manner, the side plates 1, the bottom plate 2 and the top cover 3 comprise two groups of expansion plate assemblies 4 which are internally and externally symmetrically arranged, clamping grooves 411 are arranged at two ends of the expansion plate assembly 41 positioned at the inner side, outer sliding cavities 421 matched with the clamping grooves 411 are arranged at two ends of the expansion plate assembly 42 positioned at the outer side, stretching in the vertical direction of the storage box is realized, the expansion plate assembly 4 comprises an expansion main plate 43 and an expansion auxiliary plate 44, a guide groove 441 and a positioning groove 442 are arranged on the expansion auxiliary plate 44, an inner sliding cavity 431 matched with the guide groove 441 and the positioning groove 442 is arranged on the expansion main plate 43, so that when the storage box is fully stretched in three directions, the storage box can be lifted to 6 times the original volume to 7 times, and the two side plates 1 are arranged between the two adjacent side plates 1, and the storage box is provided with a transverse locking mechanism 1, and a lateral locking mechanism is arranged for limiting the storage box 6.
The longitudinal locking mechanism 5 comprises positioning blocks 7, a longitudinal locking seat 51 and longitudinal locking catches 52, the positioning blocks 7 of the longitudinal locking mechanism 5 are arranged in clamping grooves 411 of the side plate 1 at equal intervals, the longitudinal locking catches 52 are slidably arranged in the longitudinal locking seat 51, two ends of the longitudinal locking seat 51 are provided with fixing claws 53, the longitudinal locking seat 51 is fixed in an outer sliding cavity 421 of the side plate 1 through the claws 53, the longitudinal locking catches 52 are provided with reset inclined plates 54, the reset inclined plates 54 are abutted to the outer sliding cavity 421 of the side plate 1 to prevent the longitudinal locking catches 52 from sliding out of the longitudinal locking seat 51, the longitudinal locking catches 52 are laterally slidably arranged in the longitudinal locking catches 52, and the longitudinal locking catches 52 are provided with longitudinal locking heads 55 which can be clamped between two adjacent positioning blocks 7 of the longitudinal locking mechanism 5.
The telescopic plate component 41 of the side plate 1, which is positioned on the inner side, and the telescopic plate component 42 of the side plate 1, which is positioned on the outer side, are provided with at least one group of transverse locking mechanisms 6, each transverse locking mechanism 6 comprises a positioning block 7, a transverse locking seat 61 and a transverse locking buckle 62, the positioning blocks 7 of each transverse locking mechanism 6 are arranged in the positioning grooves 442 of the side plate 1 at equal intervals, each transverse locking buckle 62 is longitudinally and slidably arranged in the corresponding transverse locking seat 61, each transverse locking buckle 62 is provided with a transverse locking head 63, each transverse locking buckle 62 can be clamped between two adjacent positioning blocks 7 of the corresponding transverse locking mechanism 6, two ends of each transverse locking buckle 62 are clamped with a reset spring 621, each transverse locking head 63 is in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, a pressing groove 622 is formed in each transverse locking buckle 62, a pressing plate 623 extends outwards from the bottom of each pressing groove 622, and when the transverse locking buckle 62 is conveniently clamped, the pressing plates 623 can be manually pressed down and unlocked, and the stress area can be increased.
The positioning block 7 is T-shaped, so that the lock head can be better positioned and clamped, and the lock head is prevented from being separated.
The top cover 3 is connected with the side plate 1 through hinges, the outer extending main plate 43 of the top cover 3 and the outer extending auxiliary plate 44 of the top cover 3 are provided with hooks 31, the hooks 31 do not influence sliding extension and retraction of the outer extending main plate 43 of the top cover 3 and the outer extending auxiliary plate 44 of the top cover 3, and the side plate 1 is provided with a rotating shaft 11 matched with the hooks 31.
The top cap 3 joint groove 411 and top cap 3 constant head tank 442 one end is provided with stopper 32, be provided with on the top cap 3 inner slide chamber 431 and the top cap 3 outer slide chamber 421 with stopper 32 complex T font fixture block 33, when the outside expansion flap 44 of top cap 3 and top cap 3 inner expansion flap 44 roll-off to the biggest, T font fixture block 33 can block stopper 32, prevent the slip, the expansion flap subassembly 42 both ends at the outside of top cap 3 downwardly extending has outer limiting plate 34, the expansion flap subassembly 41 both ends at the inside of top cap 3 downwardly extending has interior limiting plate 35, outer limiting plate 34 covers interior limiting plate 35, because the expansion flap subassembly 42 at the outside of top cap 3 and curb plate 1 hinge connection, the slip deformation of expansion flap subassembly 42 at the outside of top cap 3 also can follow the slip deformation of curb plate 1, cover joint through outer limiting plate 34 to interior limiting plate 35, the expansion flap subassembly 41 at the outside of top cap 3 can follow the expansion flap subassembly 42 activity at the outside of top cap 3, and interior limiting plate 34 can play more stable covering effect to the box body.
The guide slot 441 has a U-shaped cross section, and a fixing plate 443 is extended outward from one side of the guide slot 441, so that installation errors can be reduced by an asymmetric design.
The top of the outer extending auxiliary plate 44 of the side plate 1 is outwards bent to be clamped with the outer extending main plate 43 of the side plate 1, structural stability is improved, the outer extending main plate 43 of the side plate 1 is provided with the handle 8 and the fixing ring 9, the handle 8 is convenient for carrying and deforming the box body, the fixing ring 9 is fixed with other objects, and the handle 8 is rotationally connected with the outer extending main plate 43 of the side plate 1, so that the box body surface is conveniently rotated to be stored.
As shown in fig. 10, this form is an initial form of the storage box, and in this state, the storage box is small in size and convenient to place.
As shown in fig. 11, this form is a form in which the storage case is unfolded in one direction, and only one of the unfolding modes is shown in the figure, and the storage case is suitable for placing long-strip-shaped articles, and can be opened in the vertical direction if a higher article needs to be placed.
As shown in fig. 12, this form is a form in which the storage case is unfolded in two directions, and only one of the unfolding modes is shown in the drawing.
