Abstract
本发明提供了一种隧道窑,包括环轨、与所述环轨轨道连接的窑室,所述隧道窑还包括第一闸门、第二闸门、第三闸门、伸缩窑室,所述窑室依次分段为湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段、湿坯烘干段、干坯预热段、焙烧段、保温段、冷却段,有益效果:进行无公害排放,节约焙烧能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及砖瓦机械,尤其涉及一种砖坯烧制的环形的隧道窑。
背景技术
在隧道窑的湿坯进窑烘干时,由于排潮负压,误吸入大量空气,引起脱硫塔排出气体的氧含量超标。另外现有的隧道窑在焙烧的过程中产生大量的热量损耗,保火能力不强,从而造成了能源的损耗。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种隧道窑,本隧道窑预烘干段前进时可伸缩,能使得烟气达到较低含氧量的达标排放;本装置的保火能力显著增强,节能性显著提供。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:一种隧道窑,包括环轨1、与所述环轨1轨道连接的窑室2,所述隧道窑还包括第一闸门3、第二闸门4、第三闸门5、滑动窑室6,所述窑室2依次分段为湿坯烘干段8、干坯预热段9、焙烧段10、保温段11、冷却段12,所述滑动窑室6与所述环轨1轨道连接,所述滑动窑室6可与所述窑室2交错重叠,所述第三闸门5设于所述滑动窑室6的外端,所述第二闸门4设于所述窑室2靠近所述第三闸门5的一端,所述第二闸门4与所述第三闸门5之间的空间为湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7,余热管道13一端与所述冷却段12连通,所述余热管道13的另一端与所述湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7连通。
进一步,所述第一闸门3设于所述窑室2中部,所述第一闸门3的两侧分别为所述隔断湿坯烘干段8和所述干坯预热段9。
进一步,所述隧道窑含有内抽风管道14、外抽风管道15,所述内抽风管道14、外抽风管道15合并后送入所述湿坯烘干段8的支管道,所述湿坯烘干段8的所述支管道与排潮管道16连接,所述排潮管道16与地下环形密封通道17连接,所述地下环形密封通道17与脱硫塔18连接。
进一步,所述隧道窑的所述余热管道13通过风机与所述湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7连接。
本发明的有益效果:本隧道窑包括窑室2、供窑室2旋转的内、外圆形轨道即本申请的环轨1、余热管道13、内抽风管道14、外抽风管道15,旋转式隧道窑的窑室2包括烘干,排潮,预热,焙烧,保温,冷却。本发明在旋转式隧道窑的主体上设计了三个闸门,第一闸门设置在湿坯烘干段8与干坯预热段9分隔处,保证了旋转式隧道窑完成预热、焙烧、保温、冷却的密封性能,不会把湿坯烘干段8的湿汽带入干坯预热段9,影响制品质量,而且保证了旋转式隧道窑需要的保火的功能,杜绝了无风机窑炉无法保火的缺陷。第二闸门4设置在窑室2的靠近第三闸门5的端部,第三闸门5设置在滑动窑室6最前面,确保湿坯预热段的密封,这二道门在焙烧过程中,旋转隧道窑进湿坯时,交替关闭。保证湿坯进窑烘干时,由于排潮负压力误吸入大量空气,引起氧含量超标。焙烧段的烟气通过管道,设置在旋转窑主体的两侧,分别送入烘干段,干燥制品,方便设置的中间闸门。干净的焙烧冷却段余热,用单独管道,加接力风机送往湿坯的预热段,生产的湿坯蒸汽通过风机,进行无公害排放。同时余热管道13循环利用热量达到节能的目的。

以下结合附图与具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。

一种隧道窑,包括环轨1、与所述环轨1轨道连接的窑室2,所述隧道窑还包括第一闸门3、第二闸门4、第三闸门5、滑动窑室6,所述窑室2按照工艺次序依次分段为湿坯烘干段8、干坯预热段9、焙烧段10、保温段11、冷却段12,与依次进行的湿坯烘干、干坯预热、焙烧、保温、冷却的工艺链相一致。
所述滑动窑室6与所述环轨1轨道连接,所述滑动窑室6可与所述窑室2交错重叠,环轨1含有内层轨道和外层轨道,内层轨道和外层轨道均为形如列出轨的双轨结构,内层轨道安装窑室2,外层轨道安装滑动窑室6,使得滑动窑室能与窑室2交错重叠。所述第三闸门5设于所述滑动窑室6的外端,所述第二闸门4设于所述窑室2靠近所述第三闸门5的一端,所述第二闸门4与所述第三闸门5之间的空间为湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7,随着滑动窑室6的移动可以调节第二闸门4与所述第三闸门5之间的间距,从而实时的改变湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7的空间大小。余热管道13一端与所述冷却段12连通,所述余热管道13的另一端与所述湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7连通。
所述湿坯烘干段8位于所述第一闸门3、第二闸门4之间,所述第一闸门3的一侧依次为干坯预热段9、焙烧段10、保温段11、冷却段12,所述第一闸门3设于所述窑室2中部,所述第一闸门3的两侧分别为所述隔断湿坯烘干段8和所述干坯预热段9。第一闸门3起到隔热保火的作用,减少热量的散失。
所述隧道窑含有内抽风管道14、外抽风管道15,所述内抽风管道14、外抽风管道15合并后送入所述湿坯烘干段8的支管道,所述湿坯烘干段8的所述支管道与排潮管道16连接,所述排潮管道16与地下环形密封通道17连接,所述地下环形密封通道17与脱硫塔18连接。通过管道的层层连接最终于脱硫塔中排烟。
所述隧道窑的所述余热管道13通过风机与所述湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7连接。提供了余热管道气流交换的效率,该余热管道13为利用余热的管道,将窑室2的末段,即冷却段12所冷却散发的热量再次利用,用于最初的湿坯的预热排潮,达到节省能源的目的。
其中与地下环形密封通道17相连接的脱硫塔内置有风机,因此给抽风带来一定的动力,使得管道内形成负压,便于窑室的排潮。排潮过程中第三闸门5为密封关闭状态,送坯过程中第三闸门5打开,滑动窑室6使置于环轨1中间码放的环形的湿坯被送至湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7中,进入烧砖工艺链。待加工的砖坯固定码放不动,通过窑室内的运动实现砖坯的依次煅烧。在出货时,滑动窑室6不动,使窑室2运动,窑室2运动的同时湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段7空间缩小,那么在窑室2的另一端烧结完成的成品砖块呈现而出,通过该动作完成循环性的湿坯上料、产出成品。

1.一种隧道窑,包括环轨(1)、与所述环轨(1)轨道连接的窑室(2),其特征在于,所述隧道窑还包括第一闸门(3)、第二闸门(4)、第三闸门(5)、滑动窑室(6),所述窑室(2)依次分段为湿坯烘干段(8)、干坯预热段(9)、焙烧段(10)、保温段(11)、冷却段(12),所述滑动窑室(6)与所述环轨(1)轨道连接,所述滑动窑室(6)可与所述窑室(2)交错重叠,所述第三闸门(5)设于所述滑动窑室(6)的外端,所述第二闸门(4)设于所述窑室(2)靠近所述第三闸门(5)的一端,所述第二闸门(4)与所述第三闸门(5)之间的空间为湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段(7),余热管道(13)一端与所述冷却段(12)连通,所述余热管道(13)的另一端与所述湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段(7)连通,所述第一闸门(3)设于所述窑室(2)中部,所述第一闸门(3)的两侧分别为所述隔断湿坯烘干段(8)和所述干坯预热段(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道窑,其特征在于,所述隧道窑含有内抽风管道(14)、外抽风管道(15),所述内抽风管道(14)、外抽风管道(15)合并后送入所述湿坯烘干段(8)的支管道,所述湿坯烘干段(8)的所述支管道与排潮管道(16)连接,所述排潮管道(16)与地下环形密封通道(17)连接,所述地下环形密封通道(17)与脱硫塔(18)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道窑,其特征在于,所述隧道窑的所述余热管道(13)通过风机与所述湿坯预热排潮可伸缩段(7)连接。
