The resource acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to a wireless communication system. The wireless communication system may be a 5G system, or an Evolved Long Term Evolution (lte) system, or a subsequent Evolved communication system.
Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of a resource acquisition system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the resource acquisition system includes a first terminal 11 and a communication device 12. The first terminal 11 may perform a sidelink transmission with another terminal (which may be referred to as a "second terminal", not shown in the figure), the first terminal 11 is a sending terminal of the sidelink transmission, the second terminal is a receiving terminal of the sidelink transmission, and the second terminal may send the sidelink feedback information, for example, the second terminal may send the sidelink feedback information to the first terminal 11. The communication device 12 may be a network-side device or a third terminal, and the first terminal 11 may communicate with the communication device 12, for example, when the communication device 12 is a network-side device, the first terminal 11 may send an RRC (Radio Resource Control) connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the communication device 12, or may send a sidelink Resource request to the communication device 12; for example, when the communication device 12 is a third terminal, the first terminal 11 may send a sidelink resource request to the communication device 12.
The terminal may be a mobile communication device, for example: the Mobile phone may be a Mobile phone, a Tablet Personal Computer (Tablet Personal Computer), a Laptop Computer (Laptop Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), or the like. The network side device may be a 5G network side device (e.g., a gNB, a 5G NR NB), or may be a 4G network side device (e.g., an eNB), or may be a 3G network side device (e.g., an NB), or a network side device in a subsequent evolved communication system, and so on.
The embodiment of the invention provides a resource acquisition method applied to a resource acquisition system shown in fig. 1, which comprises the following steps:
in the case that a first terminal does not obtain a sidelink resource used by a second terminal to transmit sidelink feedback information, the first terminal performs at least one of:

In the embodiment of the present invention, when the second terminal needs to send the sidelink feedback information but the first terminal does not obtain the sidelink resource used by the second terminal to send the sidelink feedback information, the first terminal may obtain the corresponding sidelink resource by triggering an RRC connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request, or by sending an sidelink resource request. In this way, after the first terminal acquires the corresponding sidelink resource, the corresponding sidelink resource can be notified to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can use the corresponding sidelink resource to realize the sending of the sidelink feedback information, thereby improving the sidelink transmission performance.
Fig. 2 is a structural diagram of another resource acquisition system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the resource acquisition system includes a second terminal 21 and a communication device 22. The second terminal 21 may perform a sidelink transmission with another terminal (may be referred to as a "first terminal", not shown in the figure), the first terminal is a sending terminal of the sidelink transmission, the second terminal 21 is a receiving terminal of the sidelink transmission, and the second terminal 21 may send the sidelink feedback information, for example, the second terminal 21 may send the sidelink feedback information to the first terminal. The communication device 22 may be a network-side device, a first terminal, or a third terminal, the second terminal 21 may communicate with the communication device 22, for example, when the communication device 22 is a network-side device, the second terminal 21 may send an RRC (Radio Resource Control) connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the communication device 22, or may send an sidelink Resource request to the communication device 22; for example, when the communication device 22 is a first terminal or a third terminal, the second terminal 21 may send a sidelink resource request to the communication device 22.
2, which comprises the following steps:
in case the second terminal does not obtain its secondary link resources to use for transmitting secondary link feedback information, the second terminal performs at least one of:
transmitting a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the communication device;
sending a sidelink resource request to the communication device;
wherein the secondary link resource request is for requesting secondary link resources for transmitting the secondary link feedback information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the second terminal needs to send the sidelink feedback information but does not obtain the sidelink resource used for sending the sidelink feedback information, the second terminal may obtain the corresponding sidelink resource by triggering an RRC connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request, or by sending the sidelink resource request. In this way, after the second terminal acquires the corresponding sidelink resource, the corresponding sidelink resource can be used to realize the sending of the sidelink feedback information, thereby improving the transmission performance of the sidelink.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a resource obtaining method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the resource acquisition method includes the following steps:
step 301: in the case that a first terminal does not obtain a sidelink resource used by a second terminal to transmit sidelink feedback information, the first terminal performs at least one of:
transmitting a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the communication device;
a sidelink resource request is sent to a communication device.
Wherein the secondary link resource request is for requesting secondary link resources for transmitting the secondary link feedback information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal and the second terminal may be understood as two terminals performing sidelink communication, for example, the first terminal and the second terminal are two terminals performing sidelink unicast communication. The first terminal may be understood as a transmitting terminal performing sidelink communication, i.e. a terminal that needs to transmit data or is transmitting data, and the second terminal may be understood as a receiving terminal performing sidelink communication, i.e. a terminal that needs to receive data or is receiving data. Since data transmission and reception may be bidirectional, the transmitting terminal refers to a terminal that transmits data in a certain time interval, and the receiving terminal refers to a terminal that receives data of the transmitting terminal in the same time interval and needs to feed back the received data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sidelink feedback information may be understood as related information that needs to be sent by the second terminal for feeding back the received data in sidelink communication; the secondary link resources may be understood as resources used to transmit secondary link feedback information.
Optionally, the sidelink feedback Information includes at least one of HARQ (Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) feedback Information for a sidelink and CSI (Channel State Information) feedback Information for the sidelink. Wherein the HARQ feedback information may include at least one of HARQ-ACK (Acknowledgement) and HARQ-NACK (Negative Acknowledgement).
Optionally, the secondary link resource includes at least one of a PSFCH (Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel) resource and a PSSCH (Physical Sidelink Shared Channel) resource.
If the secondary link feedback information is HARQ feedback information for the secondary link, the secondary link resources comprise PSFCH resources for sending the HARQ feedback information; if the secondary link feedback information is the CSI feedback information for the secondary link, the secondary link resource includes a PSFCH resource or a PSSCH resource that transmits the CSI feedback information. Of course, if the HARQ feedback information is transmitted on other channels, the secondary link resource is not necessarily the PSFCH resource, but is a resource used for transmitting the HARQ feedback information on other channels (e.g., a resource used for transmitting the HARQ feedback information on the psch). Alternatively, if the PSFCH resources are also used for transmitting other information, the secondary link resources here should be the resources on the PSFCH used for transmitting HARQ feedback information.
The embodiment of the invention is suitable for the sidelink communication scene that the second terminal needs to send the sidelink feedback information but the first terminal does not obtain the sidelink resource used by the second terminal to send the sidelink feedback information.
Since the second terminal needs to send the sidelink feedback information, it needs to configure or allocate sufficient sidelink resources for the second terminal to send the sidelink feedback information, otherwise, the second terminal cannot implement sending the sidelink feedback information. In some cases, the network-side device or other resource allocation formula does not configure or allocate sidelink resources or does not configure or allocate sufficient sidelink resources, or the first terminal selects a resource pool that does not include sidelink resources based on the service requirement or other reasons. In these cases, it can be considered that the first terminal does not obtain the sidelink resource used by the second terminal to transmit the sidelink feedback information. When the first terminal does not obtain the secondary link resource used by the second terminal to send the secondary link feedback information, the second terminal cannot send the secondary link feedback information, which causes the problem of poor sidelink transmission performance.
It should be noted that, the fact that the first terminal does not obtain the sidelink resource used by the second terminal to transmit the sidelink feedback information may mean that the first terminal does not obtain the sidelink time-frequency domain resource used to transmit the sidelink feedback information at all, or that the first terminal does not obtain enough sidelink time-frequency domain resource used to transmit the sidelink feedback information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the above problem is encountered, the first terminal may implement acquisition of the sidelink resource in multiple ways, which will be specifically described below.
The first method is as follows: the first terminal sends an RRC connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the network side equipment.
In this manner, the first terminal is in an RRC IDLE state (i.e., RRC _ IDLE state) or an RRC INACTIVE state (i.e., RRC _ INACTIVE state), and no resource is allocated by other terminals. The communication device in step 301 is the above network side device.
Optionally, before the first terminal sends the RRC connection establishment request or the RRC connection recovery request to the network side device, the method further includes:
the first terminal receives a system message sent by a network side device, wherein the system message comprises configuration information used for transmission of a sidelink.
The second method comprises the following steps: and the first terminal sends a sidelink resource request to the network side equipment.
In this method, the first terminal is in an RRC connected state and is not allocated resources by another terminal. The communication device in step 301 is the above network side device.
Optionally, before the first terminal sends the sidelink resource request to the network side device, the method further includes:
the first terminal receives a system message or a dedicated signaling sent by a network side device, wherein the system message or the dedicated signaling comprises configuration information used for sidelink transmission.
The third method comprises the following steps: the first terminal sends a sidelink resource request to the third terminal.
In this embodiment, the first terminal is allocated resources by a third terminal, and the communication device in step 301 is the third terminal.
It should be noted that, when the first terminal operates in the mode-2d mode, it can also be understood that the first terminal is allocated resources by the third terminal. At this time, the first terminal may be a scheduled terminal in mode-2d mode, and the third terminal may be a scheduled terminal in mode-2d mode. Thus, while the first terminal is operating in this mode, the first terminal may send a sidelink resource request to the third terminal.
Here, the Mode-2d (or referred to as Mode 2d) Mode is a sub-Mode in which the terminal autonomously selects the resource Mode2, where there are a scheduling terminal and a scheduled terminal, and sidelink transmission of the scheduled terminal is scheduled by the scheduling terminal.
Optionally, before the first terminal sends the sidelink resource request to the third terminal, the method further includes:
and the first terminal receives the special signaling sent by the third terminal, wherein the special signaling comprises configuration information for the transmission of the sidelink.
The method is as follows: the first terminal sends an RRC connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the network side equipment, and under the condition that the RRC connection establishment of the first terminal is successful or the RRC connection recovery is successful, the first terminal also sends a secondary link resource request to the network side equipment.
By the method, the first terminal is possible to acquire the sidelink resources, and the first terminal can notify the acquired sidelink resources to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can use the sidelink resources to realize the sending of the sidelink feedback information, and the sidelink transmission performance is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining whether the first terminal obtains the secondary link resource is further provided.
That is, when a first terminal receives a system message or a dedicated signaling sent by a communication device, and the system message or the dedicated signaling includes configuration information for sidelink transmission, the first terminal does not obtain a sidelink resource used by a second terminal to send the sidelink feedback information, including:
the configuration information does not include sidelink resource indication information, and the sidelink resource indication information is used for indicating sidelink resources used for sending the sidelink feedback information.
That is, when the first terminal receives the system message or the dedicated signaling sent by the communication device, and the system message or the dedicated signaling includes the configuration information for the sidelink transmission, if the configuration information does not include the sidelink resource indication information, it may be determined that the first terminal does not obtain the sidelink resource used by the second terminal to send the sidelink feedback information.
Even if the configuration information includes the sidelink resource indication information, the sidelink resource indicated by the sidelink resource indication information does not include sufficient sidelink time-frequency domain resources, and the configuration information may be regarded as not including the sidelink resource indication information. For example, the first terminal establishes unicast connections with N terminals, and unicast traffic between the first terminal and the N terminals needs the N terminals to send the sidelink feedback information. At this time, even if the configuration information includes the sidelink resource indication information, but the sidelink resources indicated by the sidelink resource indication information are not enough for the N terminals to transmit the sidelink feedback information, it is determined that the first terminal does not obtain the sidelink resources used by the second terminal to transmit the sidelink feedback information.
Specifically, when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied, it may be determined that the sidelink resource indication information is not included in the configuration information:
the configuration information comprises one or more resource pools used for performing sidelink transmission and reception by the second terminal, wherein all or part of the resource pools do not comprise sidelink resources;
the configuration information comprises one or more resource pools specially used for unicast, wherein all or part of the resource pools do not comprise sidelink resources;
the configuration information comprises one or more resource pools specially used for multicast, wherein all or part of the resource pools do not comprise sidelink resources;
the configuration information includes one or more sending resource pools for sidelink, wherein all or part of the sending resource pools do not include sidelink resources, or one or more resource pools for the second terminal to send unicast service do not include sidelink resources, or one or more resource pools for the second terminal to send multicast service do not include sidelink resources;
the configuration information includes one or more receiving resource pools for sidelink, where all or part of the receiving resource pools do not include sidelink resources, or one or more resource pools for the second terminal to receive the unicast service do not include sidelink resources, or one or more resource pools for the second terminal to receive the multicast service do not include sidelink resources.
It should be noted that, the sending resource pool refers to that the terminal will send service data on it, and the receiving resource pool refers to that the terminal will receive service data on it, and does not mean that the sending resource pool can only send, and the receiving resource pool can only receive. The terminal receives the sidelink feedback information of the transmitted service data on the transmission resource pool. And the terminal may also send the sidelink feedback information for the opposite-end service on the sending resource pool or the receiving resource pool.
Optionally, the sidelink resource indication information includes at least one of:
time domain (time) information of the sidelink resource;
frequency domain (frequency) information of sidelink resources;
coding (code) information of sidelink resources;
the period information of the sidelink resource, for example, if the sidelink resource is repeatedly configured every N slots (slots), the value of N is the period information of the sidelink resource, and N is an integer;
relationship information between a secondary link resource and a PSCCH (Physical Sidelink Control Channel) resource, for example, assuming that the secondary link resource is configured in a slot a behind the PSCCH resource, a value of a is relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSCCH resource, where a is an integer;
the relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSSCH resource, for example, if the secondary link resource is configured in B slots behind the PSSCH resource, the value of B is the relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSSCH resource, and B is an integer;
reference information used for determining relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSSCH resource, for example, assuming that the secondary link resource is configured in C slots behind the PSSCH resource, and a value of C is related to K, a value of K is the reference information used for determining the relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSSCH resource (for example, C is a minimum integer greater than or equal to K), and C and K are both integers.
Optionally, the sending, by the first terminal, a sidelink resource request to the communication device includes at least one of:
the first terminal sends first secondary link terminal information (SidelinkUEInformation) to the communication equipment, wherein the first secondary link terminal information carries the secondary link resource request;
when the first terminal needs to send second secondary link terminal information to the communication equipment, the first terminal carries the secondary link resource request in the second secondary link terminal information;
the first terminal sends first auxiliary information to the communication equipment, wherein the first auxiliary information carries the sidelink resource request;
when the first terminal needs to send second auxiliary information to the communication equipment, the first terminal carries the sidelink resource request in the second auxiliary information;
the first terminal sends a first BSR (Buffer Status Report) to the communication device, where the first BSR carries the sidelink resource request;
when the first terminal needs to send a second BSR to the communication device, the first terminal carries the sidelink resource request in the second BSR;
and the first terminal sends an RRC message to the communication equipment, wherein the RRC message carries the sidelink resource request.
In the embodiment of the present invention, various manners for determining whether the second terminal needs to send the sidelink feedback information to the first terminal are also provided.
That is, it is determined that the second terminal needs to transmit the sidelink feedback information to the first terminal when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
the first terminal activates a feedback function;
the configuration information comprises resource information used for unicast, and the configuration information is used for sidelink transmission;
the configuration information comprises resource information used for multicast, and the configuration information is used for transmission of a sidelink;
the first terminal establishes a unicast connection or exchanges information related to unicast communication with at least one terminal, wherein the at least one terminal comprises the second terminal;
the first terminal establishes a multicast connection or exchanges information related to multicast communication with at least one terminal, wherein the at least one terminal comprises the second terminal;
unicast service needing feedback exists between the first terminal and at least one terminal, wherein the at least one terminal comprises the second terminal;
a multicast service which needs to be fed back exists between the first terminal and at least one terminal, and the at least one terminal comprises the second terminal;
the first terminal receives first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating that the first terminal has unicast service arrival, or is used for indicating that the first terminal has unicast service needing feedback;
the first terminal receives second indication information, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating that the first terminal has multicast service arrival, or indicating that the first terminal has multicast service needing to be fed back;
the first terminal detects that at least one terminal is located in a communication range where the sidelink feedback information needs to be sent or enters the communication range where the sidelink feedback information needs to be sent, and the at least one terminal comprises the second terminal.
It should be noted that the resource information for unicast may include resource pool information or other information that may indicate a time-frequency location of a resource. The resource information for multicast may include resource pool information or other information that may indicate the time-frequency location of the resource. The first indication information may be indicated to the first terminal by the upper layer of the first terminal, or may be received by the first terminal from the outside. The second indication information may be indicated to the first terminal by the upper layer of the first terminal, or may be received by the first terminal from the outside.
It should be further noted that, whether the second terminal is located in the communication range where the sidelink feedback information needs to be sent may be determined by:
the first method is as follows: based on the position Information carried in the data packet, the Control Information or the SFCI (Sidelink Feedback Control Information) (including the HARQ Feedback Information and the CSI Feedback Information) received by the second terminal from the first terminal, the second terminal calculates the distance to the first terminal and compares the distance to a certain threshold. If the value is lower than the threshold, the second terminal is considered to be located in the communication range where the sidelink feedback information needs to be sent, otherwise, the second terminal is considered not to be located in the communication range where the sidelink feedback information needs to be sent. The location information may be geographical coordinates, or zone (zone) ID, or zone information, or other information that reflects or infers the geographical location.
The second method comprises the following steps: based on the Reference Signal transmitted from the first terminal, the RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power)/RSRQ (Reference Signal Received Quality)/SINR (Signal-to-noise and interference ratio)/RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) of the Signal obtained by measurement is compared with a threshold. If the value is higher than the threshold value, the second terminal is considered to be located in the communication range where the sidelink feedback information needs to be sent, otherwise, the second terminal is considered not to be located in the communication range where the sidelink feedback information needs to be sent.
Here, the communication range refers to a range for determining whether the second terminal needs to transmit the sidelink feedback information, and does not represent a range for transmitting data, receiving data, or control information.
In order to more clearly understand the embodiments of the present invention, the following specifically describes the embodiments of the present invention from a plurality of examples.
Example one: the resource used by the receiving UE2 to send sidelink HARQ feedback information is notified by the sending UE1, and the sending UE1 is in RRC _ IDLE or RRC _ INACTIVE state.

step 2: when a preset condition (which may refer to the relevant description about the preset condition in example one) is satisfied and the UE1 does not obtain resources available for transmitting the HARQ feedback information, the UE1 takes at least one of the following to request the PSFCH resources for transmitting the HARQ feedback information:
the UE1 sends sidelinkUEinformation to the network side equipment and requests PSFCH resources for sending HARQ feedback information by the receiving end UE; or the UE1 carries the request information for the PSFCH resource used for the receiving end UE to send the HARQ feedback information when sending the sidelinkue information next time;
the UE1 sends UE auxiliary information to the network side device, and requests PSFCH resources for the receiving end UE to send HARQ feedback information; or the UE1 carries the request information for the PSFCH resource used for the receiving end UE to send HARQ feedback information when sending the UE auxiliary information next time;
the UE1 sends a BSR to the network side device, and requests a PSFCH resource for the receiving end UE to send HARQ feedback information; or the UE1 carries the request information for the PSFCH resource used for the receiving end UE to send the HARQ feedback information when sending the BSR next time;

Example four: the resource used by the receiving-side UE2 to transmit CSI feedback information is notified by the transmitting-side UE 1.
For this example, reference may be made to the related descriptions of the first example and the second example, and details are not described here to avoid repetition.
Note that the RRC _ IDLE/INACTIVE/CONNECTED refers to an RRC CONNECTED state between the UE and the network side device, and is not an RRC CONNECTED state with the UE on the opposite side.
By combining the above various embodiments and examples, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the second terminal needs to send the sidelink feedback information, but the first terminal does not obtain the sidelink resource used for sending the sidelink feedback information, in order to implement sending of the sidelink feedback information, the first terminal can actively adopt corresponding measures to obtain the corresponding sidelink resource, so as to improve the sidelink transmission performance.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another resource acquisition method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the resource acquisition method includes the following steps:
step 401: in case the second terminal does not obtain its secondary link resources to use for transmitting secondary link feedback information, the second terminal performs at least one of:
transmitting a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the communication device;
a sidelink resource request is sent to a communication device.
Wherein the secondary link resource request is for requesting secondary link resources for transmitting the secondary link feedback information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second terminal may be understood as a receiving terminal performing sidelink communication, that is, a terminal that needs to receive data or is receiving data.
The embodiment of the invention is suitable for the sidelink communication scene that the second terminal needs to send the sidelink feedback information but does not obtain the sidelink resource used for sending the sidelink feedback information.
In the sidelink communication scenario, the second terminal may implement the acquisition of the sidelink resource in various ways, which will be described in detail below.
The first method is as follows: and the second terminal sends an RRC connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the network side equipment.
In this manner, the second terminal is in an RRC IDLE state (i.e., RRC _ IDLE state) or an RRC INACTIVE state (i.e., RRC _ INACTIVE state), and no resource is allocated by other terminals. The communication device in step 401 is the above network side device.
Optionally, before the second terminal sends the RRC connection establishment request or the RRC connection recovery request to the network side device, the method further includes at least one of:
the second terminal receives a system message sent by network side equipment, wherein the system message comprises first configuration information used for sidelink transmission;
and the second terminal receives the RRC message sent by the first terminal, wherein the RRC message comprises second configuration information used for secondary link transmission.
The second method comprises the following steps: and the second terminal sends the sidelink resource request to the network side equipment.
In this method, the second terminal is in an RRC connected state and is not allocated with resources by another terminal. The communication device in step 401 is the above network side device.
Optionally, before the second terminal sends the sidelink resource request to the network side device, the method further includes at least one of:
a second terminal receives a system message or a special signaling sent by network side equipment, wherein the system message or the special signaling comprises first configuration information used for transmission of a sidelink;
and the second terminal receives the RRC message sent by the first terminal, wherein the RRC message comprises second configuration information used for secondary link transmission.
The third method comprises the following steps: the second terminal sends a sidelink resource request to the first terminal.
In this manner, the second terminal is allocated with resources by the first terminal, and the communication device in step 401 is the first terminal.
Optionally, before the second terminal sends the sidelink resource request to the first terminal, the method further includes at least one of:
the second terminal receives a system message sent by network side equipment, wherein the system message comprises first configuration information used for sidelink transmission;
and the second terminal receives the RRC message sent by the first terminal, wherein the RRC message comprises second configuration information used for secondary link transmission.
The method is as follows: the second terminal sends a sidelink resource request to the third terminal.
In this manner, the second terminal is allocated with resources by a third terminal, and the communication device in step 401 is the third terminal.
It should be noted that, when the second terminal operates in the mode-2d mode, it can also be understood that the second terminal is allocated resources by the third terminal. Thus, while the second terminal is operating in this mode, the second terminal may send a secondary link resource request to the third terminal.
Optionally, before the second terminal sends the sidelink resource request to the third terminal, the method further includes:
the second terminal receives a system message sent by network side equipment, wherein the system message comprises first configuration information used for sidelink transmission;
and the second terminal receives an RRC message sent by the third terminal, wherein the RRC message comprises configuration information used for secondary link transmission.
The fifth mode is as follows: the second terminal sends an RRC connection establishment request or an RRC connection recovery request to the network side equipment, and under the condition that the RRC connection establishment of the second terminal is successful or the RRC connection recovery is successful, the second terminal also sends a secondary link resource request to the network side equipment.
In the first to fifth embodiments, the first terminal may be a terminal performing sidelink communication with the second terminal, the first terminal may be a transmitting terminal performing sidelink communication, that is, a terminal that needs to transmit data or is transmitting data, and the second terminal may be a receiving terminal performing sidelink communication, that is, a terminal that needs to receive data or is receiving data. Since data transmission and reception may be bidirectional, the transmitting terminal refers to a terminal that transmits data in a certain time interval, and the receiving terminal refers to a terminal that receives data in the same time interval and needs to feed back the received data. The first terminal may be a service sending terminal or an opposite terminal in unicast communication, may be a head-of-group terminal in multicast communication, and may be any member terminal in multicast communication.
The RRC message transmitted by the first terminal may include a PC5-RRC message.
The RRC message transmitted by the third terminal may also include a PC5-RRC message.
Here, the PC5-RRC message refers to an RRC message transmitted on sidelink.
Through the above manners, the second terminal may acquire the sidelink resource, and thus, the second terminal may use the sidelink resource to transmit the sidelink feedback information, thereby improving the sidelink transmission performance.
In the embodiment of the present invention, various ways for determining whether the second terminal obtains the secondary link resource are also provided.
That is, the secondary link resource used by the second terminal to transmit the secondary link feedback information is not obtained by the second terminal, and includes at least one of:
the first configuration information does not include first secondary link resource indication information, where the first secondary link resource indication information is used to indicate a first secondary link resource used to send the secondary link feedback information;
the second configuration information does not include second secondary link resource indication information, where the second secondary link resource indication information is used to indicate a second secondary link resource used to send the secondary link feedback information;
and the second terminal does not obtain enough secondary link resources from the obtained secondary link resource set to send the secondary link feedback information.
That is, when the second terminal receives the system message or the dedicated signaling sent by the communication device, and the system message or the dedicated signaling includes the configuration information for the sidelink transmission, if the configuration information does not include the sidelink resource indication information, it may be determined that the second terminal does not obtain the sidelink resource used for sending the sidelink feedback information.
Even if the first allocation information or the second allocation information includes the sidelink resource indication information, the sidelink resource indicated by the sidelink resource indication information does not include sufficient sidelink time-frequency domain resources, and it can be regarded that the sidelink resource indication information is not included in any of the allocation information (the first allocation information or the second allocation information).
Specifically, when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied, it may be determined that the sidelink resource indication information is not included in any of the configuration information:
the configuration information comprises one or more resource pools used for performing sidelink transmission and reception by the second terminal, wherein all or part of the resource pools do not comprise sidelink resources;
the configuration information comprises one or more resource pools specially used for unicast, wherein all or part of the resource pools do not comprise sidelink resources;
the configuration information comprises one or more resource pools specially used for multicast, wherein all or part of the resource pools do not comprise sidelink resources;
the configuration information includes one or more sending resource pools for sidelink, wherein all or part of the sending resource pools do not include sidelink resources, or one or more resource pools for the second terminal to send unicast service do not include sidelink resources, or one or more resource pools for the second terminal to send multicast service do not include sidelink resources;
the configuration information includes one or more receiving resource pools for sidelink, where all or part of the receiving resource pools do not include sidelink resources, or one or more resource pools for the second terminal to receive the unicast service do not include sidelink resources, or one or more resource pools for the second terminal to receive the multicast service do not include sidelink resources.
Optionally, the sidelink resource indication information includes at least one of:
time domain information of the sidelink resource;
frequency domain information of the sidelink resources;
coding information of the sidelink resource;
the period information of the sidelink resource, for example, if the sidelink resource is configured repeatedly every N slots, the value of N is the period information of the sidelink resource, and N is an integer;
the relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSCCH resource, for example, if the secondary link resource is configured in a slots behind the PSCCH resource, the value of a is the relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSCCH resource, and a is an integer;
the relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSSCH resource, for example, if the secondary link resource is configured in B slots behind the PSSCH resource, the value of B is the relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSSCH resource, and B is an integer;
reference information used for determining relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSSCH resource, for example, assuming that the secondary link resource is configured in C slots behind the PSSCH resource, and a value of C is related to K, a value of K is the reference information used for determining the relationship information between the secondary link resource and the PSSCH resource (for example, C is a minimum integer greater than or equal to K), and C and K are both integers.
Optionally, the second terminal sends a sidelink resource request to the communication device, where the sidelink resource request includes at least one of:
the second terminal sends first secondary link terminal information to the communication equipment, wherein the first secondary link terminal information carries the secondary link resource request;
when the second terminal needs to send second secondary link terminal information to the communication device, the second terminal carries the secondary link resource request in the second secondary link terminal information;
the second terminal sends first auxiliary information to the communication equipment, wherein the first auxiliary information carries the sidelink resource request;
when the second terminal needs to send second auxiliary information to the communication device, the second terminal carries the sidelink resource request in the second auxiliary information;
the second terminal sends a first BSR to the communication equipment, wherein the first BSR carries the sidelink resource request;
when the second terminal needs to send a second BSR to the communication device, the second terminal carries the sidelink resource request in the second BSR;
and the second terminal sends an RRC message to the communication equipment, wherein the RRC message carries the sidelink resource request.
In the embodiment of the present invention, various manners for determining whether the second terminal needs to send the sidelink feedback information to the first terminal are also provided.
That is, it is determined that the second terminal needs to transmit the sidelink feedback information to the first terminal when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
the second terminal activates a feedback function;
the configuration information comprises resource information used for unicast, and the configuration information is used for sidelink transmission;
the configuration information comprises resource information used for multicast, and the configuration information is used for transmission of a sidelink;
the second terminal establishes a unicast connection with at least one terminal or exchanges information related to unicast communication;
the second terminal establishes a multicast connection with at least one terminal or exchanges information related to multicast communication;
unicast service needing to be fed back exists between the second terminal and at least one terminal;
a multicast service needing to be fed back exists between the second terminal and at least one terminal;
the second terminal receives first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating that the second terminal has unicast service arrival, or is used for indicating that the second terminal has unicast service needing feedback;
the second terminal receives second indication information, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating that the second terminal has multicast service arrival, or indicating that the second terminal has multicast service needing to be fed back;
the second terminal is positioned in a communication range in which the secondary link feedback information needs to be sent or enters the communication range in which the secondary link feedback information needs to be sent;
the second terminal receives third indication information, wherein the third indication information is used for indicating that the second terminal needs to send secondary link feedback information;
and the second terminal receives a secondary link feedback activation instruction.
It should be noted that the resource information for unicast may include resource pool information or other information that may indicate a time-frequency location of a resource. The resource information for multicast may include resource pool information or other information that may indicate the time-frequency location of the resource. The first indication information may be indicated to the second terminal by the upper layer of the second terminal, or may be received by the second terminal from the outside. The second indication information may be indicated to the second terminal by the upper layer of the second terminal, or may be received by the second terminal from the outside. The third indication information may be a special HARQ feedback activation instruction, or other configuration or indication information carries an indication indicating that the second terminal needs to send HARQ feedback information, and the third indication information may be a direct indication of 1bit, or configuration information related to sending HARQ feedback information (but does not include resources used for sending HARQ feedback information).
It should be further noted that, whether the second terminal is located in the communication range where the sidelink feedback information needs to be sent may be determined by:
the first method is as follows: based on the position information carried in the data packet, the control information or the SFCI (including the HARQ feedback information and the CSI feedback information) received by the second terminal from the first terminal, the second terminal calculates the distance to the first terminal and compares the distance to a certain threshold.
The second method comprises the following steps: based on the measurement of the received reference signal from the first terminal, the RSRP/RSRQ/SINR/RSSI of the signal obtained by the measurement is compared with a threshold.
Example one: the receiving UE2 is in RRC _ IDLE or RRC _ INACTIVE state, and the resource used by the UE2 to send the HARQ feedback information is configured by the network side device. Wherein, the UE2 is a receiving end in the unicast service, and the HARQ feedback information of the UE2 may be sent to the network side device, or may be sent to the transmitting end UE1 performing sidelink communication with the UE 2.
Step 1: the UE2 receives a system message from the network side device, where the system message includes relevant configuration information for sidelink;
step 1.1: the UE2 receives a PC5-RRC message from the sender UE1, which includes related configuration information for sidelink;
step 2: when the preset condition is met and the UE2 does not obtain the resource available for sending the HARQ feedback information, the UE2 initiates an RRC connection establishment or connection recovery process to the network side device.
Wherein step 1 and step 1.1 may occur in one or both of them. For example, the PSFCH resource information used for transmitting the HARQ feedback information may be a system message from the network side device or from the UE 1. For example, the time-frequency domain information of the PSFCH resource used for transmitting the HARQ feedback information is from the system message of the network side device, and the relationship information of the PSFCH resource and the PSSCH resource is from the UE 1. In the case where both step 1 and step 1.1 occur, the sidelink configuration information is delivered to the UE2 in two parts.
Wherein, the preset condition may include at least one of the following conditions:
UE2 has established a unicast connection or exchanged information related to a unicast communication with one or more UEs;
the UE2 receives the relevant configuration information for sidelink, which includes resource pool information dedicated to unicast;
unicast service between the UE2 and one or more UEs needs to send HARQ feedback information;
the upper layer of the UE2 indicates that the UE2 has unicast traffic or directly indicates that the UE2 needs to send HARQ feedback information;
the UE2 receives configuration or indication information of a network side device or one or more UEs, wherein the UE2 is indicated to need to send HARQ feedback information;
the UE2 has activated the HARQ feedback function;
the UE2 has established a multicast connection or exchanged information related to multicast communications with one or more UEs;
the UE2 receives the relevant configuration information for sidelink, which includes resource pool information dedicated for multicast;
there is multicast service between UE2 and one or more UEs that needs to send HARQ feedback information;
the upper layer of the UE2 indicates that the UE2 has the multicast service to arrive or directly indicates that the UE2 needs to send the HARQ feedback information;
the UE2 receives the indication information of the group header, wherein the indication information indicates that the UE2 needs to send HARQ feedback information;
the UE2 receives the HARQ activation instruction sent by the group head;
the UE2 enters or is within a communication range in which HARQ feedback information needs to be transmitted.
Wherein the UE2 does not obtain resources available for transmitting HARQ feedback information, which may include at least one of:
the UE2 does not include the PSFCH resource information in the relevant configuration information for sidelink received from the network side device and/or UE 1;
the UE2 may not obtain enough PSFCH resources from the received set of PSFCH resources for transmitting HARQ feedback information by sending.
When the PSFCH resource information comes from the network side device and the UE2, as the above mentioned time-frequency domain information of the PSFCH resource for transmitting the HARQ feedback information comes from the system message of the network side device, and the relationship information of the PSFCH resource and the PSSCH resource comes from the UE2, then the PSFCH resource information is not included in the relevant configuration information for sidelink at this time, which means that at least one of the PSFCH resource information transmitted by the network side device and the PSFCH resource information transmitted by the UE2 is not included.
The PSFCH resource information is not included in the relevant configuration information for sidelink received by the UE2 from the network side device and/or the UE1, and may include the following possible cases:
the configuration information of the network side device includes one or more resource pools for sidelink transmission and reception by the UE2, where X resource pools do not include PSFCH resources (X is an integer and may be a partial quantity or all of all resource pools);
the configuration information of the network side equipment comprises one or more resource pools special for unicast, wherein Y resource pools special for unicast do not comprise PSFCH resources;
the configuration information of the network side equipment comprises one or more resource pools special for multicast, wherein the Z resource pools special for multicast do not comprise PSFCH resources;
the configuration information of the network side device includes one or more transmission resource pools for sidelink, where C transmission resource pools do not include a PSFCH resource, D resource pools for UE2 to transmit unicast service do not include a PSFCH resource, or E resource pools for UE2 to transmit multicast service do not include a PSFCH resource;
the configuration information of the network side device includes one or more receiving resource pools for sidelink, where F receiving resource pools do not include a PSFCH resource, G resource pools for the UE2 to receive the unicast service do not include a PSFCH resource, or H resource pools for the UE2 to receive the multicast service do not include a PSFCH resource.
Example two: the resource used by the receiving UE2 to send sidelink HARQ feedback information is configured by the transmitting UE1 or UE 3. The UE1 is a service sending end UE or an opposite end UE in unicast communication, may also be a head-of-group UE in multicast communication, and may also be any member UE in multicast communication. The UE3 may be a controlling UE in mode-2d mode, or other UE responsible for allocating resources to the UE 2. The UE1 and the UE3 may be the same UE, e.g., a controlling UE that is both a sender UE and mode2 d.
Step 1: the UE2 receives a system message from the network side device, where the system message includes relevant configuration information for sidelink;
step 1.1: UE2 receives a PC5-RRC message from UE1 or UE3, including the relevant configuration information for sidelink;
step 2: when a preset condition (which may refer to the relevant description about the preset condition in example one) is satisfied and the UE2 does not obtain resources available for transmitting the HARQ feedback information, the UE2 takes at least one of the following to request the PSFCH resources for transmitting the HARQ feedback information:
