At present, new energy vehicles start to have an external discharge function, but the external discharge standards are different, a special discharge gun is mostly needed to be connected with the vehicles in a butt joint mode, and then a row of plugs are led out for discharging, so that the cost is high, and the operation is complex.
When a new energy automobile leaves a factory, most of the new energy automobiles are matched with a set of portable chargers (IC-CPD) shown in fig. 5 on the vehicle, the new energy automobile only has a charging function, and when the resistance between a vehicle identification charging gun CC and a PE is 680 omega +2700 omega, the vehicle enters a waiting charging state;
if the portable charger (IC-CPD) needs to purchase a special discharging gun as shown in fig. 6 during discharging, the discharging function is started when the resistance between the vehicle identification charging gun CC and the PE is 2000 Ω;

and (3) discharging state: when the charging gun 1-5 is inserted into a vehicle, the vehicle enters a discharging waiting operation state after detecting that the resistance values of CC and PE are R4+ RC +1.3K omega =4680 omega, and after a discharging function is manually started on the vehicle, the vehicle starts to discharge to the charging and discharging control box 1-3, at the moment, the inside of the charging and discharging control box 1-3 is electrified, but current is not output to the second temperature control three-plug 3-1; when the discharging adapter 2 is installed on the first temperature-control three-plug 1-1, the probe contacts 1-13 are in contact with the telescopic metal probe 2-2, the resistance R21300 omega on the R2 circuit board 2-7 is recognized by the charging and discharging control box 1-3 after a loop is formed, the charging and discharging control box 1-3 outputs current to the second temperature-control three-plug 3-1 after recognition, and the first temperature-control three-plug 1-1 outputs current to the discharging adapter 2 to complete discharging operation;
the charging state is as follows: when the charging guns 1-5 are inserted into the vehicle, the vehicle enters a discharge waiting operation state after detecting that the resistance values of the CC and the PE are R4+ RC +1.3K omega =4680 omega; after the first temperature-control three-plug 1-1 is connected to a household power socket, current is supplied to the charge and discharge control box 1-3 from the first temperature-control three-plug 1-1, at the moment, the charge and discharge control box 1-3 can recognize that the current is input in the direction of the first temperature-control three-plug 1-1 after being electrified, the charge and discharge control box 1-3 can close a normally open relay on a CC (contact resistance) and a PE (contact resistance) line, after the normally open relay is closed, the resistance values of the CC and the PE on a charging gun are R4+ RC =3380 omega, at the moment, the vehicle is switched from a waiting discharge operation state to a waiting charge state, and after the vehicle is subjected to self-inspection, the.

1. in the discharging process, for example, when the discharging adapter 2 is loosened or detached, the charging and discharging control box 1-3 detects that the R2 resistor is disconnected, and immediately stops supplying power to the second temperature-controlled three-plug 3-1.
2. Under the charging and discharging state, the temperature rise of the temperature control resistor arranged in the temperature control three-plug and the discharging adapter 2 is monitored in real time, and the point contact charging and discharging work can be carried out when the charging and discharging temperature is abnormal.
