本发明公开了一种汽车侧窗玻璃的多功能自动打胶机,包含机架,机架上设置有烘干工位、打胶工位、压制工位和移栽机构;所述烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位上均设置有玻璃搭载模具,烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位上还分别设置有烘干机构、打胶机构和压制机构;所述移栽机构用于搬运侧窗玻璃工件,带动侧窗玻璃工件依次经过烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位;本方案将汽车侧窗玻璃的烘干、打胶和压制工序集中在一台设备上,并优化了设备在各个工位的加工机构和输送料机构,使设备可以对工件进行连续的自动化加工,并保证产品的质量;提高了加工效率,减少了人工需求,降低了人力成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车侧窗玻璃的多功能自动打胶机。
背景技术
目前,汽车侧窗玻璃的烘干、打胶和压制工序大多都是分开进行,由特定的加工设备配合人工完成;具有产线之间不连续,节拍慢,人员繁多等问题,没有集加热烘干玻璃、打胶及压制亮饰条等一体的工装,导致加工效率低下,人工成本较高。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种汽车侧窗玻璃的多功能自动打胶机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车侧窗玻璃的多功能自动打胶机,包含机架,机架上设置有烘干工位、打胶工位、压制工位和移栽机构;所述烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位上均设置有玻璃搭载模具,烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位上还分别设置有烘干机构、打胶机构和压制机构;所述移栽机构用于搬运侧窗玻璃工件,带动侧窗玻璃工件依次经过烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位。
优选的,所述烘干机构包含烘干装置和烘干升降组件,烘干装置上设置有风扇和加热管,烘干装置位于烘干工位上的玻璃搭载模具的上方,烘干升降组件带动烘干装置升降。
优选的,所述打胶机构包含前移滑台、横移滑台、升降滑台和打胶部件,前移滑台带动横移滑台沿前后方向移动,横移滑台带动升降滑台沿横向移动,升降滑台带动打胶部件升降。
优选的,所述压制机构包含压制台架、压制升降缸和压制板,压制升降缸设置在压制台架上,压制升降缸带动压制板升降,压制板通过导柱与压制台架配合。
优选的,所述压制工位上还设置有定位气缸,定位气缸与压制工位上的玻璃搭载模具配合,同于定位亮饰条工件。
优选的,所述机架上设置有工作台板,移栽机构位于工作台板的下方;所述移栽机构包含移栽台板、移栽滑轨和移栽滑座,移栽滑轨沿走料方向设置在移栽台板上,移栽滑座与移栽滑轨配合,移栽滑座上设置有滑动驱动装置和升降吸盘机械手,滑动驱动装置带动移栽滑座沿移栽滑轨滑动,升降吸盘机械手的吸盘工作穿过工作台板,伸至工作台板的上侧,工作台板上具有避让升降吸盘机械手的避让长槽,避让长槽由烘干工位延伸至压制工位。
优选的,所述移栽台板分别在烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位处设置有滑座锁紧部件,滑座锁紧部件与移栽滑座配合。
优选的,所述工作台板分别在烘干工位和打胶工位处设置有转动压紧缸,转动压紧缸用于压紧玻璃搭载模具上的工件。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本方案将汽车侧窗玻璃的烘干、打胶和压制工序集中在一台设备上,并优化了设备在各个工位的加工机构和输送料机构,使设备可以对工件进行连续的自动化加工,并保证产品的质量;提高了加工效率,减少了人工需求,降低了人力成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-5所示,本发明所述的一种汽车侧窗玻璃的多功能自动打胶机,包含机架1,机架1上设置有工作台板4、烘干工位、打胶工位、压制工位和移栽机构;所述烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位上均设置有玻璃搭载模具3,玻璃搭载模具3为与汽车侧窗玻璃形状匹配的仿形块,玻璃搭载模具3固定安装在工作台板4上,工作台板4分别在烘干工位和打胶工位处设置有转动压紧缸6,转动压紧缸6用于压紧玻璃搭载模具3上的工件。
所述移栽机构位于工作台板4的下方,移栽机构包含移栽台板2、移栽滑轨41和移栽滑座42,移栽滑轨41沿走料方向设置在移栽台板2上,移栽滑座42与移栽滑轨41配合,移栽滑座42上设置有滑动驱动装置和升降吸盘机械手43,滑动驱动装置带动移栽滑座42沿移栽滑轨41滑动,升降吸盘机械手43的吸盘工作穿过工作台板4,伸至工作台板4的上侧,工作台板4上具有避让升降吸盘机械手43的避让长槽5,避让长槽5由烘干工位延伸至压制工位。
所述移栽台板2分别在烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位处设置有滑座锁紧部件44,滑座锁紧部件44与移栽滑座42配合,用于将移栽滑座42锁定在当前工位。
所述烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位上分别设置有烘干机构、打胶机构和压制机构。
其中,所述烘干机构包含烘干装置11和烘干升降组件12,烘干装置11上设置有风扇和加热管,烘干装置11位于烘干工位上的玻璃搭载模具3的上方,烘干升降组件12带动烘干装置11升降。
所述打胶机构包含前移滑台21、横移滑台22、升降滑台23和打胶部件24,前移滑台21带动横移滑台22沿前后方向移动,横移滑台22带动升降滑台23沿横向移动,升降滑台23带动打胶部件24升降,升降滑台23上还设置有CCD视觉拍照装置,来检测打胶的涂覆质量。
所述压制机构包含压制台架31、压制升降缸32和压制板33,压制升降缸32设置在压制台架31上,压制升降缸32带动压制板33升降,压制板33通过导柱与压制台架31配合,压制板33的下侧表面上设置有与玻璃工件及亮饰条工件匹配的构造;所述压制工位上还设置有定位气缸34,定位气缸34与压制工位上的玻璃搭载模具3配合,同于定位亮饰条工件。
工作时,先由人工把玻璃放在玻璃搭载模具3上,玻璃搭载模具3上具有光纤感应器感应钉柱,感应到工件后,烘干工位即可启动,气缸下降,并且风扇及加热管开启,对玻璃进度底涂烘干,烘干时间可根据需要进行设置;底涂烘干后底部的吸盘机械手顶出,并吸真空抓取工件,然后移动到打胶工位,同样光纤感应玻璃后,依靠三轴打胶机构设定的轨迹及速度进行打胶,打胶机构还具有一级稳压器和二级稳压器,用于稳定地提供胶量;然后三轴打胶机构接受完成信号后,通过设定轨迹进行CCD视觉拍照及检测,并在显示屏显示实际涂覆状态,检测OK后,工件进入亮饰条压制工位,员工把亮饰条放置到位后,启动压制机构,通过龙门式机构的下压气缸及导向柱辅助进行下压动作,压制时间可以设置,两侧还有安全光栅保护防止下压过程中压到手等问题;随后完成加工。
其中,显示屏可以切换手自动模式,并且对关键工序有参数设置如底涂烘干时间、打胶速度和亮饰条压制时间等,可以满足节拍及工艺要求。

1.一种汽车侧窗玻璃的多功能自动打胶机,其特征在于:包含机架(1),机架(1)上设置有烘干工位、打胶工位、压制工位和移栽机构;所述烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位上均设置有玻璃搭载模具(3),烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位上还分别设置有烘干机构、打胶机构和压制机构;所述移栽机构用于搬运侧窗玻璃工件,带动侧窗玻璃工件依次经过烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位;
所述烘干机构包含烘干装置(11)和烘干升降组件(12),烘干装置(11)上设置有风扇和加热管,烘干装置(11)位于烘干工位上的玻璃搭载模具(3)的上方,烘干升降组件(12)带动烘干装置(11)升降;
所述打胶机构包含前移滑台(21)、横移滑台(22)、升降滑台(23)和打胶部件(24),前移滑台(21)带动横移滑台(22)沿前后方向移动,横移滑台(22)带动升降滑台(23)沿横向移动,升降滑台(23)带动打胶部件(24)升降;
所述压制机构包含压制台架(31)、压制升降缸(32)和压制板(33),压制升降缸(32)设置在压制台架(31)上,压制升降缸(32)带动压制板(33)升降,压制板(33)通过导柱与压制台架(31)配合;
所述压制工位上还设置有定位气缸(34),定位气缸(34)与压制工位上的玻璃搭载模具(3)配合,同于定位亮饰条工件;
所述机架(1)上设置有工作台板(4),移栽机构位于工作台板(4)的下方;所述移栽机构包含移栽台板(2)、移栽滑轨(41)和移栽滑座(42),移栽滑轨(41)沿走料方向设置在移栽台板(2)上,移栽滑座(42)与移栽滑轨(41)配合,移栽滑座(42)上设置有滑动驱动装置和升降吸盘机械手(43),滑动驱动装置带动移栽滑座(42)沿移栽滑轨(41)滑动,升降吸盘机械手(43)的吸盘工作穿过工作台板(4),伸至工作台板(4)的上侧,工作台板(4)上具有避让升降吸盘机械手(43)的避让长槽(5),避让长槽(5)由烘干工位延伸至压制工位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车侧窗玻璃的多功能自动打胶机,其特征在于:所述移栽台板(2)分别在烘干工位、打胶工位和压制工位处设置有滑座锁紧部件(44),滑座锁紧部件(44)与移栽滑座(42)配合。
