Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a bamboo joint type drilling device suitable for a soft soil stratum, which not only can drill holes in the soft soil stratum, but also can prepare a bamboo joint type cement casing in the drilling process, and has the advantages of simple operation and obvious effect.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a construction method by adopting the bamboo joint type drilling device.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a bamboo joint type drilling device suitable for soft soil strata comprises a drilling machine, a mounting frame, a cylinder protecting die, a supporting piece and a material injection piece, wherein a drill bit is arranged in the mounting frame, the cylinder protecting die is arranged on the outer side of the mounting frame through the supporting piece, and the material injection piece is connected with the cylinder protecting die;
the drilling machine comprises a drill rod, a drill bit, a stirring rod and helical blades, wherein the drill bit, the stirring rod and the helical blades are all arranged on a rod body of the drill rod and are distributed from bottom to top;
the mounting frame comprises a barrel and a protective wall, the protective wall is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the barrel, and the drill rod is rotatably connected in the inner cavity of the barrel;
the cylinder protecting mold comprises an annular base, a circular table protecting cylinder, an air bag groove and a filling port, wherein the annular base is fixed at the bottom of the circular table protecting cylinder;
the supporting piece comprises a supporting rod, a supporting arm and a supporting block, one end of the supporting rod is hinged to the side wall of the bobbin, the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the supporting block, one end of the supporting arm is hinged to the side wall of the middle of the supporting rod, the other end of the supporting arm is connected to a sliding groove formed in the side wall of the bobbin in a sliding mode through a sliding block, and the supporting block abuts against the side wall of the top end of the circular truncated cone protective barrel; and the number of the first and second groups,

The bamboo joint type drilling device comprises the following construction steps:
s1: construction preparation: determining a design scheme of a drilling hole, selecting an adaptive drilling machine and placing in place, and preparing cement paste, demoulding oil and an air pump;
s2: assembling a drill bit: assembling the drilling machine, the mounting frame, the cylinder protecting die, the supporting piece and the material injection piece to form a complete drilling device;
s3: drilling preparation: drilling a drilling device at a construction position, wherein each material injection piece is correspondingly connected with each material injection port, and the other end of the inflation tube is connected with an air pump;
s4: drilling: opening a water outlet at the top of the drill bit, drilling, and screwing the drilling machine into the stratum;
s5: grouting the hole wall: screwing in a certain depth, starting an air pump to inflate the air bag, and then grouting the hole wall of the outer side wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder through the cement paste injection pipe to form strength, and then performing next construction;
s6: demolding the hole wall: injecting demoulding oil into the demoulding oil injection port through the demoulding oil injection pipe, so that the outer wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder is separated from the formed cement protective cylinder;
s7: continuing to precessing towards the stratum, drilling a next step, and repeating the steps S4-S6;
s8: the drill bit is separated: after the drill bit is drilled to a preset depth, the drill bit is pulled out upwards from the drill hole, meanwhile, the material injection piece is separated from the material injection port, and then cement slurry with certain expansibility is injected into the drill hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the hole collapse prevention effect is good: the reliable hole wall is formed by high-pressure cement slurry, and the strength is high;
2) the reliability is high: the expansion of the quality defect of the hole wall is limited by the bamboo joint type and layered type shape characteristics, and the hole forming quality is good;
3) the drilling efficiency is high: the spiral fan blades at the top of the drill bit are converted into rods, so that the contact area with the drilling soil body is reduced, the output torque of the machine is reduced, and the drilling efficiency is improved;
4) the construction is convenient: the device is simple to operate, does not need to protect auxiliary assembly such as a section of thick bamboo, and need only propose the drill bit after the pore-forming is accomplished can, no subsequent operation, convenient operation.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, for a first embodiment of the present invention, a bamboo joint type drilling device suitable for a soft soil stratum is provided, the device includes a drilling machine 1, a mounting frame 2, a casing mold 3, a support member 4 and a material injection member 5, wherein a drill bit 12 is arranged in the mounting frame 2, the casing mold 3 is arranged outside the mounting frame 2 through the support member 4, and the material injection member 5 is connected with the casing mold 3.
The drilling machine 1 comprises a drill rod 11, a drill bit 12, a stirring rod 13 and a helical blade 14, wherein the drill bit 12, the stirring rod 13 and the helical blade 14 are all installed on a rod body of the drill rod 11 and are distributed from bottom to top.
The mounting frame 2 comprises a barrel 21 and a protective wall 22, wherein the protective wall 22 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the barrel 21, and the drill rod 11 is rotatably connected in the inner cavity of the barrel 21.
The cylinder protecting mold 3 comprises an annular base 31, a circular table cylinder protecting 32, an air bag groove 33 and a filling opening 34, wherein the annular base 31 is fixed at the bottom of the circular table cylinder protecting 32, the air bag groove 33 is arranged in the side wall of the upper end of the circular table cylinder protecting 32, an air bag is arranged in the groove, the filling opening 34 is provided with a plurality of groups, the groups comprise a cement paste filling opening 34a, a demoulding oil filling opening 34b and a gas filling opening 34c, and the groups are all arranged on the side wall of the circular table cylinder protecting 32.
The supporting member 4 comprises a supporting rod 41, a supporting arm 42 and a supporting block 43, one end of the supporting rod 41 is hinged on the side wall of the bobbin 21, the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the supporting block 43, one end of the supporting arm 42 is hinged on the middle side wall of the supporting rod 41, the other end of the supporting arm is connected in a sliding groove formed in the side wall of the bobbin 21 in a sliding mode through a sliding block, and the supporting block 43 abuts on the top end side wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32.
And the material injection part 5 comprises a cement paste injection pipe 51, a demoulding oil injection pipe 52 and an air inflation pipe 53, and each material injection pipe is correspondingly communicated with the cement paste injection port 34a, the demoulding oil injection port 34b and the air inflation port 34c respectively.
The stirring rod 13 is in the shape of an inverted circular truncated cone, and the upper end thereof has the same diameter as the radial diameter of the helical blade 14.
A water guide pipe is arranged in the drill rod 11, a water outlet is arranged on the side wall of the drill bit 11, and the water outlet is communicated with the water guide pipe.
The radial diameter of the retaining wall 22 is equal to the inner diameter of the ring of the annular base 31, while the top outer edge thereof is provided with a flange, the bottom of which is in movable contact with the top side wall of the annular base 31; the radial diameter of the flange is smaller than the annular inner diameter of the upper end of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32.
The annular outer diameter of the annular base 31 is larger than that of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32, and the annular inner diameter of the annular base is smaller than that of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32.
The outer side wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32 is provided with wave-shaped grooves.
The cement paste injection port 34a and the demolding oil injection port 34b are arranged on the side wall of the lower end of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32, the cement paste injection port 34a is located below the demolding oil injection port 34b, and the air inflation port 34c is located in the side wall of the upper end of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32.
Each pipe orifice of the material injection part 5 is provided with a buckle M, the buckle M is positioned on the flange, the material injection port 34 is positioned on the side wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32 and is provided with a clamping seat N, and the buckle M and the clamping seat N are mutually matched.
The radial section of the annular base 31 is wedge-shaped, and the top of the stirring rod 13 and the bottom of the annular base 31 are positioned on the same horizontal plane.

Further, with reference to fig. 2 and 3, a drill rod 11 in the drilling machine 1 is a rotating shaft, a drill bit 12, a stirring rod 13 and a helical blade 14 are all distributed and mounted on a rod body of the drill rod 11, the drill bit 12 is located at the bottommost part of the drill rod 11, the bottom of the drill bit 12 is sharp and is in an inverted conical shape, a side wall of the drill bit is provided with a certain special-shaped curved surface to facilitate screwing in soft soil, a water outlet is formed in the side wall of the curved surface and is connected with a water guide pipe arranged inside the drill rod 11, namely, in the working process of the drill bit 12, water is discharged from the water outlet, the formation humidity during screwing in is increased, and therefore the difficulty of drilling is reduced; the stirring rod 13 is positioned above the drill bit 12 and is formed by distributing reinforcing steel bars with different lengths, the whole body is in an inverted circular truncated cone shape along the radial direction so as to be matched with the drill bit 12 to perform downward rotary drilling, and when the drill bit 12 performs rotary drilling towards the underground, the stirring rod 13 further stirs the wet sludge, so that the treatment is easier; the helical blade 14 is located above the stirring rod 13, the radial diameter of the whole blade is the same as the maximum radial diameter of the stirring rod 13, the helical blade is used for conveying the fully-stirred sludge to the upper part of the drilling machine 1 and is located in the inner cavity of the cylinder protecting mold 3, and it needs to be noted that the sludge accumulated in the inner cavity of the cylinder protecting mold 3 needs to be timely pumped out in the construction process, so that the drilling machine 1 can continuously perform rotary drilling construction downwards.
In the mounting frame 2, the drill rod 11 is rotatably mounted in the inner cavity of the barrel 21, the barrel 21 is positioned above the helical blade 14 and used for mounting and protecting the operation of the drilling machine 1, the protective wall 22 is positioned at the bottom of the barrel 21 and is cylindrical, the radial diameter of the protective wall is the same as that of the inner ring of the annular base 31, namely the protective wall is attached to the inner ring of the annular base 31, the top of the protective wall is open and connected with the outer wall of the barrel 21 through a reinforcing rib, the edge of the outer wall of the protective wall is also provided with a flange, the radial diameter of the flange is larger than the annular inner diameter of the annular base 31 and can be placed on the top side wall of the annular base 31, the purpose of the flange is to push the protective cylinder mold 3 to advance to the deep drilling hole and also to be pulled out upwards from the protective cylinder mold 3, and the protective cylinder mold are separated.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the casing mold 3 is actually a mold for a cement casing wall, the bottom of the casing mold is an annular base 31 for breaking earth in a drilled hole, the radial section of the casing mold is wedge-shaped, the bottom of the casing mold is sharp and favorable for advancing, the width of the upper end of the casing mold is larger than the thickness of the circular truncated cone casing 32, and the bottom of the circular truncated cone casing 32 is installed at the middle position of the top end of the annular base 31; the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32 is in a circular truncated cone shape with a small upper part and a large lower part, the circular truncated cone protective cylinder is hollow, the annular inner diameter of the upper end of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder is slightly larger than the radial diameter of the flange of the protective wall 22, so that the mounting frame 2 can be taken out of the inner cavity of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32 smoothly, and the outer side wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32 is provided with wave line grooves, so that when the prefabricated cement protective cylinder wall is formed, the inner side wall of the prefabricated cement protective cylinder is provided with the wave line grooves, and the strength of the cement protective cylinder wall can be improved; the air bag groove 33 is arranged in the side wall of the upper end of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32, the notch is positioned on the outer side facing the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32, the air bag is arranged in the groove, when the air bag is inflated, the air bag expands towards the outer side of the protective cylinder from the notch, so that a closed area is formed among the outer side wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32, the annular base 31, the drilling wall and the air bag, and cement slurry is filled into the closed area to form the cement protective cylinder; the cement paste is injected from a cement paste injection port 34a in the injection port 34, the injection port 34 further comprises a plurality of demoulding oil injection ports 34b and an air charging port 34c, and the cement paste injection ports 34a and the demoulding oil injection ports 34b are distributed on the side wall of the bottom of the inner cavity of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32 at equal intervals; the purpose of arranging the demoulding oil injection port 34b at the bottom is similar, so that the cement pile casing formed in the closed area can be completely separated from the pile casing mould 3; the air charging port 34c is positioned at the upper end of the inner cavity of the circular truncated cone protective sleeve 32, and only a single air charging port 34c can be arranged.
Further, with reference to fig. 2 and 3, since the mounting frame 2 only contacts with the bottom of the circular truncated cone casing 32, in order to maintain stability during the construction process, the top of the circular truncated cone casing 32 is connected with the mounting frame 2 through the supporting member 4, the supporting member 4 is integrally similar to an umbrella rib structure, one end of the supporting rod 41 is lapped on the top of the circular truncated cone casing 32 through the supporting block 43, and the supporting arm 42 is used for limiting the unfolding angle of the supporting rod 41, and the maximum unfolding angle of the supporting rod contacts with the top of the circular truncated cone casing 32. The number of the supporting rods 41, the supporting arms 42 and the supporting blocks 43 is the same, and a plurality of groups are arranged, so that the connecting stability of the supporting member 4 can be improved by increasing the number of the groups.
Preferably, referring to fig. 5, a cement slurry injection pipe 51, a mold oil injection pipe 52, and an inflation pipe 53 in the injection member 5 are correspondingly connected to each injection port 34, and are respectively used for injecting cement slurry, mold oil, and inflation prepared on the ground into the closed area; as shown in fig. 6, it should be noted that the pipe orifices of the pipes are provided with fasteners M, the fasteners M are fixed on the flanges of the protection wall 22, the injection ports 34 are located on the inner side wall of the circular truncated cone protection cylinder 32, and the fasteners M and the fasteners N are matched with each other, so that when the drilling machine 1 is pulled out from the drilled hole, the injection members 5 can be separated from the injection ports 34 at the same time.
Example 2
Different from embodiment 1, the construction method of the bamboo joint type drilling device comprises the following construction steps:
s1: construction preparation: determining a design scheme of a drilling hole, selecting an adaptive drilling machine 1 and placing in place, and preparing cement paste, demolding oil and an air pump;
s2: assembling a drill bit: assembling a drilling machine 1, an installation frame 2, a cylinder protecting mould 3, a support piece 4 and a material injection piece 5 to form a complete drilling device;
s3: drilling preparation: drilling the drilling device at a construction position, correspondingly connecting each material injection part 5 with each material injection port 34, and connecting the other end of the inflation tube 53 with an air pump;
s4: drilling: opening a water outlet at the top of the drill bit 11, drilling, and screwing the drilling machine 1 into the stratum;
s5: grouting the hole wall: screwing in a certain depth, starting an air pump to inflate the air bag, and then grouting the hole wall of the outer side wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32 through a cement paste injection pipe 51 to form strength, and then performing the next construction;
s6: demolding the hole wall: injecting the mold oil into the mold oil injection port 34b through the mold oil injection pipe 52, so that the outer wall of the circular truncated cone protective cylinder 32 is separated from the formed cement protective cylinder;
s7: continuing to precessing towards the stratum, drilling a next step, and repeating the steps S4-S6;
s8: the drill bit is separated: after drilling to a predetermined depth, the drill bit 12 is pulled up from the borehole while the injection member 5 is separated from the injection port 34, and then cement slurry with a certain expandability is injected into the borehole.
Compared with the embodiment 1, further, before the device is used, construction preparation needs to be made in advance, a drilling scheme is determined according to the position to be constructed, all parts needed are prepared and sent to the construction position; before construction, assembling the drilling machine 1 and the pile casing mould 3 into a whole, preliminarily driving the drilling machine 1 and the pile casing mould 3 into the ground, connecting each injection piece 5 with an injection port 34, connecting each pipeline with a ground supply part, and then performing confirmation work before construction; in the construction process, the drilling machine 1 is started firstly, the drill bit 11 rotates, water is discharged from a water outlet, the drilling bit 11 is matched with rotary digging, when the strength of the wall of a drill hole is insufficient and the depth is greater than or equal to the height of the protecting cylinder mold 3, the air pump is started to inflate the air bag, so that the protecting cylinder mold 3 and the wall of the drill hole form a closed area, cement slurry is injected into the closed area through the cement slurry injection pipe 51, after a period of time, when cement slurry is solidified to form a cement protecting cylinder, demolding oil is injected into the closed area through the demolding oil injection hole 34b, so that the cement protecting cylinder and the protecting cylinder mold 3 are in an easily separated state, the air pump is started, air in the air bag is pumped out, the air bag is withdrawn into the air bag groove, the drilling machine 1 is started to drill downwards, the cement protecting cylinder is separated from the protecting cylinder mold 3, when the depth of the protecting cylinder mold 3 is reached again, the steps are repeated, continuous construction is carried out, so that the cement protecting cylinder forms a bamboo joint type continuous protecting wall, the strength of the integral cylinder wall is greatly improved; after the drilling and the cement protective cylinder wall are finished, building materials such as cement paste with certain expansibility and reinforcing steel bars are injected into the finished drilling, and the aim is that the cement paste added later is solidified and expanded to be tightly attached to the cement protective cylinder wall, so that the whole body is more stable and firm.
