The surgical instrument comprises a first instrument body and a surgical instrument package, wherein the first instrument body is provided with a UDI (universal description language) identifier of a first instrument code; the UDI identifier is arranged on a carrier, which is a first RFID tag 3; a plurality of second instrument bodies are arranged in the surgical instrument package in a matched manner, the second instrument bodies are also provided with UDI marks which take the first RFID labels 3 as carriers, and the surgical instrument package is provided with second RFID labels; in the preparation of the first stage of a surgical operation, a plurality of surgical instruments are required, including a plurality of surgical instruments (surgical instruments stored in a kit are not provided), which are scattered (herein, referred to as first instrument bodies), and a surgical instrument kit (surgical instruments provided in a kit, which are herein, referred to as second instrument bodies), the first RFID tag 3 is sealed and provided on a plurality of surfaces of the first instrument body and the second instrument body by a sealing material, the sealing material is a resin material, and the sealing method is performed by dripping. Due to the special use of the surgical instruments (each time the surgical instruments are used up, the sterilization treatment is needed), firstly, the normal operation and use of the surgical instruments are not affected, and the surgical instruments can be repeatedly cleaned and sterilized by alkaline detergent and high temperature (134 ℃). Therefore, the RFID electronic tag needs to be installed at the tail end of the handle or the top of the handle end which does not affect the operation, and the diameter of the RFID electronic tag is about 2-3mm, so that the RFID electronic tag can be sealed on the surface of the device by alkali-resistant and high-temperature-resistant resin materials. In addition, most of surgical instruments are made of metal materials, and in order to ensure identification accuracy, RFID electronic tags are packaged on multiple surfaces of the surgical instruments, which can be horizontally placed, so that the identification rate is ensured. The diameter of the RFID tag in this embodiment is set to be 2mm, the RFID tag including the first RFID tag 3 and the second RFID tag may be set to be other diameters in other embodiments, and in other embodiments, the UDI identifier may be carried by other media, and store information, such as a barcode, a two-dimensional code, and the like. After the first RFID tag 3 is identified by the RFID reader 2, acquiring information as an UDI (universal description interface) identifier of the instrument body; after the second RFID tag is identified by the RFID reader 2, the collected information is the name of the surgical instrument package.
As shown in fig. 5, the information processing terminal includes a signal receiving module for receiving the signal of the communication module 4, a display module and a processing unit, the processing unit is in communication connection with the signal receiving module and the display module, the processing unit includes a storage module, a comparison detection module and a prompt module, and the storage module includes a surgical instrument directory dictionary library and a surgical instrument package directory dictionary library. The surgical instrument directory dictionary library takes UDI identification as a directory and includes product basic information including recommended reuse times and service life, and the surgical instrument package directory dictionary library takes the name of a surgical instrument package as a main directory and includes the name and the number of surgical instruments in each surgical package group and the recommended service times and service life. Firstly, after a signal receiving module of a terminal in an information processing place receives information transmitted by a communication module 4, the information is sent to a storage module in a processing unit, the information is compared and identified with a surgical instrument directory dictionary library and a surgical instrument package directory dictionary library by a comparison detection module, names, numbers, recommended use times and use years of surgical instruments (second instrument bodies) in a surgical instrument package are compared, names, numbers, recommended use times and use years of the surgical instruments are compared with scattered surgical instruments (first instrument bodies), the comparison result of the numbers, the recommended use times, the use years and other information are sent to a display module to be displayed for workers to refer to, if the comparison result is that the recommended use times and the use years of some surgical instruments are about to expire or are expired, prompting and warning are carried out by utilizing a prompting module, and the prompting and warning are also sent to a display module; the prompting mode of the prompting module comprises a plurality of modes including but not limited to color-changing fonts, pictures, alarms and the like. The display module can be a computer display end, a smart phone, a smart tablet and the like, and the display module is a computer display.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first RFID tag 3 and the second RFID tag are both UHF electronic tags. The UHF electronic tag has the characteristics of long identification distance, high identification and reading rate, strong anti-collision capability, good expandability and the like, and the RFID can read hundreds of UHF electronic tags per second, so that the UHF electronic tag is very suitable for the invention.
The working implementation principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: firstly, the invention is checked and prepared to be completely set and normally communicated, then according to the actual conditions (operation types and requirements), corresponding operation instruments and operation instrument packages are placed on a separation plate on an instrument storage plate, first RFID tags (UDI identifiers) are arranged on the operation instruments, second RFID tags are arranged on the operation instrument packages, the information read by a reader is transmitted to a signal receiving module of an RFID information processing terminal through a communication module, the signal receiving module is used for comparing and identifying the information of the electronic tags (an operation instrument directory dictionary library, an operation instrument package directory dictionary library, a storage module used for storing the information of operation instrument names, the use times, the use years and the like in the dictionary library into the terminal in advance), the comparison and detection module of a processing unit is used for comparison and identification, after the processing, the comparison number, the recommended times and the used times of each instrument, the recommended service life and the used service life result are displayed in the display module, the equipment with the difference of the comparison quantity and the quick recommendation times and the equipment name with the quick service life are emphatically and particularly displayed, medical staff can conveniently know and take measures in time, if the recommended service life and the service life of certain surgical instruments are detected and compared, the prompting module is used for prompting and warning, and the prompting module is also sent to the display module, surgical instruments (the instruments limited by the quick service life or the recommended reuse times) are replaced in time and instruments required by corresponding operations are supplemented, the operation arrangement before the operation is completed, the working efficiency is improved, and potential safety hazards are eliminated in advance.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the counting table body and the RFID reader are arranged, and the RFID reader is arranged on the counting table body. The surgical instrument is provided with a UDI identifier, and a carrier of the UDI identifier is an RFID label; the device also comprises a communication module and a power supply module; and the RFID information processing terminal is also included. When the whole surgical instrument package is placed on the counting table body, or a plurality of surgical instruments (instruments not contained in the package) are placed on the counting table body, the UDI identification with the first RFID label on the surgical instrument as a carrier is used, the information on the first RFID label and the information on the second RFID label are read by the RFID reader on the counting table body, the information is transmitted to the information processing terminal of the RFID through the communication module in a signal mode, in the storage module, the information carried by each RFID label can be clearly obtained by using the comparison detection module, the names and the number of scattered surgical instrument bodies and the names and the number of instrument bodies in the surgical instrument package are determined, the rapid counting is realized, the correctness of the instrument counting efficiency and the number is greatly improved, and the counting time is effectively reduced. According to the invention, through the counting table body and the RFID reader, the UDI (universal data interface) identifier with a first RFID tag as a carrier (arranged on a surgical instrument) and a second RFID tag (arranged on a surgical instrument package) as well as a communication module, an RFID information processing terminal, a signal receiving module, a display module and a processing unit are adopted; when checking before an operation, a patrol nurse and a hand-washing nurse generally can put on a table in advance according to the size of the operation and arrange and check instruments, so that the situation that a surgeon goes on the table at the same time is avoided as much as possible, sometimes, emergency operation and special situations can be crossed in time at will, the nurse checks the instruments and assists the surgeon to wear an operating coat or lay an operating table at the same time, and the manual checking instruments are often interfered by preparation work before the operation starts (such as assisting the surgeon to wear the coat, sterilizing the skin of an operation patient, paving a towel for the operation and the like). The invention can rapidly finish counting the surgical instruments by rapidly identifying the surgical instruments, displays the quantity and names of all the instruments on the counting table body, can improve the working efficiency of nurses, needs to visually check the integrity of the instruments because a plurality of surgical instruments are arranged in a matching way, and has the advantages of more instruments, more instrument integrality, complete screw, mouse tooth, head end of scissors and the like in visual check, obvious individual difference in visual check, difference of individual vision and different instrument manufacturers, and different screw lengths, sizes and thicknesses of the same instruments, so that the invention is inevitable and has no carelessness. Through UDI sign (setting on surgical instruments) and the second RFID label (setting at the surgical instruments package) of first RFID label for the carrier, the quantity and the name of quick discernment surgical instruments body in time can discover whether required surgical instruments and surgical instruments package are complete, and the incompleteness can in time be mended, improves the inspection effect of equipment. The invention also arranges a counting table body, an RFID reader, a first RFID label with UDI identification, a second RFID label and a communication module on the surgical instrument bag, and an RFID information processing terminal; the service life of the traditional surgical instruments cannot be counted, and most hospitals can only discard the surgical instruments after the surgical instruments are broken, cannot clamp the surgical instruments in the operation and cannot normally use the surgical instruments; the surgical instrument body is provided with the UDI mark with the first RFID label as a carrier, the label is a mechanical label (mark) and is a unique code of the surgical instrument, the code can contain information such as the service life, the reuse times and the name of the surgical instrument, the service time and the use times of the surgical instrument can be known each time the surgical instrument is used, once the service life or the use upper limit is approached, the indication can be shown, the indication module can provide the basis for replacing the surgical instrument, the faults such as fracture, insensitive use and the like in the operation are avoided, the operation safety is influenced, the predicted discarded surgical instrument is known in advance, the cleaning and the replacement are timely carried out, the safety of the instrument in the operation is ensured, and the safety of a surgical patient in the perioperative period is effectively ensured.
In summary, the invention provides an electronic surgical instrument counting table and a surgical instrument counting system thereof, which can solve the defects that in the prior art, the intensity of the counting quantity of instruments is high, the counting process is easy to interfere, the integrity of the instruments is not checked in place, and the service life of the instruments cannot be determined.

Claims (10)
1. An electronic surgical instrument counting table is characterized by comprising a counting table body, an RFID reader, a communication module and a power supply module, wherein the RFID reader, the communication module and the power supply module are arranged on the counting table body; the power supply module is electrically connected with the RFID reader and the communication module, and the communication module is in communication connection with the RFID reader; the counting table body comprises at least one instrument storage plate, and a plurality of RFID readers are arranged on the instrument storage plate.
2. The electronic surgical instrument counting table according to claim 1, wherein a layer of isolation plate is disposed on the instrument storage plate, a cavity is formed between the isolation plate and the instrument storage plate, and a plurality of RFID readers are disposed in the cavity.
3. The electronic surgical instrument counting table according to claim 1, wherein the counting table body is provided with at least one placement portion, the placement portion is provided with the communication module and the power module, and a protective layer is arranged on the outer surface of the placement portion.
4. The electronic surgical instrument counting table according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of support columns are fixedly arranged on the lower edge of the instrument storage plate, and sliding structures are fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the support columns.
5. The electronic surgical instrument counting table according to claim 4, wherein the sliding structure includes a universal wheel and a deadlocking member, the deadlocking member being disposed at an upper edge of the universal wheel.
6. The electronic surgical instrument counting table according to claim 2, wherein a baffle is circumferentially disposed around an edge of the barrier plate.

An electronic surgical instrument counting system, comprising the electronic surgical instrument counting table according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a surgical instrument and an information processing terminal, wherein the information processing terminal is in communication connection with the communication module;
the surgical instrument comprises a first instrument body and a surgical instrument package, wherein the first instrument body is provided with a UDI (universal digital interface) identifier of a first instrument code; the UDI mark is arranged on a carrier, and the carrier is a first RFID label; a plurality of second instrument bodies are arranged in the surgical instrument package in a matched manner, the second instrument bodies are also provided with UDI marks which take the first RFID labels as carriers, and the surgical instrument package is provided with second RFID labels;
the information processing terminal comprises a signal receiving module, a display module and a processing unit, wherein the signal receiving module is used for receiving signals of the communication module, the processing unit is in communication connection with the signal receiving module and the display module, the processing unit comprises a storage module, a comparison detection module and a prompt module which are in communication connection with each other, and the storage module comprises a surgical instrument directory dictionary library and a surgical instrument package directory dictionary library.
8. The electronic surgical instrument inventory system of claim 7, wherein the first RFID tag and the second RFID tag are each UHF electronic tags.
9. The electronic surgical instrument counting system according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the first RFID tag is hermetically disposed on a plurality of faces of the first instrument body and the second instrument body by an encapsulating material, the encapsulating material is a resin material, and the encapsulating manner is a drip encapsulation.
10. The electronic surgical instrument inventory system of claim 7, wherein the surgical instrument directory dictionary repository is identified as a directory by UDI, and includes product basis information including recommended reuse times and age of surgical instruments, and the surgical instrument package directory dictionary repository is a master directory of surgical instrument package names, including names, numbers, and recommended reuse times and age of surgical instruments in each surgical package group.
